The development, testing and introduction into practice of feeding lactating cows of energy feed additives with mineral components for the preparation of compound feeds-concentrates that provide the necessary amount of energy and minerals, is currently a particularly urgent task. The aim of the work was to study the effect of the energy feed additive "ZeolFat" on the qualitative composition of cow milk in the first phase of lactation. The introduction of energy concentrate in the diet at doses of 200, 400 and 600 g / head per day allowed to increase the content of raw fat by 6.69%, 13.38 and 19.91%; exchange energy by 1.46, 2.92 and 4.37%, respectively. As a result, we observed an increase in the average daily milk yield in the experimental groups, which was (in terms of the basic fat content (3.4%)): in the I-th - 8.1%, in the II-th - 13.7, in the III - th-14.3% compared to the control. Filling the lack of energy and minerals in the diet with the introduction of the studied supplement contributed to a change in the quality composition of milk. In comparison with the control group, the content of dry substances in the milk of cows of the experimental groups was higher by 0.1...0.6%, and the dry skimmed milk residue - by 0.01...0.11 %. There was also a tendency to increase the mass fraction of fat in milk in group I by 0.08 %, in group II-by 0.14 %, in group III-by 0.21 % in relation to the control; an increase in the mass fraction of protein, respectively, by 0.04; 0.12; 0.14 %. The indicators of density and titrated acidity, the level of ketone bodies and acetone in the milk of cows of all groups met the requirements of GOST R 31449-2013. The concentration of urea in the milk of experimental cows was lower than in the control, by 3.46...4.43 %. According to the number of somatic cells, the milk of all cows met the requirements of the highest grade, while in the experimental groups the indicator was lower by 25.6...74.8 %.

Determining which forms of mineral feed additives can increase farm animal productivity is a key area of research. This study assessed the mineral composition of ruminal fluid and the effectiveness of calcium and phosphorus used by animals after the introduction of finely dispersed particles (FDP) of SiO2 (group I) and FeCo (group II) with a hydrodynamic radius of 109.6 ± 16.6 and 265 ± 25 nm, respectively. The deposition and use of calcium and phosphorus in the body of the experimental animals exceeded the control values. In group I, 30.8% more calcium was deposited (p ≥ 0.05), and in group II, the value was 30.3% (p ≥ 0.01). In the experimental groups, the calcium utilization rate was 27.3% higher in group I (p ≥ 0.05), and 28.2% higher in group II (p ≥ 0.01) compared to in the control. Phosphorus deposition was 34% higher (p ≤ 0.01) in experimental group I and 6% higher in experimental group II, compared with the control. Group I had a high utilization rate of phosphorus from the feed (with a 29% difference compared to the control). Comparison of the experimental groups revealed that the introduction of SiO2 FDP promoted an increase in the concentration of silicon, phosphorus, and calcium in the ruminal fluid. The introduction of FeCo FDP was accompanied by a decrease in the concentration of iron and cobalt in the ruminal fluid. Thus, the use of feed additive in finely dispersed form in the diet of animals was accompanied by an increase in the use of calcium and phosphorus by the animal’s body, which is advisable when intensifying milk and meat productivity. The obtained results require further research. Keywords: finely dispersed forms of microelements, ruminants, calcium and phosphorus exchange, feeding

