Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia which is famous for its tourism. Bali is visited by many tourists both local and foreign tourists because it is famous for its culture and natural beauty. The problem experienced by tourists is the difficulty in determining the tourism objects to be visited in accordance with the wishes of these tourists. Difficulty in determining tourism objects is caused by limited information about tourism objects in Bali. The tourist destination recommendation system in Bali can be a solution to provide information about tourism objects in Bali and can provide recommendations on tourism objects to be visited according to the criteria entered by the user. This system is a geographic information system that can provide location information and routes to tourism objects chosen by users. This system is created using the concept of mobile web, so that each device is able to use the system only with a web browser. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Based on the tests that have been done, the system has been running according to its function.

Southern part of Bali, especially the regency of Badung, in addition to having natural beauty and popular tourist attraction, it has a high potential for disaster. The fact is the coastline of Bali in the south is prone to tsunami because Bali is located close to the colliding zone between the Indo-Australian plate and the Eurasia plate, which presents the main source of local tsunami that could hit the island of Bali. This research undertakes the design and development of a Geographic Information System (GIS) that can provide information and socialization of potential tsunami impact areas and safe gathering places for coastal tourism area in Badung regency. This application is built web-based by using Google Maps API v3. In this Geographic Information System, users can identify potential tsunami impact areas, obtain information on evacuation methods in the event of a tsunami disaster and can find the nearest safe gathering places to do evacuation. By utilizing geolocation and direction services from Google Maps API v3, simulation of the nearest evacuation route has been successfully built. Evacuation is done by considering two possible evacuation sites. The first possibility is to evacuate to the nearest vertical high building, and the second evacuation site is away from the danger zone (red zone) and towards the safe zone (yellow zone or outside the yellow zone).

AbstractWe developed a method to identify potential astro-tourism sites by considering parameters characteristically relevant to astronomical observation such as air quality, dark sky quality, annual average cloud coverage, as well as terrain feature. Applying this method on Indonesia by perusing data from Geographic Information System and applying Multi Criteria Decision Analysis we identify a number of potential astro-tourism sites. We cross correlate this with Indonesia Tourist Destination to produce a list of recommended sites. Fulfilling the astrotourism criteria is one sure way towards sustainable tourism.

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to work with spatially coordinated data or geographical coordinates. Based on West Sumatra Police Traffic data, there are 48 points of accident-prone areas in West Sumatra. This leads to the need for an accident-prone SIG in West Sumatera that is web-based to describe the map of vulnerable area locations along with the required information. Disaster information system appli-cations using this web using JavaScript and PHP programming language, and using MySql database and Google Maps Fire. The method used in this research is the method used by using. (UML) with stages consisting of system, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. The end result of this research is the creation of web-based GIS application that can present accident-prone location information in West Sumatra online and can be accessed easily.

Tangguh Disaster Village is a village that has a self-reliant ability to adapt and face disaster threats and recover immediately from adverse catastrophic impacts. The problem in designing this system is that there is no geographical information system based on Android in the process of searching the data location of Tangguh disaster Village (DESTANA) in Gorontalo district. This research aims to design an Android-based geographic information system that can be used to locate the Tangguh Disaster village (DESTANA) data location in Gorontalo District to help local people and migrants with Use Android mobile devices that provide information about the Tangguh disaster Village (DESTANA) data location and know the location of an area presented with digital map facilities.  The results of the study concluded that the test results to search for the location information of disaster Tangguh Village (DESTANA) and display the appropriate and valid view so that the application can be used effectively and efficiently.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam which is always mentioned parallel to prayer. The problems that exist in zakat institutions in Indonesia are low level of trust in muzaki in zakat payments through official institutions and tend to distribute zakat directly to mustahik. Zakat can attract sufficient attention from Muslim intellectuals, especially in the fields of research related to the development of zakat management. However, the growing zakat information system does not make it easier for muzaki to choose mustahik preferences, even though choice recommendations of mustahik is needed to make it easier for muzaki to choose mustahik preferences. The researcher was interested in applying the concept of recommendation in the Zakat Radar application by using the content based filtering method to produce a mustahik recommendation system with the term frequency inverse document frquency (tf-idf) technique.. This system is built using the Java programming language and MySQL as a database. The mustahik recommendation system has been successfully implemented in the Radar Zakat application, which produces 5 mustahik recommendations based on the highest weighting of the similarity of mustahik criteria chosen by the user. Similarity of mustahik criteria is based on the query of mustahik criteria chosen by the user, 5 queries of mustahik criteria are mustahik income, residence, facilities, number of dependents, and mustahik employment status.

