Bengkel Mulia Motor adalah sebuah tempat untuk memperbaiki sepeda motor, baik yang beroda dua atau yang beroda tiga yang berlokasi di Purbalingga Jawa Tengah. Agar bengkel sepeda motor dapat berkembang harus memiliki mekanik yang handal. Akan tetapi Bengkel Mulia Motor memiliki kendala dalam menentukan calon mekanik yang akan diterima untuk bekerja. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami. Dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara, data yang diperoleh digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan penelitian. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penyeleksian calon mekanik dengan memberikan 6 kandidat sebagai sampel data. Dari hasil perhitungan, 4 dari 6 kandidat yang diuji dinyatakan lolos dan dapat melanjutkan ketahap wawancara dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 7,75 , 8,5 , 8,42 , dan 7,75. Bengkel Mulia Motor is a place to repair a motorcycle, as three wheels or two wheels motorcycle in Purbalingga Central Java. For a motorcycle repair shop to be able to grow, it must have a reliable mechanic. But Bengkel Mulia Motor has problems for choosing a mechanics to be able accepted to work. In this study using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a method used to solve the problems. By doing observations and interviews, the data obtained is used as a guide in conducting research. In this study, a mechanical candidate selection was carried out by giving 6 candidates as data samples. From the calculation results, 4 of the 6 candidates passed and were able to continue to interview stage with scores of 7.75, 8.5, 8.42, and 7.75.

<p>The Sea Beach Cahaya is one of the rising beach attractions in Kendal Regency, Central Java. In general, the tourism object of The Sea Pantai Cahaya still does not use many computer systems in their daily lives. As with tourism ticket purchases and also entrance tickets, vehicles that still use ticket paper as proof of payment, it is often disrupted if it is still fussing with the queue conditions and questions by visitors. On the other hand, report data collection is still considered slow.</p><p>One way to overcome the above problems is to make a ticket payment system that is computerized using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, replace paper tickets with a card model and also use the network to shorten report generation.</p>

The paper considers the technological development of a new streets equipment in Vilnius street network. All main transport infrastructure projects in Vilnius city are presented and analyzed with reference to the selected system of transport projects assessment criteria. This article describes the situation and progress of the main streets development projects in Vilnius and shows the influence for whole Vilnius city transportation system. The paper also analyses parameters for infrastructure projects for the multiple attribute ranking of a new streets development or reconstruction in Vilnius city. Multi-criteria methods have been chosen to rank three projects and to estimate the best and most effective transport network object based on the preferred technological, transportation operational and financial data. The experts of different decision-making groups have analyzed the importance of parameters selected for assessing alternatives of a new Vilnius city streets development projects ranking. The experts on the transport system have been invited to determine the relative weights of the defined criteria. Two techniques, including, SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods have been used and compared to determine the most efficient project based on economic and technological parameters. To rank alternatives and to make a comparison of the obtained calculation results, two multi-criteria methods have been applied in this research.

In making a decision, a system that can recommend the best village is based on criteria determined by the user. Support System for Deciding the Best Village Determination in Village Fund Management in Merdeka District, Karo District using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method. The SAW method can help in making a case decision, but calculations using the SAW method only produce the greatest value that will be selected as the best alternative. Results C01, C02, C03, C04, C05, C06, C07, form the decision matrix. Normalization calculation results to get a normalized value matrix (R). Analysis Results, displays alternative data values and criteria data values. Obtained total assessment, followed by ranking. For the report, the highest total score is the result of the Best Village Assessment in managing village funds. Assessment decisions are displayed in the Report Menu.

