Implementasi Program Kartu Indonesia Sehat

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Implementation of the Indonesia Healthy Card Program (KIS) in Pasar Baru Sub-District, Sei Tualang Raso District, Tanjungbalai City and What are the factors that influence the Implementation of the KIS Program in Pasar Baru Sub-District, Sei Tualang Raso Subdistrict, Tanjungbalai City. By using a qualitative research method approach. The results showed that the implementation of the KIS Program in Pasar Baru Kelurahan, Sei Tualang Raso District, if viewed from the above aspects, it could be concluded that it had not been implemented optimally. The communication aspect shows that there are still many people who do not yet know of its existence and benefits. This is because the delivery of information / socialization has not been comprehensive. The aspect of resources shows, there are still human resources who do not yet have the expertise and authority. Funds are still inadequate, facilities and infrastructure are still lacking in supporting the implementation of the KIS program, aspects of the attitude of the implementers show good attitudes and responsibilities of the implementers in accordance with the main tasks and functions, aspects of the bureaucratic structure show that there is no cohesion between employees / officials in task implementation due to lack of coordination. Obstacles in the implementation of the KIS program, including inadequate health service facilities, the unpreparedness of Village Employees in making socialization to the community and the lack of accuracy of the implementing apparatus in carrying out the KIS program.

This study describes the Javanese language used by the presenters when bringing a wedding ceremony in the Sidoarjo area. Organizers have many variations of the language used at weddings with Javanese customs. The research method uses a qualitative research method approach where this research is in the Tambak Kemerakan village area, Krian sub-district, Sidoarjo district. The time of the research was carried out from May to July 2021. The data collection techniques in the study were in the form of documents, interviews and observations. The research instrument used a mobile phone and a list of questions to the presenters. The results of the study show that the use of language includes language variations, language variations based on lecturing functions, language variations in terms of formality using official language. Code switching in this study is an analysis of the language used when hosting weddings. And the occurrence of language code mixing in the form of Javanese krama alus switching to Indonesian and language interference in its morphological and phonological use.

This study discusses the phenomenon of fujoshi, a popular culture from Japan. Fujoshi is a woman's passion for manga or comics genre boys love, where the manga tells the story of the love relationship between men. This research was conducted using a qualitative research method with a virtual ethnography method approach, where the researcher traced twitter accounts that were actively uploading about the manga boys love. This study tries to describe how the identity of fujoshi is formed which shows the manga boys love fondness on social media, especially in twitter. The result of this study is that fujoshi still be considered as an abnormality and also considered to violate the norms of the society. However, social media is able to provide space for free expression to show the identity of their preferences without getting any social sanctions. Social media also builds the fujoshi identity which was initially considered a deviation, has now been accepted and spawned more works and formed a community that has the same passion for manga boys love that is bigger than before.

The purpose of this study was, to determine the implementation of livable housing assistance in Bagan Sinembah Subdistrict along with barriers to implementation. By using a qualitative research method. The results showed that the implementation of a housing assistance program for underprivileged communities in Bagan Sinembah Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province did not run optimally, if seen from the delivery of an incomplete socialization and not on target, and the budget in the implementation of the construction of decent housing. inadequate and lack of understanding and expertise of the implementing apparatus in development. With the Obstacles in implementing the program of housing assistance for underprivileged communities In Bagan Sinembah Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province is related to the resources seen from human resources who do not have the expertise and ability in the construction of livable homes, not exactly the target in the implementation of development houses to the underprivileged, inadequate housing facilities are inadequate, and the lack of a budget in the construction of livable homes as well as from the bureaucratic structure dimensions related to the absence of SOPs in the construction. The conclusion obtained is that the implementation of housing assistance programs for underprivileged communities in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province did not run optimally.

