Until now, cancer is one that suffered by the people of Indonesia, especially in cervical cancer (cervix) suffered by Indonesian women. Not only cervical cancer suffered by Indonesian women, but also other diseases that attack the female reproductive organs. Such diseases, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, vaginal cancer, ovarian cysts and myomas. To prevent the number of deaths of patients, of course the initial diagnosis as one of the solutions. As used in this study in development an early diagnosis system of female reproductive cancer. This expert system adds value to the technology to assist in the handling of an increasingly sophisticated information age. This Expert System Application generates an Update that enables patients who suffer from symptoms that are felt by the patient. This system is also a result of the necessity of women suffering from cancer experienced by patients. The amount of trust value is the result of calculation using Certainty Factor method.

Dental disease is one of the many health problems Complained of by the people of Indonesia. Dental health is a reflection of human health. Lack of knowledge and limited sources of information on oral health have the caused public awareness to maintain oral and dental health is still low .. The development of one of the fields of information technology namely artificial intelligence has been Widely applied in various fields of life. In this study, the dental and oral disease expert system uses the Dempster Shafer method to control inferences that Contain thought patterns and reasoning mechanisms used by experts in solving problems.

Dental and oral disease is one of the diseases that has been felt by most of the people. Insufficient information and the limited level of public awareness of the prevention of dental and oral diseases make the impact quite dangerous if not handled properly. An appropriate information system is needed in overcoming and providing solutions for handling a disease as early as possible. Expert systems can be used as a means of information on the treatment of dental and oral diseases. The manufacture of the expert system in this study initially used the forward chaining method, which is a method that searches based on information that is made into a set of rules so as to get a conclusion. However, after re-analysis, two other methods, namely certainty factor and dempster shafer, were also applied in this study with the aim of overcoming the shortcomings of the forward chaining method, one of which is uncertainty in producing a conclusion or diagnosis of disease. Determining the type of dental and oral disease can be known by looking at the symptoms experienced by the patient. The use of an expert system for diagnosing dental and oral diseases can be used as an initial solution in helping someone to treat the disease. The existence of this expert system can be used as consideration in making decisions to determine the type of dental and oral disease quickly, precisely and accurately.

The eye is the important senses. If the eye is disrupted and ignore it, it will disturb the sufferer. In fact, many people delay to checked eye diseases suffered, due to the lack of knowledge society, the cost is quite expensive and the imbalance between patients and doctors so that should be queued if  will check the eye health. It is necessary for the expert system that can diagnose eye diseases, so a layman can be checked their eye diseases suffered without having to go to the doctors. This expert system is based on web with the programming language PHP and MySQL database. In the process of withdrawal conclusion, system using the certainty factors methodthat use a value to assume degree of confidence from an experts to a data. Expert system provides results in the form of the possibility of illness suffered, the value of the percentage of beliefs from the illness and the treatment solution based on the value of confidencethat given. So it can help the people to know the eye disease their suffered and the action can be done faster

Adolescence is a period of increased activity, maturity of sexuality, growth of awareness, and recognition that the time free from problems experienced in childhood is lost forever. So they experience emotional instability as a result of adjusting themselves to new patterns of behavior and social environment. Personality and behavior disorders in adolescents are problems faced by parents and their environment. In this study, this knowledge was obtained from experts, namely psychologists. This study uses an interview method with a Psychologist. The expert system is a system designed to assist in detecting diseases with a dynamic knowledge base. This expert system can deduce the user's illness based on the symptoms of adolescent personality disorders that are entered into the system. As for the purpose of the research is to produce an expert system to assist psychologists in documenting their knowledge. The expert system will display the amount of confidence the symptom has on the possibility of the user's illness. The amount of the trust value is the result of calculations using the Certainty Factor (CF) method. The results obtained from this study are the application of an expert system to diagnose adolescent personality disorders with the certainty factor method by using a computer as a tool to access data Teenagers, Adolescent Personality Disorders, Expert System, Certainty Factor

