<p>This article aims to describe the difference of student’s analytical ability after applying learning with the mindmapping method using the iMindmap application. The type of this research is pre-experiment with one group pretest posttest design method. The number of research samples is 15 students of Physics Education Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. The data collection technique was using pretest and posttest. The aspects measured in seeing the students' analytical ability are matching, classifying, error analysis, generalizing, and specifying. Data were analyzed using paired t-test. The results of the t-test analysis obtained the value t = -6,510 with sig (2-tailed) = 0,000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. The conclusion is that there is a difference between the initial analytical ability and the final analytical ability of students after applying learning with the mindmapping method using the iMindmap application.  </p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: mindmapping, iMindmap, analytical ability</p>

 ABSTRAKJumlah lanjut usia di Indonesia semakin bertambah dan hal ini membawa pengaruh besar dalam pengelolaan masalah kesehatannya. Kesehatan fisik dan mental merupakan faktor utama dalam peningkatan usia harapan hidup. Untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental diperlukan upaya pembinaan lansia melalui puskesmas dengan mendirikan posyandu lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan model coaching sebagai upaya meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat dalam pelayanan kesehatan di posyandu lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pra eksperimen dengan metode one-group pretest-posttes design. Populasinya adalah seluruh kader di Desa Sidorejo. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling berjumlah 20 kader dan 60 lansia. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dengan paired T Test untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara dua variabel dengan tingkat kemaknaan p ≤ 0,05. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kepuasan responden sebelum dilakukan  penerapan model coaching sebagian besar kurang puas (65%). Sedangkan kepuasan setelah penerapan model coaching sebagian besar merasakan puas (86,7%). Hasil uji analisa data diperoleh kesimpulkan ada pengaruh penerapan model coaching sebagai upaya meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat dalam pelayanan kesehatan di posyandu lansia. Proses coaching merupakan kegiatan pendampingan yang sangat memberikan pengaruh baik terhadap coachee. Proses yang berkesinambungan dapat memberikan perubahan yang signifikan terhadap bentuk pelayanan kesehatan khususnya yang dilakukan oleh kader kesehatan. Kata kunci :  coaching, kepuasan, posyandu lansia  ABSTRACTThe number of elderly in Indonesia is growing. It has a major impact on the management of health problems. Physical and mental health is a major factor in increasing life expectancy. In maintaining physical and mental health is required effort of coaching elderly group through puskesmas by establishing posyandu for elderly. This research used pre experimental research design with one-group pretest-posttes design method. The population was all cadres in Sidorejo Village. The sampling technique used was total sampling amounted to 20 cadres and 60 elderly. Analysis of data user paired T Test to determine the effect between two variables with significance level p ≤ 0.05. The result of the research was the satisfaction of respondent before the implementation of coaching model mostly with less satisfied (65%). While satisfaction after application of coaching model mostly feel satisfied (86,7%). The results of data analysis test obtained that there was influence of application of "Coaching" model as efforts to improve public satisfaction in health care at posyandu for elderly. The coaching process is an advisory activity that greatly influences both coachee and coachee service suggestions. Continuous processes can provide significant changes to the form of health services especially those conducted by health cadres.  Keywords: coaching, satisfaction, posyandu for elderly

Cardiorespiratory endurance in sports is very important. Because cardiorespiration is closely related to human activities doing work and moving. This research is motivated by cardiorespiratory fitness which is closely related to human activities doing work and moving and exercising. This study aims to determine the differences in cardiorespiration endurance among students who take extracurricular volleyball and basketball. This study uses a comparative research design with the test method. The subjects of this study were 19 basketball basketball extracurricular students and 20 volleyball extracurricular students. Data collection techniques in this study used a measurement test. The instrument used in this study was a multistage fitness test. The analysis technique used is the t-test (Paired t-Test). The results of statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between cardiorespiration endurance between students who took extracurricular volleyball and basketball with male students t count = 3.354 greater than t (0.05) (9) = 2.36 and female students that t arithmetic = 3.053 is greater than t (0.05) (8) = 2.31 at a significance level of 5%. The difference in cardiorespiration endurance between students who take extracurricular volleyball and basketball is male students by 13.31% and female students 18.64%.Keywords: Basketball, volleyball, cardiorespiration, Sport, Student AbstrakKetahanan kardiorespirasi dalam berolahraga sangatlah penting. Sebab kardiorespirasi erat kaitannya dengan kegiatan manusia melakukan pekerjaan dan bergerak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebugaran kardiorespirasi yang erat kaitannya dengan kegiatan manusia melakukan pekerjaan dan bergerak serta berolahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaaan daya tahan kardiorespirasi antara  peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakutikuler bolavoli dan bolabasket. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kompratif dengan metode tes. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 19 siswa ekstrakurikuler bolabasket dan 20 siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli.  Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah multistage fitness test. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji-t ( Paired t-Test ). Hasil analisis statistika diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara daya tahan kardiorespirasi antara  peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakutikuler bolavoli dan bolabasket dengan siswa putra t hitung = 3,354 lebih besar dari t(0,05)(9)  = 2,36 dan siswa putri bahwa t hitung = 3,053 lebih besar dari t(0,05)(8)  = 2,31 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Perbedaan daya tahan kardiorespirasi antara peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakutikuler bolavoli dan bolabasket adalah siswa putra sebesar 13,31% dan siswa putri 18,64%.Kata kunci: Bola basket, bola voli, kardiorespirasi, olahraga, siswa