After the campaign, the candidates had chosen did the programs for Jakarta as a place where they want to be. Anies Baswedan got believes from society so they are won the voters. The objective of this study is to reveal what Anies’s purpose in his speech. This study helps politician and linguist to understand and know about the meaning of Anies Baswedaan’s speech. In this study,the researcher talks about the controversial Anies’s speech which said “Pribumi” to Indonesian. Why Anies’s speech becomes a controversial on youtube?? Because half of netizens disagree to Anies statement and they said in youtube’s column comment. But half of the netizen don’t care about Anies’s speech calls Indonesian “pribumi”, there is no problem for them. This study applies qualitative research method approach. The data taken from YouTube as a main data collection. The data consists of Anies speech campaign video with 22 minutes duration, but researcher only takes in the duration 4.48 minutes. When writer analyzing the data, Researcher uses Speech Act Theory, which is proposed by John Searle.The end of this study, the researcher found that Anies mostly use representative speech act in his campaign speech. Since the representative speech act deals with the speaker’s belief, Anies believes there must be some improvements for Jakarta by using representatives act in his speech.

Abstract: The limited human resources that has bbeen a problem in the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/ National Land Agency was resolved by involving the community through the mechanism of Community-Based Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL+PM). a PTSL+PM program had been carried out at the Land Office of Ngawi Regency before the technical guidelines were issued, so this raised a question on whether the implementation was in accordance with the regulation in the technical guidelines. The objectives of this study are to (1) Find out the information about the implementation and comparing the activity PTSL+PM in Ngawi Regency to PTSL+PM technical guidelines; (2) Evaluate PTSL+PM in Ngawi Regency. To achieve those objectives, a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was used. This method described and reviewed each PTSL+PM implementation process in Ngawi Regency so that it could be used to evaluated PTSL+PM technical guidelines to be more effective to be implemented in all regions in Indonesa. The result of this study shows that there are several elements of PTSL+PM implementation in Ngawi Regency that are not in accordance with the technical guidelines, including work maps, measurenments by land data collectors, and criteria and mechanism for forming land data collectors. Ngawi Land Office implemented the PTSL+PM program with the established community participation and is administratively going to follow the technical guidelines of PTSL+PM. Keywords: Land Registration, Community Participation, Technical Guidelines, Work Map Intisari: Keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang selama ini menjadi kendala di Kementerian ATR/BPN diselesaikan dengan pelibatan masyarakat melalui mekanisme Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat (PTSL+PM). Pelaksanaan program PTSL+PM di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Ngawi telah dilaksanakan sebelum Juknis PTSL+PM terbit sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan apakah pelaksanaannya telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Juknis PTSl+PM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan membandingkan kegiatan PTSL+PM di Kabupaten Ngawi dengan Juknis PTSL+PM; (2) Mengevaluasi PTSL+PM di Kabupaten Ngawi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif guna menggambarkan dan mengkaji setiap proses pelaksanaan PTSL+PM di Kabupaten Ngawi sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi Juknis PTSL+PM agar lebih efektif dijalankan di seluruh daerah di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya beberapa unsur pelaksanaan PTSL+PM di Kabupaten Ngawi yang tidak sesuai dengan Juknis meliputi peta kerja, pengukuran oleh Puldatan, kriteria dan mekanisme pembentukan Puldatan. Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Ngawi melaksanakan program PTSL+PM dengan partisipasi masyarakat yang sudah terbentuk dan secara adminsitrasi akan mengikuti ketentuan Juknis PTSL+PM.

Abstract - The Government of Indonesia is still making various efforts to maximize the health protocol campaign in the form of testing, tracing and treatment of positive patients with Covid-19. Likewise, efforts to provide sufficient logistics and human resources to meet the needs of the inspection and tracing. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Basically, the research method is a scientific way of obtaining data for specific purposes and uses. The results of this study are that the stigma given. to. a person. or group. of people. often causes the recipient of the stigma to be discriminated against by the majority group, so that they feel rejected by their environment. The conclusion is that stigma can be eliminated through a massive and continuous health campaign in order to raise awareness about infection and high empathy to help anyone in need. Abstrak - Pemerintah RI masih melakukan berbagai upaya untuk memaksimalkan kampanye protokol kesehatan berupa pemeriksaan, .pelacakan,. .dan .perawatan.. .terhadap. .pasien. positif.. Covid-19.. Begitu juga. dengan upaya mencukupi. logistik serta .sumber daya. .manusia. .dalam. memenuhi.. .kebutuhan. pemeriksaan dan. pelacakan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pada dasarnya, metode penelitian merupakan cara ilmiah untuk mendapatkan data dengan tujuan dan kegunaan tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa stigma yang diberikan pada seseorang atau sekelompok orang sering kali menyebabkan penerima stigma diperlakukan diskriminatif oleh kelompok mayoritas, sehingga merasa ditolak oleh lingkungannya. Adapun kesimpulannya yaitu stigma dapat dihilangkan melalui kampanye kesehatan yang masif dan kontinu dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran tentang infeksi serta empati yang tinggi untuk membantu siapa saja yang membutuhkan.

