The reliability of the scientific research results is largely determined by the level of adequacy of selection and the complexity of the application of methods and means that provide pedagogical influences on the students‟ body. Purpose: to establish changes in the psychophysiological indicators of higher educational institution students (boys and girls) based on the results of the implementation of training programs at different individual and motivational levels of the swimming training system. Material and methods. To the study involved students (boys and girls) aged 18-20 years old, who studied at Kherson State University during 2020-2021 academic year. The contingent of students was: 1EG, n = 28 boys and 23 girls; 2EG, n = 25 boys and 26 girls; 3EG, n = 21 boys and 23 girls; 4EG, n = 23 boys and 21 girls; CG, n = 32 boys and 29 girls. Results. During the implementation of classes program of different methodological content at different individual and motivational levels of swimming training system of higher educational institution students (boys and girls) in all groups without exception recorded statistically significant internal changes in psychophysiological indicators, mostly in percentage values and statistical probability (boys and girls) of the control group. Conclusions. Improving the strength of nervous processes in the structure of psychophysiological readiness of student youth indicates the promotion of domestic and professional activities. This also indicates a fact that the implementation of training programs at different individual and motivational levels of swimming training system has a positive effect on psychophysiological qualities, reactions, variants of complex visual and motor reaction and tapping test indirectly indicates the acquisition of abilities to general performance.

The lack of qualitative justification of organizational and methodical support of swimming training process from the standpoint of objective criteria ensuring of health and functional preparedness of student youth determines the relevance of the proposed area of research. The purpose of the study was to establish changes in indicators of functional preparedness of higher educational institutions students based on the implementation of training programs at different individual and motivational levels of the swimming training system. Materials and methods. The study involved girls aged 18-20 years old of Kherson State University. There were four experimental groups representing different individual and motivational levels of swimming (experimental group 1, n=23 girls; experimental group 2, n=26; experimental group 3, n=23; experimental group 4, n=21 respectively) and the control group (n=29) with general lessons. All programs (experimental and control) were designed for 18 lessons during the first semester, the duration of a single lesson was 60 minutes. Changes in body length and weight, heart rate at rest, blood pressure and pulse pressure, Robinson’s, Cardu’s, Kettle’s, Skibinsky’s, Hildenbrant’s, Stange’s and Genche’s indices, Life index and Rosenthal’s test were studied. Results and discussion. Determining the initial level of functional indicators of female students of all experimental groups and control groups gave grounds to the confirmation that the indicator of their values is within the age norm for people who do not do sport. Slightly higher indicators of heart rates at rest for experimental group representatives were obtained. This is due to higher requirements for the cardiovascular and oxygen and transport system of girls in performance of physical activity and specifics of swimming means. Preliminary assumptions, that the absence of maximum physical loads is not able to significantly affect blood pressure, heart rate at rest, a number of indices for both experimental and control training programs, have been confirmed. Conclusion. The qualitative content of physical culture and sports lessons before entering the higher educational institutions forms a certain basis of functional preparedness. It is expressed in indicators at rest and is characterized by optimization of the activity of vital organs and systems of students and can be slightly corrected due to the use of training programs at various individual and motivation levels of the swimming training system for students of higher educational institutions

The article deals with the problem of improving the quality of training future navigators according to the strategic goals of the modernization of the educational process in Ukraine’s marine higher educational institutions, based on the humanistic paradigm, which requires special attention to the formation of future navigators’ communicative self-efficiency. The study of this problem is of particular relevance, since it is one of the main professional characteristics for representatives of the senior command navigators that enables them to carry out professional activities productively, adequately and at a high level: to organize the coordinated work of the crew, especially consisting of specialists of different nationalities, religious denominations, mentalities; competently and skilfully communicate with seaport employees, representatives of foreign companies, etc. The paper presents the conceptual provisions of A. Bandura, the founder of the theory of self-efficiency, its role and importance in person’s life as well as those of J. Caprari and D. Servon, D. Matsumoto (communication), educators (self-efficiency), (communicative self-efficiency) in the context of importance and the need to develop and form these phenomena for improving the quality of the training aimed at future navigators in higher education institutions of maritime profile. The phenomenon “communicative self-efficiency of the future navigators” has been defined; its essence and structure have been considered, the latter consisting of three components: reflexive (self-identification with navigators as model professionals, the presence of adequate self-assessment of their own actions in the field of professional communication, a stable reflexive position), cognitive-operational (awareness of the communicative sphere of maritime professional activity, skills, professional communication abilities); affective-behavioural (confidence in the possibility of productive communication in professional activities, emotionality, activity, responsibility, ability to self-regulate and self-sustain). The forms and methods for the formation of communicative self-efficiency of cadets of marine universities involved into the experiment have been presented: reflective workshop, keeping a reflective diary, which gave the cadet the opportunity to conduct self-analysis of their own professional actions and enhance self-understanding regarding the presence of the necessary professional personal qualities for performing their future professional activities effectively and building a positive Self-concept of the future navigator; the organizing dialogue “The role of the reflective component in developing future navigators’ communicative self-efficiency”, the technology “Developing confidence in self-efficiency and productive communication of future navigators in their future independent professional activities”, the training module “Communication skills”, etc. Keywords: communication, self-efficiency, communicative self-efficiency, future navigator, marine higher educational institution.