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of the type of hypnosis and the level of mental toughness on the concentration of futsal athletes. This research method is experimental. Types of hypnotherapy that are done are hypnosis and self-hypnosis. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the variable measured mental toughness was low and a little low using, questionnaire and hypnotherapy treatment with 6 meetings with a duration of 30-60 minutes, grouping the level of mental toughness was obtained after pretesting the results of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique was two way anava  with SPSS 16. The subjects of the research were 16 male futsal athletes. The significance level is 0.05. The results showed that there were differences in the effect of hypnosis and self-hypnosis on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.013, meaning that there was an effect. There is no difference in the effect of low and rather low mental toughness on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.130 means there is no effect. There is no interaction between mental toughness and hypnotherapy on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.635 means mental toughness and hypnotherapy do not interact. The conclusions of the study are getting the differences in the treatment of hypnosis and self-hypnosis, knowing the differences in the effect of mental toughness, and knowing the interaction between hypnotherapy and mental toughness. The advice is that athletes have good mental toughness and self-control, believe in their own abilities. Coaches support athletes by providing coaching that can improve mental toughness and concentration. PENGARUH JENIS HIPNOTERAPI DAN TINGKAT KETANGGUHAN MENTAL TERHADAP KONSENTRASI ATLET FUTSAL  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh jenis hipnosis dan tingkat  ketangguhan mental terhadap konsentrasi atlet futsal. Metode penelitian ini eksperimen. Jenis hipnoterapi yang dilakukan adalah hipnosis dan self-hipnosis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, variabel yang diukur ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah dengan menggunakan angket ketangguhan mental dan treatment hypnotherapy dengan 6 peretemuan durasi 30-60 menit, pengelompokkan tingkat ketangguhan mental diperoleh setelah diadakan pretest hasil dari angket tersebut. Teknik analisis data two way anava dengan program  SPSS 16. Subjek penelitian atlet futsal putra berjumlah 16 orang. Taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian yaitu ada perbedaan pengaruh hipnosis dan self-hypnosis terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,013, artinya ada pengaruh. Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah terhadap konsentrasi atlet nilai signifikansi = 0,130 berarti tidak ada pengaruh. Tidak ada interaksi antara ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,635 artinya ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi tidak berinteraksi. Simpulan penelitian yaitu mendapatkan perbedaan perlakuan hipnosis dan self-hipnosis, diketahuinya perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental, dan diketahuinya interaksi antara hipnoterapi dan ketangguhan mental. Sarannya atlet memiliki ketangguhan mental dan kontrol diri yang baik, percaya pada kemampuan sendiri. Pelatih mendukung atlet dengan memberikan pembinaan yang dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan mental dan konsentrasi.

The objective of this research was to determine whether there is influence of the send a problem technique to the ability to write a bibliography. Influence was shown from the completeness of the results of student learning class XI SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau in writing a list of libraries after applied the send a problem technique. Quantitative methods of quasi experiments are used in answering the purposes of this study. Techniques in collecting data in the form of a form of a description test technique. The research population was all students in class XI amounted to 138 students consisting of 4 classes. The sample in this research was class XI. MIA 4 which amounted to 34 students. Data analysis technique begins with the normality test, and continued with t test by looking at the difference between the KKM value which was hypothesised is 74 with the mean postes. Based on the result of test analysis with t test formula, to greater than ttable at 5 percnet significance level that is 2.60 bigger than 2.04. Thus, the results of student learning class XI SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau in writing the list of libraries after applied the send a problem technique significantly completed. This research is motivated by problems in social life in the Karangreja Hamlet community, Dempel Village, namely the low quality of individual children's morals. This is due to the parenting style in which they partly become foreign and domestic workers. This study aims to determine the difference between the morals of children with the parenting of overseas workers' parents and parenting patterns of household parents in Karangrejo Hamlet, Dempel Village. This research uses a causal-comparative quantitative approach. For data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. As for the data analysis using t-test statistical analysis. From the results of the t-test analysis, it is known that there is a difference of 1,120 between the parenting patterns of parents of foreign and domestic workers towards the morals of children, with the value of ttable at N = 30, the significance level of 5% (95% confidence level) that is 2.045 tcount <t table or (1,120 <2,045) and at a significance level of 1% that is 2.756, then t <t table (1,120 <2,756). Provisions if tcount <ttable, the results are not significant. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the working hypothesis (Hi) is rejected, while the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted.

