Teachers should be respected because teachers have a concern for the success of learning in school. Education conducted in schools is related to the era of globalization. Teachers who work professionally still need the ability to organize all aspects of life in society. But there are various problems faced by teachers in Indonesia. Elementary school teachers who have undergraduate diplomas are still few in Indonesia. Teachers are distributed in Indonesia less evenly. The welfare of teachers working in Indonesia is still of concern. The type of research used is qualitative research. This research was conducted by searching various library materials. The government's effort to increase professional teachers is done by granting lecture permits through tertiary education. Efforts to increase professional teachers are also carried out by the government through activities such as seminars, training, and teacher certification programs. The government's effort to increase professional teachers is done by giving UKG (Teacher Competency Exams). Government efforts to increase professional teachers are carried out through institutionalized activities such as PKG (Teacher Activity Center) and KKG (Teacher Working Group). Government efforts to increase professional teachers are carried out through zoning systems activities.

The purpose of this study was to see the traditional cublak-cublak suweng game from D.I Yogyakarta, and the order for the character of responsibility for students. Knowing the method of implementing the cublak-cublek suweng game that can shape the character of responsibility for students. This research method is research research. The research subjects were research articles and web that discussed the cublak-cublak suweng game that could be accounted for for its authenticity and correctness. The scope of this research includes elementary school teachers, elementary school children, and the surrounding community who are familiar with this game, as well as the role of the government in preserving the cublak-cublak suweng game and applying it to elementary schools at this time.This research was conducted to explain whether the cublak-cublak suweng game in the present era can give pleasure after being played and the impact that occurs after being played 1) Introduction to what cublak-cublak suweng is and how to play it. 2) Implementation of the cublak-cublek suweng model that can develop the character of responsibility for students, 3) The effectiveness of the cublak-cublak suweng game in shaping the character of responsibility for students. 4) what are the effects if you continue to drink it again and again.

The negative impact of the verbal abuse on student by the elementary school teachers is a big issue. A total of 416 students from four provinces and cities in China were enrolled in this study. We found that the occurrence rate of the verbal abuse by elementary school teachers was not high, whereas it still caused psychological trauma to students once happened by manifesting as the frustration of learning efficacy, self-confidence and interrelationship. Regarding the causes, student’s poor academic performance was the major reason, and it was significantly related to students’ gender, i.e., male students who had poor academic performance were far more vulnerable to be verbally abused by their teachers. Further, the study also found that students who were verbally abused by teachers were more easily bullied at school. The findings suggest that the government and schools should take joint measures to clarify the specific boundaries of teachers’ verbal punishment to students and standardize their verbal behavior to get teachers respect and care for students and create a healthy learning environment.

Abstract. The implementation of the new 2013 Curriculum in schools has been started in July 2013. The implementation of the curriculum is expected to increase the quality of management and process of education at any unit of education that leads to the effort of improving the quality of learning and education. In connection with the application of the new curriculum, this research would like to reveal the problems regarding how elementary school teachers respond to the implementation of 2013 Curriculum in Bandung City with regard to planning, implementation, and assessment of curriculum. It also studied the best practice which can be emulated in terms of planning, implementation and assessment of curriculum conducted by elementary school teachers in Bandung City.The results showed that the response of elementary school teachers on the implementation of 2013 Curriculum in Bandung City was in the positive category. The planning activity was in the category of very positive while the implementation and assessment activities were in the positive category. Some best practices that can be emulated in planning, implementation and assessment conducted by the teachers in implementing the 2013 Curriculum are the activities of sharing, hearing, in-house training and real teaching modeling that were carried out in Teacher Working Group (KKG).Keywords: 2013 Curriculum, teachers’ response, best practice, curriculum implementation Abstrak. Penerapan kurikulum baru, yakni implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di sekolah telah dimulai sejak bulan Juli 2013.  Implementasi Kurikulum tersebut diharapkan mendorong peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan dan proses pendidikan pada setiap satuan pendidikan yang mengarah pada upaya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dan pendidikan. Dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penerapan kurikulum tersebut, penelitian ini ingin mengungkap permasalahan yang berkenaan dengan "Bagaimanakah respon guru SD terhadap terhadap implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di Kota Bandung dilihat dari kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian kurikulum? dan "Best Practice" apa yang dapat dicontoh dalam hal perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian kurikulum yang dilakukan oleh guru SD di Kota Bandung? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Respon guru SD terhadap terhadap implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di Kota Bandung berada pada kategori positif.  Untuk kegiatan perencanaan berada pada kategori sangat positif, sedangkan untuk kegiatan pelaksanaan dan penilaian kurikulum berada pada kategori positif. Terdapat beberapa  "best practice" yang dapat dicontoh dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian  dari guru SD di Kota Bandung terkait dengan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 berupa kegiatan "sharing", "hearing", "in house training", dan "modelling real teaching" yang dilaksanakan di KKG atau KKG gugus. Kata kunci:      Kurikulum 2013, Respon Guru dan Best Practice Implementasi Kurikulum.

