According to the results of previous studies it was specified that the soils of the research areas in south of Ukraine are not provided with the optimal content of nutrients for normal growth and development of fruit crops. As a result of that, a long-term field experiment was set up, which aimed at increasing soil fertility, yield and fruit quality of intensive plantations of peach and apple trees under drip irrigation as well as at improving soil management principles. The field experiment was set up in 2009 on the perennial plantations in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions on the soils with different properties using the water of different quality when applying traditional cultivation technology in the south of Ukraine. It was observed the positive effect on the yield of perennial plants when applying the following fertilizer systems: organic-mineral ("Rost-concentrate"), mineral (N120P30-90K75-120), and organic ("Gumoplant") when irrigating with water of different quality. Thereat, the soil moisture in the layer of 0-60 cm was in the range of 75–90% of MMHC depending on the soil grading. The highest increase in peach yield (33%), in comparison with the check plot was observed on sod sandy soils in SE "DAF named after Solodukhin" in Kherson region when applying mineral fertilizers. The higher dry matter content in fruits by 2,6% and nitrate content by 29% were also observed when using mineral fertilizers on this farm. The highest yield increase up to 21,16 t/ha on dark chestnut medium loam soils in private joint stock company "Radsad" in Mykolayiv region in apple orchards was obtained when using organic-mineral fertilizers and irrigating with partially suitable water. The yield increase up to 26,81 t/ha was obtained on chornozem southern heavy loam soil in private joint stock company "Kamyanskyi" in Kherson region when irrigating with water suitable for irrigation and up to 32,62 t/ha of yield increase was obtained on dark chestnut medium loam soil in "Bilozerskyi" state farm in Kherson region when irrigating with water suitable for irrigation. Higher dry matter contents were recorded under mineral fertilizers, higher sugar content - under organic-mineral and mineral fertilizers, nitrate content under organic fertilizers. The content of nitrates under different fertilization systems for all fruit trees did not exceed the maximum concentration limit of 60 mg/kg. It was also found out that the highest effect on the yield of perennial plantations had organic-mineral fertilizers with a correlation coefficient of 0,75.The results of mathematical data processing showed that the fertilizers applied along with drip irrigation (fertigation) had a positive effect on the yield of peach and apple trees and the quality of their fruits.

Recently, the development of agricultural technology has been focused on achieving higher reliability and quality of work. The aim of the presented paper was to examine the possibilities of evaluating the quality of work of wide-area irrigation machinery by monitoring the coefficients of uniformity and non-uniformity of irrigation. The object of the research was pivot irrigation machinery equipped with sprinklers with a total length from 230 to 540 m. The commonly applied quality of work parameter for wide-range irrigators is the irrigation uniformity coefficient according to Heermann and Hein CUH. Work quality evaluations were also carried out through other parameters applicable in practice, such as irrigation uniformity coefficients calculated according to Christiansen CU, Wilcox and Swailes Cws, and our introduced parameters, the coefficient ar (derived from the degree of unevenness according to Oehler) and the degree of uniformity γr (derived from the degree of non-uniformity according to Voight). Other applied parameters for determining the quality of work of wide-range irrigation machinery were the coefficients of irrigation uniformity according to Hart and Reynolds CUhr, further according to Criddle CUcr and subsequently according to Beale and Howell CUbr. Next, the parameters of the non-uniformity coefficient according to Oehler a, the coefficient of variation according to Stefanelli Cv, the degree of non-uniformity according to Voigt γ and the degree of non-uniformity according to Hofmeister Ef were evaluated. Field tests were performed during the growing season of cultivated crops (potatoes, corn and sugar beet) in the village of Trakovice (agricultural enterprise SLOV-MART, southwest of the Slovakia) and in the district of Piešťany (Agrobiop, joint stock company). During the research, the inlet operating parameters (speed stage, inlet pressure, irrigation dose), technical parameters (number of sprayers, total length, number of chassis) and weather conditions (wind speed and temperature) were recorded. The obtained results were examined by one-way ANOVA analysis depending on the observed coefficient or input conditions and subsequently verified by Tukey and Duncan tests as needed. Irrigation uniformity values ranged from 67.58% (Cws) to 95.88% (CUbh) depending on the input conditions. Irrigation non-uniformity values ranged from 8.58 (a, Ef) to 32.42% (Cv). The results indicate a statistically significant effect of the site of interest and thus the impact of particular field conditions (p < 0.05). When evaluating the application of different coefficients of irrigation uniformity, the results showed a statistically significant effect only in the first test (p = 0.03, p < 0.05). During further repeated measurements, the quality of work increased due to the performed inspection of all sprayers and the reduction in the influence of the wind.

