The following report shows results of the following (second) stage of the complex research of operational reliability of construction tribune stadium (East tribune). This stage includes real-life operational tests of the direct natural rigidity of inclined crossbars of cross-section frames and follows after the determination of technical condition. According to a technical condition of the covering of the tribunes, inclined crossbars have appeared as defining model elements of the framework, from the point of view of reliable operation. This was shown from the natural experimental data tests that have laid down in a basis of modeling of working capacity of tribune construction of the stadium, which are also provided in this massage.

Results of the analytical research are given to justify methods of working capacity expertise in patients with hearing loss. The goal is to provide the successful professional rehabilitation of these workers and minimize the risk of occupational trauma or occupational disease because of harmful occupational factors. Since 2014 hearing loss patients have been allowed to work with many harmful and dangerous factors. Up-to-date laws and regulations have some logical contradictions with controversial interpretation. Some criteria for determination of working capacity in these workers have not been justified from the point of view of the professional risk yet. The paper discusses the need for the optimization of normative acts by the way of exclusion of logical contradictions and incorrect formulations. Today the determination of professional risk for the workers with hearing loss who work in noise and under the action of other harmful occupational factors is topical. According to results of this research the criteria of working capacity expertise for these cases should be revised to prevent health risk and disaster situations. Working capacity expertise in hearing loss patients should be provided by specialists in occupational medicine and labor protection. Individual peculiarities of the disease and prospective work place should be also taken into account.

Introduction. The increase in tension and complexity of the naval personnel work is naturally accompanied by an increase in the risk of formation of unacceptable functional states and a critical decrease in professional reliability. Timely detection and prevention of such states is impossible without the implementation of dynamic monitoring of naval personnel working capacity in the process of professional activity. Purpose of research — substantiation of complex technology of functional state and working capacity control of naval personnel. Materials and methods. During performance of work 215 ship experts of various profile of activity were examined. The studies were carried out using an automated functional state screening control system designed on a modular basis and implemented on a number of Navy orders. The results of research. The systems of dynamic control available at the Navy are an effective tool for early detection of borderline functional States of seafarers; determination of the working capacity stage in which the specialist is currently located; development of recommendations for the implementation of corrective measures. However, in real life, these systems are practically not used, there are no guiding documents regulating their application. Implementation of such automated systems on other ship projects requires adaptation and improvement of such systems. In addition, the Navy has no technical means to monitor the functional status of personnel directly during the performance of particularly complex tasks, the struggle for survivability and other extreme situations. Conclusion. The basic concept of screening control and monitoring of the naval personnel functional state in the process of professional activity is proposed.

During the operation of transformers, the insulating oil is aging, therefore, there is the deterioration of its insulating properties, which is determined by multiple physico-chemical processes. The most dangerous factor, from the point of view of preserving the operational reliability and resource of a power transformer, is the moisture content of the insulation. Most methods for determining moisture content have measurement errors. These errors are largely dependent on impurities that are contained in the oil. The modified Fisher method proposed in the article allows determining the amount of impurities in the oil and the absolute moisture content. Conducted research allows also to determine the composition of impurities, to reveal the relationship between impurities and some parameters of transformer oil.

Microanalysis by EELS has been developing rapidly and though the general form of the spectrum is now understood there is a need to put the technique on a more quantitative basis (1,2). Certain aspects important for microanalysis include: (i) accurate determination of the partial cross sections, σx(α,ΔE) for core excitation when scattering lies inside collection angle a and energy range ΔE above the edge, (ii) behavior of the background intensity due to excitation of less strongly bound electrons, necessary for extrapolation beneath the signal of interest, (iii) departures from the simple hydrogenic K-edge seen in L and M losses, effecting σx and complicating microanalysis. Such problems might be approached empirically but here we describe how computation can elucidate the spectrum shape. The inelastic cross section differential with respect to energy transfer E and momentum transfer q for electrons of energy E0 and velocity v can be written as

Malaria is one of the health problems in Indonesia, especially West Sumatra. Determination of the description of Malaria disease in an area is needed to determine the spread and severity of the disease. This study aims to determine the frequency distribution according to age, sex and place of residence, description of the types of Plasmodium causes of Malaria and hematological features in Malaria patients at Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018. This type of research is a descriptive observational study with an approach or design cross section (cross sectional). The frequency distribution of Malaria sufferers in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018 according to the highest age was in the age group 21-30 years as many as 28 cases (36.8%), the highest sex among men was 46 (60.5%) and the highest number of residences was found in Koto Tangah sub-district there were 31 cases (40.8%). The type of Plasmodium found in Malaria cases in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018 was P. vivax (73 cases (96.05%)) and P. falciparum (3 cases (3.95%)). The results of laboratory tests on Hb, hematocrit, platelet and leukocyte levels in Malaria positive patients in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital in 2018 were in the normal range.

ABSTRACT This case originates from a real-life business situation and illustrates the application of impairment tests in accordance with IFRS and U.S. GAAP. In the first part of the case study, students examine conceptual questions of impairment tests under IFRS and U.S. GAAP with respect to applicable accounting standards, definitions, value concepts, and frequency of application. In addition, the case encourages students to discuss the impairment regime from an economic point of view. The second part of the instructional resource continues to provide instructors with the flexibility of applying U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS when students are asked to test a long-lived asset for impairment and, if necessary, allocate any potential impairment. This latter part demonstrates that impairment tests require professional judgment that students are to exercise in the case.

Modern dentistry commonly uses a variety of imaging methods to support diagnosis and treatment. Among them, cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) is particularly useful in presenting head structures, such as the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). The determination of the morphology of the joint is an important part of the diagnosis as well as the monitoring of the treatment results. It can be accomplished by measurement of the TMJ gap width at three selected places, taken at a specific cross-section. This study presents a new approach to these measurements. First, the CBCT images are denoised using curvilinear methods, and the volume of interest is determined. Then, the orientation of the vertical cross-section plane is computed based on segmented axial sections of the TMJ head. Finally, the cross-section plane is used to determine the standardized locations, at which the width of the gap between condyle and fossa is measured. The elaborated method was tested on selected TMJ CBCT scans with satisfactory results. The proposed solution lays the basis for the development of an autonomous method of TMJ index identification.
