The result of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Individual Characteristic and Work Environment on Employee Performance are good. 2. The analysis regression is Ŷ = 20,910 + 0,816X1 + 0,399X2 have a positive influence between individual characteristic and work environment to employee performance. 3. The correlation result of r = 0,799, the analysis correlation have a moderately high and positive correlation between individual characteristic, work environment with the employee performance. 4. The result of coefficient of determination can be explained the level of employee performance is 63.90%, and the remaining 36.10% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. From the results of the processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors concluded that the individual characteristics and work environment conducted by the Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah UPT SAMSAT Pematangsiantar had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by simultaneous hypothesis testing, where the results of the test are calculated (36,214 )> ftabel (3.23) with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Individual characteristics and work environment are considered as crucial aspects for companies that want to improve their employees’ performance. PT Trakindo Utama specifically Samarinda branch is one of many branches of PT Trakindo Utama in Indonesia, which become the sole agent of Caterpillar products in Indonesia. Caterpillar itself is the world's leading manufacturer of heavy equipment originally from USA. This research aims to determine the influence of characteristics and non-physical work environment of the employee performance in parts Department at PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda branch. The individual characteristics (x1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are used as independent variables while the performance of employees (Y) as dependent variable. Primary data is obtained by conducting interviews to 34 respondents by using questionnaires while secondary data is obtained by conducting field observation. Data analysis uses a double linear regression technique by using SPSS 22 software. The results show that the individual characteristic variables does not have any partial effect toward the performance of the employees of Parts Department PT Trakindo Utama Cabang Samarinda branch and individual characteristic variables (X1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are simultaneously influential in the performance of the Employees (Y) Parts Department at PT trakindo Utama, Samarinda branch.  Suggestions for PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda Branch, the company should hold a family gathering in order to improve not only for each employees relations but also with bosses to stay awake, provide suggestions and evaluate employee work which can effectively improve employee performance, manage the best possible time so that the job can be completed on time.

This study aims to determine the effect of employee characteristics on customer satisfaction at an Islamic bank in Palu, Indonesia. This study used the quantitative research method. The sample for this study was purposively determined, which of them were 100 Islamic banks customers. A five-scale survey was distributed to the customers, and all of the surveys were returned. Data analysis used SPSS version 17 for the windows program. The research results show that the individual characteristics variables have a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palu. The R square value was 0.262 means that the individual characteristic variable has an effect at twenty-six percent. For the t-test, the count was 5.900, which means tcount > ttable (5.900 > 0.6770) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the employee characteristics variable has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palu. The R square value was 0.224 means that the individual characteristic variable has an effect of twenty-two percent. For the t-test, the count is 5.317, which means tcount > ttable (5.317 > 0.6770) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. We concluded that employees characteristics play important roles in determining customers satisfaction at Islamic banks.

