The research method was associative. The data collection techniques used was literature and field studies. The study population amounted to 47 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Determination of the sample used Yamane formula so the result sampling was 32 respondents. To determine the degree of correlation was used Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of research recapitulation variable supervision showed the average score of 3.2 which categorized medium and the recapitulation teacher performance variables obtained an average score 4.45 which categorized very good, the product moment correlation significance test for n = 32 , standard error of 5%, then the value of rtable=0.349. then   rcount  0.195 the count was less than rtable=0.349, so 0.195 was a significant correlation coefficient. The research conclusion showed that the influence of principal supervising toward teacher performance by 19.5% and the remaining 80.5% was determined other factors, such as the assessment of teachers by students, delivery of teaching material according to the students opinion, incentives, teacher certification.   Key word: Supervision, Performance, Teacher.

The tourism business is one of the mainstays of West Bandung Regency. One of them is the Cihideung agro-tourism area. This potential agro-tourism area requires cooperation from various related parties in order to develop better. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the partnership effectiveness in developing the Cihideung agro-tourism area. This research method uses a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. The target population in this study are the parties who partner in the development of the Cihideung agro-tourism area, West Bandung Regency. The sample size in this study was 45 people obtained by the simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques by means of field studies, interviews and literature studies. The data were processed using Exploratory Analysis Factor (EFA). The results showed that the factors that affect the partnership effectiveness in developing the agro-tourism area of Cihideung, West Bandung Regency are Vision and Communication, Commitment and Partners, Vision of Partnership, Data Integration, Incentives and Information, Results and Progress, Joint Ownership and Outcome Accountability. A total of 2 factor points from which must be reduced from 26 factor points so as to produce 24 factor points that are truly dominant and form the effectiveness of the partnership. Overall, the partnership effectiveness was in the high category with an average score of 3.95. Vision and Communication factor is the most dominant factor, which is equal to 40.142%. Bisnis pariwisata merupakan salah satu andalan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Salah satunya adalah kawasan agrowisata Cihideung. Kawasan agrowisata potensial ini memerlukan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak terkait agar berkembang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kemitraan pengembangan kawasan agrowisata Cihideung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Target populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah para pihak yang bermitra dalam pengembangan kawasan agrowisata Cihideung Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 orang yang didapatkan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi lapangan, wawancara dan studi literatur. Data diolah menggunakan Exploratory Analysis Factor (EFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kemitraan pengembangan kawasan agrowisata Cihideung Kabupaten Bandung Barat adalah Visi dan Komunikasi, Komitmen dan Mitra, Visi Kemitraan, Integrasi Data, Insentif dan Informasi, Hasil dan Kemajuan, Kepemilikan Bersama dan Akuntabilitas Hasil. Sebanyak 2 butir faktor dari yang harus direduksi dari 26 butir faktor sehingga menghasilkan 24 butir faktor yang benar-benar dominan dan mempengaruhi efektivitas kemitraan. Secara keseluruhan, efektivitas kemitraan berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,95. Faktor Visi dan Komunikasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yaitu sebesar 40,142%.

