Introduction. At the current stage of the economy of Ukraine, there is a special significance in the development of problems of enterprises effective development. The main problems of industrial enterprises are connected with low consumption of their products, a high level of wear and tear of the main funds, a significant amount of costs for good service and for other reasons. On the current day, one of the main ways to improve the efficiency of organizational performance is to provide innovation. It is the introduction of innovations that will help enterprises to solve these problems. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to clarify the essence of the concept of “innovation implementation”, its role and significance for the activities of enterprises, as well as to describe the stages of implementation of innovation at the enterprise. Results. The article is devoted to the issue of innovation management in the enterprise. This paper, based on research by domestic and foreign scientists, considers the management of innovation in the enterprise, which emphasizes the importance of understanding the stages of the innovation process to achieve the effectiveness of innovative development of the enterprise. A brief overview of the stages of innovation implementation is presented and their characteristics are given. The issue of evaluating the effectiveness of innovations is considered and it is found that depending on the objectives of innovation, the results and costs taken into account, the effect on economic, scientific and technical, resource, social, environmental can be classified.The authors also consider the approach to the introduction of innovations in the enterprise in relation to the innovation load. There are three stages of innovative development of the enterprise. Conclusions. The conclusion is made about the importance of keeping the stages in the process of introducing innovations at the enterprise. It was found that the introduction of innovations is influenced by both the external and internal environment of the enterprise. It was found that the goal of introducing innovations can be not only economic factors, but also other effects, such as social, economic and others.

The purpose of this paper is the development of a methodical approach to management of the parameters of the life cycle of innovations. This approach ensures the increase of the efficiency of economic activity by intensifying the processes of innovative development of industrial enterprises. As a result of the research, the features of the processes for implementing the life cycle of innovations were determined; the system of criteria for assessing the efficiency of management of the parameters of the life cycle of innovations was developed; a management model for the parameters of the life cycle of innovations was formed; and a management mechanism for the life cycle of innovations in a saturated market was developed.

Research on the management of innovation has been highly fragmented, and to a large extent non-cumulative. Much of the research has been conducted within three separate disciplines, with relatively little overlap or interaction: the management of research and development or technology; new product development and marketing; and organisational development and change. In this paper, we identify a number of emergent themes which have the potential to integrate these diverse streams of research, and result in a more comprehensive model of the innovation process: complexity, networks and learning. We argue that the innovation process is inherently complex, and therefore we need better characterisations of the technological, market and organisational contingencies which affect the opportunity for innovation. With growing complexity, the focus shifts from competencies based on internal assets such as R&D activities and intellectual property, to the position of a firm within an innovation network and competencies based on its relationships with other organisations. Finally, too much research has been pre-occupied with how firms develop and exploit narrow competencies based on prior experience, rather than how firms acquire new competencies. A focus on organisational learning may provide a richer explanation of the organisational factors which affect the acquisition of new technological and market knowledge.

The article analyzes the current state of production activities of the agricultural sector of Cherkasy region economy, its organizational and legal structures and identifies strategic directions for its development. It is proved that the priority solution of urgent problems, such as: redistribution of land and property; restructuring of enterprises and forms of management; development of cooperation; introduction of market management methods - management and marketing; state regulation of the agricultural economy, financial, credit and tax systems; development of markets for agricultural products, material and technical resources and services; intensification and diversification of foreign economic activity will contribute to the development of the agro-industrial sphere of Cherkasy region. It is determined that the years 2021-2027 should be considered the strategic period, during which the provision of the country's population with food at the level of scientifically sound standards, growth of export potential and reduction of imports should be achieved. The necessity of introduction of innovative activity and process of innovations introduction in the production activity of the agricultural enterprises which are a basis of economic growth is proved. Obstacles to the innovative development of the regional agricultural sector are analyzed. The priority directions of innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises are indicated. The need to develop an innovative policy of agricultural enterprises in order to increase the efficiency of their operation is determined. It is noted that the priority of the agro-industrial sector development of Cherkasy region and its leading industries will provide the population with food products, industry with raw materials, and foreign trade with the export goods. It is established that innovative activity in agricultural enterprises is a decisive factor in the effective development and increase of agricultural production, significant changes in its structure, reassessment of the motivation system that meet the current principles of the Cherkasy Region Development Strategy for 2021-2027, which determines key vectors of the region in the long-term.

