Relevance. In connection with the development of nuclear energy, many aquatic ecosystems have been exposed to radioactive substances. Fish, as an element of biota, is capable to accumulate radionuclides. However, fish is a traditional food. The control of the technogenic radionuclides accumulation level in the ichthyofauna is an important link in ensuring human security.Intention. To analyze the long-term data on the content of long-lived technogenic radionuclides 90Sr and 137Cs in the ichthyofauna of the Ob-Irtysh river system for the period from 2004 to 2016 and Beloyarsky pond for the period from 1977 to 2018.Methodology. Fish as a food product was assessed according to two criteria: a) permissible levels of specific activity of radionuclides (SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01); b) using the indicator of conformity B and the uncertainty of its definition В (GOST 32161-2013 and GOST 32163-2013).Results and Discussion. Fish of all species that live in the river Tetcha, is not suitable for food use according to the criteria of SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01, GOST 32161-2013 and GOST 32163-2013. The fish of the Ob-Irtysh river system, the habitat of which is located outside the Tetcha, meets the requirements for fish products. In the period from 1977 to 1989 in the Beloyarsk pond the accumulations of technogenic radionuclides in fish in quantities exceeding sanitary and hygienic standards were possible. Currently, the fish of the Beloyarsky pond fully complies with the sanitary and hygienic requirements for the radiation factor and is safe for human consumption.Conclusion. In the ponds exposed to the atomic energy enterprises, it is necessary to continuously monitor the content of long-lived technogenic radionuclides in fish and assess their amount in accordance with the requirements of SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01 and using the conformity indicator В and the uncertainty of its determination В.

The content of cesium-137 in the soil cover of the central and southern parts of Tajikistan was studied. The study area of the regions of the republic is about 45,000 km2. 92 soil samples from the Central and Southern parts of the republic were collected from cultivated and uncultivated fields to a depth of 25 cm from the ground surface. Each sample at the sampling point was cleared of stones, roots and other inclusions. The sample was dried to an air-dry state, crushed and sieved through a sieve with a hole diameter of 2 mm. When measuring the samples, we used a standard 1 L Marinelli beaker. Measurements of the specific activity of cesium-137 in soil samples were carried out on a gamma spectrometer based on highly pure germanium. The maximum content of cesium-137 was observed in soil sample No. 1 of the Kamarob area of the Rasht district, which specific activity in the sample is 148 Bq / kg. The minimum specific activity of cesium-137 is observed in soil samples from the Tajikabad district. The dependence of the concentration of cesium-137 on the topography in the region under study has been established. In some of the investigated samples, the cesium-137 isotope was not detected (sample no. 2 from the Ayvaj area of the Shahritus district and sample no. 4 from the Farkhor district). The dynamics of the distribution of cesium-137 on the soils of uncultivated fields and soils of cultivated fields of the Khatlon region of Tajikistan has been studied. It was found that the content of the isotope of cesium-137 in the treated fields differs from the untreated ones. It has been determined that in the soils of cultivated lands, the content of cesium-137 is concentrated at a depth of 20-25 cm. At the foot of the mountains and clay soils, a relatively high content of the isotope of cesium-137 is observed in comparison with plains and sandy soils.

