All-round development of a child in kindergarten is possible only when using educational programs that perform the function of structuring the entire volume of developmental influences on a child in kindergarten. Currently, this requirement is not fully observed, which leads to the loss or, on the contrary, unproductive duplication of part of the content of preschool education. This state of affairs necessitates the development of a typology of programs. Also, the typology of the program is the basis for building objective links between the goals of educational activities and its actual results. But, at present, connections of this kind can be built only through individual psychodiagnostic examinations, which is unacceptable for real pedagogical practice for a number of reasons. In this article, the authors, relying on the psychological and pedagogical concept of N.A. Korotkova, designing the structure of the educational program, which considering the whole variety of possible events occurring in the preschool educational organization and allowing, without using additional semantic links, to determine the course of children's development based on the manifestation of various types of initiative in their activities.

The current ecological state of the environment determines the relevance of environmental education for the younger generation. The problem of ecological upbringing of children of preschool age is considered in the researches of many scholars and teachers. Based on the study of scientific works, we identified three structural components of the formation of natural and ecological competence of preschool children: cognitive, activity and value-motivational. American scientists, studying the problem of children's attitude to nature, offer the concept of «biofilia» and «biophobia». The scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «pedagogical technology» are generalized and formulated as the creation of an optimally organized educational process, developed on the basis of a systematic approach and aimed at the planned result. It is proved that for the formation of natural and ecological competence of preschool children, it is necessary to use traditional and non-traditional pedagogical technologies in order to implement systematic and targeted educational impact on children, using current methods. Studying the peculiarities of the formation of the ecological and natural competence of preschool children, the necessity of creation and proper use of developing ecological environment in pre-school establishments, organization of children's activities in nature, as well as systematic work with children was clarified. The experience of using pedagogical technologies for the ecological upbringing of preschool children, in particular the creation of an ecological footprint, the technology of regional studies and tourism activities, the experimental research activity of preschoolers in nature and the technology of using the author's fairy tale, which allows raising the level of ecological upbringing of preschoolers and forming the natural and ecological competence of a preschool child, is briefly highlighted. The analysis of the experience of using environmental technologies from different countries proves that the main task of preschool education is to promote environmental education and awareness of preschool children.

The article presents an attempt to operationalize the concept of «managing social interaction in the media space», which is relevant today, but does not yet have a generally accepted interpretation in the scientific world. The specifics of social interaction are primarily represented by the communication component, but are not limited to this factor alone. The procedural nature of social interaction makes it possible to talk about the possibility of managing it, and, therefore, a meaningful approach to regulating communication models in the modern media space. To determine the goals and objectives of the social interaction management system in the media space, it is advisable to use a tiered approach, where the state in the process of managing social interaction in the media space acts as a determining entity, this is a mega-level; at the macro level, this role is performed by the professional community of the mass media; at the micro level, the determining entity is the management of a single editorial office. The individual acts as a defining subject at the micro and macro levels. In this regard, the purpose and objectives of the management system of social interaction processes in the media space can be presented to the relevant determining level. Tasks of the management system of social interaction processes in the media space at the mega-level: development of terminology; introduction of overdue proposals to the Law of the Russian Federation «On Mass Media», official regulation of both innovative processes in the field of media, and relevant changes in secondary and higher professional education for the training of specialists of convergent type editorial offices. It should be borne in mind such a specific characteristic of social interaction as professional convergence, which is an actual trend of the modern media space. The merging of journalism, advertising and PR into a single activity leads to the emergence of many new forms of interaction with the audience, in which the communication aspect comes first. The consumer, having the ability to instantly respond to any information message, becomes a significant actor in the communication process. «Citizen (people’s) journalists», caring people who own communication technologies, expressing their point of view in the public space, contribute to the emergence of a new type of communication activity: attracting famous people as opinion leaders, which actualizes the activity of the audience. The analysis of various points of view made it possible to formulate the term «Management of social interaction in the media space» and identify the key features of the functional of this activity and conclude that further research of this phenomenon is necessary due to the multi-vector nature of its manifestation and the need for a significant update of the foundations of the existing managerial nature.

In Slovenia, the concept of media literacy has been integrated into the formal education system, including early childhood education. The Preschool Curriculum sets certain goals to be followed in educating preschoolchildren on media-related topics. Research done in other Member States of the EU points to the conclusion that the actual implementation and delivery of media education is both fragmented and inconsistent as well asdependent on the interests and motivation of individual preschool teachers. They are the ones who, in accordance with their professional capacity and autonomy, include the goals set in the curriculum into an actuallearning process in preschools, also determining the timing and manner of this. The aim of this article is to review, compare, and analyse the data from recent research on the media education of preschool children in Slovenia in order to better understand how preschool teachers in Slovenia assess their capacity to work with media as well as their media literacy levels, which media they use, and how the media education is conductedin the groups of preschool children.

Abstract The study aims to address two areas regarding preschool education: the participation of preschool practitioners in professional groups and communities and the views and understandings they hold on the ‘professional community’ concept. A survey was completed by teachers and specialists working with preschool children in all kindergartens of Sibiu (N=308) in July 2011. A quantitative and qualitative approach of the data was used, for processing a part of the survey’s items. Results show a high participation of practitioners in professional groups within their own institution, but less implication in national or international groups and communities. The respondents’ views on professional community show a basic understanding of it, as a place for interaction and communication in order to get support and advice when needed. Several practical implications are drawn after discussing the results.

The article continues the analysis of the problem previously raised by the author, which deals with the nature of the headlines of modern new media. This article presents a pragmatic perspective on the study of headings aimed at attracting the attention of readers from the point of view of their correspondence to the postulates of communication of J. Grice. The article shows that the attention of the reader is often attracted by the violation of such cooperative principles as the postulate of quantity (maxim of quantity). The author focuses on the speed of dissemination of information under a certain heading and notes the transformation of headlines on various news sites. This makes it possible to assess the place of a news site in the media space and to determine how correctly the news resource uses the information received from another resource. The article attempts to establish a correlation between the “viral” headlines and the nature of modern culture that affects the reasons for their creation and transformation. Following the concept of media education of the English theorist of culture and media education L. Masterman, the author outlines possible ways of developing critical thinking on the basis of such headings, which are an integral part of the “new media”.
