<p>This research aims to study how the learning outcomes of students <br />in learning mathematics using technology media watch, compared with <br />expository teaching. The design of the study is the design of experimental <br />and control group pretest-posttest imposed on the subject of study, consisting <br />of 21 students of the experimental group and control group of 20 students <br />randomly selected 41 students of Class X Manado Irene Christian High <br />School. The results showed an average group of students learning outcomes <br />that follow mathematics learning using technology media watch group is <br />higher than the students in the expository teaching to all learning materials <br />are programmed in this study. <br /> <br /><br /></p>

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran komik untuk meningkatkan matematika siswa hasil belajar pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain exprimental benar dengan desain kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Palembang di 2014/2015 tahun akademik yang terdiri dari dua belas layani dengan 480 siswa. Dari dua belas kelas populasi diambil dua kelas, itu VII.5 yang yang terdiri dari 40 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol dan VII.4 yang yang terdiri dari 40 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam pertemuan ketujuh. Pada pertemuan pertama, pretest penelitian ini dilakukan di kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol whith tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui dasar kemampuan siswa sebelum diberikan pengobatan. kedua sampai pertemuan keenam, kedua kelas diberi perlakuan pada kelompok eksperimen dengan media pembelajaran komik dan kelompok kontrol dengan model konvensional dengan kesetaraan materi dan pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel. Sebagai bahan subjek dalam pertemuan ketujuh, kedua kelas diberi posttest untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah pengobatan yang diberikan. Data penelitian ini diambil oleh tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa hasil belajar matematika setelah belajar t_test Media appliec komik showec belajar = 1.14> tabel = 1,667 sehingga hipotesis nol (H0) diterima, berarti ada perbaikan siswa belajar hasil komik setelah media pembelajaran tidak Kenaikan untuk siswa kelas VII SMP N 10 Palembang.The aim of this study was to know the effect of comic learning media to increase students’ mathematics learning outcomes at the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang. This study used true exprimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study were all of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang in 2014/2015 academic years which consisted of twelve clases with 480 students. From twelve classes population were taken two classes, it was VII.5 which consisted of 40 students as a control group and VII.4 which consisted of 40 students as an experimental group. The study was done in seventh meetings. In first meeting, this study done pretest in experimental and control group whith the aim was to know the basic of students’ ability before given a treatment. The second until sixth meetings, both of classes was given treatment in experimental group with comic learning media and control group with conventional model with material equality and inequality linear one variabel. As the subject material in seventh meeting, both of classes were given posttest to know the improvement of students learning outcomes after was given treatment. The data of this study was taken by a test. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded that the students learning outcome in mathematics learning after comic learning media appliec showec t_test= 1,14 > ttabel = 1,667 so the null hypotheses (H0) was accepted, it means that there is an improvement students learning outcomes after comic learning media no increase at seventh grade students of SMP N 10 Palembang.

Abstract:  This study aims to find out the results of physics learning between students who follow the learning with simple folding comic Physics with students who follow conventional learning in grade IX B students at MTs Nurul Ishlah Gegelang. This type of research is included in experimental quasi design research. The population used is all grade IX students in MTs Nurul Ishlah Gegelang. In this study, two classes were taken as a sample of research divided into experimental classes and control classes. obtained samples are class IX B MTs Nurul Ishlah Gegelang as an experimental group and class IX A MTs Nurul Ishlah Gegelang as a control group. Research data in the form of physics learning results in the cognitive sphere was collected using a test of learning results, this research using the design of Pretest-Posstes. The collected data were then analyzed using t-related tests to determine significant differences in learning outcomes between the two sample classes. Based on the results of the study obtained the initial ability of students for both groups is homogeneous shown by Fhitung < Ftabel (1.07 < 2.14) and the differences between the two groups are insignificant on the subject of energy changes with units and the final ability test ruler shown by thitung > ttabel (3,134 > 2,005), so Ha was accepted.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pngaruh hasil belajar fisika antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan komik lipat sederhana Fisika dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas kelas IX B di MTs Nurul Ishlah Gegelang. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian quasi eksperimental design. Populasi yang dipergunakan adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX di MTs Nurul Ishlah Gegelang. Pada penelitian ini diambil dua kelas sebagai sampel penelitian yang terbagi dalam kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. diperoleh sampel yaitu kelas IX B MTs Nurul Ishlah Gegelang sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas IX A MTs Nurul Ishlah Gegelang sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data penelitian berupa hasil belajar fisika pada ranah kognitif dikumpulkan menggunakan tes hasil belajar, Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pretest-Posstes. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji-t related untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kedua kelas sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kemampuan awal siswa untuuk kedua kelompok adalah homogen yang ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung < Ftabel (1,07 < 2,14) serta perbedaan yang dimiliki antara kedua kelompok tidak signifikan pada pokok bahasan perubahan energi dengan satuan dan pengkuran  tes kemampuan akhir yang ditunjukkan dengan thitung  > ttabel (3,134 > 2,005), sehingga Ha diterima.