PT XYZ is a factory engaged in the instant cement or mortarindustry located in Semarang Regency, Central Java, which has beenestablished since 2013. The company is managed by a presidentdirector who supervises 36 contract employees. The compensationsystem used by PT XYZ is to pay a basic salary of Rp. 11,515/hourobtained from the UMR of Semarang Regency divided by 200working hours. The compensation system applies to all positions atPT XYZ except for director and the factors that affect the amount ofbasic salary received depend on the number of hours worked eachmonth. The amount of the director's salary has its own rulesaccording to the agreement of the commissioner. Determination ofcompensation applied in the company is not ideal because it is onlydetermined by working hours without considering other factors.Thus, this study aims to evaluate the compensation system at PTXYZ based on a salary survey, salary mapping, and Eckenrodesystem in order to provide a better description of the compensationsystem for PT XYZ in order to assist the company in improving itsperformance. This study found ten compensable factors thatmatched the work of PT XYZ, which were obtained using the haymethod. The calculation results of the adhered and overlappingmethods are used to classify employee salaries into five grades.

This research focused on using Show and Tell techniques to develop students’ speaking skills at Eleventh class of SMA Negeri 2 Palopo. The researcher used pre-experimental method. The population of this research is 157 students of XI class. The research sample is chosen purposively and got the XI IPA1 consisting of 35 students. In collecting the data, the researcher used speaking observations, divided into pre-survey and post-survey. After giving pre-survey and post-survey, this research provides pre-survey and post-survey to students. Data were analyzed using SPSS program version 20. The results of the study indicated that the use of Show and Tell Technique is effective for improving students’ speaking skills. It can be seen calculation results that the scores of students in the control class. Based on the analysis of the data it can be concluded that the teaching skills of speaking using Show and Tell Techniques at Eleventh class of SMA Negeri 2 Palopo. The implementation of this research for those who are interested in conducting research on problem statements, it is recommended to apply it to students who have basic speaking language skills and researchers hope that the results of this study can be beneficial to readers.

The interest in Sharia-based financial industry products has increased rapidly, as evidenced by a large number of conventional Bank customers migrating to Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS). With this phenomenon, it is necessary to measure BUS financial performance in Indonesia by using the analysis of the Shariah Maqashid Index (SMI) concept as control and reference for the public to choose and utilize Islamic financial products in Indonesia with an empirical study approach. The object of this study is Islamic banks in Indonesia using purposive sampling techniques with the condition that only the category of Islamic Commercial Banks. The results of this study are indicators of all mashed shariah index variables with measurements using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method as decision support. Eight BUS in Indonesia have different calculation results; each Islamic bank has advantages in SMI elements. That Bank Mualamah Syariah has the highest IK1 (Performance Indicator) for two years in a row. Bank Panin Syariah has the highest IK2 in 5 consecutive years. BCAS and Bank Syariah Bukopin have the highest IK3. In general, all BUS that has implemented maqashid syariah with the category 'good' because they have an average value of 3.00.

Pulau Menjangan Kecil berada di perairan Laut Jawa tepatnya di Kecamatan Karimunjawa, Kabupaten Jepara. Perairan Menjangan Kecil memiliki keindahan alam bawah laut yang menarik dan memiliki potensi perikanan yang menyebabkan perairan ini menjadi tempat untuk dilaksanakannya penelitian. Salah satu contoh hasil perikanan dari Perairan Menjangan Kecil yang bisa diandalkan adalah Teripang Keling. Teripang Keling (Holothuria atra) merupakan spesies yang  mudah dikenal dan seringkali menjadi spesies yang dominan dalam  suatu ekosistem, karena memiliki warna tubuh hitam, kulit tubuhnya licin dan tebal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan gonad Holothuria atra dan mengetahui pengaruh parameter fisika, kimia terhadap kematangan gonad Holothuria atra di Perairan Menjangan Kecil, Karimunjawa. Penelitian dilaksanakan  pada bulan Mei 2017 di Perairan  Menjangan Kecil, Karimunjawa. Metode yang digunakan adalah  metode observasi, yaitu kegiatan mengamati sampel secara langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapatkan melalui pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan analisis di laboratorium. Data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi pemerintah dan warga sekitar Pulau Menjangan Kecil, Karimunjawa. Penelitian ini dilakuan pada 4 stasiun dan 12 titik. Hasil pengamatan tingkat kematangan gonad Holothuria atra tergolong pada tahap perkembangan dan pengaktifan. Tingkat salinitas 34 ppt, suhu berkisar 29 – 31 ̊C, pH 8 dan kedalaman antara 63 – 124 cm.  Menjangan Kecil Island was located in Java Sea precisely in District Karimunjawa, Jepara, Central Java. Menjangan Kecil Island has an attractive natural underwater beauty and has fishery potential that causes these waters to be a place for conducting research. One example of fishery products from Menjangan Kecil Island that can be relied was Lollyfish. Lollyfish (Holothuria atra) was a species that was easy to recognized and it’s dominant species in ecosystem, because it has a black body, skin of the body slippery and thick. The purpose of this study was to determine the maturity rate of gonad Holothuria atra and to explain the influence of physical, chemical parameters on the maturity of the gonad Holothuria atra in Menjangan Kecil Island, Karimunjawa. This research has been done in May 2017 at Menjangan Kecil Island, Karimunjawa. The method used was observating method. This research used primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct field observating and laboratory analysis. Secondary data obtained from government agencies and residents around Menjangan Kecil Island, Karimunjawa. This research was conducted in 4 stations and 12 points. The maturity level of the Holothuria atra gonad was classified as the stage of development and activation. The salinity level was 34 ppt, the temperature ranges from 29 - 31 ̊C, pH 8 and the depth of sea water was between 63 - 124 cm.