A public complaint is a reciprocal of the population against the government to convey opinions or problems encountered in certain areas. The complaint process using a suggestion box or counter complaint is less effective and efficient so that the complaint handling process is slow. The geographic information system of public complaints is an information system built as an intermediary for the public to make complaints against the government. This public complaint geographic information system is built by utilizing location-based services. Geographic information systems of public complaints that have been built require a test to ensure all functions contained on the system can run properly. This study discusses the testing of the geographic information system of public complaints that have been built by blackbox testing and test by involving respondents from the general public. The results of testing system usage by the user based on aspect of system interface display and conformity aspects of processes and features involving respondents from the general public. Tests conducted to get the average results of respondents gave very good value 28%, good 59.8, enough 10.2% and less by 2%. Comparison of systems conducted on two similar systems taken through a literature study showed that a mobile web-based public complaint geographic information system (Public Complaint) has more features in tracking the location of complaints.

Crime is one of the problems that is quite complicated and very disturbing to the community. Crimes can occur at different times and places, making it difficult to track which areas are prone to such actions. K-means algorithm is used to cluster prone areas and Geographic Information System is used to map crime-prone areas. Web-based application is developed with the PHP programming language. The data used is quantitative data in the form of the number of crimes committed and the coordinates of the cases. The attributes of the crime used consist of five parameters: theft, mistreatment, rape, women and child protection cases and fraud. The results of this study are clustering areas into 3 cluster and mapping prone areas that is safe area, safe enough area and prone area. From the overall crime data for 2019 in Purwakarta district, it was found that 68.75% was safe, 18.75% was quite safe and 12.5% was prone area.

This thesis proposal discusses the difficulties of chicken buyers to get information on chicken farms in Jembrana Bali, and the limited information obtained, currently complete information on farm layout in Jembrana Regency, only exists at the Jembrana District Animal Husbandry Service, then chicken breeders are also it is still difficult to provide information about their layout due to the limited means of adequate information in each village. So a chicken farm geographic information system was created with the aim of helping chicken buyers, livestock raisers and the Chicken Farming Service to get information on chicken breeding in Jembrana Regency   more  easily.Keywords— livestock, chicken, GIS, Website, Jembrana

PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tabing is a company that serves the distribution of electrical power throughout the customer which is included in the scope of rayon tabing. This streaming system is assisted by a distribution tool that is a transformer. Research conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tabing, found the problems that serve as the basis in the writing of this thesis is Geographic Information System of Electric Pipelines and Trafo. GIS has the ability to provide information and display in map form. Currently the information about the transformer data map obtained is still a manual map, only limited to the image display and location plan without including a database that shows the attributes of each object. Therefore it is necessary to have GIS easily digested and mutually integrated both for personnel involved in PLN party and society. The method used in this research is by interview, observation. GIS is designed using Google Maps API and PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. By using internet connection, GIS is able to help PLN to find the location of the transformer and the information needed.

Abstract—Land and forest fires in Indonesia has been a problem that continues from year to year. While the information anywhere region or pin-point the fire became the most important hurdle to get the position or location of the fire area. as long as this information is granted only in terms of the quantity and location of land and forest fires. While information about the victim impact from forest fires and land not owned. In this research, using a local based system (LBS) to indicate the position where the only occurrence of forest fire by sending the position coordinates. So also the victims as victims affected by ISPA, Died and displaced reportedly accompanied by coordinate neighborhoods' victims and the number of victims. The positions are then displayed shipped in a separate system in the form of Geographic Information System (GIS). In this report the system can display the position of the affected region and complete with the number of victims. Reporting data can be in the form of short Message System (SMS) and mobile web. Keyword—  Land and forest fires, local based system (LBS), Geographic Information System (GIS), , short Message System  (SMS), web mobile Intisari—Kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Indonesia telah menjadi permasalahan yang terus berlanjut dari tahun ke tahun. Sedangkan Informasi mengenai dimana saja wilayah atau titik posisi kebakaran menjadi rintangan paling utama untuk mendapatkan posisi atau letak daerah yang terbakar. selama ini informasi yang diberikan hanya dalam bentuk jumlah dan lokasi terjadinya kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Sementara informasi mengenai korban dampak dari kebakaran hutan dan lahan tidak dimiliki. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan sistem local based system (LBS) untuk menandakan posisi dimana saja terjadinya kebakaran hutan dan lahan dengan cara mengirimkan posisi koordinat. Begitu juga mengenai korban seperti korban terkena ISPA, Meninggal dan mengungsi dilaporkan dengan disertai koordinat wilayah yang terdapat korban dan jumlah korban. Posisi-posisi yang dikirimkan tersebut kemudian di tampilkan di dalam sebuah sistem tersendiri dalam bentuk Geographic Information System (GIS). Pada sistem laporan ini dapat di tampilkan posisi wilayah yang terkena dampak dan lengkap dengan jumlah korban. Pelaporan data bisa dalam bentuk short Message System  (SMS), dan web mobile