<b>The aim of the study was to analyse the effect of selected feed additives (pro-, pre- and synbiotics) on the health of mink, morphometric parameters of their digestive tract, and microbiological identification of its contents. The observations were made on pastel mink assigned to the following dietary treatments: group I – standard farm feed without supplements, group II – probiotic-supplemented feed, group III – prebiotic-supplemented feed, and group IV – synbiotic-supplemented feed. The feed additives were found to affect the growth and weight gains of the mink. Body weight at winter fur priming ranged from 1.45 to 2.54 kg in females and from 2.70 to 4.20 kg in males. During the rearing period (weaning to slaughter), the highest weight gains were observed in the group receiving prebiotics – on average 760 g in females and 1970 g in males. Analysis of the morphometric parameters of the digestive tract showed highly significant differences between means for the groups, except for the weight of the lungs and spleen and the length of the stomach. The mean concentration of total bacteria in the intestinal contents was similar in groups II and III (8.5-9.4 x 104 CFU/g), higher in group IV, and highest in the control group (5.9 x 106 CFU/g). Among the bacteria identified, <i>Corynebacterium</i> was dominant in all groups. The total fungal count in the intestinal contents was lowest in the mink receiving prebiotics. The dominant fungi were <i>Candida</i>, particularly <i>Candida glabrata</i>. The proportion of fungi of this genus varied between groups from 84.5% to 89.5%. The other fungi identified in the digesta were <i>Rhizopus</i> spp. and <i>Aspergillus</i> spp.</b>

The purpose of research is increase of beef productivity and beef quality of Simmental calves at introduc-tion in a diet of feeding different doses of the drug Vetosporin suspension. Of the half-yearly animals, 40 males were selected and formed into group IV for the experiment. The differences were only in feeding. The young were fed the studied additive Vetosporin suspension. In this case, the supplement was an addi-tion to the basic diet of animals of the experimental II-IV groups. The volume of the additive added was 0.1; 1.0; and 2 ml per 10 kg of live weight, respectively. Control group I, consumed exclusively a diet that does not contain an additive. Based on the results of the experiment at the age of 18 months. The prevalence of bulls of the experimental live weight over peers was observed, which was 4.4-25.3 kg (0.78-4.67%). The study of the studied indicators after control slaughter in the context of groups showed the superiority of bulls of experimental groups in all the periods studied. It is established that at the age of 15 months. The size of the removable live weight of the youngest of the control group was less by 8.0-19.7 kg (1.75-4.29%) than in the animals of the test groups. In this case, the leading position was occupied by the youngest of group III, the prevalence of which was 0.7-11.7 (0.14 -2.51%). It should be noted that after 3 months a simi-lar picture of the distribution of the studied quantities was observed. As for the output of carcass, we can note the following. Outsider among the animals of the experimental groups was the control group. So the bulls of group I were inferior to those who received the additive by 0.7-1.3%. At 18 months, as well as at 15 months, the dominant position was occupied by gobies of experimental groups. It should be noted that among the animals of the experimental groups the leading place was occupied by the bulls receiving the feed additive in a dose of 1.0 ml per 10 kg of live weight, that is, the youngest of the III group.

Introduction. Nutrition has a great effect on the quality of life and longevity. Modern food industry pays much attention to the issue of obtaining high-quality and safe livestock products grown without feed antibiotics. The research objective was to study the effect of chamomile extract on a complex of economically useful traits of young rabbits and the qualitative characteristics of meat, as well as to determine the optimal dosage of chamomile extract. Study objects and methods. The experimental research was carried out on the animal farm of the Kuzbass State Agricultural Academy in 2018. Five experimental groups and one control group of young Californian rabbits were formed according to the principle of analogue pairs. Each group included 10 rabbits. From 70-day age, the animals of the experimental group I were supplemented with a phytobiotic feed additive based on wild chamomile extract at a dose of 0.5 g per rabbit per day. In experimental group II, each rabbit received 1 g per day; in experimental group III, it was 1.5 g per rabbit per day; in experimental group IV – 2.0 g per rabbit per day; in experimental group V – 2.5 g per head per day. The experiment lasted 30 days. Results and discussion. The best result was achieved in experimental group II. In the experimental groups, the rabbits demonstrated an increase in hemoglobin. The use of phytobiotic feed additives in the diet did not cause any pathological changes in internal organs. The average live weight at the end of the experiment, compared with the control group, was higher: experimental group I – by 0.82%, experimental group II – by 6.96%, experimental group III – by 5.01%, experimental group IV – by 3.73%, experimental group V – by 2.80% (P ˃ 0.01). An analysis of the chemical composition of rabbit meat after the experiment showed that the water content in the rabbit meat ranged from 76 to 77%, which suggests high water-holding properties. The high dietary qualities of the rabbit meat depended on the content of protein (20–22 wt%) and the low fat content (5–7%). These data make it possible to promote rabbit meat for dietary products. Conclusion. According to the slaughter indicators and the phytobiotic feed additives parameters of meat, the optimal dose of phytobiotic feed additives is 1 g per head per day.

