Background: To have rest or to sleep is basic need that needed by everyone.  To have enough rest or sleep will make body functioned optimally. By sleeping people can restore or to rest the physical after whole day activities, it can reduce stress and anxiety. It also improve concentration and improve ability when doing daily activities. Factors that affect quality and quantity of sleep include ill, fatigue, environment, lifestyle, emotional stress, diet, smoking, stimulant, alcohol, and motivation. The stress level on assisted citizen of woman’s prisoner will be more severe than who are not in prison so as stress can be overcome then the quality of sleep becomes better. Objective:To know the correlation between stress levels and sleep quality on assisted people in woman Penitentiary class II A Yogyakarta. Methods: The research was conducted at women's prison class II A Yogyakarta.  Research population was 117 women prisoners. The sample was 50 women prisoners. Type of the research was descriptive analytic research with cross sectional design. Statistical analysis used chi square. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Results: The stress level was mostly in high category as many as 17 respondents experienced stress (34%). Sleep quality of the respondents were mostly in bad category as many as 38 respondents (76%). There is a correlation between stress level and sleep quality on women prisoners in Penitentiary class II A Yogyakarta with p-value (0.033). Conclusion: There is a correlation between stress level and sleep quality on women prisoners in Penitentiary class II A Yogyakarta.   Keywords:Stress level, sleep quality, assisted people, penitentiary

Discharge planning is one of the activities in the provision of nursing care on patients in the hospital, it will have a shortening impact on patient care in the hospital and reduce the patient's recurrence rate, but the implementation is not appropriate. so far, implementation of Discharge planning is still to be done after the patient finished having treatment by making a summary of the recording of patients return. Various characteristic factors of nurses can influence the implementation of discharge planning in hospital. The research purpose was to know the relationship of factors that influence discharge planning with the implementation of discharge planning. The research design used was cross-sectional, the instrument used was the questionnaire about the characteristics of the nurses and the implementation of discharge planning. The population of research was nurses who served in the inpatient room RSI Sakinah Mojokerto number of 80 nurses and obtained the number of 67 samples with proportional random sampling technique. The result of analysis with pearson correlation for age, education, length of work and chi-square for marital status showed that the characteristics of nurses related to discharge planning implementation were educational factor with p-value 0,023. The higher the nurse education caused more critical, logical and systematic in thinking so as to improve the quality of its work and the greater the desire to utilize the knowledge and skills it possesses keywords        : discharge planning, nurses, education

The transition of elderly lives from productive periods to non-productive makes them need support from relatives, friends or family. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between family appreciation support with quality and life satisfaction of the elderly in the city of Depok, West Java, with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were 135 elderly people> 60 years old, living with family, do not have infectious diseases, able to communicate in Indonesian; selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Chi square test. The results of the study indicate that there was a relationship between family appreciation support with the quality of life of the elderly (p-value = 0.022) and life satisfaction of the elderly (p-value = 0.014). The results of this study are expected to support the development of nursing science in the future, especially regarding the quality and satisfaction of life of the elderly. Keywords: elderly; award support; quality of life; life satisfaction ABSTRAK Transisi kehidupan lansia dari masa produktif menjadi non produktif membuat mereka memerlukan dukungan dari kerabat, teman atau keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan penghargaan keluarga dengan kualitas dan kepuasan hidup lansia di Kota Depok, Jawa Barat, dengan desain cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 135 lansia yang berusia >60 tahun, tinggal bersama keluarga, tidak memiliki penyakit menular, mampu berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Indonesia; yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan penghargaan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup lansia (p-value = 0,022) dan kepuasan hidup lansia (p-value = 0,014). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung perkembangan ilmu keperawatan di masa mendatang, khususnya tentang kualitas dan kepuasan hidup lansia. Latar belakang: kejadian dismenorea primer dapat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur menjadi buruk karena peningkatan kadar prostagladin memiliki efek meningkatkan kontraktilitas otot uterus, vasokonstriksi dan mengakibatkan iskemia pada otot uterus, sehingga terjadinya nyeri saat menstruasi. Tujuan: Mengetahui Hubungan Antara Dismenorea Primer Dengan Kualitas Tidur Mahasiswi PSIK STIKes Muhammadiyah Palembang. Metode: Desain Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu cross-sectional dengan kuesioner dismenorea primer dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu totalsampling dengan jumlah sampel 342 responden, dengan uji statistik Chi Square. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui bahwa nilai p value (0,000) < α = 0,05. Ada hubungan antara dismenorea primer dengan kualitas tidur mahasiswi PSIK STIKes Muhammadiyah Palembang.   The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea results in poor sleep quality because increased levels of prostaglandin has an effect of increasing contractility of the uterine muscle and vasoconstriction and resulting in ischemia in the uterine muscle so that pain during menstruation occurs. To find out the relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and sleep quality of PSIK female students of Muhammadiyah Institute of Health Science of Palembang. This study used cross sectional design with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The number of samples was 342 respondents taken using total sampling technique. The statistical used was chi-square test. The statistical test results showed that p value obtained was (0,000) < α= 0,05. There was a relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and sleep quality of PSIK female students of Muhammadiyah Institute of Health Science.

Backround: Family afective function is very importand to be fulfilled in a family to minimize the stress on family members, especially in woman family members who married early age. Objective: the aim of this research is to determine the relationship between family function with stress level in married couples early age in Pedukuhan Jaranan Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta Method: In this study using cross sectional method that is approach at one time coinciding with chi square corelation test, sampling technique use total sampling with the amount of respondents 37 woman early married. Results: There is a relationship of family afective function with stres level in woman early married age with result p value < 0,050. Conclusion: there is a relationship of family afective function with stress level in woman married of early age in Pedukuhan Jaranan Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta.

