The aim of the study was to analyze the scientific views on the definition of liner shipping at various stages of its development. For this, literary sources for more than a hundred years of research on this issue were analyzed. The analysis emphasizes the lack of systemic studies on this issue and the scientific approach to the definition of the concept in question. As a result of the study, the stages of development of liner shipping are presented and the main characteristic features for the concept are given, its boundaries are established. The resulting research also synthesizes the scientific papers in the field of liner shipping, which represents an important supporting tool for future theoretical and applied studies. Taking into account the exceptional role of liner shipping in intermodal delivery systems, the presented analysis is useful for all involved transport modes.

Computational creativity in built environment (BE) design has been a subject of research interest in the discipline. This paper presents a critical review of various ways computational creativity has been and can be defined and approached in BE design. The paper examines a comprehensive body of contemporary literature on the topics of creativity, computational creativity, and their assessment to identify levels of computational creativity. The paper then proceeds to a further review of the implications of these levels specifically in BE design. The paper identifies four areas in BE design where computational creativity is relevant. In two areas—synthesis (generation) and analysis—there is considerable literature on lower levels of computational creativity. However, in two other areas—interfacing and communication—even the definition of computational creativity is not as defined and clear for the discipline, and most works only consider the role of computers as a supporting tool or medium. These open up future research opportunities for the discipline.

Introduction. Better understanding of the pathogenesis of hemophilic arthropathy is crucial for prevention of irreversible injury to joints in patients with hemophilia. Research objective - to define a role of altered regulation of microcirculation in formation of joint injury in patients with hemophilia. Methods. The changes in knee and ankle joints in 82 patients with hemophilia were investigated by means of ultrasound and X-ray. Microcirculation was evaluated using computer infrared thermography and laser doppler flowmetry in joints of 44 patients and 46 healthy individuals. Results. Increased temperature and perfusion (M) are major risk factors of hemarthrosis development (RR=1.86 and RR=1.26) and are characteristic of joints with hemorrhages developing more often than 1 time per month. Increase in these indexes in joints without hemarthrosis in the anamnesis is a sign of a latent inflammation. Both decrease in the index of shunting (IS) and increase in a vibration amplitude of perfusion in the endothelial range (Amax E) are characteristic of joints with a recurrence of hemarthrosis more often than 3 times a month. Decrease in indexes of M and Amax E with concomitant increase in PSh demonstrate low risk of hemarthrosis. Conclusions. Changes of microcirculation in joints represent an important factor in the pathogenesis of hemophilic arthropathy development in the patients with variable risk of a recurrence of a hemarthrosis. Joint inflammation leads to endothelial dysfunction with poor vasospasm, to increase in Amax E and M that is a new diagnostic sign of a latent inflammation in joints. Decrease of PSh promotes recurrence of hemarthrosis because of strengthening of an imbuing of tissues of joint blood. Preservation of endothelium-mediated vasoconstriction, decrease in the neurogenic tone, increase in shunting of blood are characteristic features of hemophilic arthropathy in patients with infrequent recurrence of hemarthrosis.

The necessity of declaring requirements to the lecturer’s professional image  in normative documents of higher education institutions is proved. The article analyzes the existence of a normative provision for the formation of a teacher's image in higher education institutions in Ukraine. The lack of documentation in most higher education institutions that regulates the ethical behavior of the teacher and his image is revealed. The ethical codes of the teacher and their analogues concerning the availability of requirements concerning the components of the image of scientific and pedagogical workers are considered. A number of drawbacks have been identified, namely: mainly the codes reflect the requirements for teacher professional skills and ethical academic behavior, and the appearance of teachers in most documents is devoted insufficient attention. This requires continuation of work in this direction, which consists in the elaboration of an improved draft Code of Professional Ethics and Organizational Culture of Workers.

The article focuses on such concepts as administrative liability and administrative liability for violations of legislation on banks and banking activities. A comprehensive analysis of the scientific literature allows us to conclude that scientists currently do not have a single approach to the interpretation of administrative liability in general and in the field of banking in particular. Based on the analysis of the composition of administrative offenses in this area and the role of administrative liability in the studied social relations, the author's definition of administrative liability in the field of banking is proposed. The characteristic features of administrative responsibility in the field of banking are considered, in which its peculiarity in the researched sphere is expressed. Attention is also paid to the analysis of administrative offenses in the field of banking. The list of subjects authorized to impose administrative penalties for relevant offenses has been determined. Emphasis is placed on the existence of contradictions between the articles of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and banking legislation and regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine on the subject of the offense in the field of banking. It is noted that for committing an offense in the field of banking provides for the application of fines, cases of which are considered, the National Bank of Ukraine may not impose a fine. It is established that the existence of exceptions to the application of fines should be balanced by their size, which should take into account economic realities and risks. This can be done by enshrining a rule for calculating their size due to the non-taxable minimum income of citizens, set at the level of social tax benefits.

The article is devoted to an urgent problem of our time — the problem of ensuring food security which under the infl uence of globalization and high countries’ interdependence requires to study the role of foreign economic factors in its ensuring. The analysis of the scientific literature shows that there is no comprehensive approach to the definition of external economic factors. It allowed the author to propose the definition, identify the characteristic features and classify the foreign economic factors that affect food security. It is revealed that in the current conditions of economic development the problem of various forms of malnutrition (from the defi ciency of micro — and macronutrients to obesity and exhaustion) is relevant, related to food security through the quality nutrition. The author offers the new definition of food security and concludes that the solution to the food problem today is to find a balance between the production capabilities of the national economy and the provision of necessary food with the help of factors of foreign economic activity that contribute to quality nutrition. The COVID-19 pandemic, which affects the demand, supply, production and distribution of food around the world, attaches particular importance to the topic. In this regard the Russian approach to ensuring food security is noteworthy, because over the past five years it has been formed in the difficult conditions of the aggravation of relations with the countries of the Western world. The study of the role of foreign economic factors in ensuring Russian Federation food security allowed the author to propose the new concept of Russian import substitution in the agroindustrial complex, as well as to raise the question of determining the possibilities of activating foreign economic relations for the development of the Russian agri-food sector in the context of the post-crisis economic recovery and the growth of geopolitical tensions in the world for further research.
