The goal of this research is to describe the influence of leaderships and strategic planning toward local revenue at  West Bandung Regency. Research method is Quantative research and collect data by quessioner, interview , observation and documentation.The variables were leaderships and strategic planning. as the independent variables, the dependent variable was local revenue. Data have been analyzed through(Multiple Regresion).The result of this research showed that leaderships and strategic planning.  influence the local revenue The influence of leaderships and strategic planning toward local revenue is positive it means that the more higher leaderships and the strategic planning the more higher local revenue and it has mean in real rank p < 0.01.By this research, the hypothesis, which has been proposed, leaderships and strategic planning will influence local revenue. The result has showed that the mean of  local revenue is 0. 4570 or the grade variation of local revenue is 45,70 percent depending on leaderships and strategic planning

This study presents a research report on improving students’ Learning results on IPA through Video. The objective was to find out whether students’ learning result improved when they are taught by using Video. It was conducted using classroom action research method. The subject of the study was the Grade IV students of SDN 187/IV Kota Jambi which is located on Jln. Adi Sucipto RT 05 Kecamatan Jambi Selatan, and the number of the students were 21 persons. The instruments used were test. In analyzing the data, the mean of the students’ score for the on fisrt sycle was 65,4 (42,85%) and the mean on cycle two was 68,5 (37,15%) and the mean of the third cycle was 81,4 (100%). Then it can be concluded that the use of video on learning IPA can improve the students’ learning result. It is suggested that teachers should use video as one of the media to improve students’ learning result on IPA.Keywords : IPA, students’ learning result, video

This research concerns on improving students’ writing achievement in the report text through film.  The objective was to find out the improvement of students’ writing achievement in writing the report text through film. This research was conducted by using action research method. The subject of the research was XI IPA grade students of SMA SWASWTA JOSUA Medan. The numbers of students were thirty one students. They were taught writing the report text through film. The instruments used were writing report text test, diary notes, interview sheets, questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. In analyzing data, the mean of students’ score for the first competency test was 43.1, for the second competency test was 64.8 and for the third competency test was 76.3 and the total percentage of improvement from the first competency test to the third competency test was 84.1%. The conclusion is that through watching film can improve the students’ writing achievement in the report text. It is suggested that teachers should apply watching film as one of media to improve students’ writing achievement in the report text.

In the field of air navigation, there is a constant pursuit for new navigation solutions for precise GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) positioning of aircraft. This study aims to present the results of research on the development of a new method for improving the performance of PPP (Precise Point Positioning) positioning in the GPS (Global Positioning System) and GLONASS (Globalnaja Nawigacionnaja Sputnikovaya Sistema) systems for air navigation. The research method is based on a linear combination of individual position solutions from the GPS and GLONASS systems. The paper shows a computational scheme based on the linear combination for geocentric XYZ coordinates of an aircraft. The algorithm of the new research method uses the weighted mean method to determine the resultant aircraft position. The research method was tested on GPS and GLONASS kinematic data from an airborne experiment carried out with a Seneca Piper PA34-200T aircraft at the Mielec airport. A dual-frequency dual-system GPS/GLONASS receiver was placed on-board the plane, which made it possible to record GNSS observations, which were then used to calculate the aircraft’s position in CSRS-PPP software. The calculated XYZ position coordinates from the CSRS-PPP software were then used in the weighted mean model’s developed optimization algorithm. The measurement weights are a function of the number of GPS and GLONASS satellites and the inverse of the mean error square. The obtained coordinates of aircraft from the research model were verified with the RTK-OTF solution. As a result of the research, the presented solution’s accuracy is better by 11–87% for the model with a weighting scheme as a function of the inverse of the mean error square. Moreover, using the XYZ position from the RTKLIB program, the research method’s accuracy increases from 45% to 82% for the model with a weighting scheme as a function of the inverse of the square of mean error. The developed method demonstrates high efficiency for improving the performance of GPS and GLONASS solutions for the PPP measurement technology in air navigation.

