<strong>Abstrak: </strong>Studi ini membahas perspektif Syiah Imamiyah tentang dimensi tauhid. Dengan pendekatan tafsir al-Qur’an, tulisan ini mengungkapkan temuan bahwa Al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman bagi umat manusia memuat ayat-ayat tauhid yang merupakan asas dan dasar kajian Islam. Ayat-ayat ini diklasifikasi oleh ulama Syiah ke dalam dua kelompok. Kelompok pertama, ayat-ayat yang memuat tentang tauhid teoretis; pemikiran konsep serta pemahaman yang mentauhidkan Allah swt. baik dalam hal zat, sifat maupun perbuatan-Nya. Kelompok kedua adalah ayat-ayat yang mengulas tentang tauhid praktis atau yang disebut dengan tindakan atau amal yang berlandaskan tauhid teoretis. Pada gilirannya baik tauhid teoretis maupun tauhid praktis memiliki cabang dan variannya masing-masing.<br /><br /><strong>Kata Kunci</strong><strong>:</strong><strong> </strong>Syiah Imamiyah, tauhid, al-Qur’an<br /> <br /><strong>Abstract: Shia Imamiyah Perspective on Theology</strong>. This study examines the Shiite Imamiyah school of thought on the dimension of monotheism in the Qur’an. This study is a literature study where the works of Shiite scholars are analyzed by content analysis methods. This study is hoped to become as sufficient information about monotheism according to the Shiah school as explained by scholars of Shi’ism. This study proposes that there are two dimensions of monotheism in the Shia school, namely theoretical monotheism and practical dimensions. The theoretical dimension of monotheism constitutes three categories which include first, substance monotheism, second monotheism of character, and third, monotheism of action. In addition, the practical dimension in monotheism is divided into three namely monotheism in worship (<em>taw<span style="text-decoration: underline;">h</span>îd</em> ‘<em>ibâdah</em>), monotheism in obedience and observance, and monotheism in acquiring comfort and assistance.<br /> <br /><strong>Keywords:</strong> Shia Imamiyah, theology, Qur’an<strong></strong>

The Will of ‘Wajibah’ has been implemented in several Muslim countries, it is still debated. According to the majority of fiqh scholars, the obligation of will for a Muslim who is close to his death has been abolished by inheritance law. In addition, they argue that a will is ‘ikhtiyâriyah’ or an act of ‘ikhtiyâriyah’, the act depends on a person’s will, and it is not enforced by force (ijbariyah). This study tries to answer the controversy with the sub-problems of the actual concept of the mandatory will, the legal basis used by Islamic juries in determining the law, and how its reforms. This research is qualitative with a literature study and the sources used to include some ‘fiqh’ books and law books. To analyze the data, the author used content analysis methods, through inductive, deductive, and comparative thinking methods. The results of this study indicate that the mandatory will is new ‘ijtihad’ in the treasury of ‘ijtihad’. This concept was born from the reinterpretation of the will and inheritance verses by relating them to the context of today's social life with considerations of benefit or ‘mashlahah mursalah’. Abstrak: Wasiat wajibah meskipun telah berlaku di beberapa negara Muslim, masih mengundang perdebatan, antara lain disebabkan karena menurut pendapat mayoritas atau jumhur ulama fiqh kewajiban berwasiat bagi seorang Muslim yang telah mendekati masa kematiannya itu telah  dihapuskan oleh hukum waris. Di samping itu, mereka juga berpendapat bahwa wasiat adalah perbuatan yang bersifat ikhtiyâriyah, yakni ada tidaknya wasiat tersebut tergantung kepada kehendak seseorang, tidak berlaku secara paksa (ijbâriyah). Penelitian ini, mencoba menjawab kontroversi sebagaimana dikemukakan di atas dengan sub masalah bagaimana sebenarnya konsep wasiat wajibah tersebut, apa landasan hukum yang digunakan oleh para juris Islam dalam menetapkan hukumnya dan bagaimana pembaruan yang terjadi di dalamnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan yang menjadikan sejumlah kitab fiqh dan kitab undang-undang sebagai sumbernya. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode konten analisis, melalui metode berpikir induktif, deduktif dan komparatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wasiat wajibah sejatinya merupakan ijtihad baru dalam khasanah ijtihad. Konsep ini lahir dari penafsiran ulang terhadap ayat-ayat wasiat dan ayat-ayat waris dengan mengaitkannya dengan konteks kehidupan sosial masyarakat sekarang dengan pertimbangan kemashlahatan atau mashlahah mursalah. This article discusses the dimensions of spirituality in the personal competence of Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers. Spirituality is essential because the teaching that CRE teachers do aims to improve the spirituality of their students. He should have good spirituality so that he can be an example in his teaching. In this paper, the author explaining the essential values of spirituality that must be possessed by a CRE teacher in order to fulfill his calling as someone who has a profession as a teacher. To arrive at this goal, the authors develop the essential values of spirituality by conducting literature studies and content analysis methods. Based on a search from various sources, including the nature of spirituality, according to Christianity, the author explains the essential spiritual values that must be possessed by a CRE teacher. The essential values of spirituality are grouped into two dimensions, namely the personal dimension and the relational dimension.

