The article focuses on the current issues of training future educators of preschool institutions for the preschool children's socialization in the context of interaction between preschool institution and family. The research goal is to highlight the essence of the training future educators for the preschoolers' socialization in the interaction between preschool institutions and families in order to outline the content, key areas, forms and methods of this work. Methods. The research methods used were observation, abstraction, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, systematization, generalization and modeling. The results. The conducted research allowed the author to reveal the probable reasons for scientists’ different interpretations of the concept of «socialization of the preschooler»; differentiate and logically organize the concepts related to the above, in the context of the interaction of preschool education institution and the family on the socialization of preschoolers; the purpose of professional pedagogical education is to train a competent specialist of innovative type, able to implement educational standards, apply new educational technologies, the use of appropriate tools, methods and forms of its implementation. Conclusions. Today the purpose of professional pedagogical education is to train a competent specialist of innovative type, able to implement educational standards, apply new educational technologies. The article reveals the essence of the concepts «socialization of a preschooler», «preschooler's social competence» and «interaction of preschool education institution and family». It is noted that socialization is the gradual entry of the child into the system of social relations, mastering the socio-cultural experience. The author reveals the social significance of this problem, the system of organization of preschoolers' socialization, its features in children of this age, directions, forms and methods of work. The role of the family and preschool education institution as the most important social institutions that determine the specifics of social education, the formation of a minor, the problems and opportunities for socialization of children in the family and educational institution is shown. The article offers pedagogical conditions for optimizing the professional training of students to organize the socialization of preschoolers.

The study identifies the relevance of effective professional training of future teachers in the field of preschool education, in particular, the preparation for using media space in the educational process of preschool education institution. The content of one of the main concepts of the study — “media space”, which is defined by us as the space of a set of individual, collective entities, social institutions in the production, existence, circulation of audiovisual (electronic) information, is clarified. Modern media space includes television (terrestrial, cable, satellite, etc.), radio, printed media, movies and videos, DVDs, CD-ROMs, e-mail, computer channels and the Internet. The content of the basic concept of the study “readiness of teachers for using the media space in the educational process of preschool education institution”, which we consider as a holistic integrative, rather embedded in content personality quality, which is a set of values, motives, knowledge, skills, personal professional qualities that determine the effectiveness of the use of media space in the educational process of preschool education institution. The peculiarities of the organization of media space in the conditions of preschool education institution are outlined. On the basis of the analysis of curricula and work programs of educational disciplines of a number of Ukrainian universities, the state of formation of researched readiness of future teachers in the field of preschool education in the conditions of university pedagogical training is investigated. Based on the analysis of the educational activities of teachers of preschool education, the features of their readiness regarding the use of media space in the educational process of preschool education have been studied. The need for further improvement of the educational process to form the readiness of future teachers to use the media space in the educational process of preschool education institution and optimize their independent activities in order to effectively develop the studied professional quality.

The purpose of the research is to study of the features of the influence of social institutions on the cyclicality and dynamics of economic development in the context of identifying the role of social institutions at individual phases of the cycle of economic development, as well as consideration of the functions and tools of social institutions by phases of economic development. The subject of the research is a set of roles, functions and tools of social institutions related to different phases of the cycle of economic development. The methodological base is formed for the implementation of scientific research tasks. Its tools are methods that allow reflecting the features of the influence of social institutions on the cyclical nature of the economy: the method of theoretical foundations, the method of grouping, the method of analysis, the method of comparison, the method of implication. As a result of the study, it is indicated that the functions of social institutions should be highlighted: the consolidation of emerging social relations, adaptation, regulatory processes, a communication basis and a translational basis. The instruments that influence economic fluctuations are formed in the context of social institutions. Thus, the institution of the family is characterized by the use of an optimization mechanism, the concept of sustainability of social relations, the concept of production and distribution of economic benefits in order to meet the needs of each of the subjects.

The article deals with the problem of professional training of future specialists of preschool education to professional activity, features of the value aspect in the process of professional training of the future teacher of preschool educational institution are highlighted, peculiarities of using poetic word as a means of formation of value orientations of future educators in the process of their vocational and pedagogical preparation are substantiated. The content of concepts "value orientations", "poetic word" is revealed. It is proved that despite modern advances in the field of science, technology and the realm of culture, along with innovations, in the arsenal of educational means a significant role belongs to the poetic word.

The article reveals the category ‘professional burnout’ and describes the ways of emotional states self-regulation of educators in modern preschool educational institutions. Methods for improving kindergarten teachers’ professional competence and self-esteem are clarified. It is defined how to find balance and harmony in professional activity to avoid overload and prevent professional burnout.The changes that are taking place in preschool education today place new demands on kindergarten teachers’ professional training. To optimize educators’ activities, it is necessary to balance the mode of their work and rest. Only by paying due attention to this issue can we avoid the phenomenon of professional burnout, which is quite common today.Attitudes towards colleagues, children, and parents should be based on the basic principles of partnership pedagogy, in particular respect for the individual, positive attitude and friendliness, and distributed leadership. In these conditions, educators of preschool educational institutions will be able to achieve maximum success in their activities, create effective learning and play environments that will form a comprehensively developed personality, and help the kindergarten teacher to maintain enthusiasm for many years.The article emphasizes that professionals must be able to resist the influence of adverse external factors that occur during professional activities. The key vectors of the educator’s life position should be optimism, self-efficacy, and the use of productive strategies to have their emotional state, to remain calm in any situation. It is necessary to be able to maintain mental balance, internal and external resources, and creative potential.

