The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of upper class teachers to compile the Mulok Disaster syllabus in the Argopurno Cluster, Salaman District. The subjects of this study were 16 upper-class teachers, who served in 5 elementary schools. While the object of research is to improve the ability of upper class teachers to compile the Mulok Disaster syllabus. This school action research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 3 meetings. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis is carried out by document assessment, data presentation and conclusion drawing, with indicators of minimum success reaching an average value of 80. The results of the study indicate that the ability of teachers in the initial conditions has not been able to compile the Mulok Disaster syllabus, in cycle I was able to compile a syllabus with the highest value 83, the lowest is 64, and the average value is 74. In cycle II it has increased with the highest value of 88, the lowest 78, and an average value of 83. The application of training methods can improve the ability of classroom teachers to compile the Mulok Disaster syllabus in the Argopurno Cluster, Salaman District.

This study aimed to find out a depiction of school policies in the implementation of students’ disciplinary character at SDN 77 of Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative approach, and the subjects were Islamic education teachers, classroom teachers, and the school principal. Subsequently, the data collection techniques of this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis adopted Miles’ et al theory comprised of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. This study concluded that the application of disciplinary character education was integrated into subjects in accordance with the materials and objectives to be achieved and resting upon the school culture including class culture. Class culture referred to the culture associated with the application of disciplinary character education and responsibility as seen from the activities commonly carried out in the classroom and outside the classroom.

The problem in research is the low competence of teachers in teaching in the Kindergarten Areas. State of Trustees of Ajangale Subdistrict of Bone Regency 2018/2019 Academic Year. The aim is to improve teacher competence in teaching. The research subjects are classroom teachers in the kindergarten-assisted areas. State of Trustees of Ajangale Subdistrict of Bone Regency in 2018/2019 Academic Year. which amounted to 6 teachers with non-bachelor (S-1) education backgrounds. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques. The results showed that increasing teacher competency in teaching was assessed through 4 aspects of assessment, namely planning, implementation, assessment and supervision of the learning process showed a significant increase in each cycle. Average results of the assessment of 4 aspects of teacher competency assessment in teaching in each cycle can be explained that in the initial conditions of 56.18 included in the criteria (C), in the second cycle 74.20 included in the criteria (C) and in the last cycle of 95.15 and included in the value criteria (SB). The conclusion is that the implementation of academic supervision with individual techniques is supported by the implementation of supervision of classroom visits proven to be able to improve the competence of teachers in the Kindergarten Areas. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to increase students' interest in learning thematic learning in grade VI elementary schools using audio-visual media. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in three cycles, each cycle consisting of stages planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this research are students of class VI SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Kudus for the 2020/2021 academic year totaled 19 students. Data collection techniques using observation and test. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that the implementation of audio visual media can increase student interest in thematic learning in class VI SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Kudus for the 2020/2021 academic year as evidenced by the percentage of interest in learning in cycle I of 37% to 53% in cycle II. And to 89% on cycle 3.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the process of implementing online learning during the Covid pandemic 19. This type of research is to use descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted in elementary schools namely SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, Sukabumi City in the Even Semester Academic Year of 2019/2020. The subjects used were teachers and fourth grade students with 32 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to determine the process of implementation online learning carried out at home. The data collection instruments included interview guidelines, questionnaire sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study were the process of implementing online learning in the Covid 19 pandemic period at SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, which has not been implemented properly, because there are still many obstacles faced, including the emergence of boredom, unfocused learning, lack of understanding of the material, cannot interact directly with the teacher and playing with friends, as well as limited network, signal, and quota constraints. As a result of the lack of understanding of teaching materials, some students experience a decrease in grades, although some other students have increased and even the average student gets a relatively consistent grade.

The purpose of this research is to know the efforts of political education in elementary schools. The research methodology used descriptive qualitative research objects were grade V students of SD Negeri Beraja Asri, Way Jepara, East Lampung in Academic Year 2019/2020. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman is data reduction, data presentation of conclusions. The results showed that political education in elementary schools could be done in various ways, namely through elementary school PPKn lessons, characterizations, and extracurricular activities. The conclusion in this study is political education in SD Beraraja Asri Way Jepara is integrated into primary PPKn subjects and extracurricular activities.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika melalui supervisi akademik dengan teknik kunjungan kelas di SD Negeri 114361 Binanga Dua Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah 6 guru di SD Negeri 114361 Binanga Dua yang  terdiri dari guru kelas I sampai dengan kelas VI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif. Peningkatan aspek perencanaan pembelajaran meningkat dari 50,91 pada kondisi awal menjadi 68,48 pada siklus pertama dan 85,76 pada siklus kedua, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pada siklus kedua dinyatakan berhasil karena sudah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan yaitu masuk dalam kriteria nilai minimal baik, sedangkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, yaitu dari 50,58 pada kondisi awal menjadi 69,83 pada siklus pertama dan 86,67 pada siklus kedua, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pada siklus kedua dinyatakan berhasil karena sudah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan yaitu masuk dalam kriteria nilai minimal baik. Maka dapat ditarik  kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dengan teknik kunjungan kelas terbukti dapat meningkatan kemampuan guru dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika guru-guru SD Negeri 114361 Binanga Dua Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Kata kunci: perencanaan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, kunjungan kelas Abstract: This study aims to improve the ability of teachers in planning and implementing mathematics learning through academic supervision with class visit techniques in Public Elementary Schools 114361 Binanga Dua Semester II Academic Year 2018/2019. The action research subjects of this school are 6 teachers in Public Elementary School 114361 Binanga Dua consisting of class I to class VI teachers. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistics. Increased aspects of learning planning increased from 50.91 in the initial conditions to 68.48 in the first cycle and 85.76 in the second cycle, so it was concluded that in the second cycle it was declared successful because it had met the criteria of success, which was included in the criteria of minimum value, while increasing ability in the implementation of the learning process, namely from 50.58 in the initial conditions to 69.83 in the first cycle and 86.67 in the second cycle, so it was concluded that in the second cycle it was declared successful because it had met the criteria of success, which was included in the criteria of minimum value. Then it can be concluded that the implementation of academic supervision with class visit techniques is proven to be able to improve the ability of teachers in planning and implementing mathematics learning teachers of Public Elementary Schools 114361 Binanga Dua Semester II Academic Year 2018/2019. AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

This research is motivated by the lack of ability to write simple words first grade students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. This study aims to improve the ability to write simple words first grade students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam, held for 1 month. The subjects were students of class I SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam academic year 2015/2016 the number of students as many as 7 people, consisting of 5 boys and 2 girls. Form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments and instrument performance data collection activity observation sheet form teacher and student activity. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the ability to write simple words can be enhanced through training methods first grade students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. This statement can be accepted, because the students' ability to write simple words increased. Where known from preliminary data the average value of 59.3 or in the medium category. When viewed from the classical completeness, there is 28.6% or 2 students who completed gain value according to standards KKM, which is a minimum of 65. However, after the implementation of training methods, obtained an average value of 67.1 or higher in a category. When viewed from the classical completeness has reached 57.1%, or 4 students, but research has not been successful. Because this study was successful when 85% of students obtaining a minimum value of 65. While on the second cycle, to reach an average value of 80.7 or higher in a category. When viewed from the classical completeness, has acquired all of the students (100%). Thus, the researchers limited the study to the second cycle. Because of the results obtained was clear, that improve the students' first-class students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam in writing simple words.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.
