This research examines economic empowerment in mosque independence. This study uses a qualitative research method by means of observation, namely researchers conduct observations and interviews directly with the parties concerned, especially advisors, chairpersons, and members of ta'mir Maraset Hajj mosque. The results are analyzed by stages of data reduction, data presentation and verification or make conclusions. This research was conducted to determine the extent of economic development concept of Hajj Maraset mosque, explaining the implementation of economic empowerment in managing the economic potential on Hajj Maraset mosque, and identifying mosques contribution to the welfare of the community in the Maraset Hajj mosque. An economic role that has not been maximized, researchers offer: mosque development-based culinary businesses, mosque development-based mini markets, banks, and if the mosque has more land, the mosque develops cattle, goats and chickens with cutting services in accordance with Islamic sharia. There are three reasons for the Haji Maraset mosque to be categorized as an independent mosque: it can fund activities planned by the mosque by optimizing the potential sources of funds owned by the mosque, has the ability to produce income professionally through optimizing asset empowerment, and managing professionalism in all activities and prosperity of the mosque.

AbstractThis study aims to analyze multiculturalism in Indonesia in terms of the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work.This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, which describes multiculturalism in Indonesia as seen from the diversity of cultural values in Indonesia as a form of creative community work. The data source used in this study is literature related to multiculturalism in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification.The research results point to multiculturalism as an approach and as a National Policy. As stated above, multiculturalism is an ideological way out of the problem of the decline in the forces of integration and awareness of nationalism of a nation as a result of changes at the global level. Pesantren is a live episode that combines various life skills, not least agriculture. Various activities of life in pesantren have encouraged the sense of ideology of Santri. Educational activities that essentially the learning process requires thinking as a strong foundation so that the implementation of education that becomes the duty of his duties performed with a solid and really can be accounted for. This research uses descriptive qualitative, research place at Pesantren Al-Ittifaq Ciwidey district of Bandung. The subject of this research is Santri in pesantren while the informant is the Kiai or Ustādh. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation. I am checking the validity of the data using triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the model of empowering students at Pesantren Al-Ittifaq that is by the establishment of Core Management Unit Agribusiness, - effective practice in the field, establishing the Agribusiness Incubator Center, cooperating with various institutions and institutions, forming Santri agribusiness groups.

This researh is about the implementation of extracurricular activities (ikrohist) for guide students’ attitude in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar. This research method is a qualitative research using of normative theology, pedagogic, physicologic, and sociologic. The research instruments used interview, observation, and documentation. Informant consisted of principal, refresentative of the school, and teachers. Data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation techniques.  Data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and data verification.  The result of this research, there are: 1) Students’ attitudes in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar, after joining the extracurricular activities showed good attitudes. 2) Students’ Attitudes in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar based on the observation and interview that give awardness, discipline, extracurricular activities (Ikrohist) in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar consisted of three parts, they are dayly/weekly activities, monthly activities and annual activities.

Youth life is closely related to spiritual activity. The phenomenon that is still encountered is Hubbu Ilahi, or the love attitude of Allah SWT. This phenomenon is presumed that adolescents only state and do not know the consequences of their attitudes. So, this study aims to determine the perceptions of today's adolescents on the phenomenon of Hubbu Ilahi. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a survey research method. This study used a purposive random sampling technique to 39 adolescents. Data collection used a questionnaire with the google form platform. Then, the data were analyzed using: data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that adolescent respondents stated the consistency of love of the Quran, love of Rasulullah (SAW), love of the Prophet's Sunnah, and love of the Akhirat life. However, the busyness of the world blocks the proven proof of love. The analysis concluded that only 7.7% of adolescents fit Hubbu Ilahi's criteria.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap penanaman karakter kerja kelautan dan perikanan yang diterapkan di SMKN 1 Sanden, Bantul Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian meliputi warga sekolah, kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan serta keadaan sekolah secara umum. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, partisipan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, ketekunan, dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu konsep yang dipakai adalah memperbaiki kebiasaan siswa yang kurang baik dan membiasakan yang baik dengan menanamkan karakter-karakter yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Implementasinya dilakukan dengan cara inkulkasi, pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan fasilitasi. Wahana yang digunakan dalam penanaman karakter kerja tersebut yaitu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan intrakurikuler. Hasil penanaman karakter kerja kelautan dan perikanan ini telah memenuhi target dalam kebutuhan dunia kerja walau belum 100%.  INCULCATING THE CHARACTER OF THE WORK ON MARINE AND FISHERIES IN SMKN 1 SANDEN BANTUL YOGYAKARTA.AbstractThis study is aimed to reveal the inculcation of the character of the work on marine and fisheries in SMKN 1 Sanden, Bantul. This study used the qualitative research method. The subjects of this research included school community, the activities carried out and school condition. The data were collected through observation, participans, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was done by triangulation, diligence and discussions with colleagues. The analysis of the data used the interactive analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings of this study include that the concept used is to improve students poor habits and establish related to the needs of thejob market. Its implementation is done by inculcation, habituation, exemplary, and facilitation. The activities used in the cultivation of the character include extracurricular, intracurricular and cocurricular activities.. The results of this work of the inculcating of character of marine and fisheries has met the target even although not 100%.