This research uses descriptive qualitative research method, the results of research to provide recommendations to the company in providing motivation so that employees will feel valued and noticed by the company and employees will be able to provide a better contribution again to the company. Kewenangan yang dimiliki oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dalam melakukan penyidikan tindak pidana di sektor keuangan berdasar pada Peraturan OJK Nomor 22/POJK.01/2015. OJK berdasar pada Pasal 1 angka 1 UU tentang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan merupakan lembaga independen, bebas dari campur tangan pihak lain, yang memiliki fungsi, tugas, dan wewenang pengaturan, pengawasan, pemeriksaan, dan penyidikan dimaksudkan disini adalah permasalahan dalam menangani kasus tindak pidana di bidang jasa keuangan yang dilakukan OJK. Penelitian tersebut bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji proses penyidikan dalam OJK melaksanakan tugasnya dalam menangani kasus tindak pidana perbankan, serta memahami dan mengetahui beberapa faktor penghambat PPNS (Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil) OJK menjalankan wewenangnya. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan suatu metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif atau menggambarkan hasil penelitian secara utuh dan mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kewenangan penyidik OJK belum berjalan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh UU RI Nomor 21 Tahun 2011 tentang OJK dan POJK Nomor 22/POJK.01/2015. Hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya beberapa faktor penghamabat, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan eksistensi OJK dan tugasnya sebagai penyidik tindak pidana di bidang jasa keuangan, serta sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang dimaksud disini adalah jumlah PPNS OJK yang terbatas dan sarana prasarana yang kurang mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan penyidikan tindak pidana perbankan oleh OJK. The Authority owned by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in investigating criminal acts in the financial sector is based on OJK Regulation Number 22/POJK.01/2015. OJK based on Article 1 number 1 of the Law on Financial Services Authority is an independent institution, free from interference from other parties, which has the functions, duties, and authorities of regulation, supervision, examination, and investigation intended to handle criminal cases in the field of financial services conducted by OJK. The research aims to analyze and review the investigation process in OJK when carrying out its duties in handling banking criminal cases, as well as to understand and know some of the factors inhibiting PPNS (Civil Servant Investigators) of OJK from exercising their authority. Qualitative research method is used in this study to describe the results of the research in its entirety and in depth. The results of this study show that the authority of OJK investigators has not been running as determined by Law No. 21 of 2011 concerning OJK and POJK Number 22/POJK.01/2015. This is due to several mitigating factors, such as the lack of public knowledge of the existence of OJK and its duties as a criminal investigator in the field of financial services, as well as human resources (HR) referred to here is a limited number of OJK PPNS and infrastructure facilities that do not optimize the implementation of banking criminal investigations by the OJK.

Every organization needs an information system to facilitate the activities that have been carried out planned and supervised to control the company's financial cash flow. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements and observe whether there is synchronization between the system and the existing application. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method that research begins by collecting and observing all parts in information comes in its entirety and the details are then collaborated to get a result. The results showed that the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri is quite good, although there are a few mistakes when inputting cash and consumers names, but they can fulfill important elements of the accounting information system that are human resources, equipment, forms or documents, records/notes, procedures, and reports. Cash receipts and disbursements procedures are set up and done best to avoid mistakes that might occur, so until now the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements of PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri can be done effectively.

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.
