The various ways motivate the research in this thesis that the leader moves his subordinates to achieve the goals of the organization, in the end, must also be able to generate performance from his assistants. Indirectly leadership also determines the formation of employee performance. The better one's direction toward subordinates, the higher the performance of their subordinates. This type of research is qualitative research, based on the discussion including descriptive analysis. The results of the study were: 1) The implementation of the behavior of the head was concerned with the task indicated by the deliberation principles. That was carried out in the morning brainstorming and internally with the programmers of each activity. That increases the discipline of work time to meet the performance targets. Head Puskesmas has the authority of the health department and must be carried out by subordinates or staff, prioritizing the cooperation relationship shown by all employees at the Pandean health center given responsibility in carrying out health programs in the Pandean health center, and emphasizing the results achieved that can improve employee performance. 2) The dominant factor in implementing the leadership style of the Head of Community Health Center at Pandean Health Center Dongko District is not necessarily democratic, but situational, this leadership style gives responsibility and authority to all parties, so that they are actively involved in the organization, members are given the opportunity to provide suggestions and suggestions and criticism for the betterment of the organization.

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of employees of the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) of Raya Pematangsiantar City. This research used the design of literature and field research. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources consisted of primary and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 34 permanent employees. Data collection was done by questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test, the test of determination and hypothesis. The results of this study concluded that employee discipline and performance was good. Regarding the results of the hypothesis, it shows that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The focus of the study was to identify and analyzed the policy implementation HIV testing and counseling program in Teladan health center in order to achieve the SDG’s target by using interactive issues of GeorgeCEdward III such as communication, resources, disposition, bereaucratic structure, that has a role in policy implemetation.These fourth issues was meaningful due to policy implemetation and designed by qualitative method through descriptive analysis and object was Medan Health Department, Teladan Health Center and Community Health Center In working area.The result showed that the implementation HIV testing and counseling program in Teladan Health Center for achieving the SDG’s target was qualify through not perfect yet.

The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. and 2) Measuring the magnitude of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The samples used in this study were 85 respondents by using saturated sampling. This research is an explanatory research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. Based on the instrument validity test the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees known all items declared valid and reliable. The Leadership Regression Coefficient (X1) of 0.608, marked as positive indicates Leadership (X1) influences the direction of Performance (Y), which means that each increase of 1 unit of Leadership (X1) will cause the effect on Performance (Y) of 0.608 The coefficient of regression of Organizational Culture (X2) equal to 0,127, marked positive indicate Organizational Culture (X2) have influence on Performance (Y), meaning every increase of 1 unit of Organizational Culture variable (X2) will cause influence to Performance equal to 0,127 The coefficient of regression of Job Satisfaction (X3) is 0,305, marked as pos itive indicating Job Satisfaction (X3) influential in the direction of Performance (Y), which mean every increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction variable (X3) Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). The First Hypothesis (H1), Second Hypothesis (H2) and Third Hypothesis (H3) are proven and accepted.

The purpose of this study are: 1. Measuring the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of Public Works and Spatial Planning Padang City. This research was conducted in August 2017 at Public Works Department and Spatial Planning of Padang City The samples used in this study were 83 respondents. The independent variable in this research is Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y) Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R-table so the item is declared valid. Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and Performance (Y) Valid. All of the research variables had Cronbach's alpha values above 0.70 and thus expressed reliably or reliably. The value of Cronbach's alpha variable Leadership Style (X1) is 0.857, Job Motivation (X2) is 0.813, Job Discipline (X3) is 0.736, and the performance variable (Y) is 0.844. In the hypothesis testing of the study found the result that the significance value of leadership style variable (X1) is with the value (sign β = 0,049, p <0,05), Work Motivation variable (X2) with value (sign β = 0.001 p <0.05) , and Work Discipline variable (Y) with value (sign β = 0,041 p <0,05). With the finding of sign β above mentioned, it is stated that Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y) of Public Works and Spatial Planning Official of Padang City. The magnitude of the influence of the three variables on the performance of employees of Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City is 27.8% (R2 = 0.278).

This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance. The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. ABSTRAKPneumonia merupakan penyebab banyak kematian balita di dunia. Selama tahun 2016 terdapat 568.146 (65,27%) jumlah kasus pneumonia pada balita yang ada di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan tercatat kasus pneumonia tahun 2017 sebesar 66,52%, data tertinggi pada Puskesmas Beruntung Raya dengan angka 105 kasus (10,80%) di tahun 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan penggunaan antibiotika pada orang tua pasien anak yang terdiagnosa pneumonia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Beruntung Raya serta menganalisa faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan observasional analitik melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang tua yang memeriksakan anaknya dalam satu tahun terakhir di Puskesmas Beruntung Raya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 responden ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan berlangsung selama 3 (tiga) bulan. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square dan regresi logistik biner dan kuisioner sebagai Instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kedisiplinan (p-value= 0,001), sugesti sembuh (p-value= 0,012), dan komunikasi (p-value= 0,025). Variabel kedisiplinan merupakan yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan antibiotika, sehingga pasien yang disiplin lakan lebih patuh dalam meminum obat antibiotika daripada pasien yang tidak disiplin.Kata-kata kunci: Kepatuhan, pneumonia, kedisiplinan, sugesti sembuh, komunikasiABSTRACTPneumonia is the cause of many under-five deaths in the world. During 2016 there were 568,146 (65.27%) of the number of pneumonia cases in children under five in Indonesia. From the data of the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office recorded pneumonia cases in 2017 amounted to 66.52%, the highest data in Beruntung Jaya Community Health Center with a number of 105 cases (10.80%) in 2017. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related by adhering to the use of antibiotics in the parents of pediatric patients with diagnosed with pneumonia in the work area of Beruntung Jaya Community Health Center and analysis the most dominant factor influencing. This study uses an observational analytic design through a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all parents who had their children examined in the past year at Beruntung Raya Health Center. The sample in this study amounted to 77 respondents determined by purposive sampling technique and lasted for 3 (three) months. Data analysis using chi square test and binary logistic regression and questionnaires as research instruments. The results showed that there was a relationship between discipline (p-value= 0.001), recovery suggestions (p-value= 0.012), and communication (p-value= 0.025). Disciplinary variable is the most dominant influence on adherence to the use of antibiotics, so that disciplined patients are more obedient in taking antibiotic drugs than patients who are not disciplined.Key words: Compliance, pneumonia, discipline, healing suggestion, communication

