Administrative administration is an educational administration activity that manages the recording, collection, storage of data, and documents that can be used to assist leaders in making decisions, dealing with correspondence and reports on the school's activities. The administrative process consists of administration of correspondence and administration of archives. The purpose of the office / school layout is to make the work run smoothly, that is, all rooms are used efficiently for work needs, increase employee morale, give the best impression to guests, and facilitate supervision. The role of the teacher in the administration of school administration is that the teacher must play a role or be involved in school administration, especially with regard to school administration, such as planning the use of spaces in schools, formulating policies regarding the division of teaching assignments for teachers, investigating source books for teachers and textbooks for students.

The purpose of written this article is to find out what matters relating to administrative administration, namely the understanding of administrative administration, administrative processes of administration, office / school spatial planning and the role of teachers in administrative administration. School administration is an educational administration activity that manages records, collects, stores data, and documents that can be used to assist leaders in making decisions, regulating correspondence and reporting on school activities. . The function of administrative activities is only to keep a record of everything that happens in an organization (office, school, organization, etc.) to be used as information for leaders. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of education administrasi in changing the accreditation of SMAN 1 Tanjung Mutiara, where it can contribute significantly to improving school accreditation. This research uses qualitative research method, by taking background in Tanjung Mutiara. Data collection methods used in this study are interview, observation and documentation. Interview method is used to determine the system of education administration and the process of implementation in the management or administration of education and it’s influence on changes in the accreditation of SMAN 1 Tanjung Mutiara, moderate method of documentation to know the history of school, geography, and result evaluation relating to the administration of school education. Educational administration is a determinant in the process of changing school accreditation, where the smooth administration of education in school will be a determinant of the success rate of schools, the administrative process is not going well so this will also hinder the process of changing accreditation, the impact of changes in school accreditation will also have an impact on student learning life, if school accreditation changes to a better direction it will be very useful for students to continue their education to college.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. These include stimulating, selecting the growth and development of teachers' positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials and teaching methods, and evaluating teaching. Educational supervision has very important goals and benefits. The scope of educational supervision includes the following: Managerial supervision of the curriculum, Managerial supervision of student affairs, Managerial supervision of educators and education personnel, Managerial supervision of facilities and infrastructure, Managerial supervision of finance, Managerial supervision of public relations, Managerial supervision of administration, Administration supervision academics about learning, related to methods, sourcing strategies, and evaluations.

One of the efforts taken by the company to improve morale is to meet the promotion appropriately, because when promotions are met then the employee will contribute optimum morale. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a promotion, the condition of employee morale and job promotion role in improving employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Branch Garut Retail.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Descriptive method used to determine the implementation of promotion and conditions of employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch of Garut Retail, the verification method used to determine the role of promotion in improving employee morale at the office of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch Retail Garut.The method used is survey explanation. The process of sampling carried out by random sampling technique. The sample size is 65 people. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and literature.These results indicate that the promotion included in the category of good, as well as morale is also high. It is seen that the coefficient of determination variable X amounted to 16.56%, and the remaining 83.44% is the influence of other factors. Spearman Rank Correlation promotion variables play a role in improving employee morale with a yield of 0,407 and have a relationship and the variables that are significant

The aim of the study was to The role of the school in developing the moral values of students from the teachers perspective of the Kasbah Al-Mafraq schools, To achieve this study, the descriptive approach was used, where a questionnaire was developed, consisting of three areas(School administration, educational guide, activities and celebrations) with (23) paragraphs, and its validity and stability was verified, and then it was distributed on the sample of the study which was consisted of (150) teachers in the schools of Kasabat Al Mafraq. The result of the study showed that the role of the school in developing the moral values of students from the teachers perspective of the Kasbah Al-Mafraq schools was middle and with an average arithmetic (3.01). The results also showed no significant differences in the evaluations of the study’s sample members for the role of the school in developing the moral values of students from the teachers perspective of the Kasbah Al-Mafraq schools according to the gender variable, On the two levels (school administration and educational counselor) and at the total level. In the light of the results, the study recommended that the school administration should provide a safe, violence-free school environment for students, and that the curricula be updated and developed periodically to enhance students' values and good moral behavior.