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Cultural Organization and Commitment to the Teacher Performance at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar amounted to 64 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 68,710 + 0,715X1 + 0,914X2 means there is a positive influence between cultural organization and commitment on teacher performance. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,672. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low employee performance 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the cultural organization and commitment applied SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (25,170) > fhitung (3,15) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. The research aims to find out how the characteristics of individual to motivation in jambi province health service is partially over the period 2013-2017. The object of this analysis of health services the province of Jambi. The sample used in this study is as much as 79 (seventy-nine) employees of the health services the province of Jambi. Jambi Province health service is one of the agencies that play a role in implementing health development. Health services have the task of carrying out some local Government Affairs based on the principle of autonomy in health development in jambi province. The method used is descriptive quantitative methods with the individual characteristics of the independent variable, while the dependent variable is the motivation. Analysis tools used are simple linear regression, t-test, the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the regression analysis abowed that the regression equation Y = 1.648 + 0.506 + e, with R2 0.388. This means that the characteristics of the individual employee motivation significantly to influential on health service Office of the province of jambi, with value of  6.992 and significant levels 0.000. In this study, the author gives advice to the Office, that Office should health services strengthening employee motivation Jambi province so that raises a better employee performance again.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on the performance of stationary pump operators in the water resources department of West Jakarta city administration. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling population of 250 employes sample of 71 respondents. Data analysis used regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, using SPSS Version 24 software. The results obtained leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation Y = 11,128 + 0,339X1 + 0,392X2. Correlation value obtained at 0.695 means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong influence with a coefficient of determination of 48.3% while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained value (31,716> 3,130), it was also strengthened with a probability of significance of 0,000 <0.05. This means H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and work environment on employee performance in the West Jakarta City Water Resources Administration Office.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at the CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi Kopdit. Benefits of Research: Provide information material to the management of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi Kopdit about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale and For other researchers it can be used as a reference in conducting studies or research with the same subject matter as well as input for interested parties directly with this research. The number of samples was 96 respondents, the method of collecting data was through questionnaires and documentation, the variables studied were about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at the Cooperative Unit of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi partially and simultaneously on work morale and data analysis methods with multiple regression. The results showed the linear regression equation: Linear regression equation: SK = 0.558 + 0.797Kom + 0.448LK., indicating the regression coefficient of the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK), which was positive, meaning that all variables had a positive influence on work morale. The correlation coefficient (R) = 0.886, which means that the relationship between the compensation variable (Kom) and the work environment (LK) on work morale is very strong. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785 means that the variable compensation (Kom) and work environment (LK) is able to explain 78.5% of work morale, while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. The calculated t value of the compensation variable = 6.871 and the work environment = 3.273 > t table which shows a significance number of 0.000 < 0.05, then the two variables have a partially significant effect on work morale. The calculated F value = 83.058 > F table with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK) have a significant effect simultaneously on work morale. Based on the conclusion above, it is better if the Cooperative of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi needs to increase the compensation provided and the work environment to encourage employee morale so as to create job satisfaction. , Judging from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785, it means that compensation and work environment variables are able to explain 78.5% of work spirit while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. Other factors that affect morale should be investigated from the internal and external environment.

PT. Euro Management Indonesia have some low level performance of employees such as not good in giving directives or guidance or work orders, some work space is not adequate, and the achievement of quality and quantity targets that have not maximized. It is allegedly due to the existence of interpersonal communication and work environment employees are still considered not good. The aims of this study to determine how the influence that given by interpersonal communication and work environment to the performance of employees of PT. Euro Management Indonesia. Type of this research is explanatory research, with 50 respondents of samples. Used questionnaire as data collecting with Likert measurement scale. In the data analysis method used is test of validity and reliability, correlation coefficient (R), regression test, coefficient of determination (R2), significance of t test and F test by using SPSS 20.0. The results of this research shows that interpersonal communication and work environment severally has significant, strong and positive influence toward employee performance. Two variables has been tested gradually or even together show that interpersonal communication (0,682) and work environment (0,678) simultaneously have strong relation with employee performance. The amount of contribution value (R2) by interpersonal communication is greater than work environment, coefficient of determination value (R2) for interpersonal communication is 46,5% and work environment is 46%.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan apakah lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja. Metode penentuan sampel dengan cara sampel jenuh, maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis, koefisien determinasi, dan moderated regression analysis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja mampu memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai.This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and whether the work environment moderates the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The variables studied were work discipline, employee performance, and work environment. The method of determining the sample by means of saturated samples, then all populations are used as research samples. Data analysis techniques using simple regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment is able to moderate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. This research shows that by increasing work discipline will improve employee performance, and a good work environment will improve employee work discipline.

This research aims to know about the influence of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance, especially in the office of PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing. Respondents in this research are employees of this office section includes the HRD, Project, Purchasing, Finance, QA / QC, Logistics, Document Control, IT, Technical, Design and R & D. Researchers using multiple regression method in this research, the result of multiple regression method shows that there is partial influence on individual characteristic variables on employee performance of PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing, the partial influence on work environment variables on employee performance PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing and the simultaneous influence on individual characteristic variable and work environment on employee performance of PT Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing.
