Rendahnya kapasitas guru dan kualitas guru disebabkan beberapa faktor, diantaranya yaitu rendahnya level dari pendidikan guru. Guru yang tidak memahami secara mendalam substansi ilmu keguruan, mayoritas guru menjalankan profesinya hanya sebatas dengan rutinitas mengajar biasa, tanpa memperhatikan nilai-nilai pendidikan bagi peserta didik. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah membawa imbas terhadap kapasitas serta dapat mengembangkan kualitas guru serta meningkatkan kompetensi-kompetensi guru, sehingga berdampak positif dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu tindakan yang di implementasikan dalam memajukan pendidikan yang terdapat di Indonesia yaitu dengan membina kepala sekolah yang tak hanya berkompeten dalam satu bidang tapi berkompeten dibidang lainnya. Penelitian ini memiliki dampak kepemimpinan kepala sekolah kepada kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian korelasi fungsional. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, serta kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dibantu dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Penelitian ini menampakkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan bagi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Aspek yang berperan dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta cara kerja guru yaitu dengan  keinginan serta pemahaman guru akan perbaikan kinerjanya dan gurupun siap dibimbing demi terciptanya bobot pendidikan yang berkapasitas tinggi. Kepala sekolah mendukung peran serta guru dalam aktivitas KKGKata kunci: kepemimpinan, kinerja guru, pengaruh. EFFECT OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP TO TEACHER PERFORMANCEABSTRACTThe low performances of teacher and the quality of teachers due to several factors, including the low level of teacher education, teachers who do not deeply understand the substance of science teacher, the majority of the teachers run the profession is limited to regular teaching routines without paying attented to the educational values for learners. Leadership of a principal can have of effect on performance as welling as to improvisation of the professionalism of teacher and then improve teacher competencies in ordered to have a positive of impact in the learning of process. One from the government's steps in advancing educations in Indonesia is by fostering principals who are nohing only competent in one field but competent in other fields. This research aims to determited the influence of principals from leadership on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative approach and type of functional correlation research. Data were collected through observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques assisted by using SPSS21. This results showing that there is influence between principal leadership and the teacher performance. Aspects that play a roling in the leaderships of at principal and the performanced of teacher that is with the desire and awareness of teachers will improve performance and gurupun ready in guidance for the creation of quality education quality. The principal supports teacher participation in KKG activities.

Teachers are the main key to improving the quality of education because an important requirement for the realization of quality education is if its implementation is carried out by professionally reliable educators. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Pondok Aren-South Tangerang. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance by 44.7%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7,024> 2,000). The work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance by 40.2%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6.398> 2,000). Discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance with the regression equation Y = 10.637 + 0.386X1 + 0.365X2. The contribution of the effect was 54.7%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (36.188> 2.760).

Teacher performance was currently not optimal; this can be seen from the low learning outcomes of students. one of the factors that influence the success of teacher performance was the Principal's leadership. Therefore, research was conducted that aimed to analyze the Principal's leadership with the teacher's performance.  The type of research conducted was descriptive qualitative. The data was collected by interviewing head master, 3 school staff and selected students from 2 students. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis of the data used analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. The results stated that good principal leadership in planning, organizing, deploying, coordinating, and supervising will affect teacher performance in performing designing tasks, carrying out learning, assessing learning, conducting guidance, and performing additional tasks. So, the Principal's leadership was good, then the teacher's performance was good, which directly affected the quality of learning. To improve teacher performance, the headmaster must conduct a supervised program to help teachers carried out their duties.

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

ABSTRACTThe problem of this research is about improving the quality of education output which is reflected in the achievements of the students, is the expectation of all schools starting from the principal and also teachers who teach as well as both parents, but in reality there are still many students who actually have achievements but not yet seen or even do not know the achievements in themselves, so they can and have the achievements as expected. The problem in this study is limited around the principal's leadership and teacher performance, as well as the achievement of the students themselves.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is correlational because this study seeks to investigate the effect of school principal leadership and teacher performance on student achievement.The results showed that (1) there was a positive influence between the principals' leadership variables on the achievement of students obtained the value of the analysis of 2.464 so that the positive results were concluded, the level of strong influence. (2) there is a positive influence between teacher performance on student achievement obtained value of 2.868 so that concluded positive results, the level of influence is strong. (3) simultaneously the leadership of the school principal and the performance of the teacher have a very significant effect on the achievement of students in MA NurulFurqon, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency.keywords of Education, Leadership, school, teacher, achievement