The importance of a qualitative renewal of the additional professional training system for Russian language teachers of foreign schools gives rise to many problems of both theoretical and organizational nature. The following ones are particularly relevant: 1) the determination of professional deficits of teaching staff; 2) the identification of gaps in the current system of additional professional training for Russian as a foreign language teachers; 3) the correction of the identified professional deficiencies through additional educational programs on various directions and degrees of complexity. The solution to these problems is impossible in the absence of the concept of additional professional training system for Russian as foreign language teachers, formed on the basis of an ethno-oriented approach, which involves the development of models of advanced training for teaching specific ethnic groups. Such a concept can be implemented through a system of diagnostic and educational events held remotely in a controlled segment of the Internet (on the platform of a specific educational institution or its autonomous substructure). Since the organization of additional professional training for Russian as foreign language teachers of foreign schools is closely related to the type of educational institution in which the teacher works (national state, national non-state, weekend school, schools under the Russian Orthodox Church, etc.), it is advisable to consider the educational content of advanced training programs from two points of view: 1) from the point of view of the requirements for the training of the contingent of students, 2) from the point of view of the requirements for the personality of the teacher of a particular educational institution. Taking these factors into account is important, since it directly affects the nature of the training content and the technologies used. This study offers the options for modular educational programs for additional training in three fields of activity (subject, organizational, methodological, psychological): 1) the program “Difficult cases of Russian grammar and Russian word usage”, aimed at eliminating gaps in the field of subject competences; 2) the program “Problems of teaching the Russian language in a limited language environment”, aimed at eliminating gaps in the organizational and methodological sphere; 3) the program “Psychological foundations of organizing educational activities in a foreign language”, aimed at eliminating gaps in the field of psychological competencies. Sequential remote implementation of modules included in additional professional training programs will provide access to up-to-date methodological knowledge for a large number of teachers of Russian as a foreign language.

Abstract The issue of teaching staff advanced training is paid much attention in many countries. In the Republic of Moldova progressive professional credits system is used. Credits are scored not only in assigning teaching degrees or issuing a certificate of continuing professional education, but also for teachers’ evaluation at the educational institution. Advanced training of teaching staff in France is provided by various institutions of postgraduate education, university institutes and regional centers of education in order to help teachers to renew their professional knowledge and at the same time to refocus it on the level of consciousness according to the real problems of school and the community. The feature of teaching staff advanced training in France is that it is teachers’ personal matter and duration of all periods of training should come to one year during all professional career. In Finland, teaching staff advanced training is organized directly in schools under aegis of the National Board of Education, the National Centre for Advanced Training in Education, departments of teacher education and other faculties of higher educational institutions on credit system basis. Among the topical forms there are targeted, cascade, common (cooperative) teaching and learning by own example. In the UK, advanced training takes place in two models: the course model based on higher educational establishments and school based in-service education. The main purpose of advanced training system is to familiarize teachers with theoretical and practical innovations in educational activities, progressive teaching technologies, and consolidate their skills of independent acquisition of knowledge necessary for their professional development.

Results. Within the methodical part of the swimming training system, we have identified the possibility of using in the natural environment the educational process of physical education for students of four interconnected by type of sequential combination of training programs. This programs cover different levels of individual and motivational orientation of swimming lessons for students of higher education institutions and, accordingly, swimming preparedness. Considering, that the means and methods of swimming are widely known and thoroughly disclosed in the special literature, our attention we turned to setting tasks for individual classes of different, consistently combined programs at the individual and motivational levels of swimming training system students of higher education institutions. Conclusions. Within the implementation of the methodical component of the swimming training system for students of the higher education institutions, it have been identified four individual and motivational levels of classes. For each of these levels it was carried out a selection of goals, tasks, means and methods of training. For students at the first level, the characteristic difference is the presence of a significant fear of being in the water and the lack of ability to swim. For students at the second level - a low level of fear of being in the water and lack of ability to swim. For students at the third level - the presence of skills to stay afloat and swim in any way (original methods without the use of swimming techniques or a separate style of swimming). For students at the fourth level - the possession of swimming skills and the desire to engage and improve techniques in the future.