This study conducted to determine the effectiveness of joyful scaffolds in teaching grade VIII Mathematics in the Department of Education of the Philippines. Two intact groups were used as the subjects of the study. The experimental and control group were exposed to joyful and traditional scaffolds in teaching respectively. This study includes the pre – post assessments, significant improvements, and significant mean gain differences of students exposed to traditional and joyful scaffolds in teaching Mathematics in terms of performance level. The findings of the study revealed that the joyful scaffold in teaching is more effective in improving the students’ Mathematics performance as compared to the traditional scaffold in teaching and the skills acquired is sufficient enough to prove that these experimental group of students was able to gain experience from joyful approach and a positive change of attitude towards their view on Mathematics was realized after the exposure. The cognitive progression was deepen and attainment of knowledge was enhanced, psychomotor skills were activated and augmented through enjoyable mathematics learning activities, and students’ interests and learning manners were maximized. Furthermore, the joyful scaffold in teaching in this study was immensely efficient in improving the students’ Mathematics performance as compared to the traditional scaffold in teaching. Moreover, the outcome of this research supports the assertion that employing, relating, or incorporating several joyful media to learning boosted up students’ academic performance especially those who are detached during the classroom discussion.

This research-based on problems in students learning outcomes is still low because students are still difficult in understanding mathematics formulas and consider mathematics as difficult learning. This research aimed to know the effect of the Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model assisted by domino card results on student mathematics learning outcomes grade IV Research design used a nonequivalent control group. The population was 9 groups which amounts to 338 students. Sampling used cluster random sampling technique when chosen experimental group total of 35 students and control group total of 40 students. Objective test type multiple choice used as data collection instruments. Data obtained was data on learning outcomes in mathematics in the cognitive realm and analyzed used uji-t by formula polled variance, analysis result obtained was tcount=3,818 > ttable =1,666, this showed Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model-assisted domino card give effect to student mathematics learning outcomes. So with the enactment of this model can simplify the way students learn in understanding mathematic formulas.

This study was conducted as an attempt to discover the effect of applying Demonstration Method on students’ achievement in speaking skill. It was an experimental research. The subject was students of Grade XII, Vocational High School (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan: SMK), which consisted of 79 students. The research was divided into two groups: experimental and control groups. The instrument used to collect the data was speaking test. To obtain the reliability of the test, the writer applied Kuder Richardson 21 formula. The result of the reliability was 0.7, and it was found that the test was reliable. The data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The analysis showed that the scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than the scores of the students in the control group at the level of significant m = 0.05 with the degree of freedom (df) 77, t-observed value 8.9 > t-table value 1.99. The findings indicate that using Demonstration Method significantly affected the students’ achievement in speaking skill. So, English teachers are suggested to use Demonstration Method in order to improve students’ achievement in speaking skill.

