The low student motivation is due to the unattractive use of the learning method causing the students to be overwhelmed by feelings of boredom and boredom, so that what the teacher says is not paid attention. The role playing method has a relationship with student learning motivation. This method is when the learning process without a good role playing method, learning will not be effective and will not foster student motivation to the fullest. To test the hypothesis, testing was carried out by calculating t from the tcount of 5,334 which was then consulted with ttable 2.030, then tcount 5.334 ≥ ttable 2.030, which means that the relationship that occurs between variable X (role playing method) and variable Y (student learning motivation) is a relationship significant. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the role playing method with student learning motivation at MI Annidhomiyah Japura Kidul. However, activities carried out by gathering a lot oftime must be stopped because of the Covid-19 epidemic, including training activities. New normalis a new chapter for the world of education even though the conditions due to the Covid-19pandemic have not fully recovered. This is because the aspiration to educate the nation's life mustbe pursued through education. More than 4 (four) months, the learning process is carried out onlineso that there is a need for evaluation to improve the learning process which raises a lot of criticismfrom the community at the beginning of its application. Academics have also shown their concernby holding webinars as a forum for online discussion and sharing. For this reason, online training isheld as a substitute for offline training specifically for English lecturers. This training and mentoringprogram is held for 2 (two) months with various presenters who are also filled by lecturers /practitioners who are experts in their fields. Participants in the activity are lecturers from StateUniversities (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS) and are also open to the public. The pandemic that has hit the world has forced us to do learning indirectly or is often referred to as online (Daring). Online teaching and learning process requires some adjustments both on the teacher's side and the student's side. One of the adjustments is the need to seek technology and adaptation using technology. The currently widely used technology is online meeting services, such as the Zoom Meeting application, Google Meet, Video Calling via the Massager application, or other similar applications. To adapt to the technology, teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru strongly desire to deepen ownership of the Zoom application as one of the media used for online learning. This training aims to provide an understanding and hands-on practice of using Zoom Meeting technology to increase learning effectiveness.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with campuses closing the world over in a bid to contain the virus, online teaching has taken center stage. However, due to the hurried nature of the transition as well as its enormity, educators, as well as students, are struggling with the break in routine. In particular, educators are torn between different goals such as effectiveness (i.e., trying to emulate in-person classes online and cover the same material), inclusiveness (i.e., no student is excluded from the learning process) and equity (i.e., trying to ensure that no students are left behind). Matters are made more serious by the fact that we are in the midst of the worst pandemic in the last 100 years due to which the students are locked inside their homes with their siblings and family members in stressful situations (which makes paying attention and engaging in learning very difficult). In this paper, we highlight the importance of keeping a learner-centric focus in which there is an explicit effort on the triple imperatives of online learning—i.e., to develop online classrooms that are at the same time, equitable, inclusive, and effective.
