Based on the ANOVA F test statistic obtained or calculated F value of 10.642 with a probability level of 0.000. The probability is much smaller than 0.05, then the regression model can be used to predict the competitive advantage or it can be said that the implementation of variable differentiation strategies, and environmental Pengamtan together significantly influence variables Competitive Advantage.T-test results on differentiation strategy implementation variables produce t count of 8.115 and a significance of 0.000. 8115 T count> t table whose value is 1.706 with a significance level of 0.000 is less than 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis that implementation of differentiation strategy has positive influence on acceptable Competitive AdvantagePartial effects significance test results (t test) in variable environments Pengamtan produce t count of 5,720 with a significance level of 0.000. 5,720 T count> t table whose value is 1.706 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis that Pengamtan positive effect on the environment is acceptable Competitive Advantage.

The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

In the research result, analysis and discussion about the problem of influence between independent variable and dependent by using methodology of multiple regression analysis, the number of respondents 78 people from the total population, can be explained as follows: Communication Variables (X1) partially significant effect on variable Satisfaction employee work (Y). With the t test on the Communication variable produces: t count of 3.202 and significance of 0.002. t arithmetic 3.202 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis that Communications have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. So that communication take the role of doniman in employee job satisfaction. Variable of Industrial Relations (X2) partially significant result t count equal to 5,349 and significance equal to 0,000. t count 5.349 t table whose value is 1.663 with significance level 0.173 0.05, it can be seen that the hypothesis expressing industrial relations have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, this proves industrial relations run harmonious .. Hypothesis accepted by t arithmetic 1.377 t table 0.663, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between communication and industrial relations with employee job satisfaction. With the good relationship to the two variables so that employee job satisfaction can run well, further research can be done on other occasions with variables outside this research.

The population in this study is Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority in 2016-2018. The sample of this research was selected by sampling criteria. Hypothesis testing used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach and the statistical test tool used is WarpPLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that VACA has a positive influence on financial performance, VAHU has a negative influence on financial performance while STVA and VAIC do not affect financial performance. Furthermore, this study found that VACA, STVA, and VAIC had a positive effect on competitive advantage and competitive advantage also has a positive effect on financial performance. Palopo City. The method used is multiple regression analysis method with a sample size of 30 respondents. The focus of the research determined by the researcher was only on women's clothing products, so the researcher only chose female respondents. The characteristics of the respondents analyzed in this study were based on age and occupation. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that the t value of cultural variables was 3.446 with a significant level of 0.002. Because 3.446 > 2.051 and 0.002 < 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that the cultural variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the t value of the lifestyle variable (X2) is 2.537 with a significant level of 0.017. Because 2.537 > 2.051 and 0.017 < 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The simultaneous test results show that the cultural variables (X1) and lifestyle (X2) together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) as evidenced by the calculated F value of 17.055 with a significant level of 0.000, where F count > F table (17.055 > 3.35) with a significance level less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Bore Loi is an herb that is made as a ”scrub” which is applied (bore) to the entire body, and let it dry for 16 hours and cleaned the next day with a warm bath. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Bore loi (Spice Body Scrub) on the comfort of the freshness of the body of the Bima community in Bolo Village RT 11 RW 03 Madapangga District Bima, this study used the ”One Group Pretest-Posttest Design” method, the researchers tested the changes occurred after an experiment or an intervention. In this study a Wilcoxon test statistic test with a significance level of p ≤ 0.05 was used. Observation 1 respondent as many as 39 people stated uncomfortable after the bore loi action, the second observation experienced a change in which of the 39 respondents 28 people still felt uncomfortable and 11 people felt comfortable. Then a third observation was taken for 28 respondents and the results obtained where of the 28 respondents who did the re-observation there were 24 people felt comfortable and 4 people still felt uncomfortable, this was due to several factors such as age, and physical activity. Wilcoxon Test statistical test results, where from the test results obtained P value = 0.000 <0.05 with a confidence level of 95%. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted by the influence of bore loi (LulurRempah).

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring the performance of employees. The population in this study were all employees of the division of medical services at the Hospital Clinic Jember. The total sample for the population of employees is determined by using a formula of Taro Yamane. The number of samples used by researchers based on a calculation of the total 44 samples. Questionnaires tested the validity, reliability and test for normality. Test equipment used in this study using classic assumption test which includes heteroscedasticity test and test multicoloniarity. From the test results of multiple regression analysis produced the equation Y = 3.284 + 0.127 + 0.265 X1 X2 X3 + 0.210 + 0.129 + 0.209 X4 X5 regression equation constant positive value of 3.284, variable control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring positive value on employee performance. T test results showed: control environment positive effect on employee performance, risk assessment positive effect on employee performance, control activities have positive influence on employee performance, information and communication positive influence on employee performance, monitoring positive influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination that the variations that occur in the variable Y (the performance of the employee) was 85.5% determined by variable internal control, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. 14.5% is determined by other variables that are unknown.
