Metode Pembelajaran Inquiry dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika ditinjau dari Kreativitas Belajar

<p>Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the inquiry learning method and creativity on learning to mathematics learning. This research was an experimental study with research design two way anova. This research did on Indraprasta University students with 68 persons. From this research we know that: 1) any effect of the inquiry learning method to mathematics learning, 2) any effect of creatifity on learning to mathematics learning, 3) any effect of interaction inquiry learning method and creativity on learnning to mathematics learning, 4) any significant effect of inquiry learning method with conventional learning method to students which have high creativity, 5) no significant effect of inquiry learning method with conventional learning method to students which have low creativity, 6) any significant effect of student mathematics learning which have high creativity and low creativity on teached by inquiry method, and 7) no significant effect of student mathematics learning which have high creativity and low creativity on teached by conventional method. <br /><br /></p>

The inquiry learning method in its development has a role in education in schools. In its implementation, the learning method for incuri plays a role for both teachers and students in the learning process, because the incuri method focuses on the activity of students in the learning process, while the teacher as a facilitator and mitivator when the learning process begins.The method used was Quasi Experiment with the Nonequeivalent Contol Group Design. This research was conducted at MT Agung Bandar Agung, East Lampung. In this study consisted of two groups namely the experimental and control groups. Learning outcomes instruments are in the form of a multiple choice form test that has been tested for validity, reliability and distinguishing features and the degree of difficulty. Data analysis using t-test on significance level of 0.05 can be seen from t table> t table.The results of the study revealed that, the learning outcomes of students after using the guided inquiry method was "significant" with an average final test of 84.83. While the learning process without using the guided inquiry method has a "less significant" qualification of 59.16. The t-test for the value of the final test obtained tcount> t table is 10.067> 1.658 at a significant level of 5% or 0.05. This is according to the t-test criteria which means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. From this study it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students who use guided inquiry methods have a positive effect on learning outcomes in the subject matter of the ecosystem.

An experimental study on the implementation of guided inquiry learning method to improve students’ understanding and science processing skills in the concept of characteristics of organism has been conducted at MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh in class VII. The aims of this study were (1) to determine the understanding of the concept of characteristics of living things through the application of guided inquiry learning, (2) to find out the improvement of students’ science processing skills in the concept of characteristics of living things by using guided inquiry learning, and (3) to determine the difference of understanding enhancement of the concept among the students who get guided inquiry learning. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results showed that (1) there was an improvement of understanding of the concept in the experimental class with an average value was 61.95, while the control class was 35.70 with the difference was 26.25 and (2) the observation of teachers' activities showed that the interactions of teachers and students developed better compared to conventional learning. It can be concluded that (1) there was a significant difference between the application of guided inquiry method and conventional methods to increase students 'understanding of concepts (2) there was an increasing of students’ understanding of the concept and science processing skills through the implementation of guided inquiry learning.

Literacy is often seen as knowing literature. As one of the important goal of education across the world, mathematics literacy focuses on concrete dimension with context and content to be studied. This paper reports an quasi experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design on promoting mathematical literacy through the use of guided inquiry method. A total of 32 secondary school students of class VIII participated as a sample in the study and 192 students as a population. Mathematical literacy of students was measured with essay test. The students’ works were analysed and compared using paired sample t-Test. It was found that the guided inquiry method successfully promote students’ mathematical literacy as indicated by the result of paired sample t-test values of significance (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the guided inquiry can be used as one of alternative method in learning mathematcs to improve students'mathematical literacy.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan keefektifan penggunaan metode inquiry dan metode demonstrasi dalam pembelajaran kimia pokok bahasan hidrokarbon terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik dan hasil belajar peserta didik MA Al-Falah Jatilawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan desain adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X MA Al-Falah Jatilawang pada semester kedua tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Sampel dipilih dua kelas yaitu kelas X1 dan X2 dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara metode pembelajaran inquiry dan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dalam pembelajaran kimia pokok bahasan hidrokarbon terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik dan hasil belajar peserta didik MA Al-Falah Jatilawang. Metode pembelajaran inquiry lebih efektif dari pada metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dalam pembelajaran kimia pokok bahasan hidrokarbon terhadap keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik MA Al-Falah Jatilawang. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the inquiry learning method and the demonstration learning method in chemistry learning for the topic of hydrocarbon in terms of the learning activeness and outcomes of the students of MA Al-Falah Jatilawang. The inquiry learning method was more effective than the demonstration learning method in chemistry learning for the topic of hydrocarbon in terms of the learning activeness and outcomes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Strategi Pemecahan Masalah dalam pembelajaran kooperatif pendekatan struktural Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pra eksperimental menggunakan desain penelitian perbandingan kelompok statis. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi tes keterampilan mahematika awal dan tes hasil belajar matematika. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh strategi pemecahan masalah dalam pembelajaran kooperatif pendekatan struktural Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 14 Pekanbaru.   The aim of this study was to know the influence of Problem Solving Strategy implementation in cooperative learning of structural approach Think Pair Share (TPS) to mathematics learning outcome of VIII class students of SMP Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. This study use pre experimental research design using The static group comparison research design. The instruments of  data collection include early mahematics skills test and mathematics learning outcome test. Data were analyzed using t test. The result of this study showed that there is influence of problem solving strategy in cooperative learning of structural approach Think Pair Share (TPS)  to mathematics learning outcome  of  VIII class students of SMP Negeri 14 Pekanbaru

The aim of this study is to discover the effect of applying SQ3R method inreading comprehension. Experimental research design is used as the research method.This research took place at SMA Nasrani 2Medan. There were 2 classes chosen as thesample with 30 students in each class. The classes were divided into two groups namelyexperimental and control group. The experimental group was taught by using SQ3Rmethod and the control group was taught by using conventional method. The instrumentused to collect the data was a set of multiple choice tests, which divided as pre test andpost test. The result of the research was analyzed by using t-test formula. The resultshowed that t-test was higher than t-table (4,23>2,00) at the level of significant 0,05with degree of freedom (df) 58. It means that hypothesis alternative (Ha) is acceptedwhich shows that SQ3R method significantly improves the student’s readingcomprehension.

The COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic required changes to be made, especially in formal education processes. In order for the students to stay safe and healthy, many educational institutions switched to the distance learning method for the rest of the semester and continued their education without any intermission. Due to this switch, there has been a rise in the usage of learning management systems, and as a result, students started to encounter technical problems, especially during the exam periods, or they simply wanted to obtain more information about academic or administrative issues. This study used frequency and percentage analysis methods and examined the support request tickets opened up by students during distance education. Resolving the encountered problems quickly and effectively is very important in order to protect the motivation of the learners and ensure their successes. It was seen in the study that the majority of the problems reported by the students were related to internet connection or to the problems occurred during exams. This study aimed to share experiences with the researchers and technical and administrative staff working in this field and to contribute to the current distance learning literature.