Teaching materials by integrating local culture makes easier for students to understand the subject matter in the learning process. The aims of the study is to measure the effectiveness of teaching materials based on local wisdom of agriculture in Binjai in improving the students problem solving abilities. The research method was a quasi experimental which use non equivalent control group in the pretest posttest design. The sample of study were students of Senior High School grade X in Binjai that consisted of experiment group which used teaching materials based on local wisdom of agriculture in Binjai and control group that used student handbooks. Teaching materials are tested by material experts and technology experts to ensure the quality of teaching materials. Data collection was conducted through test. The results showed that the teaching materials based on local wisdom of agriculture in Binjai effective in improving students problem solving abilities in the experimental group students based on the results of N gain value was 0.67 which has medium criteria. It means teaching materials based on agricultural local wisdom of agriculture in Binjai can be used as one of the teaching materials in learning activities.

This research is aimed to find out the effect of definitions toward students’ vocabulary mastery: it was an experimental study at the second grade student of MTs NW Haqqul Yaqin Sayang- sayang. The subject of this research was the second grade of MTs NW Haqqul Yaqin Sayang- sayang.The research was used experimental method with quantitative approach. The population of this research consist of 55 students, and the sample is 29 for experimental group while 26 for control group. The technique of collecting data was used definition for experimental group and matching word with antonym for control group. The data was collected by using post-test only and the data was analyzed by t-test formula. Based on data analysis the mean score of experimental group was 76,4 and control group was 69,23, beside of that standard deviation for experimental group was 114,28 and for control group was 113,09 and the value of t-test was 2,44 and t-table was 2,000. Degree of freedom is 53 with significant level 0,05. It means that the value of t-test was higher than t-table (t-test ˃ t-table). The alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Thus, the conclusion of this research was there was an effect of definition toward students’ vocabulary mastery: an experimental study at the second grade students of MTs NW Haqqul Yaqin Sayang-sayang.

This study investigated the effect of team product to improve students’ creativity in writing at the 8th-grade students of SMPN 1 Jonggat, Central Lombok in the academic year 2018/2019. The research was designed as quasi experiment research. The students were divided into the experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated using the team product method while the control group was subjected to a conventional method. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. The data in this research was taken from the mean scores of students’ achievement and the score percentages. The subject of this research was the 8th-grade students of SMPN 1 Jonggat, which consisted of 54 students. The instruments of this research were tests and questionnaires. The mean score of students’ creativity in the experimental group was 75 and the writing skill was 76. It was higher than the students in the control group. It can be concluded that the team product had a positive effect on students’ writing skills in relation to creativity at SMPN 1 Jonggat.

This paper attempts to explore whether there is significant difference of achievement in vocabulary between students taught by using pictures and those are not. The subject of this study is the first year students of SLTP Muhammadiyah Simo Susukan, Semarang where the sample contains 50 students that is divided into experimental group (with treatment) and control group (without treatment). The data is gathered from participants’ score obtained from pre test and post test. Using t test as technique of data analysis, result shows that students taught by using pictures perform better than those are not. <pre>One of the factors that may affect the success of the learning process is the use of learning media. Therefore, this research aimed to implement and evaluate the interactive multimedia learning materials using Wondershare Quizcreator program and audio materials in teaching 'English listening skills'. The research problem was whether or not there was a significant difference between the results of teaching listening skills through the interactive multimedia learning materials using Wondershare Quizcreator program and the results of teaching listening skills through audio materials. The earlier process used in the research was to produce new products to be implemented. The product had been validated by the experts and tried out to the college students to get their responses towards the validity and the practicality of the products. Furthermore, the products as new materials were implemented to the experimental group and the conventional materials (audio materials) were implemented to the control group. Pretest and posttest had ben conducted before implementation. The results of statistical analysis (SPSS) showed that there was no significant difference between the results of pretest of the two groups, but there was a significant difference between the results of post of experimental and control groups. It was proved that the t-cal. was greater than the t-table (5.583 &gt; 2.000) at df 70 and p.0.05. So, it was concluded that the interactive multimedia learning materials using Wondershare Quizcreator program were effective in teaching 'English listening skills'.</pre>