SMEs has an important role in economic development in Indonesia. In this development, SMEs has several obstacles. One of them is the preparation of financial statements that are not in accordance with accounting standards in Indonesia. SAK ETAP is a standard for SMEs in preparing financial statements. However, many studies have suggested that the majority of SMEs in Indonesia have not been able to implement SAK ETAP because the standard are too complex. Therefore DSAK IAI publishes new financial accounting standard for SMEs which is SAK EMKM effective on January 01, 2018. The new standard is intended to assist the needs in the preparation of financial statements. The result of this research shows the level the readiness of SMEs in implementing SAK EMKM. In conducting this research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The researcher collects the data of this research from the interview and documentation. The analysis is dine by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research shows that two SMEs in Blora Regency are not ready in applying SAK EMKM. The absence of SMEs have not done the preparation of financial statements.

Kerupuk Mie merek “Kembang Matahari” adalah salah satu produk unggulan daerah di Kabupaten Bogor yang berdiri sejak tahun 1977. Pemasaran yang kurang maksimal membuat Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari” banyak ditiru, dan akhirnya menurunkan penjualannya. Perusahaan Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari” harus bekerja keras untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Dalam hal ini, salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan adalah dengan membuat desain logo yang menarik. Dan perusahaan Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari” harus semaksimal mungkin untuk membentuk sebuah identitas yang kuat pada desain kemasan. Dengan adanya identitas yang kuat tersebut, sebuah perusahaan akan menjadi lebih dikenal oleh konsumen. Tujuan dari perancangan desain kemasan Kerupuk Mie”Kembang Matahari” adalah untuk menghasilkan desain kemasan dan logo Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari”. Perancangan akan dilaksanakan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif secara deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi literature dan studi kompetitor untuk mendapatkan data sebagai konsep perancangan desain kemasan Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari”. Analisis data dengan menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Setelah menganalisis data, ditemukan sebuah kata kunci “Asli” untuk perancangan desain logo . Konsep “Asli” dalam perancangan desain logo ini bermakna sesuatu yang bisa dipercaya. Hasil dari perancangan desain logo ini adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan citra dari logo Kerupuk Mie “Kembang Matahari”. The "Kembang Matahari" brand of Noodle Crackers is one of many flagship regional products in Bogor Regency which was established in 1977. Inadequate marketing of "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers opened doors for imitation products, and ultimately reduced sales. "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers Company must work hard to increase sales turnover. In this case, one of the efforts to increase sales turnover is by coming up with an attractive logo design and "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers company must do its best to form a strong identity on packaging design. With this strong identity, the company will become better known by consumers. The purpose of designing "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers packaging design is to produce both the "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers packaging and logo design. The design will be carried out using descriptive qualitative research method by conducting observations, interviews, documentation, literature studies and competitor studies to obtain data as a design concept for the "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Crackers packaging design. Data analysis was conducted through several stages, from data reduction, data presentation, to verification of conclusions. After analyzing the data, the keyword "Original" was used for designing the logo. The concept of "Original" in the design of this logo means that it can be trusted. The result of this logo design is an effort to improve the image of the "Kembang Matahari" Noodle Cracker logo.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the regeneration of endek weaving craftsmen in Klungkung, Bali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Klungkung, Bali. The technique of collecting data through interviews was conducted on four groups of informants, namely business owners, craftsmen, children of craftsmen, and community leaders. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that regeneration attempts have not yet been successful due to several factors, including: 1) the younger generation’s lack of interest in weaving, 2) the number of promising job alternatives, and 3) the lack of love and pride in the younger generation for endek woven fabric products. The regeneration process functions through outreach carried out by networks of family, friends, and neighbors.Keywords: regeneration, socialization, weaving Mengungkap Regenerasi Pengrajin Tenun Endek di BaliAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui regenerasi pengrajin tenun endek di Klungkung, Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Klungkung, Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dilakukan terhadap empat kelompok informan yaitu pemilik usaha, pengrajin, anak pengrajin, dan tokoh masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya regenerasi belum berhasil karena beberapa faktor, antara lain: 1) kurangnya minat generasi muda dalam menenun, 2) banyaknya alternatif pekerjaan yang menjanjikan, dan 3) kurangnya rasa cinta dan bangga pada yang lebih muda. generasi untuk produk kain tenun endek. Proses regenerasi berfungsi melalui sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh jaringan keluarga, teman, dan tetangga. Kata kunci: regenerasi, sosialisasi, tenun
