This study aimed to determine the effect of training using the circuit training method on archery skill of the extracurricular students of the Auladi Islamic Primary School Palembang. This type of research was involved in  the category of quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was 35 people, while the sample was determined by purposive sampling so that a sample of 24 male students was obtained. The data was obtained through basic technique test. While data analysis used independent sample t- test. The result of data analysis showed that training using the circuit training method significantly affected the improvement of archery skill, where tvalue ﹥ t table = 4.49> 1.714. Conclusion, the method of circuit training effectively had  a positive influence on archery skill. Keywords:Circuit Training, Metho, Archery

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Circuit Training Exercises to increase the Aerobic Endurance of Bina Darma University Football Players. This type of research is experimental research. The study sample amounted to 17 people. The instrument used was the BLEP test. The data analysis technique used SPSS statistics 23. The result of this study indicated that circuit training exercise can increase the aerobic endurance of Bina Darma University soccer players. The t test showed that t_ (count) = 6,564> t_ (table) = 1,740 so that the accepted Ha is significant. Suggestion from this research is that trainers can use the circuit training method to increase the aerobic endurance of athletes.

Based on the researcher’s observation on the field, it seems that the ability of students of SMK Teknologi Riau in long jump is still low, and many students don’t have good enough techniques of long jump itself, besides that, the training method that is used is not appropriate yet. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of circuit training method towards the students’ long jump ability at SMK Teknologi Riau. This type of this research is Experimental using T-test, the population of this research in class XI of SMK Teknologi Riau consist of 11 male students. The result of data analysis shows that : (1) There are different of result of long jump ability in circuit method (Thitung = 4.75 > Ttabel = 1.812),. So that is why Thitung bigger than Ttable its mean there is significant effect in using circuit method towards Long Jump of SMK Teknologi Riau students.

The purpose of this research is to prove the benefits of isotonic drinks promised by the manufacturers. This is a quasi-experimental research design involving 20 non-athlete male students. The data were analyzed using t-test.From the data analysis, it was found that there was a significant difference between aerobic endurance before and after drinking isotonic drinks, tobserve (5.398604) > ttable (1.729) at level significant α = 0.05. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that isotonic drinks has a significant effect towards students’ aerobic endurance.

<p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This research aim is to know the effect of ecopedagogy model on aspect of ecological competence high school students. This study was quasi-experimental research with the Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group. The research subjects consisted of two classes namely XI IIS II as the experimental class and XI IIS I as the control class. This study was conducted at MAN 1 Sintang. The data analysis used independent sample t-test which showed that the ecopedagogy model had an effect on ecological competence students. From the results of the posttest, it can be seen that the experimental class has higher value rather than the control class.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model <em>ecopedagogy</em> terhadap aspek kompetensi ekologis siswa SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan <em>Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group</em>. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu XI IIS II sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IIS I sebagai kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 1 Sintang. Analisis data menggunakan uji <em>independent sample t-test</em><em> </em>yang<em> </em>menunjukkan bahwa model <em>ecopedagogy</em> berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi ekologis siswa SMA. Dari hasil <em>posttest </em>kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lompat gawang terhadap tinggi lompatan spike pada permainan bola voli siswa ekstrakurikuler di MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain quasi eksperimen (eksperimen semu). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa selisih pretest  siswa setelah mengikuti program latihan lompat gawang di atas lapangan sebanyak 16 kali pertemuan dapat menunjukan peningkatan terhadap tinggi lompatan spike siswa. Dengan populasi 30 siswa dan sampel 30 siswa (total sampling). Instrument penelitian ini berupa tes lompatan spike untuk mengetahui tinggi lompatan spike. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t.hasil. Dari hasil penelitian di peroleh thitung =10,321 jika di bandingkan dengan nilai ttabel= 1,696. Maka nilai thitung>ttabel ini berarti ada pengaruh dari latihan lompat gawang terhadap tinggi lompatan spike siswa di MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu.Kata Kunci : Lompat Gawang, tinggi lompatan spike.                                                                AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of goal-jump training on high jump spikes on extracurricular volleyball games in MAN 2 City of Bengkulu. The method used is an experimental research method with a quasi-experimental design (quasi-experimental). The results of the study showed that the pretest difference of students after joining the goal-jumping training program on the field as many as 16 meetings can show an increase in the height of the student's jump spike. With a population of 30 students and a sample of 30 students (total sampling). The research instrument was a jump spike test to determine the height of the jump spike. The data analysis technique uses the t-test results. From the results of the study obtained tcount = 10,321 if compared with the value t table = 1,696. Then the value of tcount> t table means that there is an effect of the goal jump training on the high jumps of student spikes in MAN 2 City of Bengkulu.Keywords: Jump goal, high jump spike.

