Technological developments have left people tend to get used to working with the aid of automatic devices. The research that led to the automation has also been developed such as the detection of acid-base degree. The detector uses an Arduino Uno microcontroller components as the brains to run the program, and the pH sensor (Power of Hydrogen) as input that detect the state of a solution. In this solution and research tool used can be planned a new system. The system uses a microcontroller as a liaison between chemistry with the world of electrical technology. Produce percentage is almost close to perfect, as evidenced by the accuracy of the output of which is detected by a detector. In this study, the authors designed a detector-based acid-base arduino uno. The aim is to produce an acid-base detector with high accuracy than litmus paper sold in the market. With the alkaline acid detection devices are expected to ease the food industry, restaurants, and households in the detection of acid-base automatically. With an accuracy of ± 0.5 pH (25˚C).

This paper critically analyzes the symbolic use of rain in A Farewell to Arms (1929). The researcher has applied the Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis as a research tool for the analysis of the text. This hypothesis argues that the languages spoken by a person determine how one observes this world and that the peculiarities encoded in each language are all different from one another. It affirms that speakers of different languages reflect the world in pretty different ways. Hemingway’s symbolic use of rain in A Farewell to Arms (1929) is denotative, connotative, and ironical. The narrator and protagonist, Frederick Henry symbolically embodies his own perceptions about the world around him. He time and again talks about rain when something embarrassing is about to ensue like disease, injury, arrest, retreat, defeat, escape, and even death. Secondly, Hemingway has connotatively used rain as a cleansing agent for washing the past memories out of his mind. Finally, the author has ironically used rain as a symbol when Henry insists on his love with Catherine Barkley while the latter being afraid of the rain finds herself dead in it.

Skinswaste at pre-tanning operations can be processed into food grade gelatin. The degradation of collagen using acid, base, or enzymes produced gelatin. Pickle skins is skins that acidified, the results of the final phase of the pre-tanning operations. The addition of salt on the skin makes the skins pickle not swollen, produced a wide space between collagen fibers and collagen can not be degraded. Thereby directly extract pickle skins or waste will not be obtained gelatin.This study discussed the processing of food gelatin type A pickle skins through the utilization of waste acid it contains. The discussion includes the components of animal skins, pre-tanning waste, acidification of skins, processing gelatin and gelatin from skins picklewaste and usefulness for the food industry. Salt hydrate collagen fibers in the skin pickle including waste can be separated by washing, to a certain extent still acidic skins waste. The remaining acid on the skins pickle waste can be utilized to hydrolyze collagen into gelatin. The resulting gelatin is gelatin type A, that can be used for food industry.ABSTRAKKulit limbah pada operasi pra-penyamakan dapat diolah menjadi gelatin pangan. Pemecahan kolagen menggunakan asam, basa, atau enzim dihasilkan gelatin. Kulit pikel merupakan kulit yang diasamkan, hasil dari tahap akhir operasi pra-penyamakan. Penambahan garam pada kulit pikel menjadikan kulit tidak bengkak, menghasilkan ruang lebar diantara serat kolagen dan menjadikan kolagen tidak dapat terdegradasi. Hal ini berarti ekstrak secara langsung kulit pikel atau limbahnya tidak akan diperoleh gelatin. Dalam kajian ini dibahas pengolahan gelatin pangan tipe A dari kulit pikel limbah melalui pendayagunaan asam yang dikandungnya. Bahasan mencakup komponen kulit hewan, limbah pra-penyamakan, pengasaman kulit, pengolahan gelatin, dan pengolahan gelatin dari kulit pikel limbah melalui pendayagunaan asam yang dikandungnya serta kegunaannya untuk industri pangan. Garam yang menghidrasi serat kolagen pada kulit pikel termasuk limbahnya dapat dipisahkan dengan cara pencucian, sampai batas tertentu kulit limbah masih bersifat asam. Asam yang tersisa pada kulit pikel limbah tersebut dapat didayagunakan untuk menghidrolisis kolagen menjadi gelatin. Gelatin yang dihasilkan adalah gelatin tipe A, dapat digunakan untuk keperluan industri pangan. Kata kunci : Kulit pikel limbah, gelatin, pengasaman, pangan.

The lattice of varieties of bands was constructed in [1] by providing a simple system of invariants yielding a solution of the world problem for varieties of bands including a new system of inequivalent identities for these varieties. References [3] and [5] contain characterizations of varieties of bands determined by identities with up to three variables in terms of Green's relations and the functions figuring in a construction of a general band. In this construction, the band is expressed as a semilattice of rectangular bands and the multiplication is written in terms of functions among these rectangular band components and transformation semigroups on the corresponding left zero and right zero direct factors.