Parni Hadi's Thought Study of Prophetic Journalism about the dissemination of information based on faith, and good and bad renewal in society. Parni Hadi as a press figure supports his prophetic journalism as a way of preaching and the legacy of the prophet's duty to be applied in journalistic practice. This study analyzes Parni Hadi about Prophetic Journalism, Islamic Journalism, and implementing Prophetic Journalism. The library research methodology (literature study) uses content analysis methods. This study found that Prophetic Journalism can be practiced by journalists or mass media religious backgrounds, as long as presenting the right journalistic products, educating and to help all people, while still using the prophet's duty on honesty, help, be reliable, educate and send a message full of wisdom .Penelitian Pemikiran Parni Hadi tentang Jurnalisme Profetik ini tentang penyebaran informasi yang dilandasi iman, dan mempertimbangkan dampak baik dan buruk di masyarakat. Parni Hadi sebagai tokoh pers memiliki gagasan jurnalisme profetiknya sebagai jalan dakwah dan warisan tugas nabi untuk diterapkan dalam praktik jurnalistik. Penelitian ini menganalisa pemikiran Parni Hadi tentang Jurnalisme Profetik, Jurnalisme Islami, dan mengimplementasikan Jurnalisme Profetik. Metodologi penelitian kepustakaan (library research) ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis konten. Penelitian ini menemukan Jurnalisme Profetik yang bisa dipraktikan oleh jurnalis atau media massa berbagai latar belakang agama, selama menyajikan produk jurnalistik yang benar, mendidik dan untuk kebaikan seluruh umat, dengan tetap menerapkan tugas nabi tentang kejujuran, mengajak kebaikan, dapat dipercaya, mendidik dan menyampaikan pesan penuh kearifan.

The large number of divorces that occur in Indonesia is due to the failure of the establishment of a Sakinah family so that it is a very fundamental case in Islamic law. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to reveal the values ​​of the sakinah family placed by the Prophet Adam and Eve. This study uses a descriptive literature study using content analysis methods and comparative approaches. QS. Al-Baqarah verses 35-37 become the main object with the focus of the study on four interpretations, namely al-Baghawi, Ibn Kathir, al-Alusi, and al-Maraghi. This research found that 1) family life is a nature from the time of Azali; 2) sakinah family can be realized with equality in a love relationship, fulfillment of basic household needs, obedience to sharia rules; 3) sakinah life can be damaged due to violations of Sharia rules and third party intervention; and 4) the destruction of sakinah life can be fixed with each party having an awareness of the mistakes that have been made and then repenting to Allah SWT

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out how reward and punishment according to Irawati certainly does not conflict with the value of Islamic education. This is a library research the data of which were taken from several works of Irawati Istadi and direct interviews with her. The researcher also took some data from several researchers who discussed Irawati Istadi's thoughts and from Islamic education figures whose thoughts had relevance to the research theme. Content analysis methods is applied to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that the concept of reward and punishment according to Irawati Istadi turns out to be compatible with the Islamic education. However, in Irawati's thought, there are also some differences shows the development of thoughts from previous figures of Islamic education and certainly did not conflict with the values of Islamic education. The phenomenon of paddy fields conversion in Kampar Regency which continues to increase from year to year had caused decreasing paddy fields area and threatening food supply capacity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the index and the status of the sustainability of control over the paddy fields conversion and to find out the sensitive attributes of the sustainability of control over the paddy fields conversion in Tambang Sub-District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted in Aur Sati Village, Balam Jaya Village and Pulau Permai Village, Tambang Sub-District, Kampar Regency from October 2020 to January 2021. The method used was the survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampel of farmers in this study were 88 people who were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, and literature study. This study used questionnaires as an instrument to collect data.  