The purpose of the research is a commission test of the efficacy of the supramolecular complex of ivermectin at gastrointestinal strongylatoses of horses.Materials and methods. The commission experiment was performed in June 2019 in the North Caucasian Federal District of the Chechen Republic. The efficacy of the supramolecular complex of ivermectin was evaluated on 20 horses of different breeds in the Seradin Equestrian Center. To determine the rate of gastrointestinal nematode infection in horses, we collected fresh feces in the morning, made tissue imprints from perianal folds and examined them by the Fülleborn's method using a saturated solution of sodium chloride. Results and discussion. The coproovoscopic examination determined a 100% infection of horses with Strongylates and 40.0% infection with Oxyuris sp., with 488.7±24.4 strongylates eggs and 16.9±0.84 Oxyuris sp. eggs found in 1 g of feces, respectively. Seven and 15 days after the supramolecular complex of ivermectin administered to the horses from the first test group at a dose of 0.15 mg/kg for the active substance (7.5 mg/kg for the drug) in a mixture with mixed feed, we did not find any Strongylata eggs or Oxyuris sp. eggs in feces or on tissue imprints. Insufficient efficacy was obtained in the horses from the second test group after being treated with the active substance of ivermectin at a dose of 0.15 mg/kg. The strongylate egg number decreased on average by 244.3±12.21, namely, by 50.1%, and no Oxyuris sp. eggs were found. The efficacy against Oxyuris sp. was 100%. The horses consumed the mixture of drugs with feed readily. There were no side effects after the drugs applied. Thus, we established the high efficacy of the supramolecular complex of ivermectin against gastrointestinal strongylatoses, and the convenience of its use in a mixture with feed to untamed herd horses individually and by group feeding.

The purpose of the research is to test the effectiveness of the supramolecular complex of albendazole and triclabendazole (Altric-Extra) in case of fasciolosis and nematodoses of the digestive tract of sheep under production conditions. Materials and methods. The test of the effectiveness of Altrik-Extra was carried out in the North Caucasus Federal District of the Chechen Republic in July 2019 on 205 sheep of the Tushino breed, spontaneously infected by gastrointestinal nematodes and Fasciola sp. Sheep infection with helminths was established by fecal examination by Fülleborn using ammonium nitrate. The average number of helminth eggs in 1 g of feces was determined using a VIGIS camera. Altric-Extra was given at a dose of 5 mg/ kg of AS (2.5 mg of albendazole and triclabendazole respectively) or 50 mg/kg in the preparation in a mixture with mixed feed by the group method. The effectiveness of the drug was determined by the results of fecal studies 14 and 25 days after deworming. After giving the drugs for three days, the clinical condition of the experimental sheep was monitored. Altric-Extra effectiveness was evaluated using the “critical test” method according to the Guidelines approved by the World Association for the Progress of Veterinary Parasitology (1995). Results and discussion. The Altric-Extra supramolecular complex in a therapeutic dose of 5.0 mg/kg of AS (for the preparation of 50 mg/kg) was 100% effective against gastrointestinal nematodes and Fasciola sp. of sheep. The sheep ate a mixture of the preparation with mixed feed; it is convenient to set in a group method; side effects after deworming is not observed.

The purpose of the research is to test the efficacy of the supramolecular complex of ivermectin against gastro-intestinal nematodes of herd horses under production conditions. Materials and methods. The test of the efficacy of the supramolecular complex of ivermectin was carried out from December 2018 to January 2019 in the North Caucasus Federal District of the Chechen Republic. Two herds of horses of 47 and 54 heads in each of different ages were selected, which were grazed all year round. To determine the infection of horses with nematodes of gastro-intestinal tract, 20 samples of fresh feces from each group were collected from the ground. It was not possible to collect samples from untamed horses to determine the infection by Oxiuris spp. Coproovoscopy was performed using the Fülleborn method. To count eggs in 1 g of faeces, a VIGIS counting chamber was used. The first group was given a 2.0% drug individually in a mixture with food at a dose of 0.15 mg/kg for active substance (AS) (according to the drug 75 mg). The drug was administered to the second group at a dose of 0.2 mg/kg for AS (for the drug 1.0 mg/kg) by the group method in a mixture with food, calculated on a live weight of 500 kg. The efficacy of the drug was determined 2 weeks after deworming according to coproovoscopy data. The efficacy of ivermectin complex was accounted for by the "critical test" method. After deworming, the animals were observed during the experiment. Results and discussion. Dehelminthization of horses with a supramolecular complex of ivermectin at a dose of 0.2 mg/kg for AS in a mixture with mixed feed by a group method for mixed infection of various types of gastro-intestinal nematodes under production conditions showed 100% efficiency. Arabinogalactan in the supramolecular complex helps to eliminate the negative effect of AS (ivermectin) on the animal body. The mixture of the preparation with the food was readily consumed by the horses. Deworming horses of herd keeping with a preparation intended for use in a mixture with feed is technically convenient, practically uncomplicated, and at the same time, physical exertion during fixation of animals and industrial injuries are excluded. We did not observe any side effects after deworming horses.