The background of this research based on the result of the Network Basic training subject wasnot optimal on semester 2013/2014, of which 30.56% scored below the minimum complete ness criteria (KKM).This research is acorrelational study description.The purpose of this research was to reveal how much the contribution of learning and e-learning as Media learning jointly and severally on learning outcomes. The study population numbered 72 people and the sample amounted to 42 students of class X TKJ SMKN 1 Air Putih. The sampling technique was randomly (Simple Random Sampling). Data student learning out comes obtained from X TKJ home room. While data on learning and e-learning as media learning was collected through question naires distributed to students by using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The result showed that (1) interest in learning and e-learning as media learning together contribute significantly to the results of class X student Department of TKJ SMK N 1 Air Putih by 35.30%, (2) interest in learning contribute significantly to the results of class X student Department of TKJ SMK N Air Putih by 22.28%, (3) e-learning as media learning contribute significantly to the results of class X student Department of TKJ SMK N 1 Air Putih by 30.14% , So it can be concluded that the interest in learning and e-learning as media learning  contribute to the results of class X student in the Department of TKJ SMK N 1 Air Putih, ncreasing interest in higher learning and the use of e-learning as media learning , the higher the learning outcomes. The research based on the phenomenon that indicates Madrasah Tsanawiyah’s  teachers in Samarinda has a good performance when their headmaster lead them effectively and supervision of functional agencies. The purpose of this research are: (a) to describe the quality of the leadership of headmasters of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, (b) to describe   the quality of educational supervision of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, (c) to describe the quality of the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, (d) to find out the influence of  headmasters’ leadership  on the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah partially, (e) to find out the influence of education supervision on the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah partially, and (f) to find out the influence of headmasters’ leadership  and education supervision on the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah  in Samarinda simultaneously. The entire study population Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers of Samarinda amount  629 people, while the sample are 76 teachers  applied multi - stage sampling technique. Determination of madrasah through purposive sampling technique, whereas the selection of respondents conducted through random sampling technique. Data collection used questionnaire techniques, while the data analysis techniques used Multiple Linier Regression Analysis. The result of this research concluded as follows. The headmasters’ leadership based teachers’ assessment are categorized as good (μ= 4,09), while the implementation of education supervision are in good category (μ = 3,92), and the teachers’ performance  are in good category (μ = 4,01). Partial leadership has a strong influence on the teachers’ performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (r= 0.73). The headmasters’ leadership contributed 54.6 % to the effect for improving the quality of teachers performance. Partial implementation of educational supervision has a strong influence on the teacher performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (r = 0.72). Implementation of educational supervision contributed 53% to the effect  for improving the quality of teacher performance. Headmasters’ leadership and implementation of educational supervision simultaneously have a strong influence on the teachers performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah  (r = 0.74). Headmasters’ leadership and implementation of educational supervision contributied  56.1 % for improving  the quality of teacher performance.

The objective of this study was to identify learning styles of students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey method. The variable in this study is a single variable , namely the identification of student learning styles. The study population is students of Guidance and Counseling FKIP Pattimura University totaling 388 people. Samples were used as samples in the amount of 10% of the population of 39 people. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Learning styles questionnaire prepared based on the opinion of De Poter & Hernacki is used as a data collection tool. Learning styles identified as visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style. Data analysis techniques in this study is the descriptive statistical analysis methods. Based on the survey results revealed that students of guidance and counseling FKIP Pattimura University has a tendency to one learning style. Of the 39 students found that 6 students had a tendency visual learning style, 20 students have a tendency to auditory learning style, 1 student has a tendency kinestheticlearning style, and 12 students have a tendency to mix between learning styles and learning styles visual auditorylearning styles.

The purpose of this study 1) Knowing the influence of sharia marketing (X1) on customer decisions (Y) saving; 2) Determine the magnitude of the influence of the image of the institution (X2) on the customer's decision (Y) to save; 3) Knowing the simultaneous influence between sharia marketing (X1) and institutional image (X2) on Customer Decision (Y) saving. In this study using a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. Determination of the research sample using simple random sampling technique with 30 respondents. Research conclusions 1) Sharia marketing Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency is one of the factors that influence customers' decision to save. The better the marketing of sharia is carried out, the more interested the public will be in saving at Syariah Syariah Bank KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency; 2) the image of the institution of Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency is one of the factors that influence the interests of customers to save. The better the image in the minds of the public, the more interested people will be saving at the Syariah Mandiri Bank KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency; 3) sharia marketing (X1) and institutional image (X2) are the dominant variables on customer decisions (Y) saving at Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency.