This article aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in direct current circuit material after applying learning with mind mapping methods using the mindmeister application. The type of this research is pre-experiment with one group pretest posttest design method. The number of research samples was 15 students. The data collection technique used was the pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using the N-Gain test and paired t-test. The N-gain results obtained a value of 0.59 which means that the increase is in the medium category. The results of the t-test analysis obtained the value t = -6,650 with sig (2-tailed) = 0,000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in direct current circuit material after applying Learning with the mind mapping method using mindmeister.

Performance, knowing the Effect of Organizational Culture on Performance and knowing the effect of Conflict and Organizational Culture on Performance in the Regional Revenue Agency of the Province of South Sumatra.This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection technique with the number of samples used by 51 employees. This study uses the help of SPSS Version 22 software to analyze data The results of the t-test analysis show that the value of the Conflict variable (X1) is 3,619, and the organizational culture is 4,185 so the value of tcount> t table is 3,619> 1,676 with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05 for Conflict (X1) and 4,185> 1,676 for Culture Organization (X2) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the conflict partially has a significant effect on employee performance and Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test obtained Fcount value of 17.180 with a Ftable value of 3.16, the value of Fcount> Ftable is 17.180> 3.19. Significance value = 0.000ᵇ <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Conflict and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the R square value obtained is 0.417, which means that employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency can be explained by Conflict and Organizational Culture of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is explained by other variables not included in this study, such as motivation, environment work and training. This shows that the free variables (Conflict and Organizational Culture) only provide part of the information needed to predict the dependent variable (Performance).

This research aims to: 1) develop educational comic “Accounting Days” as accounting learning media, 2) know the feasibility of educational comic “Accounting Days” as accounting learning media, and 3) examine the improvement of students learning motivation of class XII Social after the development of educational comic “Accounting Days”. The research was conducted using Four-D model which consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The data collection technique was observation, interview, and questionnaires. Based on the analysis of students learning motivation average score, there is an increase in Students Learning Motivation’s average score from 3,21 to 3,40. However, the result of paired sample T test analysis shows that there is not any significant change in Students Learning Motivation after using Educational Comic “Accounting Days”. Thus, Educational Comic “Accounting Days” as Accounting Learning Media is not proven to improve Students’ Learning Motivation of class XII Social SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta Academic Year of 2017/2018. Keyword: Learning Media, Accountng, Educational Comic, Learning Motivation

Abstrak. Kemajuan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi di abad 21 mengakibatkan terjadi pergeseran paradigma belajar yang tidak mengenal ruang dan waktu, sehingga kemampuan literasi digital, literasi sains, literasi bahasa, dan literasi matematika sangat perlu untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan literasi Mahasiswa Calon Guru Fisika Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Samudra. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode pre-experimental design, dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Lokasi Penelitian pada mahasiswa angkatan 2016 sebanyak 22 orang. Tes kemampuan literasi sain berbentuk pilihan ganda dengan empat alternatif pilihan jawaban. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan rumus N-gain yang ter normalisasi, dan uji t berpasangan (Paired Sampel t-Test) menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis data N-Gain menunjukkan kemampuan literasi sain pada setiap domain dan aspek kemampuan literasi sain sebesar 0,71 dan 0,76 dengan kategori tinggi pada materi listrik dinamis. Hasil ini diperkuat oleh hasil uji t berpasangan (sig.0.000.05) dapat disimpulkan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis virtual laboratory secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains mahasiswa calon guru fisika pada materi listrik dinamis.Kata Kunci: Literasi Sain, Model  Inkuiri, Virtual Laboratory, Listrik Dinamis Abstract. The advancement of Science and Technology within the 21st century has led to a shift of learning paradigm, which is no more influenced by space and time; so that the ability of digital literacy, science literacy, language literacy, and mathematical literacy is highly required to be developed. The purpose of this study was to find out the improvement of students’ literacy ability at Physics Education, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Samudra University. The research method used in this research was pre-experimental design method, with one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted in the Physics class; and there were 22 students taking part within this study. A multiple-choice test, with four alternative answers, was applied in order to find out students’ literacy ability. The data were analyzed through N-gain formula, and paired t-test using SPSS, version 23. The result of N-Gain data analysis revealed that the scientific literacy ability in each domain and the aspect of the science literacy ability is 0.71 and 0.76 with high category in dynamic electrical material. This result is reinforced by paired t test result (sig.0.00 0.05), which can be concluded that inquiry model based on virtual laboratory can significantly improve students’ science literacy ability, considered as Physics teacher candidate, especially in dynamic electrical material.Keywords: Science Literacy, Inquiry Model, Virtual Laboratory, Dynamic Electricity

Abstract: This research aims to know the Influence of Media Image on the ability of Writing Poetry students. The method used in this study is a random method that does not use posttes control group design method. The findings of this study show the average way of writing poetry on students by using the image media (experimental class) higher average poetry writing skills on students who were taught with conventional learning (control class). The average of pretest experiments obtained by experiment class is 63,75. The average pretest class of control class is 61,05. After the second class action, the average posttest of the experimental class is 79.45 and the control class is 74.95. Hypothesis calculation using t paired t test test and significance of 0.05 significant level indicates probability (significance) is 0,033. Because of the significance of 0.033