The most progressive and promising model of spatial organization of food markets of the North Caucasus Russian Theatre is a cluster model. In the proposed methodology of the process approach to develop a structural model of agro-food cluster in the NORTH is cluster analysis. The regional food market as a single system, which combines production, marketing and consumption of foods with a specific hierarchy, is characterized by different relationships and proportions between its components and is an important an indicator of a country's economic development, achieving food security. Disclosure of potential in a market system, its effective use, taking into account regional particularities and specificities of the economy, improvement of the spatial organization and improving the efficiency of such a complex system as the regional food market is impossible without knowledge of its essence, principles of formation and operation. In this connection there was a need to develop modern methods of research, evaluation, analysis, improvement of structure and functional organisation of the regional food markets as an important factor for the socio-economic development the country. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the clustering of agribusiness implemented taking into account the peculiarities of regional AIC on the basis of strategic management zones: industrial, conventional and organic. To determine the effectiveness of the cluster algorithm of its evaluation, which is based on the criteria of usefulness and survival in the conditions of the cluster in the region, which are defined using evaluation scales and weights the main factors utility and survival in the cluster.

The relevance of the study of individual psychological characteristics of employees of criminal investigation departments in transport in the North-Western Federal district of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the NWFD) in relation to indicators of professional deformation is due to the specific features of their official activities. Despite a significant amount of research on the phenomenon of professional deformity of police officers, there are few thoroughly developed and completed works on the prevention of professional deformities of police officers. The purpose of our research was to study the individual psychological characteristics of employees of criminal investigation departments in connection with the risk of professional deformation. The results of the empirical study were processed by correlation and factor analysis (49 parameters). The results of the initial analysis showed that the overall assessment of job satisfaction among employees of the studied departments is average with a downward trend. The results of the study on «professional burnout» revealed that a number of employees surveyed are close to emotional exhaustion. It is established that empathic abilities, social intelligence, and constructive coping strategies play an important role in the structure of individual psychological characteristics of police officers. Low ability of employees to learn behavior determines non-constructive strategies and models for coping with stressful situations, which leads to deformation of relationships with other people, i.e. to professional deformation. The obtained data can be used as the basis for the program of psychoprophylaxis of professional deformation of criminal investigation units in transport in the northwestern Federal district.

The article provides an overview of the effects of the resonant impact of clusters on the ability of mountain areas to adapt to the modern realities of the technological level, as well as the ability to apply innovations, attract investment in the agro-industrial and tourist cluster. A panel of indicators is presented that provides correct comparability of achievements and reflects information for aggregation by various parameters of the economic and geographical indicators of the region: the national environmental rating of the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District; indicators of sustainable development of the Russian Federation and the North Caucasus Federal District; investment risk of the republics of the North Caucasus Federal District; the main economic and social indicators of the RSO-Alania. It is established that the geoinformation study of the use of a multicomponent indicator of the state of mountain territories is the basis for determining the vector of their further socio-economic development and justifying appropriate management decisions to stabilize economic development. The peculiarity of the approach is the selection of criteria that will be used in the development of mechanisms for the sustainable development of mountain territories according to the target indicators, in accordance with the UN resolution "Transforming our world in the field of sustainable develop-ment for the period up to 2030".

The problem of dependence of the Russian economy on raw materials remains. The growth of non-primary non-energy exports was approved as one of the priorities in Russia. Updating the national project increases the importance of its institutional support in legislation. The question arises of the sufficiency of institutional reflection of non-resource exports. The purpose of the article is to generalize approaches to the priorities of non-resource exports, to develop methodological tools and to assess the representation of the topic in conceptual documents on the example of the regions of the North-Western Federal District. The research methodology is based on the content analysis of documents using the Istio service. The basis of the study was the conceptual documents of the NWFD regions with export topics. The categories of non-primary exports are highlighted. The socio-economic Development Strategy is the main document approving the region’s non-resource exports. A research program and methodological support for assessing the representation of non-primary exports in documents have been developed. The differences in the institutional support of non-primary exports are revealed. Of the 11 regions, 8 contain a target indicator of non-primary non-energy exports. Kaliningrad and Murmansk oblasts are recommended to include it in the Strategy in order to form institutional support for overcoming the problem of commodity dependence. A classification of regional documents providing institutional support for the export strategy has been developed. For the first time, the assessment contains scientific novelty and can help to understand the need to form a scientific concept of non-resource exports.