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

The title of this study is the Effect of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment on Employee Work Achievement at Village Aro Health Center, Muara Bulian District. The Effect of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment is treated as an independent variable and Employee Work Performance is treated as the dependent variable. This study aims to (1) To clarify the description of leader behavior (2) To clarify the picture of employee commitment (3) To clarify the description of employee work performance (4) To analyze the influence of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment on Work Performance of Village Aro Community Health Center Muara Bulian District . The method used is the survey method. The population as well as samples in this study were 43 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis involving the determination of the regression coefficient correlation test. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leader behavior variables based on questions the average value of the 5 indicator indicators amounted to 3.48, it can be seen the respondent answered agree. (2) The leader behavior variable based on the question of the average value of the 5 question indicators is 3.34 so that the respondents can answer neutral. (3) Work performance variables based on the questions of the average value of the 5 question indicators amounted to 3.48, so the respondents answered neutral. (4) Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Aro Village Health Center, Muara Bulian District, which is 76.6%.

Angka kesehatan ibu di Indonesia masih menjadi masalah di Negara ini. Beberapa program yang didirikan oleh Departemen Kesehatan untuk mengurangi masalah adalah Safe Motherhood Initiative, Gerakan Sayang Ibu, Making Pregnancy Safer, dan Expanding Maternal and Antenatal Survival (EMAS), Poskedes, Program perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K). Sementara itu, peran puskesmas sangat penting dalam kaitanya dengan hal tersebut diatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya Puskesmasdalam meningkatkan kesehatan ibu di Puskesmas Ch M Tiahahu di Kota Ambon. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pedekatan studi kasus,. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara kepada tenaga kesehatan terkait dengan upaya – upaya yang sudah dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan maternal serta melakukan observasi dalam pelaksanaan upaya – upaya yang dilakukan Puskesmas. Analisa data yang dipakai adalah jenis interaktif dengan mengumpulkan hasil wawancara, memilih data, penyajian data, terahkir mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dua tema yaitu Puskesmas sebagai pelaksana program yang menjadi mandate dari dinas kesehatan dan tantanganserta upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan ibu. Sebagai kesimpulan upaya yang telah dilakukan Puskesmas dalam meningkatkan kesehatan ibu melalui 4 program kesehatan dengan melaksanakan Program kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA), Layanan perawatan antenatal (ANC)10T, Perencanaan kehamilan dan pencegahan komplikasi, Program pemberian makanan tambahan. Upaya dilakukan untuk mencapai keberhasilan program dengan menjalankan pekerjaan lintas sector dan lintas program, mengunjungi rumah –rumah, dan menerapkan Program Indonesia sehat (PIS-PK). Namun, upaya tersebut tidak mencapai target yang ditetapkan oleh dinas kesehatan setiap tahun 558 ibu karena dua factor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu mobilitas kota lebih tinggi dan persepsi pemilihan layanan kesehatan.Kata Kunci : Kesehatan Ibu, Upaya, Puskesmas Maternal health issue in Indonesia are still a problem   in this country. Some program that established by Ministry of Health to reduce the problem are Safe Motherhood Initiative, Mother’s Love Movement, Making Pregnancy Safer, and Expanding Maternal and Antenatal survival (EMAS), Poskedes, Program planning for delivery and prevention of complications (P4K). Meanwhile role of community health center is vital in relation with mentioned above. This study ais to identify the efforts of Community Health Center in improving maternal health statue in the Ch M Tiahahu health center in Ambon City. A qualitative methodis applied and approach hed with case studies research. Data collection is done through interviews with healthworkers and also do observations among them. Data is analysed with interactive type by gathering the results of interviews, selecting data, presenting data, finally drawing conclusions. The results showed two themes that are Community Health Center as the primary service program implementer is a mandate from the health department and the challenges and efforts of Community Health Center in improving quality maternal health services. In Conclusion efforts that have been carried out by the Puskesmas in improving Maternal Helath through 4 health program by carrying out the Mother and Child Health Programs(MCH), Antenatal care services (ANC) 10T, Maternity Planning and Prevention of Complications (P4K) programs, supplementary feeding. Efforts were made to achieve the success of the program by running cross-sector and cross-program work, visiting home’s, and implementing a healthy Indonesia program (PIS-PK). However, the efforts did not reach the targets set by health annually 558 mother’s because, of two factors that influence high mobility and the perception of health service choice.Keywords : Maternal Health, Efforts, Community Health Center
