The purpose of this study is to evaluate: (1) The effect of work discipline on employee performance. (2) The effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. (3) The effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Summit Oto Finance Semarang. The data analysis technique uses: validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests (t test, F test and determinant coefficient). The population in this study is the entire population as a sample of 65 employees and using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work discipline does not significantly effect on employee performance. (2) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee’s performance of PT. Summit Oto Finance Semarang.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with total population and sample of 30 respondent or employees. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 16.0 program. The result of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.026 < 0.05. work discipline partially has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.006 < 0.05. the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.043 < 0.05. competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

<p><em>This research was conducted at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Majene Regency with the title The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance. The formulation of the problem used by researchers is How the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, How the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, which variables have more influence on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Office Majene District Sports. The research method, namely the population and sample used in this study were all employees of the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, which amounted to about 50 people, while the analysis method used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis This analysis was used to determine how much influence it had. independent variables, namely: compensation (X1), and work environment (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Multiple linear regression equations, Partial Significance Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test (F test). The results obtained from this study are the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, compensation has an effect on employee performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency. and the work environment has a more dominant influence on employee performance at the Department of Education and Youth Sport, Majene Regency.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Performance</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo. This research is a quantitative research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo as many as 42 people. Instrument testing in this study was conducted using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (2.452) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.019 less than 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (6.670) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. Work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated F value (33.789) is greater than the F table value (2.83), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. The amount of influence of the independent variables (work environment and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 63.4%, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Cilegon Banten. The independent variables Social security and work motivation are the factors that are analyzed partially and simultaneously on the  Dependent  Variable of Employee Performance at the company. The number of samples in this study was 70 employees is a saturated sample. The analysis technique in this research uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and R2 test. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method that is a measurement of object data by processing data using SPPS V.25.0 software. The results showed that (1) Social security variables partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, as evidenced by the t-value of 1,458 < t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.150>  0.05. (2)  Work  Motivation  Variable partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, evidenced by t-value 2,375> t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.02 <0.05. (3) Social Security and Work Motivation Variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 19.6% s on the performance of employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, where the F-value is 8,189> F table 3.13 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Suggestions for PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari pay more attention to the timeliness of employees in carrying out their work so that the company's targets are met properly.

Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Sangeh Village. Suggestions that can be given are to improve organizational culture and work environment conditions so that employee performance increases.

This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and communication on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang. This study uses quantitative study methods. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling (Census) in which all population members were sampled. So the sample in this study was 32 respondents. Data collection techniques using study instruments namely questionnaire. The instrument testing techniques are validity test and reliability test, data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 2) Communication has no significant effect on employee performance on CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 3) Simultaneous work and communication facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang.

This study aims to see the work ethic and work environment variables on the performance of the employees of PT Berlian Indah Nusantara Abadi Surabaya, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this method is quantitative and the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires given to 57 employees, consisting of men mean 30 people while 27 women. Then for the analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis processed using the SPSS version 21.00 program. From the research results, work ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment has a negative and significant effect on the work environment.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of kaizen culture and rewards in increasing employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) sukabumi. The variables in this study are kaizen and reward culture as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. Thissstudy usespprimary data in the form of questionnaire answers and secondaryydata through documents. The data analysissmethod used isddescriptive and associative analysis. The research method used in this study is explanatoryyresearch with a quantitativeaapproach. This type of researchhmethod uses a type of non-probability sampling included in the saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients.The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from the value (adjusted R2) of 0.251 can be interpreted that the role of kaizen culture and rewards in improving employee performance amounted to 25.1%. The remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.532, it shows that there is a moderate relationship between kaizen culture and reward with employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability, work ethic and work environment on employee performance. This study usesquantitative methods. Total population and samples are 50 respondents from all employees Garment Industries. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear  Regression Analysis. The t test results show that work ability, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work etnic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the F show that the variables of Self Ability, work etnic and work environment simultaneously affect the Employee Performance OF Garmen Industries
