This research aims at composing a business plan for “Me and Wood” Company in producing wood waste key chain in order to compete in merchandise market,which is reviewed from the aspects of marketing, human resources, operation, and finance. This research gives insight about business plan and business feasibility test and becomes a reference for especially business feasibility study in similar area. Business opportunity of “Me and Wood” was identified with a survey conducted to 58 respondents and observation to manufacturers of similar products. Product marketing is planned to use online media such as website, social media, and e-marketplace. Through innovative planning, the business is expected to develop and has an efficient production process. “Me and Wood” is planned to be located in Kaliwungu, Kendal, Central Java. Human resources involved have specification, job description, detailed organizational structure, and skill. From the calculation results, Payback Period for “Me and Wood” Merchandise Company can be achieved in 2 years and 2 months period, NPV equals to 343,441,899, IRR equals to 49.06% which is higher than the interest rate, and PI equals to 7.06%. If the condition matches the research estimation, then “Me and Wood” merchandise company is feasible.

Yogyakarta is a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of tourism, education and culture. Yogyakarta is one of the foremost cultural centers of Java. This region is located at the foot of the active merapi vulcano. Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. This will lead to establish an accountable enterprise both for the micro enterprise and customers which at the end will strengthen the development of the micro enterprise in Yogyakarta.Keyword: micro entreprise, human resources, government roles, capital, partnership and autonomous.

AbstractThe placement of a theme park in the form of a Zen garden, as a business opportunity in the Slovenian rural area, is discussed. The design of the garden, with all the major points of a standard business plan, is accurately presented, with a description of the business, branch, and services, market analysis, marketing strategy, financial projections, and a plan of the work and activities. The financial aspect is presented as the amount of investment, net present value, and internal rate of return. The amount of investment is estimated at € 14.891, which should be reimbursed within 4 years of operations. The estimated internal rate of return is estimated at 16.86%. Part of the study is the market analysis - conduction of a survey into knowledge of, and interest in, Zen and Zen gardens. The principles of landscape ecology are respected, as the Zen garden would be set in the woods and will blend seamlessly into the landscape.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the SANTRI PTSL application can accelerate the juridical data collection and the feasibility of developing the SANTRI PTSL application. Using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. SANTRI PTSL is an application that helps the work of the juridical task force. The output of the SANTRI PTSL application is a form of application for land registration that has been filled in automatically following the data submitted by the community to the officers. After training and simulating the use of the SANTRI PTSL application for juridical data collection officers, it is seen that this application is able to accelerate the collection and processing of juridical data, and in terms of the feasibility of developing this application it is also suitable for use in the Kampar Land Office after the feasibility test and simplification of the application forms according to the format used by the Land Office. By using the SANTRI PTSL application, the Kampar Land Office can optimize existing human resources and save time in completing PTSL activities. Inovasi pertanahan guna mendukung percepatan kinerja dan pelayanan pertanahan terus diupayakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aplikasi SANTRI PTSL dalam mempercepat pengumpulan data yuridis dan kelayakan pengembangan aplikasi SANTRI PTSL. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SANTRI PTSL yang diimplementasikan dapat mengoptimalkan SDM yang ada dan menghemat waktu dalam penyelesaian kegiatan PTSL. Aplikasi ini layak digunakan setelah dilakukanya pengembangan dan penyederhanaan blanko permohonan disesuaikan dengan standar yang ada pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kampar. Aplikasi ini juga mampu mengintegrasikan data fisik dan data yuridis untuk mempermudah pengadministrasian pertanahan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kampar.Kata kunci: Pendaftaran Tanah, Inovasi, SANTRI PTSL