The analytical method used in this research was the sustainability analysis carried out with the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis approach with the Rap-Paddy Field tool which has been modified from Rapfish program. The results showed that the control of the paddy fields conversion in Aur Sati Village has been going very well, this can be seen from the sustainability index value of each dimension in the range of 52.4 - 83.9% (fairly - highly sustainable). On the other hand, the sustainability index value of each dimension in Balam Jaya Village ranges from 35.9 - 48.2% (less sustainable), this showed that paddy fields conversion in this village has not been well controlled. While in Pulau Permai Village, the economic dimension had a sustainability index value of 48.2% (less sustainable) and there were 2 (two) dimensions that were classified as fairly sustainable, namely the ecological dimension of 64.4% and the social dimension of 52.3%. These data provided information that the control of paddy fields conversion in Pulau Permai Village is still ecologically and socially oriented, and ignores the economic dimension. There were sensitive attributes that need to be given top priority in planning the sustainability of control over the paddy fields conversion in Tambang Sub-District, Kampar Regency, namely price stability, product markets, traditional leaders, cultivation techniques and availability of RTRW.

Abstract: Waqf law can be categorized as a living law and potential of waqf can be written. The law of the living does not fully comply with regulations. This problem can lead to law-enforcement-representation issues then formulated into the question: How to advocate community against the Waqf Law? It contains public knowledge, public awareness and public obedience. Assuming sharia is natural law, it is eternal and does not change. In the case, sharia is not in accordance with waqf. The provisions of waqf law are obtained through ushul fiqh with analogical deductive reasoning patterns. The rest, the provisions regarding waqf agreement are obtained from human preferences about the general good. Waqf law is based ruh al-hukm, the spirit of teachings, and maqashid al-shariah. It is more important to be developed to be more responsive to people's priorities and needs. Opportunities for enforcement of waqf law are very large, so that at that time the community complied with waqf law. This research is a descriptive study, which analyzes waqf as a system, as well as a subsystem of a wider system. This analysis, explains the process of society from knowledge to aware and finally to be obedient. The data source used consists of library materials both in the form of documents, books, and scientific writings and other relevant information. Data collection is carried out with literature study techniques, with the approval of the principle of relevance and novelty of the information collected. The analysis is content analysis (classification, interpretation and inference findings). Abstrak: Hukum wakaf dapat dikategorikan sebagai the living law. Sekalipun demikian, terdapat usaha-usaha untuk mengaktualisasikan potensi wakaf. Hal ini mengisyaratkan, bahwa hukum-yang-hidup tidak selalu tegak secara teoritis. Sehubungan dengan itu, masalah ini dapat diidentifikasi sebagai masalah penegakan-hukum-perwakafan. Maka masalah ini dirumuskan ke dalam pertanyaan: Bagaimana kepatuhan hukum masyarakat terhadap Undang-undang Wakaf? Penelitian ini difokus­kan pada unsur-unsur mengenai pengetahuan masyarakat (legal knowledge), kesadaran masyarakat (legal awareness), dan kepatuhan masyarakat (legal obidience) terhadap UU Wakaf. Dengan asumsi syariah merupakan hukum kodrat (natural law), sehingga sifatnya kekal dan tidak berubah.  Sekalipun demikian, dalam kasus wakaf, syariah tidak menentukan secara tegas menge­nai wakaf. Ketentuan hukum wakaf diperoleh melalui ushul fiqh, dengan pola pena­laran deduktif analogis. Selebihnya, ketentuan mengenai mekanisme wakaf diper­oleh berdasar­kan preferensi manusia mengenai kebaikan umum (public good). Hukum wakaf lebih didasarkan pada ruh al-hukm, semangat ajaran, dan maqashid al-syariah. Sehingga wakaf lebih memungkinkan untuk dikembangkan menjadi lebih responsif terhadap tuntu­tan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Peluang penegakan hukum wakaf sangat besar, sehingga pada gilirannya masyarakat patuh terhadap hukum wakaf. Penelitian ini merupa­kan penelitian deskriptif, yakni menganalisis wakaf sebagai sebuah sistem, seka­ligus subsistem dari sistem yang lebih luas. Analisis tersebut, dideskripsikan proses masya­rakat dari tahu menjadi sadar dan akhirnya menjadi patuh terhadap hukum wakaf. Sum­ber data yang digunakan berupa bahan kepustakaan, baik berupa dokumen, buku, dan tulisan-tulisan ilmiah serta informasi lain yang relevan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi kepustakaan, dengan menekankan prinsip relevansi dan kebaruan dari informasi yang dihimpun. Adapun analisisnya adalah analisis isi (content-analysis), dengan langkah: klasifikasi data, interpretasi data, serta inferensi temuan.

