In the current era of globalization, developments in various fields of business are accelerating. Both in the culinary field and other fields. One of the most sought after business developments is in the field of counters or credit sales. UD.Selamat Selular was founded in 2010, which only has a small shop with no employees to date which has more than 20 employees. This business continues to develop in ever-increasing business competition. Therefore a sales strategy is needed so that it is not inferior to other trading businesses. In this research, it is necessary to test the previous data in order to find out the right sales strategy using Naïve Bayes. The data collection method was conducted by questionnaire and interview with a questionnaire of 160 respondents. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the model formed using the Naïve Bayes algorithm produces an algorithm of 0.650 so that it is classified as Excellent Classification.Keywords: Datamining, Naïve Bayes, Sales Strategy.

The corona virus outbreak, commonly referred to as COVID-19, has been officially designated a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). To minimize the impact caused by the virus, one of the right steps is to develop a vaccine, however, with the vaccination for the Indonesian people, it is controversial so that it invites many people to give an opinion assessment, but the limited space makes it difficult for the public to express their opinion, because Therefore, people choose social media as a place to channel public opinion. Support vector machine algorithm has better performance in terms of accuracy, precision and recall with values ​​of 90.47%, 90.23%, 90.78% with performance values ​​on the Bayes algorithm, namely 88.64%, 87.32%, 88, 13%, with a difference of 1.83% accuracy, 2.91% precision and 2.65% recall, while for time the Naive Bayes algorithm has a better performance level with a value of 8.1 seconds and the Support vector machine algorithm gets a time speed of 11 seconds with a difference of 2, 9 seconds. With the results of sentiment analysis neutral 8.76%, negative 42.92% and positive 48.32% for Bayes and neutral 10.56%, negative 41.28% and positive 48.16% for SVM.

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses penyelesaian Pidana yang dilakukan oleh Prajurit TNI dan untuk mengetahui perbuatan Melanggar hukum Pidana dalam Penyalahgunaan Senjata Api yang di Tinjau dari Perspektif Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan atau field research kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah normatif dan yuridis.Adapun sumber data di penelitian ini ialah Hakim Militer dan Oditur Militer disertai Undang-Undang dan informasi media serta dari Al-Qur’an. Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah membaca dan menelusuri buku yang berkaitan dengan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pandangan hukum islam terhadap kasus Penyalahgunaan Senjata Api yang dilakukan oleh Prajurit TNI yang melanggar norma atau aturan yang mendasar dari seorang Prajurit TNI. Maka penyelesaian perkara akan ditangani langsung oleh Atasan yang Berhak Menghukum (Ankum) yang akan menyelidiki terlebih dahulu dan menggolongkan pelanggaran tersebut sebagai disiplin Militer atau Tindak Pidana Militer dan selanjutnya akan diproses melalui persidangan dalam rana peradilan Militer XIV. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Prajurit TNI seharusnya mematuhi aturan yang berlaku pada setiap peraturan yang diterapkan pada lingkungan Militer. Dalam Penyalahgunaan senjata Api seperti ini akan membuat masyarakat menjadi takut kepada seorang Prajurit TNI dan membuat nama baik seorang Prajurit TNI tercoreng.Kata Kunci: Aturan, Senjata api, Yuridis AbstractThe main problem of this research is is to determine the criminal settlement process carried out by TNI soldiers and to find out the acts of violating the criminal law in the misuse of firearms which are reviewed from the perspective of Islamic law. This research includes field research or descriptive qualitative field research with the research approach used is normative and juridical. The sources of data in this study are Military Judges and Military Prosecutors accompanied by laws and media information as well as from the Qur'an. By using the data collection method used is reading and browsing books related to observation, interviews and documentation, the results of this study explain the views of Islamic law on the case of the misuse of firearms by TNI soldiers who violate the basic norms or rules of a TNI soldier. Then the settlement of the case will be handled directly by the Superior with the Right to Punish (Ankum) who will investigate first and classify the violation as a Military discipline or Military Crime and will then be processed through a trial in the military court XIV. The implication of this research is that TNI soldiers should obey the rules that apply to every regulation applied to the military environment. In the misuse of firearms like this, people will be afraid of a TNI soldier and tarnish the good name of a TNI soldier.Keywords: Rules, Firearms, Juridical

A regional head must have a work plan every regional head must have a work plan which is sure to be of benefit to the community. Assisting is a definite work plan in every region. A lot of assistance is usually given from the government to the community and must be managed by the village government so that the aid gets to the right hands. And to improve food security, the people in each region have activities to distribute Poor Rice as a subsidy from the government. In the distribution method, sometimes there are constraints in data collection so that poor rice or what we usually call Raskin is not suitable for distribution. Because of this, a way is needed so that the distribution is appropriate or not in the community in accepting the Raskin so that government assistance can be delivered properly and on target. By using secondary data obtained from Bencoy Village, 205 data were obtained containing the attributes of the eligibility category of Raskin recipients, and 6 categories of attributes were found with the classification method of the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The accuracy value obtained is 96.59%, proving that the prediction using the Naive Bayes algorithm has a good performance. The next results obtained are in the form of AUC value which after being calculated produces a value of 0.999 and this results in an application which is an implementation with a flow that is adjusted to the calculation algorithm in the form of a web-based application.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, SMA Negeri 3 Selong changed learning activities from what was originally face-to-face, but currently learning is being transferred to the Online Learning System (SPADA) using several existing platforms. Judging from the level of plurality of students' thinking patterns during the implementation of online learning there are many problems that arise, one of which is the instability of the internet network, the various hendpone media devices owned by students and the lack of student knowledge in using online platforms. The purpose of this study was to determine the indicator of the problem in the predicate of student learning completeness of class XII SMAN 3 Selong during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. The method used to solve this problem is the Naïve Bayes algorithm. Naive Bayes is a method of probabilistic reasoning. And in the future the results of this study are expected to be able to provide the right solution in solving problems in online learning.

