The purpose of this study aims to influence health and safety (K3) to the number of occupational diseases and accidents the number of employees at PT. Hanei Indonesia. The data used for the study is a document of the company. Analysis of the data is processed using simple regression methods to determine the effect of health and safety on the number of occupational diseases and the number of work accidents, the correlation coefficient to determine the relationship, the coefficient of determination to find out the percentage and hypothesis analysis (t-test) to determine the significance of the cost of K3 to the number of disease employment and the number of work accidents. The results showed that the cost of K3 affect the number of ccupational diseases as well as the cost of K3 on the number of workplace accidents.Keywords: Cost K3, Work Diseases and Accidents

The research aims to (1) reveal the work motivation teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, (2) reveal the teacher communication at SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, and (3) reveal the contribution of work motivation to the teachers’ performance in high school Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan. Sample withdrawal is done by probability sampling technique using total sampling method, with the number of samples used is 27 people. Data is collected using a Likert scale that has been tested with validation and its reabilitations. Data in analysis with simple regression techniques. The results of the first hypothesis analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between the work motivation variable (X1) and performance (Y) amounted to 0.263 thus the relationship is relatively weak. Meanwhile, based on the above summary of visible coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the calculation of 0.069 which gives the meaning that the work motivation (X1) contributes to the contribution of 0.069 x 100% = 6.9% against performance (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of fundraising management and service quality on muzakki trust. This research was conducted at Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat (WIZ) East Kalimantan branch with a total sample of 92 respondents. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The results showed that 92 respondents obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.766, which means that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is strong. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.586 or 58.6%, which means that the influence of fundraising management variables and service quality is 58.6% on Muzakki's trust and 41.4% is influenced by other variables. The F test obtained is very significant, the effect of fundraising management and service quality on muzakki's trust is 63,116> 3,10, there is a simultaneous significant effect on muzakki's trust. The t test (partial) on the fundraising management variable on Muzakki's trust was 1.307 <1.986, which means that fundraising management did not have a significant effect on Muzakki's trust, while the t (partial) test on the variable service quality on Muzakki's trust was 8.387 <1.986 which This means that the quality of service has a significant effect on Muzakki's trust.

Providing a safe and healthy workplace is one of the most effective strategies in for holding down the cost of doing construction business. It was a part of the overall management system to facilitate themanagement of the occupational health and safety risk that are associated with the business of the organization. Factors affected the awareness level inclusive of safety and health conditions, dangerous working area, long wait care and services and lack of emergency communication werethe contributed factors to the awareness level for the operational level. Total of 122 incidents happened at Telekom Malaysia Berhad as compared to year 2015 only 86 cases. Thus, the main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between safety and health factors and the awareness level among operational workers.The determination of this research was to increase the awareness level among the operational level workerswho committing to safety and health environment.

ABSTRACT Peanuts are one of the high economic value commodities in the dry land area. This commodity also contributes to the social life of the dry land area. This research has been conducted in Semau Sub-district, Kupang Regency, with the aim to determine the amount of income, break event point (BEP), R / C ratio, efficiency of capital use and factors that affect the income of peanuts farming, with the number of farmer respondents as many as 92 people , simple randomly selected. Data that has been collected by survey, library and interview methods; analyzed quantitatively-descriptive using regression methods. The results showed that the total average income of peanut farming in the study location was IDR 1,739,895 with a total average income of IDR 3,498,261 and a total average cost of IDR 1,758,366. While the break event point average of production is 147 Kg and the break event point price is IDR. 6.509, while for the total average the R / C ratio is 1.99. With factors that affect income are production (X1), seed costs (X2), and labor costs (X3). From the regression results with the Cobb-Douglass function the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.822 with the meaning that variations in independent variables such as production, seed costs and labor costs explain the dependent variable namely income (Y) of 82.20% and the rest 17.80 % is explained by variables outside of the variables analyzed. From the results of the F test (diversity test) it was found that the factors X1, X2, and X3 had a significant effect on income at ⍺ 1%, then accept H1 at least one of: βi ≠ 0. Whereas the results of the t test (partial test) obtained that factors significant effect on income, namely production (X1) and labor costs (X2), while the cost of seeds (X3) does not significantly affect income.

