The education of younger schoolchildren is a responsible job, since younger schoolchildren form character traits, lay the foundations of knowledge, beliefs, worldview, moral guidelines. Therefore, education issues require close consideration. Theoretical research methods were used in the work: abstraction, that is, the process of education in the school was considered in isolation from family education and other factors that actually affect the younger student; and the method of mental modeling is to mentally simulate the situation when the educational process proceeded according to one scenario, for example, the opinion of the teacher was expressed without the student’s readiness to perceive the information according to another scenario, when the teacher took into account the characteristics of the child and the environment. The result of the research was the allocation in a broad topic of school education of several key points that teachers should pay attention to.

Mathematics is a science of the quantitative, spatial and temporal relations of real-world objects. Geometry, along with arithmetic, is an essential part of mathematics. In the training of modern school and university students, it is necessary to use different forms and methods of organizing the educational process that meet the national educational standards. In higher education, interactive methods aim not only at communicating information but also at actively involving students in the learning process – knowledge is gained through individual participation and contact with specific information. Learning activities are related to research and cooperation. Students need to analyse and interpret certain information. Interactive methods require teamwork and dialogue-type communication among the participants. Students participate actively in the learning process, show creativity, and acquire valuable practical experience. In its very nature, mathematical knowledge is abstract. This necessitates the wide use of visual aids. It is important for the students to not only be passive observers and listeners of the teacher’s explanation. The teacher’s role is also very important and is related to how they organize their work in order to motivate and retain the attention of the students. With the help of educational computer presentations, the lecturer and the students are given the opportunity to present in a visual and detailed manner the knowledge about certain mathematical concepts that has to be mastered. The educational presentation presents information that has been didactically processed and presented in such a way that it forms concepts and provokes conclusions. The main idea of this article is related to the use of educational computer presentations with regard to the learning material in Geometry taught in the primary school. In the training of students from the specialities: Pre-school and Primary School Education, Primary School Education and Foreign Language Teaching and Education, during the seminars and the practical exercises on the subjects: Didactics of Mathematics and Math Teaching Methodology, were used presentations prepared in advance. They revealed the sequence of introduction of geometric knowledge for each grade. Then, students took part in a group work on examining curricula and defining the types of geometric tasks/problems by analyzing five of the new mathematics book sets for 3rd grade. The aim was to improve the quality of education by offering students the practical experience and skills they needed for their future professional realization. The process of training and working with students was carried out in May and June 2019.This article is part of the research work on the National Science Program “Young Scientists and Postdoctoral Students” (2018-2020) - https://www.mon.bg/bg/100542. The program aims at stimulating, attracting and retaining young scientists and postdoctoral students with the purpose of ensuring quality reproduction of human potential for research activities.

To improve the practice of public administration (PA) work at the time when collaboration governance principles and values have been especially needed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the new educational approach providing the creation of international collaborative governance PA discourse has become a very important task for public administrations of all the countries of the world because the common terms could help to make the communication of public servants and citizens more effective both in one and the same country and between different countries and regions. The literature concerning collaborative governance PA discourse creation has been thoroughly studied by the author. The experience of the creation of international collaborative governance PA discourse during ELT (English Language Teaching) and ESP (English for Specific Purposes) training of PA students at the Institute for Social Sciences (the ISS) of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) has been analyzed. The research methods included theoretical research, analytical research methods, methodology of empirical research, and methods of comparative research. The results of the analysis made it possible to conclude that in modern conditions of globalization and international communication in order to understand better the common values of citizens, to avoid discrepancies in vocabulary application and to improve mutual understanding of civil servants speaking different languages, the unification of the descriptive list of English terms concerning public administration activity is needed; the creation of international collaborative governance PA discourse during educational and training process of future public administrators should contribute to PA activity. The International PA Vocabulary as well as the process of writing new textbooks and teaching aids based on it and using new digital technologies and new methodology should be introduced into educational process.

Every single child in this world has every rights to be educated. It’s a primary duty of the responsible parent or guardian and teacher to look after the educational process of a child. Here we propose a conceptual methodology which uses the Object Oriented Modeling (OOM) to improve the basic mode of teaching and learning process in case of pre-primary and primary school education. In this paper we propose an object oriented methodology which helps in building a new path towards formulized teaching and learning process. This process considers the child as an object and the characteristics of the objects considered are Identity, Polymorphism, Inheritance and Encapsulation. Identity means - Each child will have/exhibits its own identity. Polymorphism – Each child’s behavior at school class room, home, during travel to school, at play ground etc., Inheritance – The process of acquiring the behavioral characteristics from previous class of study or from parents/grandparents etc., Encapsulation – Wrapping up of child’s attributes and behavior under single head. This type of modeling will allow the stake holders to keep track and promote the activities which are needed to improve the learning ability and multidimensional growth of the child. This is a conceptual analysis and modeling formalized in a meta-model with the help of Unified Modeling Language diagram symbols.