ABSTRACT Human resources design section at an Event Organizer is a vital part considering that the design will be seen by the event participants in addition to the technical events. The selection of employees who understand design and have extensive experience is important. The process of selecting employees in the design field can sometimes be difficult to predict if there are several prospective employees with balanced abilities. From the calculation results of the dataset as many as 14 applicants using the C4.5 algorithm, the highest Gain Ratio value obtained in the design Ability and Experience = 0.7172, Origin of Schools = 0.0511 and Age = 0.0205. <p>Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi dengan adanya Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014</p><p align="center">Pedoman dan Tata Cara Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) menerima laporan hasil pemeriksaan  audit  keuangan  pemerintah  provinsi  oleh  Badan  Pemeriksa  Keuangan  (BPK),</p><p align="center">mewajibkan  bagi  pemerintah  daerah  agar  melakukan  kegiatannya  berdasarkan  tugas  dan tanggung  jawab  dari  pejabat  yang  berwenang.  Dalam  penelitian  ini  akan  melihat  tentang</p><p align="center">kewenangan DPRD Provinsi jawa Tengah dalam menerima laporan hasil audit BPK, kendala</p><p align="center">DPRD dalam menerima laporan hasil audit BPK dan upaya mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis sosiologis dengan spesifikasinya deskriptif analitis. Metode penentuan</p><p align="center">sampelnya  adalah  <em>purposive  sampling</em>.  Data  yang  dipergunakan  adalah  data  primer  yang</p><p align="center">diperoleh  melalui wawancara didukung dengan  data sekunder,  kemudian  di  analisis  secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kewenangan DPRD Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam</p><p align="center">menerima laporan hasil audit BPK sudah maksimal. Tetapi belum terlaksana dengan baik yaitu</p><p>terdapat kendala dalam internal adalah tenggang waktu pembahasan yang sedikit, minimnya rancangan undang-undang, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, kurangnya proses pencatatan mengenai aset daerah, upaya dari jawaban kendala internal, berpedoman pada perundang- undangan, melakukan pembahasan bersama Gubernur, menambah aspek regulasi, SDM, dan teknologi informasi, memberi sanksi/menindak lanjuti panitia kerja yang lalai mencatat pengeluaran aset daerah.</p><p><em>This research is in background with the existence of Law Number 23 Year 2014 The Guidelines and Procedures of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly (DPRD) receive reports on the audit results of the provincial government's financial audit by the Supreme Audit Board (BPK), requiring local governments to perform their activities based on their duties and responsibility of the competent authority. In this research will see about the authority of Central Java Provincial DPRD in receiving BPK audit report result, obstacle of DPRD in receiving report of BPK audit result and effort to overcome it. The type of research used is sociological juridical with descriptive analytical specification. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews supported by secondary data, then analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the authority of Central Java Provincial DPRD in receiving BPK audit report has been maximal. However, it has not been well implemented that there are internal constraints is the lack of discussion time, the lack of draft law, the lack of human resources, the lack of process of recording of local assets, the effort of the internal constraint answer, guided by the legislation, The governor, adding aspects of regulation, human resources, and information technology, sanctioned / followed up the work committee that neglected to record the expenditure of regional assets.</em></p>

The results of this research are risk mitigation measures in the continuity of internal processes, human resources, technology and information. Risk mitigation on the internal processes is done by performing supervision based on employees job description, and implementation of sharia financing agreements with customers. Risk mitigation on human resources is done by providing moral guidance to employees. Risk mitigation in information technology is carried out by performing regular maintenance of computer software and hardware, as well as other devices that support Baitul Maal wa tamwil Sri Sejahtera business activities.

Jumputan Motif Fabric is a type of fabric that resembles batik with special motifs and patterns. Sanggar Maharani which is engaged in the fabric industry has problems in productivity and marketing. Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) methods can be applied to overcome these problems.The purpose of this study is on the production floor of Sanggar JumputanMaharani and develop motives business strategies to be able to compete in the market. The specific target of this study is to obtain a business plan to deal with competition and obtain increased productivity on the production floor. This research also plays a major role in advancing the creative industry and preserving the culture of the city through Yogyakarta.The results are performance standards values ​​for efficient use of labor 19,7801 units / person, minimization of defective products 0.0055%, absence 0.0018%. The calculation results with the Objective Matrix model on the production floor of Sanggar Jumputan Maharani found that the highest value of performance is 258.24. The results of the productivity index that shows the lowest productivity index is in April 2018 which is equal to -23.40% and the highest productivity index is in March 2018 which is 45.06%. While the right business planning strategy for the Sanggar Jumputan Maharani, which consists of 9 blocks: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relations, Revenues Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, and the Cost Structure shown in the Business Model Canvas Template.

This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.