This article explores the innovation potential of the staff at industrial enterprises. The relevance of the research is confirmed by the increasing interest of companies in innovation. This manifests itself both in the changing organizational structure of enterprises and a new approach to human resource management, for instance, the revision of the key performance indicators of employees. One of the main goals of the research was determining the factors that influence the development of the innovation potential of staff and assessment of their impact. The institutional approach formed the conceptual basis of the study. It allowed the authors to consider the management of innovation potential as a special mechanism for achieving sustainability, stable development of an enterprise, and its strategic success in general. The authors established that organizational and administrative factors have the greatest influence on the formation and development of the innovation potential of staff, while the constraining factors are the lack of an innovative strategy, authoritarian management style, and bureaucratization. Studying the techniques aimed at the development of staff’s innovation potential, the authors concluded that the most effective ones for industrial enterprises are consultations of subject matter specialists. A significant novelty of this work is the model of interaction of participants in the innovation process developed by the authors. The research findings enabled the authors to devise recommendations for the formation and development of the innovation potential of the company’s employees.

The article is devoted to the model of modernization of agricultural enterprises on the basis of innovation providing. The level of innovative development of domestic agro-industrial enterprises is analyzed and the main problems that put backthe introduction of innovations in the agro-industrial sector of Ukraine under the current conditions are determined; the introduction of such a model of innovation development, which provided a balance between the modernization of production and the introduction of the results of scientific research, new products and production technologies is proposed; the vector of innovative development in the agricultural sector of Ukraine is investigated and the main trends in the development and implementation of innovations in the activities of enterprises engaged in agricultural production is identified; the model of modernization of domestic agroindustrial enterprises on the basis of innovation provision is developed, which is a set of intellectual (agrarian science), industrial (business environment of agroindustrial complex) and consumer (innovative products, innovative technology, innovation process) areas of innovation activity. The transition between these areas of the model of innovation provisioning is carried out with the help of progressive innovation (it helps ensure the interaction of the business environment of the agro-industrial complex with the scientific environment), innovation consulting (guarantees information and advice on innovative products and facilitates communication with business structures) and innovation-venture business (the main task is to promote the development of developed innovative products), a set of measures that must precede the implementation of the proposed model under the current conditions is defined. The role of the state in the process of innovation in agro-industrial enterprises at all three stages of the implementation of the innovation process, from the origin of the idea to the commercialization of innovation is defined. In particular, the functions assigned to the state are allocated for ensuring efficient financing of innovative activity of the agro-industrial complex.

The definitions the concepts of “innovations” and “innovation process” have been adduced, general assessment of the position of the Russian Federation in the world in terms of investment in scientific and technical research and developments (R & D) has been given, the most investment areas in terms of the volume of expenditures on scientific and technical research and development (R & D) have been highlighted . Key arguments that justify the need for innovative development of the pharmaceutical industry in Russia have been presented. The state and structure of the pharmaceutical market in Russia have been considered, the factors of transition of the pharmaceutical industry to an innovative course of development have been specified. Clear results of the implementation of the strategy for the development of the pharmaceutical industry until 2020 have been emphasized. Examples of implementation of the innovation management mechanism at the level of a separate domestic company Biocad have been given.