This research objective to determine the satisfaction, discipline, and motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, and also to determine satisfaction and discipline of influence on work motivation the employee of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. There are 90 employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi as a sample in this study. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling techniques. Observation and questionnaire methods are used in collecting the data. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the descriptive analysis show the good realization of job satisfaction (average score 3.63) and employee work discipline (average score 3.61) so that it has a positive impact on employee work motivation (average score 3.57). These results are supported by Bekasi Tirta Bhagasasi PDAM data in 2018 which obtained a level of realization of workforce satisfaction of 61.38% (sufficient category), the value of realization of employee work discipline at 5.80% (sufficient category), and the level of realization of labor motivation of 60.71% (sufficient category). t value calculated job satisfaction (b1) = 9,133 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees. T value is calculated work discipline (b2) = 5.535 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees.

The purpose of this study  is to know the Road Safety Partnership Action Program Police Goes To School at SMAN 6 and SMK Pembangunan in Bogor City.The theory used in this research is by using policy evaluation from William N. Dunn which stating that to measure the success of an evaluation of the program can be measured through six variables: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The method used is descriptive analysis using quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used is by using the calculation of Weight Mean Score (WMS). Data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies. The study population are 1,857 students from two schools. While the sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling (stratified proportional). The samples using Yamane formula thus obtained sample are 180 respondents.The results of Program Evaluation Research Road Safety Partnership Action Police Goes To School in SMA 6 and SMK Pembangunan Bogor City obtained a score of 3.64 (in scale of 5) which, according to the interpretation of the criteria that are in “good” categories, although it is still the number of violations that occurred among students. This happens due to the lack of awareness of students in traffic, do not care about the safety and ignore the socialization conducted by the police about the ethics of a good drive to support traffic safety and reduce the number of traffic violations or accidents. Efforts are being made to address the problem is by imposing preventive methods (prevention) and applying repressive methods (in applying force). Keywords: Evaluation, Program, Violation

This study aims to determine learning outcomes using the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model assisted with macromedia flash compared to Discovery Learning assisted with macromedia flash on the reaction rate material. The study population was all students of class XI MIPA MAN 3 Medan. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. The selected sample is Class XI MIPA 1 as an experimental class I which is treated with a Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model assisted by macromedia flash and Class XI MIPA 3 as an experimental class II which is treated with a Discovery Learning model assisted by macromedia flash. This study uses test instruments that have been tested and are valid. Student learning outcomes data are first tested for normality and homogeneity, where the results obtained by both groups of samples are homogeneous and normally distributed. Hypothesis testing uses the Independent Sample T-Test, with the results of the research obtained a significance value of 0.047. Thus, there are significant differences in student learning outcomes taught using the Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) model with Discovery Learning assisted by macromedia flash with a result of 14% using the STAD model better than Discovery Learning.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Student Collaboration, Student Team  Achievement Divisions (STAD), Discovery Learning, Reaction Rate

To satisfy customer needs and desires, there is one thing that every company must pay attention to when it comes to competing in the market. When choosing a product, customers usually make a critical assessment of the product to be purchased. Customers certainly want to get quality products according to the price paid. When deciding to purchase a product, it means that the customer has already decided what to buy, decided to buy or not, decide when and where they will buy, and decide how they will buy it. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for skin care for consumers of Larissa aesthetic center Kediri branch. This study uses quantitative methods, the instrument in this study is a questionnaire given to respondents in the study. As for the population in this study are Muslim Consumers Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. Probability sampling is the sampling technique used in this study, especially the simple random sampling technique. By using the Slovin formula, the researchers took a sample of 336 customers of Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. The data were processed using descriptive data analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the regression equation formed was Y = 14.971 + 0.695X. According to the results of the t test it is known that the significance value of t (0.000 <0.05) with the results of t count 10.010 ≥ t table 1.6525 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that product quality (X) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the R square significance test that has been carried out, the results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 0.530 or 53%. While the remaining 47% of purchase decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study, namely price, promotion and location.Keywords: Product Quality, Purchasing Decision, Larissa Aesthetic Center