The article analyses the main principles of philosophy of education formulated by Vasily Rozanov as the result of more than 12 years of his work as a teacher at Russian provincial gymnasiums. The principle character of Rozanov’s views on education should be defined as romantic conservative (using the term of Peter Struve) that was in opposition to the so-called governmental conservatism proclaimed by Michael Katkov. Rozanov’s romanticism expressed itself in stressing the leading role of national traditions and beliefs, Orthodoxy and patriotism in the educational process. At the same time Rozanov strongly criticized bureaucratic formalism in the educational sphere and blamed the tsarist ministers of education such as Tolstoy and Delyanov in the lack of professional competence. Rozanov’s views on the philosophy of education were opposed to the ideas of materialism and positivism declared by the members of Chernyshevsky’s school, though his own worldview formed in the years of his study in gymnasium was very close to Russian nihilism. Many of the key points of Rozanov’s philosophy of education, such as the close connection of the educational process with the national traditions, the formation of a human personality as the final goal of the school education, as well as his other ideas, are still relevant for contemporary Russia. The lack of knowledge in such special field as the history of national educational tradition should be considered as one of the reasons of the failure of the post-soviet reforms in education.

The paper highlights the effective psychological and pedagogical directions of persons who are in places of imprisonment. The problem of returning to a normal lifestyle today is very topical, the social maladjustment of former convicts, unwillingness to leave the former antisocial environment, insufficient or no education in general, irrational motivational sphere, low level of self-esteem and concentration on the main criteria of psychological and social health, become obstacles to re-socialization for those who are in the imprisonment places. In order to develop psychological and pedagogical support of social adjustment for people who are or are going to leave the prison, the diagnosis of psychological characteristics is relevant, which will be the key elements to the effectiveness of the applied directions that are as follows: focus on changing the social environment; socio-psychological therapy; professional orientation during the educational process. The following methods were used for scientific research as analysis of scientific literature, theoretical research methods, which study scientific and methodological literature on the problem of individual social adjustment for those who leave the prison; empirical research methods based on psychological and pedagogical observation of cognitive, labor-intensive activities and the use of professionals working at the same time, psychologists and teachers during the re-socialization of imprisoned. The research shows two stages of a pilot study, during which there was implied the diagnosis of intellectual, educational motivation, nonverbal creativity, equal self-esteem and changes in concentration of imprisoned.

Introduction. The importance of parents' participation in school life is theoretically indisputable, but the existing empirical data on the relationship between parental involvement and various educational results are ambiguous, which actualizes more detailed studies. The question of how much the participation of parents and their satisfaction with the school are related to the factor of openness of the school to parents requires empirical study. The purpose of the study is to analyze the levels of their home and organizational involvement, as well as the relationship between the participation of parents in school life, their assessment of the quality of school education and the degree of openness of the school, based on the material of a survey of St. Petersburg parents. Methods. The study is a secondary analysis of data from surveys of parents of students of the 4th, 9th and 11th grades of St. Petersburg schools conducted as part of a comprehensive study of the quality of school education (N=4278). The data were processed in the SPSS program; methods of analyzing paired correlations and cross-tables, reducing the dimension of the feature space by factor analysis, correlation analysis in the space of generalized indices and the construction of correlation graphs, nonparametric criteria for comparing samples were used. The results of the study. The data analysis revealed strong differences between primary school and high school according to such criteria as helping children with homework (52.3% of parents help in primary school and 9.4% in high school every day), proactive communication with the class teacher (59.9% in primary school and 34.1% in high school), as well as parents' assessment of various aspects of the quality of the educational process (significantly higher in primary school). The correlation analysis showed that the organizational involvement of parents, as well as their educational level, do not have significant correlations with the quality assessment, while the level of communication does. The more intensively parents communicate with teachers, the higher they assess the quality of the educational process at school (the correlation is higher for senior classes; r=0.21). A significant influence of the openness of the school on the parents' assessments was also revealed. The higher the openness of the school, the higher the parents rate the quality of the educational process in it (for both primary and high schools, r≥0.3). Conclusion. The obtained conclusions and recommendations can be used in the development of regional and school programs of cooperation between families and schools, to assess the importance, risks and consequences of parents' participation in school life.

Relevance of the study. The article studies recently found symphony of the prominent Ukrainian composer of the second half of the eighteenth century Maxim Berezovsky. He is widely known now as the author of cyclic spiritual concerts written for the Orthodox worship, and is practically unknown as a musician instrumentalist associated with the imperial theater and the court musical life. The work of M. Berezovsky as a secular musician determined the creative interest in composing instrumental music intended for secular chamber and orchestral music. Main objective of the article is a clarification of M.Berezovsky symphony as one of secular field artworks in the light of new summaries about artist’s life-creativity. Methodology. Taking into account peculiarities of the material and the analytical approach to its study, the methods of theoretical research have been chosen(abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, mental modeling, ascension from abstract to concrete, etc.). Conclusions. As a result of a study the symphony analysis in a context of new authentic statements about M.Berezovsky’s life-creativity. It was stated that this artwork was written not accidentally and detects absolute awareness of the artist in all composer’s niceties – how to build a topic and build a homophonic construction based on it, in a technique of orchestral construction, form creations of that time and etc. From the beginning of his creative career, M. Berezovsky was well aware of the possibilities of the orchestra as a performer, attached to the Italian opera and instrumental music. Symphony enriches our imagination about the works of M. Berezovsky in the field of secular instrumental and operatic music and extends the range of works of the artist beyond the spiritual direction. Some signs indicate that the Symphony was not an independent work, but an overture to the opera Demofont.