The influence of liming of soils of honey fields with high pH on the intensity of the transition of cesium-137 and strontium-90 to protein production of beekeeping, in particular, flower pollen and pergo, was studied. This protein product contains about 250 substances and mineral elements: proteins and non-protein nitrogenous compounds – 20-25 %, sugars (sucrose, glucose, fructose, etc.) – 13-35 %, starch – 1-25 %, fiber – 3 -20 %, polovin – 6-20 %, crude fat – 2-14 %, ash – 1-6 %, water – 20-30 %. Pollen contains arytenoids, flavonoids, anthocyanins, higher alcohols, growth and other substances. In ashes of pollen, a lot of mineral elements, % of total ash: potassium 20-45, magnesium – 1-12, calcium – 1-15, silicon – 2-10, phosphorus – 1-20, iron – 0,1, sulfur – 1, manganese – 1.4. Other elements that affect the vital activity of the organism are also revealed. Beetroot obnizhya is used in the food industry, has antimicrobial effect, stimulates the immune system of the body, is used in cardiovascular diseases of the stomach and kidneys. The high efficiency of use of bee antlers in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system, lungs, liver, kidneys, glands of the internal secretion, vascular diseases of the brain, gastrointestinal tract, rheumatoid arthritis is established. Bee ankles increase appetite and overall body condition. Due to the high content of biologically active substances, it is widely used to increase the immunity of the body during the period of illness and surgical operations. Anesthetics also affect the process of hematopoietic, and increases hemoglobin and red blood cells. Agricultural honey plants are a powerful source of nectar and pollen, which are raw materials for the production of bee products. The main representatives are winter and spring rape, sunflower, buckwheat, turbot. Winter rice was grown in areas with soil pH of 4.7 with specific activity of cesium-137 – 31.0 and strontium-90 – 2.7 Bq / kg. Liming of soil under winter rape was carried out at the rate of 9 t / ha of brushwood along the surface of the soil with subsequent flooding. Limestone acidic soils with a pH of 4.7 reduced the acidity of the aqueous medium to 6.8. Reducing the acidity of the soil from pH 4.7 to 6.8 contributed to a decrease in the specific activity of cesium-137 in beer overgrowth by 40.0 %, in a perace – by 42.9 %, and by strontium-90, respectively, by 43.3 % and 42, 89 %. Specific activity of cesium-137 and strontium-90 in protein beekeepers did not exceed DR-2006. The coefficient of accumulation of cesium-137 and strontium-90 in beer overwork, produced from winter wheat rape, decreased by 31.8 % and 35.7 %, respectively – by 29.6 % and 31.6 % respectively. The greatest radiological efficacy was achieved with respect to cesium-137 in beer overwork, its accumulation decreased by 66.7 %, strontium-90 – in a proxy by 3.4 times. Comparing the intensity of the accumulation of radionuclides in protein production of beekeeping for liming soil with a pH of 4.7, it is necessary to note the higher efficiency of reduction of strontium-90 compared to cesium-137. This tendency is observed due to an increase in calcium soils, the presence of which depends on the intensity of the assimilation of plants by strontium-90. Thus, the intensity of the reduction of strontium-90 in the bee-wormhole was 2.5 times lower; the recipe was 14.4 times compared to the cesium-137 for liming the soils. Bee families who harvested pollen from winter rape, which was grown on soils without liming, produced a smaller amount of protein products. Families that harvested pollen from winter rape for liming soil produced more bee-wormwood by 18.2 % and perg, by 6.0 %, compared with a soil pH of 6.8. Along with this, it was found that the specific activity of cesium-137 and strontium-90 in the perogus was higher in 2.8 and 7.0 times compared to bee-wormholes, respectively. Key words: bee apple, perg, soil, radionuclides, honey fields, cesium-137, strontium-90.

Introduction. Lipids are a widespread group of biologically active substances in nature, making up the bulk of the organic substances of all living organisms. They accumulate in plants in seeds, as well as in fruits and perform a number of vital functions: they are the main components of cell membranes and the energy reserve for the body.Aim. Study of neutral lipids of sown oats (Avena sativa L.).Materials and methods. The objects of the study were fruits (grains) of oats of the sown variety "Tashkent 1," harvested in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Results and discussions. Neutral lipids of oat grains have been found to contain 13 fatty acids with a predominance of the sum of oleic, linolenic and linoleic acids. The total degree of unsaturation was almost 78%. Absorption bands characteristic of these substances were observed in the IR spectrum of MEGC.Conclusion. According to the results of the NL analysis, oat grains consisted of triacylglycerides and free LCDs, which were accompanied by hydrocarbons, phytosterols, triterpenoids and tocopherols.