Cryogenic technologies in biology and medicine Current tendencies of the development of cryogenic technologies in the world practice and in Ukraine have been comparatively analyzed. A special attention has been paid to cryotechnologies in biology and medicine. The features of deriving the biologically active ingredients of natural raw materials by means of cryosublimation fractionation and extraction of lipid fractions with liquefied refrigerants, as well as perspectives of their application when obtaining the products of new generation in pharmacy, cosmetics, food industry have been considered. There were discussed the possibilities of human whole body extreme cryotherapy. Main aspects of its usage in practical public health have been considered.

Abstract: Tourism sector in the country is one of the mainstay of foreign exchange earners for the country, especially in the non oil and gas sector, all efforts to attract tourists both archipelago and overseas continue to be done. One of the government's efforts to increase the flow of domestic and foreign tourists is to make improvements and arrangement of tourist attractions. In addition, by promoting. Therefore required a system that can facilitate the management of tourism in data processing, and facilitate members or tourists in obtaining information. Technological developments are increasing, then from the problems proposed a change in the old system into a new system with computer-based website technology. The method used in the development of this software uses Model Waterfall. Data collection methods that the authors use to collect the data needed in the writing of this research are: observation, interview method, and literature method. Through a computer connected to the internet network users can search and get various information, anywhere and anytime by accessing the website. With this system, is expected to overcome the various needs of users to obtain information and help the government to increase local revenue.Keywords: Information Systems, Tourism, Website, WaterfallAbstrak: Sektor pariwisata di tanah air merupakan salah satu andalan penghasil devisa bagi negara khususnya pada sektor non migas, segala upaya untuk menarik wisatawan baik nusantara maupun mancanegara terus dilakukan. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan arus wisatawan nusantara dan mancanegara adalah dengan melakukan pembenahan dan penataan objek wisata. Selain itu juga dengan melakukan promosi. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat mempermudah pengelola wisata dalam mengolah data, serta mempermudah anggota atau wisatawan dalam memperoleh informasi. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin meningkat, maka dari permasalahan tersebut diusulkan adanya perubahan sistem lama kedalam sistem yang baru dengan teknologi komputer berbasis website. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak ini menggunakan Model Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode pustaka. Melalui komputer yang terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet user dapat mencari dan mendapatkan berbagai informasi, dimana saja dan kapan saja dengan mengakses website. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan mampu mengatasi berbagai kebutuhan user untuk memperoleh informasi serta membantu pemerintah meningkatkan pendapatan daerah.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pariwisata, Website, Waterfall

ABSTRAK - Arus globalisasi yang mendunia sudah tidak dapat dibendung lagi keberadaannya di negara Indonesia. Indonesia menjadi salah satu dari berbagai negara yang telah dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi dan iptek yang semakin canggih, sehingga dunia kini telah memasuki era industri 4.0. Generasi milenial adalah salah satu kelompok yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang serba instan, bahkan peran penting generasi milenial sudah mulai surut tergantikan oleh kemajuan teknologi. Menghadapi tantangan tersebut diperlukan solusi yang solutif yaitu mengimplementasikan model pemuridan kontekstual sebagai panggilan pelayanan terhadap generasi milenial di era industri 4.0, sehingga membentuk generasi milenial supaya beridentitas Kristen dan bertumbuh menjadi dewasa dalam iman. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa model pemuridan kontekstual layak dijadikan pedoman dalam mengarahkan para generasi milenial di era indutri 4.0 agar mampu bertahan (survive) dalam perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih.Kata kunci : Pemuridan, Kontekstual, Panggilan Pelayanan, Generasi Milenial, Revolusi Industri 4.0ABSTRACT - The current global globalization can not be dammed anymore its existence in the country of Indonesia. Millennials have become one of those groups influenced by the development of instantaneous technology, even the important role of millennials has begun to subside replaced by technological advances. Facing these challenges requires a solution that is to implement a model of contextual discipleship as a service call to millennials in the industrial era 4.0, thus forming millennial generations so that Christian identity and growing into adulthood in the faith. The approach taken is a qualitative approach that involves the study of literature. Specifics of present moment of historical development is cardinal change of a geopolitical picture of the world. The period of partnership between Russia and the West came to an end. Partnership is succeeded by new structure of the international relations which will be constructed on much more pragmatic basis. At the same time it is obvious that the unipolar world was absolutely not effective. This world finally disbalanced all system of the international relations that was expressed in the number of the regional and local conflicts unprecedented before, and in return in the last two years of direct confrontation between Russia and the West.