Abstract: The quality of public services in the era of globalization and regional authority, particularly in the field of health is a priority and the demands of society. This has to be supported by human resources in health facilities as the primary important factor to fulfil the qualified health services. Issues of human resources in health facilities that need attention are less efficient, effective, and professionalism in handling health problems. The seriousness of the government to anticipate and improve the quality of public services was stated with the establishment of national policies issued as a benchmark to assess the level of Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat in KEP/25/KEP/M.PAN/4/2004. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the discipline of human resources and the quality of public services in the Dental and Oral Clinic of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital in Manado.This was a descriptive analytical study with a cross-sectional design. Samples were 80 people obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable was discipline while the dependent variable was the quality of public services. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires. The result of chi square test to analyze the relatonship between discipline and the quality of public services showed a p value of 1.000 (>0.05). Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between discipline and the quality of public services in the Dental and Oral Hygiene Clinic Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital in Manado. Hal ini harus didukung oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) kesehatan yang merupakan faktor penting dan penunjang utama dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian tentang SDM kesehatan ini ialah kurang efisien, efektif, dan profesionalisme dalam menanggulangi permasalahan kesehatan. Keseriusan pemerintah untuk mengantisipasi serta memperbaiki mutu dan kualitas pelayanan publik dengan dibentuknya kebijakan nasional yang diterbitkan sebagai tolok ukur menilai tingkat mutu yaitu Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) dalam Keputusan Menpan No. KEP/25/KEP/M.PAN/4/2004. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara disiplin tenaga SDM dan mutu pelayanan publik di Poliklinik Gigi dan Mulut BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 pasien diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel bebas ialah disiplin tenaga SDM di Poliklinik Gigi dan Mulut BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado, sedangkan variabel terikat ialah mutu pelayanan publik. Instrumen penelitian ialah kuesioner. Hasil uji chi square untuk mengetahui hubungan disiplin dan mutu pelayanan publik mendapatkan nilai signifikansi 1,000 (>0,05). Simpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara disiplin SDM dan mutu pelayanan publik di Poliklinik Gigi dan Mulut BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. Caring nurses are very important in meeting patient satisfaction, this is one indicator of the quality of service in a hospital. Nurses are people who become one of the keys in meeting patient satisfaction. Therefore, caring nurse behavior can have an effect on quality service to patients. Some studies conducted in Indonesia show that caring is still lacking for patients in hospitals as much as 50% show poor caring. Patient satisfaction is influenced by caring nurses in serving patients in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room. This study is a cross sectional analytic study and purposive sampling technique with a sample of 67 patients, collecting data using a questionnaire.The Chi-Square test results showed a significant relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room with a p value of 0,045 (α = 0,05). Nurse caring attitude greatly affects patient satisfaction so it is expected that nurses or other health workers can be more sensitive, be responsive and respond well to patient complaints and show sincere care in helping patients recover

Hypertension is a global health problem. The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is 26.5% and there have been 9.4 million people out of 1 billion people in the world die from cardiovascular disorders. Data from the Jambi Provincial Health Office shows that hypertension ranks 2nd out of the 5 biggest diseases in Jambi. factors that affect blood pressure such as; age, stress, ethnicity, gender, daily variation, medication, activity, weight, and smoking. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between stress and physical activity with blood pressure. The method of this research is in essential hypertensive patients in the Working Area of Talang Bakung Health Center, Jambi City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted on 1 - 11 August 2018 with a sample of 41 people, purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done using guided interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the chi square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents 35 (85.4%) experienced hypertension, some respondents 24 (58.5%) experienced stress and most 26 (63.4%) respondents had heavy physical activity. The results of statistical tests were obtained (p-value 0.003 & 0.018) p-value <0.05, meaning that there was a significant relationship between stress and physical activity with blood pressure in essential hypertensive patients. The conclusion of the study is that, as severe as stress is deep in patients with hypertension, the higher the blood pressure and the more severe physical activity carried out will cause an increase in blood pressure. It is expected that nurses can provide health education to people with hypertension in order to avoid stress and reduce physical activity so there is no increase in blood pressure

Hypertension is a degenerative disease. Generally blood pressure increases slowly with age. Insufficient quality and quantity of sleep can damage memory and cognitive abilities. If today continues for years, it will have an impact on high blood pressure. To determine the relationship between sleep quality and increased blood pressure in the elderly in the elderly service unit of Pucang Gading, Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative cross sectional design. Purposive sampling technique Research sample 48 respondents Chi-Square statistical test. Good sleep quality mostly had pre hypertension blood pressure as many as 14 respondents (63.6%) and those with poor sleep quality mostly had hypertension blood pressure as many as 19 respondents (73.1%). There is a relationship between sleep quality and elevated blood pressure in the elderly social care unit of Pucang Gading, Semarang City, with a p value of 0.000 <0.05.

Background: Menopause phase in women is the time when menstrual cycle stops which is followed by obvious psychological and physical changes and occurs 3 – 4 years. The psychological and physical changes in menopause women will affect the quality of their life. Therefore, supports from the close people, especially from their husbands are needed. Objective: This study aimed to find out the correlation between husband support and the life quality of menopause women. The type of this research was quantitative research using correlation analysis with cross sectional approach with the total of 126 respondents. The technique used in taking the sample was Purposive sampling technique. Chi Square test was used as the bivariate test. Finding: The research finding showed that p-value was 0.032. Conclusion:  There was a correlation between husband support and the life quality of menopause women. Suggestion:  There should be a follow-up research about the factors which affect the life quality of menopause women such as psychological, physical aspects, social relationship and environment surrounding the menopause women.
