As program-level assessment increasingly becomes an integral part of the higher-education landscape, so does the debate regarding the efficacy of current assessment methods. Traditionally, students do not participate in assessment—neither of their own learning nor of institutional or program efficacy. Our assessment process presents an alternative to traditional program-level assessment and is meant to improve student learning in two ways: (1) by asking students to reflect on their achievement of learning outcomes using evidence-based methods; (2) by providing assessment practitioners with authentic, contextualized data on which to make claims about curricula. This collaborative assessment process was designed to address the complex needs of a cross-curricular rhetoric program but responds to many general concerns about traditional assessment methods.

The rise of technology-based companies greatly changed the economic developments over the past few decades by commercialization of innovation. As a result, employers need more graduates with the mindset and skills to recognize and create innovative entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship opportunities. To meet this increasing demand, many engineering schoolsattempted to generate the talent and skills of future engineers, the methodology for commercializing new technological innovation started to form. However, there are gaps in terms of the practice of delivering entrepreneurship education to engineeringstudents in an effective manner. This is due to three major challenges in this COVID-19 pandemic era. First, the traditional engineering education program was developedduring the post-war era, it focuses on contents and designs. While these address certain skills for entrepreneurship, the program design does not provide opportunities to develop important skills such as cross-disciplinary collaboration, tolerance to risk and failure. Second, the traditional program also creates another challenge due to its heavy math and science-focused content, as a result, most of the engineering programs are packed in terms of student schedule, leaving very little room for students to different or enhance their education by taking additionaleducational opportunities in entrepreneurship. And lastly, the adoption of online education for engineering entrepreneurship remains low. Thus, the literature provides little insights on how to effectively deliver, practice and evaluate the learnings of engineering entrepreneurship education remotely for degree-granting institutions. The following article proposed a weeklong Bootcamp to introduce students to a robust process to instill an entrepreneurial mindset and practice. The structure and delivery of the Bootcamp through an online platform are discussed in detail along with student feedback.

Objective. This work sought to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of two educational interventions to improve exclusive maternal breastfeeding in mothers’ clubs in Peru.  Methods. This is a retrospective, longitudinal descriptive study, which reviewed 113 information registries of mothers participating in a traditional educational intervention and 104 mothers with intervention based on multiple intelligences, evaluating the level of knowledge and exclusive maternal breastfeeding practices through observation visits.  Results. The intervention based on multiple intelligences achieved greater cost-effectiveness than the traditional intervention given that with lower investment, it managed to get 56.73% of the mothers to increase their knowledge and 68.27% to practice exclusive maternal breastfeeding from six months to more months in comparison with the traditional intervention in which 41.59% and 43.36% improved, respectively. Moreover, for its effective application, on every 100 mothers, its investment would result lower than the traditional program.  Conclusion. Upon applying satisfactorily the cost-effectiveness evaluation, as model to compare educational interventions on exclusive maternal breastfeeding, better results were determined with the intervention based on multiple intelligences compared with the traditional intervention, given that with lower investment, it was possible to benefit a greater number of mothers in their level of knowledge and practices of maternal breastfeeding.

With the rapid development of communication technology, modern communication technology has been widely penetrated into modern national defense, science and technology, people's life and other fields, and has become a means to provide high-quality and seamless information communication between people and machines. With the rapid development of computer technology and the Internet, the traditional program-controlled switching technology has come to an end, and the soft-switch network based on IP technology and packet switching has gradually replaced the program-controlled switching network based on circuit switching and become the mainstream of today's communication network world. The rapid development of VOIP telephony reduces the cost of domestic and international long-distance telephony, benefiting consumers. Digital mobile communication expands channel capacity, improves service quality and promotes the rapid development of this industry. Based on the secondary development of the open source FreeSWITCH software, this paper develops a VOIP voice system based on IP technology to meet different user needs intelligently [1].

Communicating the value of Extension programming to stakeholders remains a challenge for many Extension professionals. Program evaluation is a tool that can help communicate the value of Extension; however, many evaluation methods fail to articulate a story of aggregated impact. A public value instrument was recently developed to help communicate the impact of Extension. Communicating Extension’s impact has become more critical, yet more difficult, to do during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research note shares the results of a program evaluation using the Extension public value instrument to determine the impact of Georgia Cooperative Extension’s programs during the shelter-in-place orders due to COVID-19. Respondents (n = 572) indicated high levels of self-reported knowledge gain, wellness, intent to change behavior, and perceived economic value. The results demonstrated respondents’ overall satisfaction and valuation of Family and Consumer Sciences programs during COVID-19. The Extension public value instrument enabled evaluation data collection for Extension professionals to communicate the value of their program impact despite major disruptions to traditional program formats.

Introduction. A number of scientists have proven the positive effect of taekwon-Do I.T.F. on the physical state of people of all ages, the state of their musculoskeletal system. However, in the scientific literature there is no data on the effectiveness of taekwon-Do I.T.F. use in the programs of correction of foot arch (FA) disorders of young athletes. Similarly, no studies have been conducted on the effect of taekwon-Do I.T.F. exercises on the development of myofacsical kinematic chain (MFKC) of the lower limb and its role in the foot maintenance and correction in foot arch disorders. The purpose is to experimentally test the effectiveness of a comprehensive program for the foot arch disorders correction of young athletes by means of taekwon-Do I.T.F. Material and method. The following instrumental methods were used in the work: plantography (baropodograph using computer device “DIERS FAAMUS” (Germany)); electroneuromyography ("Neuro-EMG-Micro" made by "Neurosoft" (Russia)); photometry; myotonometry; formative consistent pedagogical experiment; methods of statistical data processing (Statistics 6.0 (StatSoft, USA)). Young athletes aged 7–8 with FA disorders and a normal foot took part in a 12-month formative experiment. Results. The value of the Friedland index, which characterizes the functional foot reserves, increased statistically significantly among EG1 young athletes who practiced according to the program developed by us, compared with those who were training according to the traditional program – by 6.48% against 3.85%, respectively. Conclusions. Analysis of FA morphological parameters of young athletes aged 7-8 years shows that the positive changes are statistically significantly more performed in young athletes who were training in the sports center "Taekwon-Do I.T.F." on a program of comprehensive correction, which is confirmed by FA changes.