This research aims at composing a business plan for “Me and Wood” Company in producing wood waste key chain in order to compete in merchandise market,which is reviewed from the aspects of marketing, human resources, operation, and finance. This research gives insight about business plan and business feasibility test and becomes a reference for especially business feasibility study in similar area. Business opportunity of “Me and Wood” was identified with a survey conducted to 58 respondents and observation to manufacturers of similar products. Product marketing is planned to use online media such as website, social media, and e-marketplace. Through innovative planning, the business is expected to develop and has an efficient production process. “Me and Wood” is planned to be located in Kaliwungu, Kendal, Central Java. Human resources involved have specification, job description, detailed organizational structure, and skill. From the calculation results, Payback Period for “Me and Wood” Merchandise Company can be achieved in 2 years and 2 months period, NPV equals to 343,441,899, IRR equals to 49.06% which is higher than the interest rate, and PI equals to 7.06%. If the condition matches the research estimation, then “Me and Wood” merchandise company is feasible.

Zakat has a very strategic position in giving the impact of welfare and improving the community's economy if the collection and distribution are managed in trustworthy, transparent and professional. An institution on zakat management is National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), which an institution manages the zakat management nationally, and non-structural government institution that is independent and responsible to President through the Minister of Religion. BAZNAS is located in capital city and assisted by zakat collection unit (UPZ). Along this time, they conduct manually in determining the person who will receive the assistance, but it often occur errors in its implementation. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to assist UPZ in determining the person who will receive the assistance. The decision support system was designed using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, then the administrators obtain an alternative data in the form of lists of students who receive the UPZ assistance. The SAW algorithm is an algorithms for decision making. The SAW algorithm is also known as an algorithm with additive weighting method. The method requires normalization process of decision matrix (x) into a scale and can be compared to the entire available alternative ratings. The study showed that SAW can be applied to determine the acceptance of UPZ assistance by the calculation results of 16. The result of calculation and recommendation of decision support system for person who receive the UPZ acceptance, have the same data on output, namely Astin Dwi Wulan.

DSS can provide interactive tools that allow decision makers to perform various analyzes of the available models. There are several methods used in DSS and one of them is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria used in determining the sum insured are length of stay, accidents and medical expenses. The application system can only provide recommendations for the provision of sum assured for health insurance claims at PT. Jasindo Health Care. The formulation of the research problem is to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in determining the award of sum insured to health insurance claimers using the PHP programming language, database, mysql. The calculation results show that Alternative A1 has the highest V value, namely V1 = 100, so alternative A1 is the most entitled to receive the sum insured against health insurance claimers at Jasindo Health Care.
