This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervision on the performance of employees of industry and trade sub division of supervision of goods and services Riau Province and its inhibiting factors. The type of research used is survey research,primary data source is all employees of Industry and Trade Sub Division of Supervision of goods and services Riau Province amounting to 85 people.Sampling technique by probability with census / saturated sampling technique is the sample taken based on the total population.Data analysis is done descriptively quantitative.The result of the research shows that supervision has positive and significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of determination (r2) value is 0,932,Meaning that 93.2% of employee performance is influenced by supervision.The inhibiting factor in supervision is that the leadership has not conducted regular and structured supervision.In addition there are difficulties in the supervision of goods and services in circulation because many new products and not in accordance with the standards.

PERBEDAAN TEKNIK KOMPRES AIR HANGAT DAN TEKNIK MASSAGE UNTUK MENGURANGI NYERI PERSALINAN KALA I FASE AKTIF DI RSUD KOTA MAKASSAR PERIODE APRIL – MEI 2018(The Difference between Warm Water Compress Technique and Massage Technique to Reduce Labor Pain During Active Phase 1 in RSUD Makassar Cityof April – May 2018 PeriodNurul IkawatiProdi D4 Bidan PendidikUniversitas Mega Rezky MakassarABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan desain true eksperimen dengan rancanagan Pretest dan Posttest, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 44 responden dengan 22 responden sebagai kelompok teknik kompres air hangat dan 22 responden sebagai kelompok teknik massage, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi yang dijadikan sumber data primer, analisis data menggunakan uji T Paired sampel t-testHasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelompok teknik kompres air hangat mengalami pengurangan nyeri sebanyak 5,05 dan kelompok teknik massage mengalami pengurangan nyeri sebanyak 4,50. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan antara teknik kompres air hangat dan teknik massage untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada bidan atau perawat agar dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan ibu dalam memberikan rasa nyaman untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri dengan memberikan teknik massage. The samples were taken by using purpossive sampling technique, the research instrument used were observation sheet as primary data source and the data analysis used paired sample t-test. The resyult of this research showed that the warm water compress technique group reduce the labor pain as much as 5,05 and massage technique group reduce the labor pain as much as 4,50. The conclusion of research result showed that there is difference between warm water compress technique and massage technique to reduce labor pain during active phase 1. It is suggested to midwiferies and nurses to fulfil mothers’ need to feel comfortable and reduce labor pain by applying massage technique. This research aims to know (1) the supervision of the financial influence on performance the employees, (2) Financial accountability against the influence of the performance of the employees, (3) to know how the transparency of financialmagainst the performance of the employees, and (4) the influence of supervision, accountability and transparency of financial performance against employees. This research was carried out at the Department of transportation of the city of Tidore Islands with a total population of as many as 30 people. The technique of sampling the Sampling technique using Saturated where the entire population was used as a sample to the population of less than 30 people. Types of data used in the study is quantitative data types and data sources while the primary data source. Method of data collection is done using documentation and detailed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the program SPSS version 16.00. The results of this study suggest that (1) the supervision of the influential Financial significantly to the performance of the employees of the Department of transportation of the city of Tidore Islands, (2) significant influential financial  accountability against staff performance Department of transportation city of Tidore Islands, (3) transparency of financial no effect significantly to the performance of the City Department of Transportation employee Tidore Islands.Keywords: Supervision, Accountability, Transparency,  Employee Performance

The Qur'an, apart from being a basic guideline in religion, has long been a primary data source in various studies and studies because of the richness of scientific concepts contained in it. Istifhâm as one of the various sentences used as a medium of interaction in the Al-Qur'an. In this study, the researcher discusses the istifhâm in the 20th Al-Qur'an juz. This research is a qualitative research with a research library research design. The purpose of this study was to describe the types and functions of the interrogative words (istifhâm) contained in Al-Qur'an juz 20. The data was collected using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were data cards and recapitulation sheets. The data analysis technique used the content analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the researchers found 32 data in the form of adawatul istifhâm, including hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, and ayyana consisting of 26 istifhâm majazi and 8 istifhâm haqiqi data which are divided into 9 functions and istifhâm goals.   Al Qur’an selain sebagai pedoman pokok dalam beragama sejak dahulu telah menjadi sumber data primer dalam berbagai penelitian dan studi karena kekayaan konsep keilmuan yang ada di dalamnya. Istifhâm sebagai salah satu ragam kalimat yang digunakan sebagai media interaksi dalam Al-Qur’an. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas istifhâm pada Al-Qur’an juz ke 20. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian library research. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis dan fungsi kata tanya (istifhâm) yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an juz 20. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling pertimbangan (purposive sampling). Instrumen penelitian berupa kartu data dan lembar rekapitulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peneliti menemukan 32 data yang berupa adawatul istifhâm antara lain hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, dan ayyana yang terdiri atas 26 istifhâm majazi dan 8 data istifhâm haqiqi yang dibedakan menjadi 9 fungsi dan tujuan istifhâm.