Both sellers and buyers heavily depend on the opinions of customers in purchasing and selling products online. When it comes to text-based data, sentiment analysis of user reviews has become a prominent facet of machine learning. Text data is generally unstructured which makes opinion mining very challenging. A wide array of pre-processing and post-processing techniques need to be applied. But the major challenge is selecting the right classifier for the job. Naïve Bayes algorithm is a commonly used machine learning classifier when it comes to opinion mining and sentiment analysis. The focus of this survey is to observe and analyze the performance of Naïve Bayes algorithm in sentiment analysis of user reviews online. Recent research from a wide array of use-cases such as sentiment analysis of movie reviews, product reviews, book reviews, blog posts, microblogs and other sources of data have been taken into account. The results show that Naïve Bayes algorithm performs exceptionally well with accuracies between 75% to 99% across the board.

This article explains the learning of memorizing the Koran by the Tawazun Method in the Daarul Huffadz Indonesian Boarding School, Sentul Branch. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The data collection method consists of interviews and document studies. The results showed that learning to memorize the Koran with the Tawazun Method consists of the process of reading, understanding, imagining, memorizing, and depositing. These activities train the intelligence of the right brain and left brain in a balanced and optimal way. This method proved useful in facilitating students in memorizing the Koran; gain an understanding of the Qur'an; strengthen and maintain memorization; foster motivation to memorize and create intensive relations between students and the Koran. The implementation of the Tahfidz method also contributes positively to the improvement of personal self-esteem which is characterized by an increase in feelings of happiness, the ability to face challenges, overcome problems, and motivate him; and good self-acceptance by the environment and good relations with other individuals or groups.

<p><span lang="EN-US">This paper aims to discuss Ibn Arabi's cosmological thinking in relation to the Covid-19 phenomenon. According to Ibn Arabi, the cosmological phenomenon is a reality that does not appear by itself but comes from God. Likewise, the phenomenon of the emergence of Covid-19. Therefore, in the pressure of both physical and psychological in the face of covid-19, awareness to see this phenomenon holistically needs to be done in order to produce the right thoughts and actions. The data collection method in this paper uses accurate reading and documentation techniques. This study resulted in three data findings; 1) Ibn Arabi's cosmological concept was built on the philosophical paradigm of <em>Wahdat al-wujud</em>, God's <em>tajalli</em>, and cosmological hierarchies, 2) Ibn Arabi's cosmological relation and Covid-19 were constructed in three relational patterns, namely causal-inherent relations, symbolic-philosophical relations, and prognosis-futuristic relation, 3) alternative solutions offered in Covid-19 mitigation, namely 1) increasing theological-normative awareness, 2) increasing normative-cosmological awareness, and 3) increasing multidimensional awareness</span></p>

One of the supports of successful learning is understanding and using the right model and in accordance with the theme of learning. In this study, further study and understanding of one of the learning models is the inquiry learning model. Many parents who do not understand how this learning model is not only applied in school, but also applied at home, because this learning is not always about education in school alone. This research is a literature study that uses documentation as a data collection method. The results show that: 1) this learning model could not only be applied in schools, but it was very important to be implemented at home, with direct intervention from parents, 2) by looking at the activities and learning steps offered by this model, it could improve learning outcomes and make learning more active and enjoyable, 3) each learning model will not only have advantages, but certainly has disadvantages. In this research some weaknesses and strengths were found in inquiry learning.

The Pandemic Covid-19  in Indonesia in 2020 had an impact on Termination of Employment (PHK), this has received various public opinions on social media. At a time when the poverty rate is high and unemployment increases every year, it becomes a factor of public disapproval of Termination of Employment (PHK). It is necessary to classify public opinion into a negative opinion or a positive opinion on this issue. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment towards layoffs to determine negative or positive opinions using the Naïve Bayes algorithm by adding feature selection. The research stages consist of data collection, text preprocessing, feature selection, and application of algorithms. The testing process in this study uses the Rapid Miner application. The test results in this study using the Naive Bayes Algorithm, the accuracy value is 93.57% and for addition to the Naïve Bayes + PSO feature selection, the accuracy value is 93.71%. The best accuracy value in sentiment analysis of layoffs in the covid-19 pandemic is the addition of the PSO feature selection in the Naïve Bayes Algorithm, which is 0.14% better.

Determining the need of money for ATM is usually different, that is one of the problems in managing money allocation of ATM. Some seasonal factors such as holidays and the implementation of transition large-scale social restrictions related to the covid-19 pandemic that can affect fluctuations in cash transactions. In this paper aims to determine the frequency of cash withdrawals at ATM since the enactment of transition large-scale social restrictions in Jakarta using the naive bayes algorithm so it can be identified which ATM require more allocation money or not. Providing the right money allocation can improve the quality of service to customers and minimize unused money in ATM. Results of analysis using a Naive Bayes algorithm to predict cash withdrawals frequencies at ATM that show a prediction accuracy up to 81%
