Abstract.The purpose of this study was to determine wheather there is a correlation  between time management (as variabel X1) and self efficacy (as variabel X2) with procrastination(as variabel Y),it has preseption if teacher’s procrastination can be reduce with good time management and high self efficacy. The populatiaon of  this study was teachers in senior high school and the same lavels who teach in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. Sampling technique used was propability sampling which is call purposive random sampling. The population and the sample are the same n = 110 and significance level of 21.3%. Data analysis used regression analysis using SPSS 18 for windows. The result tasks simultan got R = 0,461  F = 14,45, p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). It means that there are significant effect between time management and self efficacy with procrastination. The results of this study have shown significant effect, in which the time management and self efficacy affects procrastination althought the impact is very small because the coefficient of determination (R = 0,213) indicates that the relative contribution given by time management and seld efficacy to procrastination are only 21,3 % . Therefore there are 78.7 % of other factors that may determine the emergence of procrastination in teacher’s senior high schools.Key word: time management, self efficacy and procrastination

The object of this study is to determine the impact of the work environment and motivation on the performance of members of Oriflame Indonesia. In this study, using a proportional random sampling technique, namely by using a sample of 91 respondents. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the partial test results for work environment variables obtained t = 2.756 with a significance value of 0.007, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This shows that partially H1, which states that there is an influence of the work environment on performance, is accepted. Based on the partial test results for the motivation variable, it was obtained t = 3.405 with a significance value of 0.001 because the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05 then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This shows that partially H2, which states that there is an effect of motivation on performance, is accepted. Based on the test results on the F test, it is obtained that the value of F count> F table or (21.255 > 2,720), this is also reinforced by ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0,000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected, and H3 is accepted, this indicates that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between Work Environment and Motivation on the performance of Oriflame Member

The topic of the research is Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL); special reference to the leading supermarkets in Jaffna. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of leading Supermarkets in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The research is simply deductive approach to find out the impact between Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty. Quantitative method is available based on primary data. At present there are 08 numbers of supermarkets functioning in Jaffna district and popular three were selected. Random sampling technique is used to collect the data from customers of supermarkets in selected area. The analysis is carried out using a sample of 240 customers in Jaffna and only 218 were taken to analyze. ‘Statistical Package for Social Sciences’ (SPSS) 22.0 version was used in order to analyze the data. Correlation was used to find the connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Also Regression analysis is used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of two or more other variables. Also found that about 40 percent connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty and also found around 16% affect by Customer satisfaction to Customer loyalty.

Procrastination is the behavior that can not take advantage of time or procrastinate doing something. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 61 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the delaying habits have a negative effect on student self-efficacy of 41.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6,406 <2,001), so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between procrastination on student self-efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The low time management has a negative effect on student self-efficacy by 39.9%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6.262 <2.001) so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between low management time on student slf Efficacy on. Simultaneous test of procrastinating habit and low time management affect the student self efficacy with a contribution of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (20.767> 2.760), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT XYZ Karawang. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used Simple Random Sampling for the sampling technique. The results of the t test show that the tcount for the compensation variable (X1) is 2.832 and the tcount for the motivation variable (X2) is 6.167. From the two tcount, it shows that it is bigger than ttable, which is 1.65882. The hypothesis which states that compensation and motivation have a partially positive effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang. Whereas from the results of the F test, Fcount> Ftable or 55.860> 3.08 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that states compensation and motivation together has an effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang and the coefficient of determination shows that compensation and work motivation contributed 51.1% to Employee Performance at PT XYZ Karawang, the remaining 48.9% were other factors which were not examined in this study.

Abstract: This research aimed to find out the influence of person-job fit and self-efficacy on the job performance of agent assurance of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon partially and simultaneously. The population of this research is the agent assurance of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. Meaning that the sample is taken in a certain part. The sample taken in this research is 64 respondents. The method of collecting the data is questionnaires, while the method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The finding of this research shows that person-job fit and self-efficacy has positive and significant influence on job performance. Keyword: Person job fit, Self Efficacy, Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person job fit dan efikasi diri secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja agen asuransi pada PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah agen asuransi PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel diambil pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa person job fit dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Kata Kunci : Person Job Fit, Efikasi Diri, dan Kinerja.

The phenomenon of local brands is increasingly in demand and favored by the community, especially for teenagers. High enthusiasm has an impact on the rise of local brands in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the love of local brands (brand love), fashion lifestyle, and buying interest in purchasing decisions of Ventela sneakers. The population used in this study were all students of the UNESA who bought and felt interested in buying Ventela sneakers. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents from a population of 26,475 students. Data collection was carried out by surveying and distributing google form questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple regression analysis; f test and coefficient of determination; and hypothesis testing (t-test). The test results show that local brand love (brand love) is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 11.38. The fashion lifestyle variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 3.587.The purchase interest variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 4.468

This research aims to know the Effect of Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) Method to Learning Outcomes of IPS (Social Studies) Subject at MIN 15 Bintaro. The method used in this research is quasi experiment with research design of two group randomized subject pretest and posttest. This research was conducted at MIN 15 Bintaro on 21 April - 12 May 2014. The sampling technique in this study used cluster random sampling. The instrument of this research is a test (multiple choice) which amounts to 25 multiple choice questions. To measure the validity of the data reseacher used Annates Program. After hypothesis testing using technique Paired Sample T-Test obtained t count equal to 0,034 at significance level <0,05, thus, H1 accepted and H0 rejected because 0,034 <0,05, so it can be concluded that there is influence of  Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) method to Learning Outcomes of IPS (Social Studies) Subject.

This study. aims to reveal.the effect of the implementation of entrepreneurship learning and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness students. This type of research is associative descriptive. The study population is all students of class XII at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung. The sampling technique used was proportional to random sampling, and the technique obtained 75 students as samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the. Based on Principal competency Test Result on 2015, 92% under 65 from 0 – 100 scales. Between 5 aspects tested, managerial competence aspect got the lowest score. This research aims to analyze the impact of training, integrity, and self efficacy on the managerial effectiveness of the head of state primary school of Jakarta Provincial Education Office. The survey was conducted in this study with 172 samples of state primary school with random sampling technique. The data were processed with path analysis. The results showed that: (1) training effects positive directly on the managerial effectiveness. (2) Integrity effects positive directly on the managerial effectiveness. (3) Self efficacy effects positive directly on the managerial effectiveness. (4) Training effects positive directly on self-efficacy. (5) Integrity effects positive directly on self- efficacy. based on the findings it can be concluded that in order to improve the managerial effectiveness, it should be increased the teacher’s training, integrity, and self-efficacy. and to improve the self-efficacy, it should be increased the teasher’s training and integrity.Keywords: training, integrity, self-efficacy, the managerial effectiveness

AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance.