To provide the population of the Russian Federation with high-quality, healthy and environmentally friendly vegetable products in the required amount, it is necessary to study the potential productivity of new varieties and hybrids of vegetable crops, use modern elements of technology and products in the field of agricultural technologies. Good taste, high content of vitamins, microelements and organic acids valuable for humans have made sweet peppers one of the most popular vegetable crops. A huge number of varieties of sweet peppers have been bred and cultivated in the world. In our country, the most common cultivar type is bell pepper (Capsicum annuum) or Bulgarian. On ordinary chernozems of the Biryuchekutskaya selection experimental station (Novocherkassk district of the Rostov region), which have a weakly alkaline reaction of the environment, a powerful humus horizon, an average supply of mobile phosphorus and high exchangeable potassium, in 2017-2018, the potential productivity of sweet pepper the level of supply of plants with moisture and nutrients. The complex effect of the main application of the calculated doses of mineral fertilizers, drip irrigation, 3-fold top dressing with water-soluble fertilizers Master and organomineral nanofertilizers Arxoil on the yield and quality of bell peppers was evaluated. It was found that the main fertilization and feeding affect, first of all, the number of fruits per 1 plant, increasing them by 2-3.3 times with a slight increase in the weight of the fruit. It was found that without the use of mineral fertilizers with drip irrigation, 25-27 t/ha of fruits were obtained. The use of the recommended dose of fertilizers N120P120K120increased the yield of pepper to 50.5 t/ha, and the complex application of the main fertilizer with 3-fold root feeding with the water-soluble fertilizer Master allowed to obtain the yield of pepper up to 64.8 t/ha. The highest plant productivity was obtained with the integrated use of a calculated dose for a yield of 90 t / ha in combination with root feeding - 86.8 t/ha with good quality pepper fruits.

A contribution deals with an evaluation of harvest losses within a full mechanised berries harvest using two self-propelled harvesters GREGOIRE G 152 and NEW HOLLAND VL 6060 differing in kinds of harvesting and catching mechanisms. Observation was done in vineyards of ZVOS Hustopeče joint–stock company at harvest of Müller Thurgau and Lemberger varieties in a period 2009–2010. Results gained under operating conditions showed that both self-propelled harvesters reached a comparable quality of a harvested product. There were observed losses by a slump in a case of using GREGOIRE G 152 harvester 0.8–1.45%. By using NEW HOLLAND VL 6060 the losses were 0.86–1.52% and data were gained with a respect to vine condition, the variety and the vintage. Next to losses by the slump also losses as non-harvested product were observed. Using GREGOIRE G 152 were reached 1.08–2.56% of non-harvested product losses and in a case of NEW HOLLAND VL 6060 similarly 1.17–2.22%. However a value of the non-harvested product losses cannot be perceived absolutely because in a practice the non-harvested grapes are consequently picked up manually. Total losses perceived as a sum of losses by the slump and non-harvested losses values were at GREGOIRE G 152 harvester 2–4% and at NEW HOLLAND VL 6060 harvester 2–3.7% of total hectare yield.