INTISARICabai merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman sayuran yang dapat menjadi bumbu masakan atau disajikan secara langsung sebagai bahan tambahan dalam makanan. Cabai juga menjadi sayuran yang paling diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia, sehingga berpotensi besar untuk dikembangkan dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi. Akan tetapi, tanaman cabai memiliki masalah yang kompleks terkait serangan hama dan penyakit yang berpotensi mengurangi produksi dan menyebabkan gagal panen. Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu cabang artificial intelligence dalam ilmu komputer yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai jenis masalah. Sistem pakar mampu berperan seperti seorang pakar, sehingga mendiagnosa hama dan penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Pengembangan sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode centainty factor. Metode ini dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dan menampilkan persentase hasil diagnosa terkait hama dan penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Sistem pakar dikembangkan berbasis website supaya menjadi sistem yang dinamis, sehingga dapat di akses melalui komputer ataupun smartphone. Hasil akhir diagnosa oleh sistem pakar berupa kesimpulan, penjelasan, dan cara mengatasinya.Kata kunci— Tanaman Cabai, sistem pakar, certainty factor ABSTRACTChili is a type of vegetable plant that can be used as a spice in cooking or served directly as an additional ingredient in food. Chili is also a game that is most in demand by the people of Indonesia, so it is likely to be developed and has a fairly high economic value. However, chili plants have problems related to pests and diseases that disrupt production and cause crop failure. Expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence in computer science that can be used to solve various types of problems. The expert system is able to act as a person, thus diagnosing pests and diseases in chili plants. The development of this expert system uses the centacity factor method. This method can assist in making decisions and displaying diagnostic results related to pests and diseases in chili plants. The expert system was developed based on a website to become a dynamic system, so that it can be accessed via a computer or smartphone. The uterus is one of the reproductive organs, namely the mouth of the uterus which is very susceptible to cancer and very often women experience cancer due to a lack of health care. suffered by women in the uterus can be like cysts, cervical cancer, uterine cancer, vaginal cancer and others, cancer is also very difficult to cure so that patients eventually have to give up and face death. From this it is necessary to make a diagnosis from the beginning in order to minimize the number of deaths caused by cervical cancer which is faced by many women in the world, especially in Indonesia, in diagnosing this disease can use a computer system in collaboration with experts to produce a system called the system. experts as an effort to help solve problems that occur with uterine disease that is being experienced by some women. The results of this study will show the percentage level of disease experienced by patients by 88% with the help of implementing the naïve Bayes method and certainty factory

The ultrastructure of reproductive organs of pine, spruce, larch and ginkgo was investigated. It was found that the male reproductive organs possess similar organization. The most considerable change in the ultrastructure of the microsporocytes occur in meiosis. Sporoderm is being laid at the late tetrad stage. The cells of the male gameto-phyte are distinguished according to the metabolic activity of the or- ganells. They are most weakly developed in the spermiogenic cell. Ta-petum of the gymnosperms is of the periplasmodic - secretorial type. The Ubisch bodies which possess similar structure in the types investigated but are specific in details in different species are produced in tapetum.Parietal and subepidermal layers are distinguished for their high metabolic activity and are capable of the autonomous photosynthesis. Female reproductive organs differ more greatly in their struture and have the most complicated structure in primitive groups. On the first stages of their formation the inner cells of nucellus are transformed into the nucellar tapetum in which the structures similar to the Ubisch bodies taking part in the formation of the sporoderm of female gametophyte have been found.

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. It can affect some parts of the body: lungs, lymph nodes, intestines, kidneys, endometrium, bones, and brain. According to the survey of tuberculosis prevalence conducted by Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health in 2013-2014, Indonesia was the second country in the world with the most case of tuberculosis. It makes Indonesia become a country with emergency in lungs tuberculosis. An expert system for lungs tuberculosis detection is built to help people detecting the possibility of suffering from lungs tuberculosis. Therefore, it is hoped that the lungs tuberculosis patient can have early treatment. Certainty factor is used to solve the uncertainty problem delivered by the doctor when examining the patient. Thus, certainty factor is an appropriate method to be used in the expert system for detecting certain disease. This method has been correctly implemented, proved by comparing system detection result to manual calculation result. The expert system has 81.25% accuracy, 83.49% success using DeLone and McLean model, and a cronbach alpha of 0.82 which indicates a good reliability based on the indicators used in the questionnaire. Abstrak   Komputer saat ini merupakan perangkat yang sudah menjangkau hampir sebagian besar masyarakat. Kemajuan teknologi dalam bidang komputer telah menjadikan komputer sebagai alat bantu untuk memudahkan pekerjaan manusia dalam berbagai aspek. Salah satu contohnya menghasilkan suatu pendekatan utntuk dapat mengetahui jenis penyakit yang terserag pada tanaman dengan menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Sistem ini, dapat membantu seseorang untuk mengetahui penyakit yang terserang berdasarkan gejala yang ada pada tanaman serta memberikan solusi untuk penaggulangan atau membasmi penyakit serta hama yang terdapat pada tanaman wortel dengan metode certainty Factor.Dalam  upaya pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman wortel secara strategis, seseorang pakar dibutuhkan  untuk bertindak sebagai media bantu, mengingat terbatasnya pengetahuan para praktisi petani wortel dalam mengetahui penyakit pada tanaman serta memberikan solusi kepada petani untuk membasmi penyakit yang terserang pada tanaman wortel.Sistem pakar tanaman memiliki tujuan mengetahui jenis hama dan penyakit, gejala, penyebab, pencegahan, dan menyediakan alternatif solusi penanggulangan hama dan penyakit pada setiap tanaman. Sistem pakar ini juga akan dapat membantu untuk mendukung aktivitas dalam pemecahan masalah.   Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Wortel, Hama dan Penyakit, Certainty Factor, Web     Abstract   Computer current’s is device that has reach almost large part comumunity. In effort pest control and plant disease carrot strategically, someone expert needed for act as media help, remember lomited knowedge some practitioner farmer carrot in know disease at plant and give solution to farmer to exterminate disease that stircken at plant carrot. Expert system plant have purpose know type pest and disease, symptom, cause, prevention and provide alternative solution handling pest and disease at every plant.