This is a qualitative research describing the transitional experiences of Tertiary Education Subsidy grantees in Eastern Visayas. The participants were fifteen (15) purposively selected key informants from different SUCs in Region VIII. Using thematic analysis, the results revealed that prior to inclusion to the Tertiary Education Subsidy Grant the participants experience financial difficulties in sustaining their school and household needs; as a TES grantee, participants indicated a positive impact of the grant to their family and personal economic capacity; participants reported the problems they encountered such as delayed release of fund and difficulty in the enrolment of new cash card; the grantees claimed that they were thankful for the said grant and expressed their gratitude to the government. Teachers’ mental health not only increases their efficiency, professional growth and development but also their effects their personality. Punjab education department established Monitoring education authorities to improve quality of education by monitoring quality indicators.  Monitoring practices of Education Assistants may affect the mental health of teachers on their workplaces which culminate in low performance. The objective of this study was to determine effect of monitoring education authorities’ practices on school teachers’ mental health. 300 elementary school teachers were selected for data collection through cluster sampling technique in District Sheikhpura. Data collection was done through survey questionnaire with 17 statements. Findings revealed that a significant correlation between teachers’ performance and motivational techniques used by their heads. A pilot study was conducted to validate cronbach's alpha 0.86 which statistically significant. Furthermore, following practices of Monitoring education authorities are effecting mental health index .On the bases of these findings that it is recommended that the government might  give training to MEAs  for  improving  their behaviours  during their visits in schools.

The government has issued various policies to stop the spread of COVID-19. One of them is online learning (on the network) which is carried out by almost all levels of education in Indonesia. Learning models are developed based online (e-learning). Nevertheless, on the other hand, the implementation of online learning experiences obstacles such as teachers' lack of knowledge and skills in managing to learn online. This community service aims to improve the abilities and skills of elementary school teachers in using e-learning applications based on Google Classroom in helping the online learning process during the pandemic. The target of this activity is the Gegunung Village Elementary School teachers. Execution method using lectures, practicum, and question and answer. Training participants are given an understanding concept about distance learning media or online and practising use of the Google Classrooms application. The results of this activity include training participants very enthusiastic about participating in the training. The Gegunung Village Elementary School teacher can understand the use of google classroom with an indicator that the teacher can create online learning. The Gegunung Village Elementary School teachers have operated the application Google Classroom as an alternative medium. However, assistance still needs to be done until the teacher understands and uses Google Classroom as an online learning medium during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) an overview of the implementation of academic supervision, the Teacher Working Group (KKG), and teachers’ pedagogic competences; 2) The effect of academic supervision and the Teacher Working Group (KKG) on the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Manggala District, Makassar City. This quantitative study was performed in the form of an associative research. The objects of this study were 309 elementary school teachers at 30 schools in Manggala District, Makassar City. Samples were 50% of the total population (155 people) selected using a proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected from questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The obtained data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and hypotheses were tested based on inferential statistic test. The results of the study showed that: The effectiveness of academic supervision was regarded moderate, while the Teacher Working Group (KKG) was considered effective. In addition, teachers’ pedagogical competence was categorized moderate category. Furthermore, the academic supervision and the Teacher Working Group showed a positive and significant contribution on the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Manggala Kota District Makassar. Thus, it can be concluded that academic supervision activities carried out by school principals and activities carried out in the Teacher Working Group (KKG) forum improved elementary school teachers’ pedagogical competence.

La siguiente investigación gira entorno al análisis de cómo se establecen las prácticas de inclusión educativa de los docentes del nivel de educación primaria. Bajo un enfoque cualitativo de corte fenomenológico, se dirige hacia la obtención de datos en situaciones reales de cómo los docentes frente a grupo responden a la diversidad de sus aulas. Los resultados presentados son acerca de la revisión documental necesaria para la elaboración de instrumentos como entrevista y guía de observación participante. Abstract The following investigation evolves around the analysis and how inclusive educational practices are established by elementary school teachers. From a phenomenological approach of qualitative research, we directed our attention towards data collection focused on real situations experienced by elementary school teachers during class and how they respond to diversity in the classroom. The results presented refer to the revision of documentation necessary to create instruments such as interviews and participant observation guides.