This research entitled the influence of the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management on leadership and service quality in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. The formulation of this research problem is whether there is influence of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and principal leadership on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Tangerang Regency. While tujuaannya is wanted to know the effect of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and teacher performance on service quality in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This research used survey method with correlation technique, sample size 350 people, student research object, teacher and employee of SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. The result of this research is that there is a significant effect of quality management of ISO 9001: 2008 and principal leadership together towards the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This is evidenced by (sig) of 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount of 62.233. There is a significant effect of quality management of ISO 9001: 2008 on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This is evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.000 <0.05 and tcount = 5.933. There is a significant influence of Headmaster's leadership on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. And proved by the value of Sig = 0.001 <0.05 and tcount = 3.396.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of Islamic education which includes: input, process, output. Specifically on the object of study in this study, namely in SD/MI Unggulan Ash-Shiddiqiyyah-3 di Purworejo. This type of research is qualitative. Using an educational sociology approach. Data collection was obtained directly from informants through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data verification, and affirmation of conclusions. An important finding in this study is that SD/MI Unggulan Ash-Shiddiqiyyah-3 di Purworejo cannot be said to be a quality school. Because, the three components of education quality have not been fulfilled, namely: overall input, process, and output.

ABSTRAKManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu bidang manajemen khusus yang mempelajari hubungandan peranan manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Manusia adalah tenaga kerja yang bekerja dalam suatuperusahaan. Salah satu faktor suatu pendidikan bisa berkembang adalah adanya manajemen sumber dayamanusia yang baik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitasakan dapat berpengaruh pada proses dan kemajuan yang lebih baik dalam bidang pendidikan tersebut.Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin penting untuk institusi yang digunakan untukmendapatkan kontrol yang lebih baik melalui lembaga mereka sendiri. Lembaga harus menunjukkan bahwamereka mampu memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk pelajar. Untuk setiap institusi, kualitas adalahagenda dan kualitas utama perbaikan adalah tugas yang paling penting. Salah satu yang harus di perhatikandalam Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Indonesia ini adalah peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan dengantujuan untuk mengubah institusi yang mengoperasikannya menjadi tim yang tulus, tanpa konflik dan persainganinternal, untuk mencapai satu tujuan, yaitu untuk kemajuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikanseleksi dan orientasi, serta penempatan sumber daya manusia secara profesional. Increasing human resources is becoming increasingly important for institutions that areused to gain better control through their own institutions. Institutions must show that they are able to providequality education for students. For each institution, quality is the agenda and the main quality of improvement isthe most important task. One of the things that must be considered in human resource management in Indonesiais to improve the quality of education with the aim of changing the institutions that operate it into a sincereteam, without conflict and internal competition, to achieve a goal, namely for the betterment of education.The results of this study indicate that: Planning resources to improve the quality of education selection andorientation, as well as the placement of human resources in a professional manner. As educators, teachers must be able to improve their performance in carrying out tasks. To achieve high teacher performance, one of them is the motivation factor. Motivation is the driving force for someone to do an activity that is manifested in the form of a real action. Thus the higher the motivation of someone, the higher the performance and vice versa, the lower the motivation of a person, the lower the performance. The success of teacher performance will be seen if there is motivation from the teacher himself and has the support of the madrasa headmaster. Therefore, in addition to the teacher himself who is trying to improve the quality of his performance, the madrasa also seeks to establish good leadership as an empowerment of teachers and madrasa members so that they have good performance in carrying out their duties. This type of research is quantitative research that aims to find answers about the questions in the research based on the actual situation so that it is obtained about the prevailing picture in relation to the correlation between the leadership style of madrasah leaders and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in MAN 3 Nganjuk. The conclusions based on data analysis are: Madrasah headship leadership and teacher work motivation together have positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Good madrasah head leadership and high teacher work motivation will make teachers increasingly improve performance in carrying out their duties.

At the level of reality, student management studies are an important part in building and developing the quality of Islamic education in the era of industrial revolution 4. 0. Management in the field of student affairs in essence is still considered to be not optimal, especially for Islamic education institutions, as an effort to give birth to the intended quality, can be started from student management, by planning learning activities, carrying out continuous guidance for students in developing their abilities. Student management can be started from planning, student admission, grouping, recording attendance of students, fostering student discipline, regulating student transfer, graduation and ending with the implementation of the program. In addition, student management is part of a variety of other managerial activities, therefore student management can run well if it considers several aspects, namely; a) the role of the teacher is expected to be responsive in determining various policies in the field of student affairs, b) student services must be based on needs, taking into account the characteristics of students c) student management is expected to create orderly and pleasant learning situations so that students’ personalities grow and develop, d) effectiveness student management requires funding and adequate facilities. Thus various management activities basically aim to achieve a goal, namely the creation of quality education in accordance with the wishes of today’s society.
