<p>There are several issues that arise related to education. Education is not the same as teaching. Education is a business that is conscious, deliberate, patterned, and can be evaluated by educators to foster and develop the potential that exists within learners. Direction of education policy at the level of the nation was held in the framework of the intellectual life of the nation that is based on faith and piety and noble character. Direction of the nation's education is aimed at producing human resources in Indonesia that have character: faithful and pious to God The Godhead, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, skilled, creative, independent, being a democratic citizen, and accountable. In the level of practice; the implementation of education has not implemented correctly in accordance with the direction of education policy. The practice at all levels; including at the level of early childhood and elementary school still more emphasis on teaching to the intellectual property in sharpening cognitive potential alone, and very little regard for moral education/character. For that, there needs to be a correction to the process of implementation of education policy to achieve quality education that produces superior human resource, righteous and noble. <br /><br /></p>

The functions of national education are to develop the ability to think rationally and form a noble character in relation to the values of Pancasila, namely the values of the divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice. The national education goals are to develop the students potential to be able to think rationally, and to have a noble character in relation to the values of Pancasila, which upholds the values of truth, goodness, beauty, and divinity, as well as constructively and creatively to be able to be responsible for advancing the Indonesian nation in adjusting with the demands of the modern society based on democracy and justice.

ABSTRAKManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu bidang manajemen khusus yang mempelajari hubungandan peranan manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Manusia adalah tenaga kerja yang bekerja dalam suatuperusahaan. Salah satu faktor suatu pendidikan bisa berkembang adalah adanya manajemen sumber dayamanusia yang baik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitasakan dapat berpengaruh pada proses dan kemajuan yang lebih baik dalam bidang pendidikan tersebut.Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia menjadi semakin penting untuk institusi yang digunakan untukmendapatkan kontrol yang lebih baik melalui lembaga mereka sendiri. Lembaga harus menunjukkan bahwamereka mampu memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas untuk pelajar. Untuk setiap institusi, kualitas adalahagenda dan kualitas utama perbaikan adalah tugas yang paling penting. Salah satu yang harus di perhatikandalam Manajemen sumber daya manusia di Indonesia ini adalah peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan dengantujuan untuk mengubah institusi yang mengoperasikannya menjadi tim yang tulus, tanpa konflik dan persainganinternal, untuk mencapai satu tujuan, yaitu untuk kemajuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Perencanaan sumber daya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikanseleksi dan orientasi, serta penempatan sumber daya manusia secara profesional. Pelaksanaan sumber dayadilakukan dengan kegiatan pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daa manusia yang berperan dalampeningkatan mutu pendidikan yang berkualitas sesuai nilai-nilai islam.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Sumber Daya Manusia, Peningkatan dan Kualitas mutu pendidikanAbstractHuman resource management is a specialized management field that studies the relationships and roles ofhumans in an organization. Humans are workers who work in a company. One of the factors that can developeducation is the existence of good and appropriate human resource management in accordance with Islamicvalues. With the existence of quality human resources will be able to influence the process and better progress inthe field of education. Increasing human resources is becoming increasingly important for institutions that areused to gain better control through their own institutions. Institutions must show that they are able to providequality education for students. For each institution, quality is the agenda and the main quality of improvement isthe most important task. One of the things that must be considered in human resource management in Indonesiais to improve the quality of education with the aim of changing the institutions that operate it into a sincereteam, without conflict and internal competition, to achieve a goal, namely for the betterment of education.The results of this study indicate that: Planning resources to improve the quality of education selection andorientation, as well as the placement of human resources in a professional manner. Character education has a very important role in shaping the superior character of Japanese society. Compared to Indonesia, Japan has long designed and implemented character education for all levels of education. Since 1970 Japan has begun to develop a character-based curriculum that has begun to be applied at the kindergarten and elementary school level. Japan recognizes the importance of character education starting at the age of children because educating characters in children will be easier to do than educating teenage or adult characters. Implementation of character education in early childhood in Japan prioritizes character education that can bring out superior characters such as courage, independence, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and socializing. To bring out these characters, the application of early childhood character education in Japan places great importance on moral and personality education. Through moral education and personality, the characters are brave, independent, disciplined, responsible, cooperating, and socializing. Moral and personality education is not taught through special subjects but is applied in everyday life. And this is characteristic of the application of early childhood character education in Japan