The aim of the study is to determine the role of geochemical factors (the content of Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Pb in soils and natural waters of the plain zone of Dagestan) in the prevalence of essential arterial hypertension (EAH) among the population of children. Materials and methods of research: an observational cross-sectional (one-step) study of the prevalence of EAH in the child population was carried out. The prevalence rates of EAH among children in the plain zone of the Republic of Dagestan are calculated for 100,000 children 0–17 years old, without taking into account gender differences. The content of elements (Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Pb) in the environment (soil, natural waters) was determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results: one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) of indicators of the content of metals (Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Pb) in the regions and objects (soils, natural waters) of the study revealed a statistically significant difference in the data (for soils: F=81,06772, p<0,0002; for natural waters: F=58,86451, p<0,00001). The dependence of children's EAH on the content of chemical elements in the objects of the biosphere of Dagestan was determined, which was expressed in an increase in the number of patients with EAH when Pb content exceeded (r=+ 0,576, r=+ 0,759) and with the decrease of Mg (r=–0,668, r=–0,173), K (r=–0,440, r=–0,636), Ca (r=–0,693, r=–0,533), Zn (r=–0,051, r=–0,827) in soils and natural waters. Conclusion: when assessing the pathogenesis of EAH in the population of children, the content of Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Pb in soil and water should be taken into account, since these microelements, entering the body with water and food, affect the elemental status of child's body.

We have cloned and sequenced a new member of the fibroblast growth factor family from Xenopus laevis embryo cDNA. It is most closely related to both mammalian kFGF (FGF-4) and FGF-6 but as it is not clear whether it is a true homologue of either of these genes we provisionally refer to it as XeFGF (Xenopus embryonic FGF). Two sequences were obtained, differing by 11% in derived amino acid sequence, which probably represent pseudotetraploid variants. Both the sequence and the behaviour of in vitro translated protein indicates that, unlike bFGF (FGF-2), XeFGF is a secreted molecule. Recombinant XeFGF protein has mesoderm-inducing activity with a specific activity similar to bFGF. XeFGF mRNA is expressed maternally and zygotically with a peak during the gastrula stage. Both probe protection and in situ hybridization showed that the zygotic expression is concentrated in the posterior of the body axis and later in the tailbud. Later domains of expression were found near the midbrain/hindbrain boundary and at low levels in the myotomes. Because of its biological properties and expression pattern, XeFGF is a good candidate for an inducing factor with possible roles both in mesoderm induction at the blastula stage and in the formation of the anteroposterior axis at the gastrula stage.

Iron (Fe) is one of many heavy metals that is corrosive resistant, dense, and has a low melting point. If accumulated in the body, the metal can cause some medical conditions, such as irritation to skin and eyes, breathing problems, and in the long term, cancer. This research aims to know generally the spread of metallic iron (Fe) in the river Pasar in Belangwetan, Klaten. This study was conducted using an observational method in which researchers did not examine the effects of interventions. Sampling was done using purposive sampling method taken from three points, namely the upper, middle, lower. Determination of iron levels by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) obtained a positive result, and the data was processed using SPSS to determine the Mean and Standard Deviation. Of the research result, it could be known the Mean score was 2.33 ppm and SD was 0.0352. The result of this research indicated that the levels of iron in the river Pasar in Belangwetan were 2.33 ppm. It means that the levels violate the regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, which is not more than 1mg/L (1ppm) in the clean water

The article presents the results of a study on the effectiveness of a substance based on silk fibroin, obtained at the Institute of Chemistry and Polymer Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in eliminating disorders of lipid metabolism in the body. In experiments in rats with experimental hypercholesterolemia, the substance was found to have a cholesterol-lowering property, which is manifested by a decrease in cholesterol level both in blood and in tissues. Studies on the mechanism of the hypocholesterolemic effect of the studied substance have shown its effects on the enterohepatic pathway of bile acids, which makes it possible to classify this substance as a group of bile acid sequestrants.