This study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers Perspectives in the Directorate of Education in the Zarqa Region study sample consisted of (72) male teachers and (88) female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study,  The descriptive approach was used a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection; The result showed that the level of the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers was High with (3.71) score the stander of planning gets the highest score with (4.85) degree then the stander of implementation the lesson was also high with (3.83) score finally the stander of the evaluation was moderate with (3.56) score The finding also showed there are no statistically significant differences between the level of Islamic Education teachers sex (male and female) in addition there were statistically significant differences refers to years of experience in favor of the five and less. - In light of these results, there are a set of recommendations and suggestions to maintain quality standards in teaching and to improve evaluation quality in Zarqa School and in the whole of the kingdom of Jordan and Arab countries.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Pembinaan dan Perlindungan ketenagakerjaan di Kabupaten Subang. Bidang Pembinaan dan Perlindungan Tenaga kerja pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Subang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam pembinaan kerja para serikat kerja melalui peningkatkan komunikasi maupun mediasi dengan Perusahaan. Maraknya permasalahan upah tenaga kerja yang tidak sesuai dan perlakuan perusahaan terhadap para pegawai yang tidak sesuai membuat Dinas Ketenagakerjaan khusunya Bidang Pembinaan dan Perlindungan Tenaga kerja mengambil alih peranan sebagai katalisator komunikasi Antara perusahaan dan para pegawai yang menyampaikan aspirasi dan keluhan mengenai permaslahan ketenagakerjaan. Hasil Penelitian yang didapat bahwa Kinerja Bidang Pembinaan dan Perlindungan Tenaga kerja pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Subang dinilai belum optimal dikarenakan dimensi akuntanbilitas dan dimensi responsivitas belum optimal dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya, namun dalam dimensi kualitas pelayanan peran para pegawai sudah optimal dalam pemberian layanan, selanjutnya dalam dimensi produktivitas telah optimal hal ini terlihat dari sikap pegawai, kemampuan pegawai dan semangat pegawai yang tinggi serta dalam dimensi responsibilitas dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan kegiatan organisasi sudah sesuai dengan prosedur dan mekanisme yang ditetapkan.   Employment Development and Protection has many dimensions and links. The rise of labor wage problems that are not appropriate and the company's treatment of inappropriate employees makes the Department of Labor especially in the Field of Manpower Development and Protection take over the role as a catalyst for communication between companies and employees who submit aspirations and complaints about labor problems. Based on the research, it is known that the Performance of the Field of Guidance and Workforce Protection at the Subang District Manpower and Transmigration Office is optimal, this is because only the accountability and responsiveness dimensions have not been optimal in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, but in the service quality dimension the role of the employees is optimal in service delivery, then in the optimal productivity dimension it can be seen from employee attitudes, employee capability and high employee morale and in the dimension of responsibility can be seen from the implementation of organizational activities in accordance with established procedures and mechanisms.

This article aims to describe the basic concepts, processes and roles of teachers in the administration of facilities and infrastructure, the method used to compile this article is a systematic literature review (SLR). First researchers find relevant theories, followed by analyzing, then making conclusions based on the analysis of the researcher. The results of the analysis of researchers are the administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is everything needed directly or indirectly in supporting the process of educational activities to achieve predetermined goals. In the process of administration of facilities and infrastructure including planning, procurement, inventory, distribution, utilization of maintenance, deletion, and supervision. There needs to be knowledge to the teacher as well as the role of the teacher in the administration of facilities and infrastructure, namely (1) Engaging in planning the procurement of teaching aids, (2) Engaging in the use and maintenance of teaching aids used by teachers, and (3) supervision in the use of practical tools by students.Keywords—Educational Administration; Educational Facilities and infrastructure