Computer generated graphs are presented for the mean temperature difference in typical air cooler configurations, covering the combinations of numbers of passes and rows per pass of industrial interest. Two sets of independent variables are included in the graphs: the conventional one (heat capacity water ratio and cold fluid effectiveness), and the one required in an optimization technique of widespread use (hot fluid effectiveness and the number of heat transfer units). Flow arrangements with side-by-side and over-and-under passes, frequently found in actual practice, are discussed through examples.

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding, and religiosity on student decisions in using Islamic banking services. The dependent variable in the study is student decisions, while the independent variables are Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding, and religiosity. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to active FAI students class 2017-2018 who had transacted using Islamic banks. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study are active students of FAI class 2017-2018 who have transacted using Islamic banks, with data collected totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of the Islamic financial literacy variable, Islamic branding on student decisions in using Islamic banking services, while the religiosity variable has a positive but not significant effect on student decisions in using Islamic banking services. One source of Regional Original Revenue is local taxes, regional levies and other legitimate local revenue management. Regional levies consist of 3 types of retribution, namely general service retribution, business service retribution and certain licensing retribution. Market’s levies is one type of regional retribution that is included in general retribution whose collection must be in accordance with the existing operational procedure standards to support the realization of its acceptance. This study aims to determine the mechanism of market’s levies collection and the level of effectiveness of market’s levies in the city of Bitung. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, by analyzing the collection mechanism and the effectiveness of market’s levies. The results of the study show that the mechanism of collection of retribution is in accordance with the existing SOP and the achievement of its effectiveness is effective with an average level of 87.13%. Bitung city government can be better able to approach marketers for example by socializing market’s levies regulations so that later can also support the realization of  levies revenue.Keywords : Market’s Levies, Collection Mechanisms and Effectiveness

The research objective was to determine the Management of Central Market Retribution in Kendari City to Increase Local Revenue. The research method used is a qualitative technique, namely interactive analysis techniques, which have stepped through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The subjects in this research were employees of the Kendari City Tax and Retribution Management Agency, by determining 5 research informants purposively. The results of this research indicate that the management of market fees is not optimal, this can be seen in the ineffective planning of market levy management, because it is not supported by accurate data regarding the potential of the central market, especially traders who have no place in the market. Organizing has also not been effective, in terms of working standards, the attitudes of the central market levies that have not complied with the rules in its implementation, such as rules on working hours, and discrimination in the collection. In the case of the collectors' remuneration that is not on time, and under supervision is still lacking and only relies on reports of monthly revenue. The acceptance of market retribution has also not reached the target, due to the inadequate implementation of the management function, particularly the supervisory function.

This study aims to determine how the influence of a sukuk instrument issuance on market reactions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. Quantitative research contains a relationship between cause and effect. The type of data used is secondary data, data collection used by the author is to know the relationship between two or more variables. The object to be examined in this study is the total value and rating of the issuance of Islamic bonds (sukuk) companies as independent variables and cumulative abnormal return shares of companies that issue Islamic bonds (sukuk) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. The results of this study indicate the value of sukuk bond issuance and sukuk bond issuance ratings jointly affect stock returns. The value of issuing sukuk bonds partially affects stock returns and the rating of bond issuance has an effect on return.

The Ideal

This research focuses on the process of strategic planning completion of the Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran establishment in Bandung Regency. This research uses Kurt Lewin model of action research method which consists of planning, acting and fact finding on the result of the action. The results of this study indicate that there are several efforts to meet the conditions that have been determined by the Minister of Religious Regulation 71/2015 on the establishment of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran. The contributing factors of the succesful strategic planning are the results of the present and expected future conditions analysis, the results of Ma'had Aly SWOT analysis, the Master Plan Development Document (RIP)of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran, Strategic Plan Cycles and Strategic Plan Matrix of the Ma'had Aly performance. These constitute as the guidelines for the realization of the ideal establishment of Ma'had Aly which is in accordance with the Guide of Establishment of Ma'had Aly as stated on the operational guidelines of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
