Preeclampsia is an increase in blood pressure in pregnant women and excess levels of protein in the urine (proteinuria). This study aims to assess the factors associated with the incidence of preeclampsia. This is an analytical observational study with a case control study approach. This study was carried out in January-September 2018. The sample in this study was 62 people, 31 case samples and 31 control samples. Sample was selected used simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between obesity, parity, and history of ANC with the incidence of preeclampsia with p-value <0.05. Obesity is 7.2 times more at risk of developing preeclampsia (OR = 7,200 CI 95% = 2,182-23,755). Multigravida (OR = 0.044 95% CI: 0.011-0.182) and a history of complete ANC (OR = 0.057 95% CI: 0.011-0.281) were protective factors for the incidence of preeclampsia. To prevent the incidence of preeclampsia, it is necessary to increase education and literacy on risk factor prevention, including improving clean and healthy living behavior.

Stunting is a condition where a toddler has less length or height when compared to age. Toddler stunting will have a level of intelligence that is not optimal, become more susceptible to disease and in the future, it can risk a decrease in the level of productivity which in the end, broadly stunting will be able to inhibit economic growth and increase poverty. The prevalence of stunting toddlers aged 0 to 59 months in East Java reached 32.81%. This figure is higher than the national stunting prevalence, which is 30.8%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the history of teenage pregnancy with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-60 months in Pranggang Kediri. Analytic survey research design with case-control survey design. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 20 non-stunting toddlers and 19 stunting toddlers. The study was conducted in February-March 2020 in Pranggang Kediri. The analysis in this study used the Chi-square test with a significance level of 0.05. The research results showed a p-value (0.029) <0.05, which means there is a relationship between the history of teenage pregnancy with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-60 months in Pranggang Kediri and the results of the contingency coefficient test of 0.337, it means there is a low relationship between the history of teenage pregnancy with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-60 months in Pranggang Kediri. Preeclampsia is a condition characterized by an increase in maternal blood pressure of at least 140/90 mmHg accompanied by proteinuria and other symptoms that occur after 28 weeks gestation. The incidence of preeclampsia in hospital DR M Djamil Padang reached 33%. The exact cause of preeclampsia remains unknown, but extreme maternal age, nulliparity, history of hypertension are suspected to be the risk factors for this. This study aims to determine the factors related with the incidence of severe preeclampsia in the hospital DR M. Djamil Padang. This was observational analytic study with case control study design. The population is divided into two, the case population (all mothers with severe preeclampsia) and the control population (all mothers with no severe preeclampsia). The sample was 85 people taken by simple random sampling with the comparison between case : control (1:1). Data were taken from the patient's medical records. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate using  Chi square test with  p value < 0,05.The results of this study showed there was a relationship between age (p = 0,001), parity (p = 0,020) and history of hypertension (p = 0,003) with the incidence of severe preeclampsia in the hospital DR M Djamil Padang. While the factor that has no significant relation is multiple pregnancy.Mothers with age <20 years old or ≥35 years old, nulliparity, and having a history of hypertension are more at risk for severe preeclampsia. Therefore it is expected for health workers especially midwives to increase awareness to patients especially for those who at risk of  preeclampsia.

Hypertension is one of the number one causes of death and disability in the world. Hypertension contributes nearly 9.4 million deaths from cardiovascular disease each year. Hypertension can cause undesirable effects, it needs good handling, one of them is by doing a hypertension diet. To carry out a hypertension diet requires knowledge, lack of knowledge can increase risk factors for hypertension. This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge about hypertension diet to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City. This research method is an analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach conducted at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City 2018. Sampling technique is a total sampling with a sample of 64 people in 2018 determined by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study were analyzed with frequency distribution and then tested with the Chi-square test. Based on the results of this study indicate that of the 64 respondents found elderly who have a good level of knowledge are 41 people (64.1%), 48 people (75.0%) have an age range between 60-70 years. 27 people (42.2%) elderly have the last high school education and 40 people (62.5%) have jobs as entrepreneurs. Elderly people who have normal blood pressure are 40 people (62.5%), and those affected by hypertension are 24 people (37.5%). The elderly who have a family history of hypertension is 21 people (32.8%) and those who do not have a history of hypertension are 43 people (67.2%). Chi-Square Test analysis results show the significance value p = 0.009. This number is significant because the p-value is smaller than the significance level (α) ≤ 5% (0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship about the level of knowledge about the hypertension diet to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. From the results of this study it was concluded that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge about the hypertension diet and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City in 2016.

Background: Uterine synechiae refers to a total or partial union of the inner walls of the uterus resulting from endometrial trauma. It is a cause of reproductive failure. Until now, synechia was not optimally treated and has remained understudied in Cameroon. Objective of present study was to Evaluate the diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic aspects of uterine synechiae treated by hysteroscopy. Methods: We conducted a descriptive cross-sectional study with an analytical component from January 1st 2015 to July 31st 2017 at Yaounde. All patients diagnosed with uterine synechiae and treated with hysteroscopy were our sample. Sampling was consecutive. The chi-square test was used for the comparison of qualitative variables and Fisher's test for ANOVA variance analysis. The comparison of the averages was made by the Student's test. P-value less than 0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results: Hysteroscopies were indicated for uterine synechiae in 14.50%. Nulliparous were 56.67%. A history of curettage/aspiration was present in 66.66%. All of the patients had a form of infertility and 83.33% had menstrual disorders. Hysterosalpingography showed a better sensitivity (88%). After hysteroscopic treatment, 63.30% had a complete anatomical restitution. There is a significant correlation between the stage of severity of synechia and anatomical restitution (p=0.008; Spearman correlation coefficient=-0.477).Conclusions: Uterine synechiae represent one-sixth of all indications for hysteroscopy and present clinically as menstrual disorder associated with infertility. A past history of uterine curettage is common. Hysterosalpingography has a better preoperative diagnostic sensitivity. Hysteroscopy allows optimal treatment.