Poultry farming using modern technologies requires the employment of veterinary preparation for the prevention of infectious diseases and also feed additives for the improvement of metabolic functions and correction of body resistance. The article presents the results of clinical trials of feed additives in the form of an ionic solution concentrate of the biologically active nanosilicon "Arsil". The clinical study was performed on healthy ten-day-old broiler chicken, cross "Cobb-500", organized into three groups of 20 heads each: Group I received a feed additive at a dose of 0.5 ml per 1 liter of water, group II – at a dose of 1.0 ml per 1 liter of water and group III was the control group (on a regular diet, without feed additives). The use of the studied feed additive was carried out by watering with water for 30 days. Poultry of all groups were fed with identical feeds in accordance with regulatory requirements taking into account the age of the bird. The clinical condition of the bird was monitored daily, control weightings were performed once a week and blood samples were taken for laboratory tests on days 15 and 35 of the experiment. At the end of the experiment, a diagnostic slaughter of birds of all groups and a complete pathological autopsy with selection of material for histological examination were performed. Studies have shown that the use of the feed additive "Arsil" contributed to weight gain and average daily gain, improved the feed conversion and the tendency for the growth of the concentration of hemoglobin, hematocrit and erythrocytes in broiler chicken from the experimental groups compared with the control group at the end of fattening. The structure of the internal organs of birds of all studied groups is preserved, macroscopic changes in organs and tissues are not detected. An increase in the coefficients of mass of immune-competent organs in broiler chicken fed the feed additive "Arsil" compared with the control group was found.

The effectiveness of prevention of internal non-contagious diseases in the postpartum period in cows due to the introduction of a feed additive "Kaufit dry plus" into the diet of deeply dry cows was studied in the scientific work. The effectiveness of the feed additive was evaluated by analyzing the incidence of non-infectious pathology, physical examination data, morphological and biochemical changes in blood, pH-urine and scar fluid. The studies were carried out on two groups of analogues of deeply dry cows (control and experimental). It was determined that on 21 days after calving in the experimental group, compared with the control, the incidence of retention of the afterbirth significantly decreased by 11.7%, postpartum endometritis by 10.0%, puerperal paresis by 8.3%, clinical mastitis by 8.4%. However, cases of abomasal displacement during the study period in the experimental group increased by 1.6%, ketosis - by 3.3%, scar hypotension - by 3.3%, aseptic hoof diseases-by 4.9%. In the experimental group, there was a significant increase in the acidity of scar fluid (from 6.82±0.38 to 5.41±0.24, p<0.01) and urine (from 8.23±0.18 to 6.53±0.12, p<0.01); there was a significant decrease in glucose by 39.4 % (p<0.01), an increase in the content of ketone bodies by 2.8 times, an increase in calcium and phosphorus by 22.4% and 18.2% (p<0.05), respectively. The detected changes in the biochemical profile of the blood of the studied cows indicate the development of energy deficiency in the body of cows of the experimental group and the development of hypocalcemia in the body of cows of the control group. The use of the feed additive "Kaufit dry plus" significantly reduces the risk of hypocalcemia, puerperal paresis, postpartum endometritis, retention of the afterbirth and clinical mastitis, but increases the risk of such diseases in the postpartum period as hypotension of the scar, ketosis, displacement of the rennet, aseptic diseases of the hooves.