In the paper the innovation management of an industrial enterprise is considered. The cooperation problem of colleges and industrial enterprises is touched upon. The regularities in scientific-engineering development of production under conditions of the formation of market economy and its crisis state are revealed. New principles ensuring the purposefulness of development are elaborated, the peculiarities in re-search work are considered. The authors have formulated the factors affect-ing the innovation development of an industrial enterprise both in the view of acceleration and from the point of view of innovation process deceleration. On the basis of the analysis carried out there is formed a program of innovation project realization at the “UK”BMP” Co. with the indication of terms and costs. The stages of program realization with measures shown increasing innovation activity efficiency are formulated.

The aim of the article is the theoretical justifcation and development of the organizational and economic mechanism for the formation and development of a regional intentional complex, where innovative components dominate. It should be noted that in recent years in the region there have been trends in the deepening of the newest forms of relations and interconnections based on the expansion of inter-sectoral and sectoral integration of industrial enterprises, the progress of the formation of forms of regional industrial systems is traced, prerequisites are created for the emergence of new forms of integrated cooperation of the subjects of the innovation process. In modern conditions, the current model of the competitive development of the industrial complex of the region is based on the broad and effective interaction of various participants in the development and commercialization of innovations, which requires a search for forms and directions of its strengthening. The need to strengthen the innovative component of the industrial complex, contributing to its innovative development, involves the search for new modifed organizational and economic mechanisms for the innovative development of the industrial system based on the assessment of trends and development features of new system interactions. Meanwhile, the process of transition to a model of innovative development is objectively closely related to the need to concentrate efforts on the formation of a systematic methodology for managing the innovative development of the region. The article focuses on the development of organizational and economic mechanisms for the innovative development of the regional industrial complex. In particular, attention is paid to the intensive factors of industrial production growth. To achieve the goal, several main tasks were set and solved in the article.. The state of fxed assets for the development of industrial production in the region has been studied. The region was also evaluated based on the influence of innovation and investment factors. The current state and trends in the development of industry in the Tashkent region are analyzed, the basic prerequisites for the creation of an innovative industrial system in the region are studied, and trends in the innovative development of industry in the Tashkent region are evaluated. The purpose of this article is to identify the ways to improve food security in the Southern Federal District. Food security of the country is provided by regions that have a high potential for sustainable growth in quantitative and qualitative indicators of agricultural production, formation of sustainable forms of regional and interstate strategic cooperation on a mutually beneficial basis. The scientific and theoretical foundations of food security in papers of domestic and foreign scientists are analyzed, and the features of strategic directions for the achievement of self-sufficiency in basic food products are determined. The difference in approaches and specific features of the social and economic development of Russia and the natural and climatic potential that influences the formation of agricultural specialization are determined. The study uses general logical research methods, the systematic and situational approach, the analysis of agricultural statistics of the Southern Federal District. The article provides a detailed analysis of indicators of agricultural production in the regions of the Southern Federal District, identifies trends and directions of the development of the crop and livestock industries. The features of the leading districts that should become the basis of the agricultural strategy in the long term period are revealed. A system of measures that contribute to the improvement of food security in the Southern Federal District has been identified and the methods for their solution have been suggested. The main measure is government support, subsidizing and stimulation of the innovation process. The re-equipment of specialized industrial enterprises should be carried out at a high pace in the conditions of agri-food clusters and network interaction. The analysis of agricultural indicators of the district allows us to draw conclusions about the sufficient level of food security in several regions of the Southern Federal District which have high indicators of quantitative production and ensure a high level of consumption within the region, as well as allow increasing the export of certain product categories. Further development of scientific research in this area should be associated with the formation of areas for project financing of the agro-industrial complex and agriculture in the field of technological modernization, personnel policy, the acquisition of new management and production competencies, and the strengthening of the scientific potential of the crop and livestock industries.

At a time when the world innovation management system was considered a strategic factor of economic development, conceptions and programs were adopted on the organization of infrastructure of innovative activities, development of organizational and economic context of innovative processes, improvement of management of innovation centers, development of innovation strategies of the region. However, in the practice of Innovation Management, little attention is paid to the development of organizational and economic management strategies for Innovation Management in the regions.