The article reveals significant aspects of the development of the professional potential of future educators. The main features of the professional readiness of future educators of preschool education institutions to pedagogical activity are highlighted. The essence of such concepts as “professionalism”, “potential”, “creative potential”, and “professional potential” are described. The author pays attention to adverse factors, which block the professional potential of future teachers: low social status in the team; inner anxiety and lack of confidence; authoritarian style of pedagogical leadership; strict control, that prevent youth from taking the initiative; the indifference of a teacher towards professional success and achievements of students. This article draws attention to creating favourable pedagogical conditions in a higher educational institution for developing professional skills, stimulating initiative, searching and independence of future teachers. The significance of the acmeological approach to the formation of the professional potential of future teachers is introduced. It is claimed by the author that modernization of the process of professional training of future preschool teachers provides the search for new effective ways of organization educational activities addressed to actualize the professional potential of specialists. The essential condition of self-fulfilment of future teachers is a creative educational environment needed for the successful professional activity of students. It allows for creating a creative atmosphere for improving creative thinking, stimulating creative activities, initiative and formative research of students. The article reveals the content of the social pedagogue activities in a secondary education institution with students’ parents. It is characterized that performing his functions, the social pedagogue of the educational institution must, first of all, take care to protect the students’ rights and interests. Therefore, only in cooperation with the children's parents can achieve results. The content and forms of socio-pedagogical work with parents are determined by a group of such indicators as the type of family and the problems that exist in the family. For the effective work of a social educator with parents, such characteristics of the family as capacity and activity are important. The capacity of parents can be limited, temporarily limited, unlimited. The activity of parents characterizes their focus on increasing and improving their own resources and is divided into actual activity It is noted that one of the effective tools of interaction between school and family environment is the socio-pedagogical activities of the educational institution, as it contributes to the optimal achievement of goals and objectives for social support and protection of the child and his family members in compliance with all criteria. humanity. It is described that the content and forms of socio-pedagogical work with parents should be aimed at supporting the family, providing it with the necessary assistance, activating its members, members of its immediate environment, motivating parents to solve problems, pedagogizing the family environment. The aim of this article is to substantiate the requirements to the head of an inclusive education institution in the context of modern realities, to present the results of an experimental study of the development of education manager’s inclusive competence, the cognitive-activity and analytical-performance components of readiness to solve professional practical tasks. The professional profile of the head of an inclusive education institution (manager-leader-expert) is singled out, which combines pedagogical, psychological, inclusive competences, professional skills, as well as personal, business and professional qualities, value orientations, etc. The results of an empirical study of the level of inclusive readiness of modern leaders to form an inclusive environment in an educational institution are presented. Education managers from Ivano-Frankivsk and Cherkasy regions (Ukraine) (having 5-15 years of management experience) were involved in the experiment. Positive dynamics of increasing the level of readiness in the experimental group, for whom a series of thematic exercises (lectures, workshops, webinars) using innovative educational technologies was carried out.

This article presents the genesis of the development of the higher educational space of the Republic of Kazakhstan, considers the positions of the authors on the holistic theory of learning, contradictions of modern pedagogy. The introduction of educational technologies into the training system does not lose its relevance. This is due primarily to the fact that practice and social demand do not reduce, but, on the contrary, increase the requirements for teachers. Practice indicates that training through the using of innovative didactics allows integrating educational technologies and increasing its effectiveness. During recent years, it has been done a lot to develop innovative didactics and the use of educational technologies to improve the educational process; this can be clearly seen especially in the process of improving students' assimilability of theoretical material. Teachers of a higher, special educational institution need to master the innovative didactics purposefully and assertively of both its theoretical basis and its practical component expressed in intensive and interactive learning technologies: games, trainings, cases, game design, creative techniques and many other teaching techniques, because they develop the basic competence and multicompetence of the teacher. The teacher of a higher, special educational institution should have the skills and abilities necessary for the profession, which create the prerequisites for psychological readiness to introduce intensive training technologies into real practice.

The leader of organization, his competence and the policies he pursues with regard to the management of the organization play an important role in the achievement of the goals of any institution, including educational. The leader has a direct influence on the performance of employees in order to achieve the goals of the organization. In the Ministry of the Interior, however, the officials responsible for achieving the goals of educational institution are appointed in the interest of the service.The aim of the research is to determine the impact of the transfer of officials in the interests of the service on the achievement of educational objectives in the professional training of border guards.The study was conducted in the State Border Guard College using scientific, pedagogical and psychological literature analysis and evaluation and document analysis research method. As a result of the study the author brought forward conclusions that the biggest threats to the quality of education and to the achievement of the goals of educational institution in the system of the Ministry of the Interior is transfer of  official in the interests of the service ignoring their competence in educational knowledge’s. To avoid threats to the quality of education, proposals were developed.

In the conditions of implementation of new educational standards special relevance was acquired by researches of problems of preparation of the pedagogical shots which are capable to realization of new approaches to training of younger generation. Methodical training of future teachers is a backbone component of pedagogical education. Despite essential interest of scientists in a problem of improvement of methodical training of future teachers in pedagogical higher education institution and the considerable results received so far it is possible to note that in substantial aspect the allocated problem still is completely not solved that causes relevance of this article. Author’s approach to projection of content of methodical preparation in the conditions of implementation of new educational standards is presented in article. The main projection stages of a substantial component of methodical preparation are described. Urgent types of methodical activity are allocated. As the basic unit of content of methodical preparation is considered professional training tasks is considered. The requirements to system of professional training tasks are formulated. The examples of professional training tasks are given.