The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

The results of the moral development of the students of class XI of the Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School in Makassar are quite good. This is based on a questionnaire distributed and interviews with several teachers, not found any students who have committed acts that violate the norms of behavior / morals. Behavior of students of class XI Darul Aman Gombara Makassar Islamic Boarding School which obtained the highest score was 87 and the lowest score was 67. The average value obtained from 30 students was 78.3. So it can be concluded that the behavior of students of class XI Darul Islamic Boarding School safe in Gombara Makassar is included in both categories. The relationship between moral development and the behavior of students in class XI Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar, namely the level of relationship is classified as very strong. In the correlation coefficient table and the t test results obtained rtable is 0.99> 0.361, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This can be concluded that there is a correlation or the relationship between moral development with the behavior of students of class XI Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School in Makassar, with a very strong correlation level.

Abstract: Employee work motivation in an organization can be considered simple and can also be a complex problem, because basically humans are easy to be motivated by giving what they want. The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of work motivation on employee work productivity at PT. Sariguna Prima Tirta Pulau Sari Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency. The main data was obtained through questionnaires to respondents as many as 44 people who were determined by purposive sampling, then supported by the results of observations and direct interviews with respondents. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS program. It was concluded that the results of the Simple Regression Equation in this study were Y = 18.165 + 0.719 X. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, because at the 5% significance level t counted greater than t table (8.510 > 2 , 02). The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.633 which means the ability of the work motivation variable (X) can explain the variable work productivity (Y) of 63.3% while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: motivation, productivity, Bati-Bati Subdistrict Abstrak: Motivasi kerja karyawan dalam suatu organisasi dapat dianggap sederhana dan dapat pula menjadi masalah yang komplek, karena pada dasarnya manusia mudah untuk dimotivasi dengan memberikan apa yang menjadi keinginannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sariguna Prima Tirta Pulau Sari Kecamatan Bati-Bati Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Data utama diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada responden sebanyak 44 orang yang ditetapkan secara purposive sampling, kemudian didukung dengan hasil observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS. Disimpulkan bahwa hasil Persamaan Regresi Sederhana dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 18,165 + 0,719 X. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap poduktivitas kerja, karena pada taraf signifikasi 5% t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (8,510 > 2,02).  Koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,633 yang berarti kemampuan variabel motivasi kerja (X) dapat menjelaskan variabel produktivitas kerja  (Y)  sebesar 63,3% sedangkan sisanya 36,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : motivasi,  produktivitas, Kecamatan Bati-Bati

This article aims to determine the relationship intrapreneurial leadership, school culture and innovation performance of elementary school teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between intrapreneurial leadership and school culture on teacher innovation performance of elementary school in East Jakarta where the result of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,885 and F count (F Change) = 266,395, and p -value = 0,000 <0.05, and While the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,784, which means that the intrapreneurial leadership (X1) and school culture (X2) together influence 78,4% to the performance of innovation (Y). The objective of this work was to evaluate farming machines adapted to forestry work and to verify if their characteristics meet the safety, ergonomics and working conditions necessary to maintain the health and safety of the operators. Thus, three farming tractors were selected, with a closed cabin and a minimum power of 73.5 kW, a widely used specification in the forestry sector. The following ergonomic parameters were considered: acess to the cab, cab dimensions, visibility, seat, controls and operation, work posture, cabin air conditioning, noise, lighting and maintenance aspects. The evaluations were based on the guidelines contained in the “Ergonomic Guidelines for Forest Machines” of the Swedish Forestry Research Institute, developed for forestry machines. The results showed that all the evaluated machines presented ergonomic standards below those indicated in all evaluated aspects, particularly related to access to the work station and difficulties during mechanical maintenance, besides the necessity of adopting forced postures during the working day due to operator’s seats. It was concluded that the farming machines adapted for work in forest processes presented significant gaps in relation to the ergonomic aspects, which represents high and imminent risks of development of occupational diseases in their operators, as well as the predisposition to work accidents.

This study aims to determine and prove whether the brand image and price of customer satisfaction Village Futsal Medan. Types This study is an associative questioning the relationship between two variables. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis with hypothesis test using t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of the discussion and conclusion indicate that incentives and motivation partially and siimultan have positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction of Village Futsal Medan. Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Customer Satisfaction
