SMTK Teon Nila Serua is one of the schools which its  learning process are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This school does not have its own Learning Management System so an alternative is made for students to study in groups in their respective villages and will be visited by the teacher every month. Several problems were found such as unattractive material in the form of a text module, students’ difficulty in understanding hardcopy teaching materials, and reprinted teaching materials that should be taken by all students living quite far from the school location. The purpose of this training is to overcome these problems with training on making interactive videos and training on the use of Google Classroom for teachers and students. Activities are carried out in four stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, evaluation, and program sustainability. This activity has been carried out well where there has been an increase in participants' understanding in making interactive videos by 95% and the use of Google Classroom in simulating the teaching and learning process by 90%.

School or Madrasah is an educational institution in which the learning process occurs, which involves teachers and students. In order to always be able to exist in carrying out its function as an educational institution, education implementers in schools must be aware of anything that can support or influence the teaching and learning process, so that they can understand each other, and together can formulate appropriate formulations in carrying out the teaching and learning process. Learning interest is an indicator that supports or influences a student's learning. Students who have a strong interest in a particular subject, then naturally feel very interested and happy in learning these subjects. Unlike someone or students who have no interest in a particular subject, it will be easy to feel bored and even lazy in learning the lesson. Interest is a feeling of preference or a feeling of interest in a thing and activity, without anyone asking. Therefore, the teacher must have a strategy that can arouse students' interest in their learning. As a teacher, they are required to be skilled and to master teaching materialsas well as to be creative and innovative in delivering their teaching materials. So that the implementation of the teaching and learning process can run optimally, the efforts of teachers in increasing interest in learning need to be taken seriously.

Research results show that; (1) carrying out the book learning process so that the potential of students in reading Arabic books increases, in this case the teacher's council uses several methods, namely lecture method, assignment, reading and training. (2) Supporting factors of implementing lecture method, assignment, reading and training are the teacher in giving more space direction to control students when the learning process occurs, the existence of this support from the teacher and students are very active in mastering the knowledge provided by their teacher. The inhibiting factor is the lack of cohesiveness between teachers and students in the field of teaching and learning and less creative in issuing constructive ideas.

Low activity, student creativity in the learning process can result in the teaching and learning process being less than optimal so that the material presented is incomplete according to the expected completeness criteria. From the results of observations and discussions with the history subject teacher, information is obtained that the learning system has not fully involved students as the subject of learning consequently the final result to be achieved, namely individual and classical learning completeness with KKM (minimum completeness criteria) has not been achieved. One of the efforts made to improve the process and student learning outcomes, a learning method is used that makes it easier for students to compile and understand information or the content of the lesson text in increasing understanding of social studies subject matter so that learning outcomes are expected to increase, through the use of the SQ3R method. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem in this study is: "How are the students' learning outcomes increased through the SQ3R method in history learning for students of XII SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan Hulu Indragiri Hilir? "The purpose of this study is to determine the activities of teachers and students as well as the improvement of student learning outcomes in history subjects through the SQ3R method for class XI SMAN 1 Kateman Indragiri Hilir. The conclusion of this study is that the student learning outcomes, before CAR the average daily test was 64.3, after the CAR based on the daily test cycle I increased to 81.8 and was included in the good category. In the second cycle of daily tests, it increased again to 92.8 and was included in the very good category. Thus, the use of the SQ3R method can improve student learning outcomes in history learning for class XII at SMAN 1 Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir Regency

The COVID-19 pandemic that has recently hit various countries including Indonesia has resulted in major changes in various fields, including in the development of the education sector. The teaching and learning process has turned from face-to-face into an online method. However, there are several obstacles experienced by schools that implement an online learning system, one of them was the ability of teachers who do not understand various learning application platforms. In addition, the material provided by the teacher is not maximally acceptable to students because most teachers provide learning material from the pages of textbooks or teacher writings (scans, photos, or presentation files). For this reason, it is necessary to have variations in the provision of teaching materials to students by making interesting and creative learning videos using the Movavi Education Set. With learning videos, students can do lessons at home, repeat it, and can ask the teacher some points from it if they don't understand. By using Movavi Education Set, teachers are also free to be creative in making learning videos that can be shared through commonly used communication applications such as e-mail, WhatsApp, line, google classroom and other applications.

The research aims to develop teacher and student handbooks for realistic mathematics lessons for elementary schools. The development of this handbook is based on the reality in the field where the handbook of teachers and students especially the subjects using the 2013 curriculum still do not exist, and in daily learning activities teachers and students still use books that use themes. This research uses development research (Developmental Research). The subjects of this study were grade V students of SD Negeri 163085, H.A Bilal Tebingtinggi City and SD Negeri 106162, Medan Estate District, Deliserdang Regency. In the initial stage, observations were made during the learning process at the two schools and continued with interviews with students and teachers. From the results of these observations and interviews a primary school realistic mathematics teacher and student handbook was prepared. Furthermore, the realistic elementary school mathematics teacher and student handbook is validated by a team that aims to see and assess the quality of the realistic elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook in order to arrange an effective handbook that will be used by teachers and students in learning. The validation results show that realistic mathematics teacher and student handbooks are developed in both categories and can be used in teaching and learning. The media book test was conducted on grade V students of SD Negeri 163085 Tebingtinggi city and SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate Deliserdang Regency. The trial results show that the elementary school teacher and student mathematics handbook is effective and can help facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts at the elementary school level. This can be seen from the number of students who can reach the KKM from the two schools is increasing. For SD Negeri 163085 HA Bilal, Tebingtinggi City, if at the time of the pre-test only 1 student (3%) was able to reach the KKM, then after being given the learning process using a teacher and student handbook developed the number of students who could reach the KKM increased to 24 students (82.7%) while those under the KKM were only (17.3%) or 5 students. The same thing was seen in SD Negeri 106162, Medanestate Subdistrict, Deliserdang Regency. If at the time of the Pre-test only 2 students (6.6%) had scored above the KKM, after the post-test there was an increase in students who achieved the KKM score of 25 students (83.3%). An increase of 76.7% when compared to the pre test. Keywords: Handbook, teacher, student, PMR

This article intends to examine the concept of education and training in the form of information and communication technology-based teaching materials for the athlete's teacher. This training is very important for them considering the teacher's low ability to use technology in the learning process. The research method used is the study of literature. The results of the analysis show that Substantive Technical Training in Teaching Material Preparation can be implemented to improve the competence of RA teachers in utilizing ICT-based learning media.

Augmented reality (AR) is a potential area of research for education, covering issues such as tracking and calibration, and realistic rendering of virtual objects. The ability to augment real world with virtual information has opened the possibility of using AR technology in areas such as education and training as well. In the domain of computer-aided learning (CAL), researchers have long been looking into enhancing the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process by providing cues that could assist learners to better comprehend the materials presented. Although a number of works were done looking into the effectiveness of learning-aided cues, none has really addressed this issue for AR-based learning solutions. This chapter discusses the design and model of an AR based software that uses visual cues to enhance the learning process and the outcome perception results of the cues.