الدراسة عن اللغة العربية هي دراسة جذّابة على دراستها، هذه اللغة ليست لغة اتصالية فحسب، بل إنها لغة الهية لأن مصدران في الإسلام وهما القرآن والحديث تكتبا باللغة العربية. ولمعرفة القرآن والحديث معرفة تامّة وجب علينا فهم قواعد اللغة العربية منها "الفعل" و "الاسم" و "الحرف". بفهم تلك القواعد تسهّلنا على معرفة معاني القرآن والحديث معرفة تامّة. في هذا البحث قد بحث الباحث أحد من دراسة اللغة العربية وهي عن "الفعل" في القرآن الكريم. موضوع البحث هو "الفعل"، أمّا نوع البحث هو البحث المكتبي، طريقة جمع البيانات هي المراقبة وبقراءة الكتب المتعلقة بالبحث، وطريقة تحليل البيانات هي طريقة تحليل المضمون وهي بتحليل الكتب المتعلقة والآيات القرآنية المتعلقة بالبحث. النتيجة من هذا البحث هي أنّ دراسة اللغة العربية "الفعل" لها دور عظيم في فهم القرآن الكريم وهذه الدراسة تسهّل المسلمين على معرفة معاني القرآن معرفة تامة. فمن الدراسة التي قام بها الباحث من قبل كثير من الطلاب الجامعي أخطأ في فهم آية القرآن خصوصا ما يتعلق بأسلوب الذي فيه "الفعل"، ولكن بعد أن يتعلموا اللغة العربية عن "الفعل" خصوصا فيقدر على فهم بعض آية القرآن فهما جيدا. فبمؤسس على ما سبق ذكره أخذ الباحث الاستنباط أن الدراسة عن اللغة العربية واجبة على كل مسلم ومسلمة، خصوصا للطلاب الجامعي باعتبار أنّهم الأجيل المستقبلة.          Learning about study of arabic language is very interesting to learnd, it is not only about complex comunication language but also devine revelation language for Muslim where two of refrences of islamic syari’ah is Al-qur’an and Hadist writed with arabic language. In addition to understand the Al-qur’an and Hadist must cognize several structure, grammatical of arabic language  such as “verb” in arabic langguage, “isim” and “Harfun”. To understanding gramatical of arabic language or basic of arabic langguage inderectly  a reader easier to understand Ilahi Verces. In this study, “verb” as one of Arabic language learning in Al-Qur’an was investigated by the researcher. The objects of study were “verb”. The research design used was literature study. The data were collected by observation and collecting the references related to the study and then were analyzed by using content analysis of the Ayahs of Al-Qur’an related to the study. The result showed that the Arabic language learning about “verb” has a great role which helps Muslim to comprehend the meaning of Ayahs of Al-Qur’an verb well. Then, it was also found that there were many students that were still misunderstanding in comprehending Al-Qur’an, specifically the parts containing “verb”. After they learn it, they were able to comprehend those Ayahs well. Therefore, it can be concluded that learning Arabic language is a compulsory for Muslim, especially for student because they are future generation.