Based on the observation in the field it shows that still lack of agility ability of athlete pencak silat tapak suci Lebong. This study aims to explain the effect of zig-zag run training on improving the agility ability of athlete pencak silat tapak suci Lebong. This research method is quasi-experimental with the population of this study a number of 17 athletes and samples taken by using the total sampling technique so that obtained a sample of 17 athletes. The test used is the Shuttle Run, which aims to determine the ability of agility. Data analysis technique used is t-test. The result of data analysis shows that zig zag run training method can increase agility of athlete pencak silat tapak suci Lebong (tcount (8,492)> ttable (2,110).

Based on the researchers abservation on the field, the student’s of SMA Negeri 1 Lebong Utara shill have lack of basic skill of basketball. This research aimed to explain the different effect between sirkuit exercise method and convensional method toward the increasing of student basic skill of basketball of SMA Negeri 1 Lebong Utara. This research is quasi experimental research the population of this research was 32 student. The sampling techique that used in this research was jenuh smpling techique. So that 32 student’s was choosen. the test used in this research were driible zig-zag, passing, under basket. Which aimed to know the student’s basic skill of basketball at SMA Negeri 1 Lebong Utara. Analysis technique that was used in this recearch was t-test. The result of data analysis showed that (1) sirkuit exercise method can increase the student basic skill of basketball at SMA Negeri 1 SMA Negeri 1 Lebong Utara (tobserved 16,77 > ttable α=0,051,75) (2) convensional method can increase the student’s basic skill of basketball at SMA Negeri 1 Lebong Utara (tobserved 9,25> ttable α=0,05 1,75) (3)  there is significant differences betwenn sirkuit exercise method with convensional method toward student’s basic skill of basketball at SMA Negeri 1 Lebong Utara (tobserved  3,50 > ttableα=0,051,75).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti efektivitas metode guided discovery dalam pembelajaran sains terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen (quasi-experimental research). Subjek uji efektivitas pada kelas eksperimen sebanyak 22 peserta didik kelas B1 TK ABA Kembaran dan pada kelas kontrol sebanyak 23 peserta didik kelas B2 TK ABA Kembaran. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes lisan peserta didik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan independent sample t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode guided discovery dalam pembelajaran sains, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada domain kognitif aspek “mengingat” pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Terdapat perbedaan hasil akhir antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen setelah guru menggunakan metode guided discovery dalam pembelajaran sains dengan p 0,05 kemudian terjadi pula peningkatan yang signifikan dengan p = 0,000. AbstractThis study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the guided discovery method in science learning towards cognitive development in children aged 5-6 years. This type of research was quasi experimental research. The effectiveness test subjects in the experimental class were 22 students in class B1 TK ABA Kembaran and in the control class were 23 students in class B2 TK ABA Kembaran. Data collection used observation sheets and oral tests of students. Data analysis technique used independent sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that by using the guided discovery method in science learning, there were significant differences in the cognitive domain of “remembering” aspect of children aged 5-6 years. There were differences in the final results between the control class and the experimental class after the teacher used the guided discovery method in science learning with p 0.05 then there was also a significant increase with p = 0.000.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “The Non-randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. Jumlah subjek penelitian 30 orang siswa putra. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk tes kelincahan adalah tes illinois agility run. Sedangkan instrumen untuk tes kecepatan adalah tes lari 60 meter. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kelincahan sebesar -5.679 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kelincahan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Sedangkan untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kecepatan -7.078 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kecepatan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan” dapat diterima. Hasil analisis data pada pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kelincahan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2.002, sedangkan pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kecepatan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1.73733. Pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan tidak sebesar kelompok perlakuan karena hanya diberikan pelatihan konvensional pada kelincahan terjadi peningkatan 0.0974 dan pada kecepatan terjadi peningkatan 0.1246. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan peningkatan kecepatan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di SMA Negeri1 Kubu tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) secara signifikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diajar pembelajaran ekspositori di SMP N 6 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kelas VII C sebagai kelas eksperimen mendapat perlakuan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) dan kelas VII D sebagai kelas kontrol mendapat perlakuan pembelajaran Ekspositori. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menggunakan Uji-t dua sampel independen diperoleh nilai = 2,051 dan  . Oleh karena itu,  maka H1 diterima. Class VII C as experimental class gets treatment of Think Talk Write (TTW) and class VII D model as control class gets Expository learning treatment. Based on the result of data analysis used T-test two independent samples obtained value tcount = 2,051 and ttable = 0,167. Therefore, tcount > ttable then H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the result of learning of student mathematics between cooperative learning type Think Talk Write (TTW) is significantly higher than result of learning of student mathematics with expository learning in class VII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Bengkulu.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, cooperative learning type Think Talk Write (TTW), expository learning.