This research focuses on the background of morals decline in early childhood caused by lack of attention or supervision of parents and schools towards them. Morals in Islamic civilization is a fence that limits both at the same time the upright foundation upon which the glory of Islam. The basic values of Islam and morals are included in every rule of life, various kinds of differences and their development, both individually, as well as society, politics and economics. This research was formulated to describe the various methods of moral education that are applied at SDIT Ummul Quro. This research is a type of qualitative research  with a field research approach, aims to explore various methods of moral education through primary and secondary literature relating to the object of research, then integrated with field research in an effort to produce products to be implemented in other institutions. This research resulted in the method of elementary school morals education at the institution, namely: (1) the exemplary method of an educator figure (2) the habituation method was more emphasized to students as recipient subjects (3) the reward and funishment method (reward and sanctions), in the form gift giving and sanctions.

Abstract This study is aimed to describe the human resources in early childhood education which become basic needs for early childhood institutions that is in line with the vision to reach Indonesia Gold 2045. The focus of this research, can be divided into several sub-focuses; including the planning of recruitment, selection, assignment, development, and evaluation. The method used is phenomenological qualitative research with multi-case studies. The validity was done through applying credibility, dependibility, and confirmability. Data analysis technique conducted in each of the three cases using two approaches, namely (1) the analysis of individual cases and (b) cross-case analysis. The results of this study can be presented as follows: (a) human resources in early childhood education needs to be developed, so the goals can be successfully obtained. (b) The principal, teachers, and stakeholders need to be more progressive at the time of selection of qualified early childhood teachers S1, (c) to produce teachers and administrative staffs who have educational qualifications for early childhood education. The educational criteria required is S1 PG PAUD. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan mengenai sumber daya manusia pada pendidikan anak usia dini yang menjadi kebutuhan dasar bagi lembaga pendidikan usia dini yang sejalan dengan visi untuk mencapai Indonesia Gold 2045. Fokus penelitian ini dapat dibagi ke dalam beberapa subfokus; meliputi perencanaan penerimaan, pemilihan, penugasan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Merode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi dengan studi multikasus. Validitas dilakukan dengan menerapkan kredibilitas, reliabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data dilakuakn pada setiap tiga kasus menggunakan dua pendekatan, yakni (1)Analisis kasus individu dan (2)analisis lintas kasus. Hasil Penelitian ini disajikan sebagai berikut: (a) sumber daya manusia pada pendidikan usia dini perlu dikembangkan, sehingga tujuan dapat sukses dicapai. (b) Kepala sekolah, para guru, dan pemangku kepentingan perlu lebih progresif saat memilih guru sekolah usia dini yang berkualifikasi S1 (c) untuk menghasilkan guru dan pegawai administrasi yang berkualifikasi pendidikan usia dini. This chapter starts with the description of deaf education in the Namibian context in terms of providing formal education for learners who are deaf or hard of hearing (DHH). It traces the history of deaf education from the 1960s to date and reports on early childhood education and primary, secondary, and tertiary education for this population. The second section of the chapter describes the road that Namibia has taken considering the needs and challenges the country is facing in providing quality education to DHH learners. The outcomes of two important conferences dealing with this issue are discussed. The last section discusses options for the way forward. Despite constraints in financial and human resources, there has been definite progress in the provision of quality education to DHH learners in Namibia.

Human resource management (HRM) is a recognition of the importance of human labor as vital resources that contribute to the goals of the organization, and utilization of multiple functions and activities to ensure that they are used effectively and fairly for the benefit of individuals, organizations, and society. Now human resource management has a unique and timely opportunity to improve productivity. Eventhough, productivity improvement does not means only increase the output. In addition, the evaluation of program responsibles and meets the special needs of employees with efficient cost. It is a very effective manner that very important, as organizations are tempted to cut costs and improve quality in their company. Without evaluation, it is very difficult to demonstrate that the development is the reason for the improvement. Human Resources Development can maintain and support productivity, as well as company isolate of lack of expertise of the human resources for the current job and future. The results are used in evaluating development programs include participant satisfaction with the training and development program development, learning knowledge or skills, the use of knowledge and skills on the job, and the results such as sale, productivity, or the prevention of accidents. Evaluation can also compare costs against benefits that receive development (return on investment).

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.
