Students with high loyalty are the assets of Higher Education because they will provide positive recommendations and encourage friends, relatives and other communities to make choices and use the education services they have experienced. The purpose of this research is (1) To know how influence of trust toward student loyalty in STIE Pasaman, (2) to know how influence of satisfaction to student loyalty in STIE Pasaman, (3) To know how the influence of trust and satisfaction on student loyalty in STIE Pasaman. Sampling is used Probability Sampling by using slovin formula, where the sample amount is 85 people. The result of multiple linear regression analysis can be interpreted that the variable of trust, and satisfaction have positive and significant effect on loyalty because it has significant value less than α = 0,05. Based on the joint influence between the trust, and satisfaction on the loyalty of STIE Pasaman students is 59.3% (R2 = 0.610). Means 39% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Disiplin kerja menjadi permasalahan yang senantiasa terjadi di setiap organisasi termasuk lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Untuk membangunnya diperlukan upaya menelaah faktor penyebabnya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 96 pegawai lembaga pendidikan tinggi di bekasi. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier ganda. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa Kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor yang dapat mendorong kedisiplinan, sementara budaya organisasi bukan salah satu faktor yang dapat mendorong kedisiplinan. Kedisiplinan dapat diciptakan melalui peningkatan kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja.Kata kunci: Disiplin, Kompetensi, Kepuasan, Budaya Organisasi Encouraging Employee Discipline through Organizational Culture, Competence and Job SatisfactionABSTRACTWork discipline is a problem that always occurs in every organization, including higher education institutions. This requires an effort to examine the factors causing the problem. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture, competence, and job satisfaction on employee discipline. The study was conducted by submitting questionnaires to 96 employees of higher education institutions in Bekasi. The questionnaire results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research resulted in the finding that competence and job satisfaction are factors that can encourage discipline, while organizational culture is not one of the factors that can encourage discipline. <p><em>The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of self efficacy variable consist of; Level, strength, generality to the learning outcomes of Mawapres (outstanding students) in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Where, students are taken are students who follow the mawapres in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan as many as 22 people. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis of this study is Self Efficacy consisting of variable level, strength and generality influence on student learning outcomes. Based on hypothesis testing is acceptable. The findings of this study indicate that self efficacy variables consisting of: Level, Strength, and Generality have a significant effect on the result of learning mawapres STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. And obtained the value (R²) = 0.643 means the variable Level, Strength, and Generality gives the effect of 64.3% of academic achievement, while the remaining 35.7% influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.</em></p>

Stress and conflict are two things that often happens in organizational life. Both can be a determinant of employee performance improvement in organizations. Stress will be increased where emotional condition or physiological reaction that occurs in situations where employees feel a threat to it’s objectives are important thinks that may not be achieved. Thus increasing a conflict within the employee. Namely the existence of discrepancies with the objectives to be achieved and in contrast to the expectations of employees, causing a turmoil that resulted in employee performance. So the company should be able to know how to encourage stress and conflict in order to generate positive and how to cope with stress and conflict occurs when a negative thing. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial stress and conflict have a significant effect on performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) to Return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Stock Fund period 2014-2017. The study used secondary data obtained through documentation in the form of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Monthly Net Asset (NAB) report. Data analysis is used with quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 9. Population and sample in this research are PT Nikko Securities Indonesia. The result of multiple linear regression analysis was the coefficient of determination (R2) showed the result of 0.123819 or 12%. This means that the Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) variables can influence the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund of 12% and 88% is influenced by other variables. Based on the result of the research, the variables of inflation and exchange rate have a negative and significant effect toward the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund. While the variable of Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has a negative but not significant effect toward Return of Equity Fund of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia

The objectives of this study are to analyze changes in organizational structure, job design, organizational culture and its influence on employee productivity at PT. XX in Jakarta and to identify variables that have a dominant influence on the productivity of employees. The research method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the all variables simultaneously and partially change the organizational structure, job design, and organizational culture has a significant impact on employee productivity at PT. XXin Jakarta.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. Intensity to produce a quality human capital is not sufficient by having basic skills for certain field only. The need to have a competitive attitude to enhance their level of competency is much concern for many employers nowadays. Hence, this study is conducted to identify the competitiveness factors that influence the level of competency among graduates, especially who employed in the service sector in Malaysia. This study used survey methods by distributing questionnaires for data collection. The study used stratified purposive sampling by distributing a questionnaire to 450 graduates from 13 services sectors based on a statistic from the Ministry of Higher Education 2016. The finding from the exploratory factor analysis found that seven competitiveness factors were consisting of 47 items that form the competitiveness attitude among graduates. However, based on multiple linear regression analysis, only five models of competitiveness factors have a significant relationship with graduates’ competency which are job competitiveness, organizational management competitiveness, dominant competitiveness, goal competitiveness and self-improvement competitiveness. In fact, aggressive competitiveness and general competitiveness does not influence graduates’ competency level significantly. Thus, the more competitive attitude of graduates such as emotional control, innovation, and competitiveness to be the best is vital for their future marketability. In addition, it is hoped that their level of competence can be enhanced through the development of competitive factors for the advancement of the country's higher education talent.

Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.

The increase in tax revenue in Indonesia is not accompanied by an increase in tax ratio The low tax ratioindicatestax avoidance practices in Indonesia. Some tax avoidance practices can be conductedthrough transferpricing and thin capitalization.This study is aimed to examine empirically the effect of thin capitalization as well astransfer pricing aggressiveness on tax avoidance practice in Indonesia. This study uses manufacturing companieswhich are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) within the period 2013-2015. Using purposive sampling, theselected samples in this study are 90 companies, so the total sample is 270 samples. The hypothesis examinationused in this study is multiple linear regression analysis of panel data.The results of this study suggest that thincapitalization is positively associated with tax avoidance,while transfer pricing aggressivenessis not associated withtax avoidance.