This study aimed to determine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress partially and simultaneously on performance. This research was a quantitative, and data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this research are all employees of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara regency, amounting to 51 people. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling technique. This study used data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicated that role conflict partially had no effect on performance. Partial role ambiguity had a positive and significant effect on performance. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress simultaneously had a positive effect on performance. Result the coefficient of determination in this study of 36.9% means that performance of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara employees was influenced by role conflict, role ambiuigity and job stress and the rest was influenced by other variables outside the study.

The study aims to determinen: (1) the influence of the use of information technology on the timeliness of local government financial reporting, (2) human resources on the timeliness of local government financial reporting. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the number of staff of regional (OPD) in Manokwari regency totaling 1.925 which are devided into 27 OPD. The sampling technique wed 331 random sampling and individuals using the slovin formula. This type of research data is primary data, this study use data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondent, while the primary data source in this study is obtained from respondents’ answer to the questionnaires distributed to respondents’ namely employes OPD. The result of the study conclude that: the use of information technology and human resources has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of local government financial reporting.

ABSTRACTHuman Resources (HR) has an important role as a potential driver of all activities of the company. Every company should be able to maintain, maintain and improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) performance. All actions taken in every activity are initiated and determined by the human being who is a member of the company. Primary data source in this study was obtained from PT Mega Auto Finance in Surabaya in the form of questionnaire results. In this research use full sample where PT Mega Auto Finance in Surabaya become population as well as sample. test coefficient of determination obtained R value of 0.736 this R Square number of 73.6%, indicating that Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline is explained by Employee Performance variables, while the rest of (100% - 73.6%) = 26.04% is explained by other factors not included in this research model. Variable X1 (leadership style) t arithmetic equal to 6,848, thus t arithmetic> t table (6,848> 2,410) which statistically stated significant (influential); Variable X2 (motivation) t arithmetic equal to -1.066, thus t arithmetic> t table (-1.066 <2.410) which; Variable X3 (work discipline) t arithmetic equal to -1.593, thus t arithmetic> t table (-1.593 <2.410) statistically, Variable X3 (work discipline) does not affect variable Y (Employee Performance). Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

If an organization or business wants to progress or develop, it must have qualified employees. This study uses quantitative techniques combined with descriptive analysis. Primary and secondary data are offered in this study. Preliminary data were collected in the field. The primary data source is a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while the secondary data source is information on the profile of the Indonesian Public Service. Probability sampling is used in this study. The technique used is the random sampling technique. The sample size for this study was 120 respondents. The test used to analyze the results of this research data is SEM analysis. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational Commitment all have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and job satisfaction all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but organizational Commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational Commitment positively and significantly affect employee performance as measured by job satisfaction.

AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of communication, organizational culture, and employee performance, and to determine the effect of communication and organizational culture simultaneously or partially on employee performance in the head office of PT. Telkomsel. The research method used is a quantitative method. Primary data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Samples were selected as many as 92 employees from a total population of 1,194 employees using simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. Descriptive analysis results show that communication, organizational culture, and employee performance at the head office of PT. Telkomsel are classified as good. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the communication variables and organizational culture partially have a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneous hypothesis testing with the F test shows that simultaneous communication and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of communication and organizational culture on the performance of PT. Telkomsel is 66.42% and the remaining 33.58% is influenced by other variables.

This research is about the effect of incentives on work performance at PT. Honda Perdana Sukabumi during the 4th period from 2016 to 2019, sampling technique using saturated samples where all populations are sampled, namely all salesman salespeople and sales counters using primary data that is by distributing questionnaire, this study aims to determine the significant and positive influence between incentives on work performance at PT. Honda Prime Sukabumi.The method used in this research is associative descriptive by taking secondary data and primary data from the 2016-2019 vehicle sales report and the results of the questionnaire and analysis of influence using regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. The results of this study show a correlation value (r) of 0.677 or 45.80%, this means that the influence of the insetive turnaround on work performance is strong enough and the nature of the relationship is positive, meaning that if the incentive value increases, the resulting work performance will increase.The value of the relationship between the Incentive variable and employee performance is indicated by the correlation value r = 0.770, which means that it is between the values 0.76 - 1.00, which means it has a very strong relationship, the nature of the positive relationship, which means that if incentives increase, employee performance will increase also. The value of the effect of the Incentive variable on employee performance is shown by the regression equation y = 1.881 + 0.503x. Which means if the incentive value goes up by 1 point, the work performance is 1,881 + 0.503 = 2.338. This means that if incentives increase, employee performance will also increase. While the magnitude of the coefficient of determination 59.29%. This value shows the magnitude of the role of incentives for employee work performance by 59.29% while the remaining 40.71% is influenced by other variables outside the incentive and the positive role character, meaning that the better the incentives, the more will improve employee work performance.
