The natural and cultural wealth is a potential asset for tourism in Indonesia. The combination of tourist attractions and supporting facilities is a special advantage for tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine and partially analyze the influence of tourist attractions as an effort to increase visiting interest and servicescape as an effort to increase visiting interest and simultaneously tourist attractions and servicescapes in increasing tourist interest in visiting the concept of halal tourism in Bima City. The number of samples is 100 respondents with purposive sampling through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Collecting data using questionnaires, observation, and literature study. Testing the data using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 20.0. Data analysis used multiple linear regression t-test, F test is carried out. The results show that tourist attractions have an effect as an effort to increase interest in visiting and servicescape has an effect as an effort to increase interest in visiting and simultaneously tourist attractions and servicescape have an effect together as an effort to increase interest in visiting halal tourism in Bima City

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at the Kinol Bistro N ’Poll cafe in Padang City totaling 2,446. while the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variables of product quality, price and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of brand image, price and promotion on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang at the Honda Gajah Motor Padang, totaling 584 people. While the number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variable brand image and promotion had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang. While the price variable does not significantly influence the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in the city of Padang.

This study aims to determine the effect of social media, tourism events, and service facilities on revisiting interest in Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo Sandboarding. The research was conducted on visitors to the Parangkusumo Gumuk Pasir Sandboarding. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. This study used purposive sampling technique and data analysis with multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using the T test and F test with the help of the application program SPSS version 16.0. The results of the multiple linear regression indicate that social media has a positive and significant effect on revisiting interest. Tourism events have a positive and significant effect on revisiting interest. Service facilities have a positive and significant effect on revisiting interest. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that social media, tourism events, and service facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on revisiting interest.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay. Tax evasion is a tax deductible scheme that is owed by violating the provisions of taxation (illegal). Tax evasion is usually done by the company by making false invoices, not recording some sales, or preparing fake financial statements, but the practice of tax evasion like this is often caught, thus the mode of tax evasion is now changing. Perception is the response of something or is the process of knowing some things through the senses. This research is interested to prove the perception of the students of economics faculty regarding the tax evasion, where these students have received taxation class and practice. This study uses questionnaires to obtain students perception data, and use purposive sampling in obtaining sample research. Data analysis technique used is multiple-linear regression. The result of research shows that only discrimination variables affect the tax evasion based on the perception of the students of economics faculty, while the variables of justice, taxation system and understanding of taxation do not affect tax evasion based on the perception of the students of Economics Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

The number of taxpayers from year to year increases. But the increase in the number of taxpayers is not offset by taxpayer compliance in paying taxes. The compliance issue becomes an obstacle in maximizing tax revenues. This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions and taxpayer awareness on the compliance of individual taxpayers. The population of this study is determined based on purposive sampling method, the data collected by division of questionnaires in KPP Pratama Manado. The method of research analysis used is multiple linear regression. based on the result of t test, it can be concluded that the tax sanction has positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance of the individual, with the value of significance smaller than the significant value (0.001 < 0.05), the consciousness of the taxpayer positively and significantly influence the compliance personal taxpayer, this is indicated by a value of significance smaller than the significant value (0.003 < 0.05).Keywords :Tax sanctions, Taxpayer awareness, Personal taxpayer compliance

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

  Abstract The research motivated by the increasing of accommodation growth in Badung Regency and backpacker trend tourism development that increase with economic accommodation needed. Backpacker is a person or group of people who trave for a relatively long time, with minimal budget, use motorbike as transportation and arrange itinerary independently.The variables used are advertising, personal selling, selling promotion and public relation and publicity. The data obtained through observation, questionnaire, literature study and documentation. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with total of respondent are 170 of backpacker tourists. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression to find impact of independent variable to dependent variable by partially and simultaneously. The test gave result simultaneously X’s variable got 15,460 Fcount with Ftabel 2,659. Therefore, partially with result tcount of advertising (X1) 3,080, personal selling (X2) 1,031, sales promotion (X3) 3,149, public relation and publicity (X4) 3,012 with ttabel 1,974 and determination coefficients is 27,3%. Conclusion of the research there are three variable have significantly, advertising (X1), sales promotion (X3), and public relation and publicity (X4) impacts of buying decision of backpacker about budget hotel. Therefore one variable is personal selling (X2) doesn’t give significantly impact. Also there are simultaneously impacts of promotional mix (X) variable to the buying decision of backpacker about budget hotel (Y). While, the dominant variable that impacts buying decision of backpacker about budget hotel in Badung Regency is advertising. Keywords: Backpacker, Budget Hotel, Promotional Mix, Accommodation
