This study aims to develop environmental-based worksheets to increase motivation and interest in learning for high school students and a description of students' learning difficulties in biology class X SMA Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau. The research method used is Research and development. The sample of this research is 30 students. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observations and documents. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the LKPD developed was suitable for use by high school students of Class X and there were difficulties in learning biology on environmental pollution materials. This learning difficulty is caused by the difficulty in understanding the material presented in the teaching materials. In addition, learning difficulties experienced by students are also triggered by low learning motivation caused by not being interested in biology lessons, inappropriate teaching techniques, facilities and infrastructure, and inadequate learning resources

Abstract Learning difficulty is a condition where students experience learning disruptions as they should, both from internal and external factors. This results in students not being able to develop according to their capacity. From this research can be put forward the formulation of the problem, namely, the types of learning difficulties experienced by junior high school / junior high school students in North Sumatra, what factors that make students difficult to learn in English, and how can efforts solve the problem of student learning difficulties. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of difficulties in understanding completing the material in English subjects, the factors that influence students in understanding completing the material in English subjects and problem solving efforts. The method used in this study is to use qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used were literature studies and interviews with each student were different classes. The results of this study are that there are still some students who still have difficulty in understanding completing the material in English subjects from the aspects of listening, reading, structure, and writing, and which are the factors causing students to experience learning difficulties, namely from cognitive factors (ability to memorize , the ability to master the material and the wrong learning habits, and what efforts will be used by educators using teaching repairs.   Keywords: learning difficulties, students, English.

One way that can be done in overcoming these students' learning difficulties is by making improvements related to the teaching materials presented. This is done so that students can understand the concept of linear programming that is not textual. Therefore, this research was developed to develop a design of teaching materials (didactic design) that is more relevant for students so that students' learning difficulties can be overcome. Abstract is different from summary. The research method used is qualitative research methods with design research using Didactical Design Research (DDR). The subjects in this study were 37 high school students in class X in one of the schools in Kabupaten Cirebon. This study has three important stages, namely, preparing ADP, metapedadidactic analysis, and retrospective analysis. The results obtained in this study are that the didactic design was developed with four didactic situations to solve students' difficulties in determining the optimum value of the problem using the test point method and the probing line method.

The purpose of the study is to improve teacher performance in SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau, how is the principle of increasing teacher permormance. The research method used is descriptive study, observation and documentation, and this study also uses a type of procedure to develop materials. The results of research on principals have implemented leadership strategies well, by discussing the conditions and conditions of teachers, creativity in applying leadership styles, having tips and having motivations that improve to improve teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that this study is used to improve the performance of high school students, and have high motivation to improve teacher performance. This research aims to developing the Biology Test of Creative Thunking-Torrance Test (BTCT-TT) assessment in studying Biology for high school student in grade 11. This type of research is Research& Development (R & D) with 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). This study have develodped 37 items that are valid and reliabel. The objective of the current research is to identify the effect of using the student's guide bag on the attitudes and professional tendencies of high school students who have learning difficulties in Riyadh city. The researcher used two tools: the student's guide bag and the vocational awareness scale. After the data were collected and statistically analyzed by calculating the arithmetic mean to identify the differences between the pre-test and post-test of the occupational awareness scale, and the ETA box (2). The study found that there are statistically significant differences At a level of significance less than (0.05) among the average responses of secondary school students who have learning difficulties in the tribal and post-application of the vocational awareness scale. There is a high impact on the effectiveness of the student's student bag program to improve vocational awareness among high school students who have learning difficulties To study the need to pay attention to vocational guidance and support materially and morally, and to participate students who have learning difficulties themselves in planning guidance programs.

The aim of this research is to create a teaching material and method in writing poetry using lotus techniques. This research also uses research and development methods. It is research that produces certain products and the effectiveness of their use. The product that will be produced in this research is in the form of poetry writing teaching materials developed with lotus techniques for 10th grade of Senior High School students in MAS Tahfizil Medan. The results of this study indicate that 10th grade students need new methods and teaching materials in improving their understanding in writing poetry. And after testing the lotus technique is very efficient to improve students' ability to write poetry. After the posttest and pretest results the results obtained are the low category by 3.33%, the medium category by 93.34%, and the high category by 3.33%.

<p><em>This study investigates whether teaching spelling to high school students using different techniques, i.e. copy, cover, compare and flip folder, would improve students’ spelling. Additionally, it explores students’ opinions and perceptions towards these techniques. The research conducted in Granada high school in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Thirty-six male students participated in this study whose levels according to the course book were assumed to be B1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). In this study, a mixed research method was used where data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The first group was taught using copy cover and compare method (CCC), which emphasizes repeated practice when errors occur in students spelling, whereas the second group was trained using the flip folder technique which is a combination of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic techniques that were believed to enhance memorization. A post-test was utilized immediately after the intervention and the results showed that the CCC group outperformed the Flip Folder group. </em></p>
