The article reflects the dynamics of key values of the Russian linguocultural community. The research presents a comprehensive analysis of the data of a psycholinguistic experiment aimed at explicating the real content of the value of self-devotion marked by precedent names. Actual content modeling of the value of self-devotion was carried out with the help of semantic gestalt method and then compared with the semantic gestalt constructed in compliance with dictionary data. The research suggested that the minds of young people possess that meaning of self-devotion stands that contrasts the traditional one. According to the majority of respondents, self-devotion is not considered a moral law, moreover, a significant part of participants (25%) defines such an action as stupidity. The change in the list of precedent names that personify this value in the linguistic consciousness of a modern person was experimentally proven. It was revealed that one of the main factors determined by changes in the cultural code are history textbooks used today in the educational process. In the course of psycholinguistic text analysis of these textbooks, it was proved that they do not meet the main criteria that enable a directed transmission of cultural meanings. As a result, there is a gradual disappearance of precedent names traditional for culture, and there is also a tendency of including the values of Western culture into the content of the cognitive base of the Russian linguocultural community.

Teaching a communication language is not only grammatical patterns in which words are embedded, but it is also a function of the language. The function of the language – is the goal that must be achieved through written or spoken forms. Using the function of the language, you carry out the act of communication. The main goal in the communication process is to understand people, i.e. to understand the context. Culture is a central part to all types of the contexts. Understanding of the contexts implies that a person knows these cultural meanings related to time, place, person and circumstances. Many researchers define the main role of a teacher as a “driving force” in mastering cultural knowledge among students who study foreign languages during the education process.

The article emphasizes the importance of the need to preserve the national code of the Kazakh people indicated in the article of the first President of Kazakhstan "Orientation to the future: spiritual rebirth". In addition, the written monuments of the Golden Horde era tell about the traditions and customs that influence the revival of public consciousness, forming the cultural code of our people. And also, in the works of Nasiruddin Bakhanddin Rabguzi, the concept of worldview is explained from a religious point of view, nevertheless, it is accompanied by customs closely related to human life. Rabguzi's literary heritage, written during the time of the Golden Horde, emphasizes the importance of the customs of not only Turkic peoples, but also other peoples in human life. The article says that the work of Rabguzi serves as a tool for the continuation of spiritual education, passed on from generation to generation of the Turkic people. The work "Kisas-ul Anbiya" is a very important work in the spiritual education of young people from the point of view of cultural value. The factors influencing the formation of human behavior and the perception of the soul through spiritual culture, reason, responsibility in a person are considered. If a person consists of these feelings - his life and its course are a combination of spiritual phenomena, it will certainly continue yesterday, today and tomorrow. The article analyzes the fact that every nation of the world perceives world civilization through its national code, worldview, national consciousness and seeks to flexibly develop it in accordance with the traditions and customs of its nation. The works of Rabguzi are valued for the fact that there are common literary works common to the Turkic-speaking peoples, including the study of ethnography and understanding of the language of the Kazakh people. The article says that the study of the presence of common sources in the study of the ethnography of the Kazakh people in the work of Rabguzi is an urgent problem today.

One of the most notorious leaders of the early Christian church was Diotrephes, who makes his appearance in 3 John. All that can be known of him with certainty is in that letter, where he is described as one ‘who loves to be first’ (v. 9 NIV). The Elder writes the letter of 3 John in order to defend his honor that Diotrephes has affronted, to uphold the honor of his emissaries (who have been barred from Diotrephes’ church), and to sustain the honor of those who have attempted to welcome the Christian missionaries from the Elder, but who have been put out of the church by the inhospitable Diotrephes. The best approach to this NT letter is by means of the ancient Mediterranean cultural code of honor, and through a rhetorical-critical analysis that is sensitive to that cultural value.