The article presents the results of research on the effectiveness of microbiologic specimen against the background of various doses of mineral fertilizers, and without them. The results were obtained in two short-term experiments for the period from 2015 to 2018.Goal of research: to increase the productivity and quality of potatoes with the integrated use of full and reduced by 30 and 50% doses of mineral fertilizers in combination with various microbiologic specimen by increasing the biological activity of the soil and better nutrient absorption. In the field test (2015-2016, sod-podzolic sandy soil), the yield of potatoes was 24.1-27.9 t / ha (when using mineral fertilizers N45-90P45-90K60-120). When N45P45K60 was combined with preplant treatment of tubers with microbiologic specimen (Azolen, Agrinos «1» and Biocomposite-correct), it increased by 27.6-28.5%, including the increase from microbiologic specimen - 3.5-4.4 t / ha or 14.5-18.3%. In the field test (2016 and 2017-2018, sod-podzolic sandy soil), the maximum yield of potatoes (34.0-35.7 t / ha) was obtained using the microbiologic specimen Extrasol both separately for preplant treatment of tubers, and in combination with foliar application of Agrinos «2» and Extrasol on the background of the full dose of fertilizers N90P90K90. In this case, the yield increase from the biologic specimen was 6.5-8.2 t / ha or 23.6-29.8%.In the variant with a 30% reduced NPK dose and the use of Agrinos [N60P60K60 + Agrinos 1+2 (5+2.5 l / ha)]: the yield level was 4.6 t / ha (17%) higher a full dose of NPK. At the same time high starchiness and vitamin C content, excellent culinary qualities, low levels of nitrates in products; conditional income was 42.3 thousand rubles / ha higher than NPK background, low cost (6.8 rubles / kg), high cost recovery (3.25) and profitability of production 64% were observed.

Abstract The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is one of the post-Second World War international organizations set up to promote good international economic cooperation among states. Unlike international organizations like the United Nations (UN) and the World Trade Organization (which succeeded the General Agreement on Tariff and Trade 1947), decision-making in the IMF is quite peculiar in that it is based on the joint stock company model where the value of shares determine the value of a member’s vote. Thus the principle of sovereign equality of states that underpins the one-member-one-vote system in the UN and WTO is absent in the IMF. This paper discusses the various decisionmaking organs in the IMF and concludes with a discussion on the sovereignty implications of the use of IMF conditionalities in the giving of loans, especially to developing countries.

The results of the research were obtained in 2019-2020 on sod-podzolic middle-loam soil in the conditions of EuroNorth-East of the Russian Federation. There were studied 18 variants of increasing doses of mineral fertilizers in the range from 30 to 150 kg of active ingredient per hectare. Under the conditions of 2019 growing season, nitrogen fertilizers influenced the value of yield of Novichok barley variety to a greater extent (Y = 0.67 - 0. 11x2 + 1.33x, R2 = 0.92), in 2020 - phosphorus fertilizers (Y = 1.48 - 0.02x2 + 0.48x, R2 = 0.99). On average, over 2 years of research, the yield in the control variant without the use of fertilizers was 0.87 t/ha. Yield increase of barley grains because of enlarged fertilizer doses ranged from 1.38 to 3.90 t/ha. The payback of 1 kg of active ingredient of fertilizers with increase of barley yield decreased due to enlarged doses: from 15.3 (N30P30K30) to 8.3 kg (N150P150K150). On average for two years of the research the increasing doses and ratios of mineral fertilizers had no significant effect on technological properties of spring barley seeds. The content of crude protein in grain grew with increase in fertilizer doses (r = 0.55). To obtain grain of the 2nd class of quality it is necessary to apply not less than 90 kg of active ingredient/hectare of ammonium nitrate. According to the content of crude cellulose, the 1st class of grain quality has been obtained, and this indicator did not depend on the application of fertilizers. High profitability of cultivation of the Novichok spring barley variety (from 54.2 to 59.1 %) has been recorded by application of mineral fertilizers in doses N60P60N120, N60P60K60 and N120P120K120.
