This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Job Analysis (Job Analysis) On Employee Performance On PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. This research is exploratory research with research sample that is as much as 186 people. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 22.00 with the results of research that is 1) Job description has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. The better the existing job description, it will improve the performance of employees of PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri, 2) Job specifications have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The more exact job specification which means that each job has the exact requirements specifications and employees obtained in accordance with the specified specifications, it will improve the performance of employees PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri, and 3) Job evaluation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri. The better performing job evaluation will improve employee performance.

In this study the authors want to explain about the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance Personnel and Human Resource Development (BKPSDM) Pariaman City of West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the motivation effect on Employee Performance Personnel Board and Development Manusian Resources Pariaman City, West Sumatera Province, 2) To explain the work environment has an effect on to Personnel Employment Personnel and Manusian Resources Development of Pariaman City West Sumatera Province. This type of research is a basic study. The object of this research is BKPSDM office of Pariaman City of West Sumatera Province. This research can be concluded that Motivation and Work Environment have an effect on to Employee Performance of BKPSDM of Pariaman City of West Sumatera Province. This data is processed by using SPSS version 21 with classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. From the test the R Square value of 95.8% where this figure shows that Motivation and Work Environment Affects Employee Performance BKPSDM Pariaman. So the conclusion is Motivation and Work Environment Affects Employee Performance BKPSDM Pariaman City West Sumatra Province.

The purpose of this research are: 1) to know job description of compensation and spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2) to know the influence of communication to spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta; 3) to know the effect of compensation On spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 4) to know communication and compensation can predict increase of spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research model used in this research is regression analysis. This research will be conducted on 67 lecturers of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data collection techniques using SPSS statistical application program version 22.0 The results in this study are: 1) compensation has a positive and significant impact on spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturers. 2) the communication has a positive and significant impact on the spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturer. 3) the result of model feasibility test shows that communication and compensation can predict spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturer.

Student Ambassador and Peer Mentor are two positions, which play important role for university. Student Ambassador play role in providing information for prospective student and help new arrivals student settle in, also make the most out of their time while at University, while Peer Mentor help the student to develop student’s academic track record. Both of this position must clearly know and understanding their job, tasks and responsibilities. In fact, an overload and overlapping job was experience by these two positions. Unclear and miss understanding about job and role became a root-problem. The purpose of this research is to design and analyse the job of Student Ambassador and Peer Mentor. Qualitatives used as a research method with questioner, interview, and documentation study were adopted as a collecting data method. The participants of this research are the jobholder and the supervisor of Student Ambassador and Peer Mentor. Research result is job analysis document for Student Ambassador and Peer Mentor provided and it consists of job description and job specification. Document of Student Ambassador and Peer Mentor Job Analysis has been approved the university. For future direction, effectiveness of job analysis and it relation with Student Ambassador and Peer Mentor performance must be research. Job analysis based on competences could be a suggestion for further work. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, corporate culture, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Region of West Sumatra Area Padang. This research is exploratory research with quantitative method. The sampling technique was conducted by the census method, with the sample number of 100 employees. This research uses Partial Least Squares-Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) with smartPLS 3 program. The results show that transformational leadership have positive but not significant effect to employee performance, Corporate culture have positive and significant effect to employee performance, and work motivation have negative but not significant effect to employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Region of West Sumatra Area Padang.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of organization structure and job analysis on organization effectiveness. The population included all 68 employees Politeknik Citra Widya Edukasi. The sample consist of 65 persons using saturated sampling. Variabel that being used is organization structure and job analysis as independent variabel, and organization effectiveness as variable dependent. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and be processed by SPSS 25.0. Purpose of this research is to see progress of organization effectiveness in Politeknik Citra Widya Edukasi. Primary data are collected to reveal employee perceptions of the effectiveness of organization and their knowledge in organization structure and their job description.  Results shows that organization effectiveness for Politeknik Citra Widya Edukasi is less effective because organization structure and job analysis need overview.

Every company has its own organizational culture, in which the organizational culture will affect the employee performance and also company performance. Kaizen culture originated from Japan is a culture of continuous improvement with low cost and the impact can be felt in the future. If the Kaizen culture combined with reward will also be able to improve the employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Kaizen culture to employee performance with reward as a moderating variable. This a quantitative exploratory research using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The data collection method is using questionnaire, with sample of 93 respondents of warehouse department of PT SM Karangjati, Semarang. The result of this study indicated that Kaizen culture influence employee performance and reward can moderate or strengthen the impact of Kaizen culture on employee performance.

Skripsi ini merupakan hasil penelitian mengenai Penempatan Pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa indikasi masalah dalam penempatan pegawai yang belum sesuai seperti latar belakang pendidikan dan hingga kini pelaksanannya lebih mengutamakan untuk mengisi kekurangan daripada memenuhi kualitas sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penempatan pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori yang dikemukakan oleh Tohardi (2002) mengenai dasar-dasar dalam penempatan yang terdiri dari Job Specification, Job Description, Kemampuan dan Kebutuhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh penulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan penulis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dasar penempatan yang belum dipertimbangkan dengan baik yaitu Job Specification berupa belum ditetapkannya kualifikasi yang harus dipenuhi oleh pegawai secara merata, belum dipertimbangkannya Job Description, dan analisis kebutuhan pegawai yang belum sepenuhnya dipertimbangkan dalam penempatan pegawai. Adapun dasar penempatan yang telah dipertimbangkan dengan baik adalah kemampuan yang dimiliki seorang pegawai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penempatan pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung belum terlaksana dengan tepat. Saran dari penulis untuk penempatan pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung adalah kepada pelaksana untuk membuat aturan pokok mengenai kualifikasi yang harus dipenuhi oleh pegawai dan menggunakan hasil analisis jabatan untuk memenuhi kualitas pegawai yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.  ABSTRACT This thesis is the result of research on the Officer Placement at Bandar Lampung Regional Staff Department. The background of this research is based on some indications of problems appears in officers placement which are not suitable with their educational background and up to now the implementation prefers to fill the lack rather than meets the quality accordance with the required. The purpose of this research is to know how the placement of employees in Bandar Lampung Regional Staff Department. This research refers to theory explained by Tohardi (2002) about the basics in placement which consist of Job Specification, Job Description, Capabilities and Needs. This research uses qualitative research method.  From the results of the research and discussion conducted by the writer, it is indicate that there is a basic placement which have not been adequately considered yet, including Job Specification such as not determined yet the qualifications that must be met by employees as equally, the unconsidered Job Description, and officers’ needs analysis which have not been fully used in the placement of the officers. The placement basis which has been considered well is the ability of an officer. The conclusion of this research show that the employee placement in Bandar Lampung Regional Staff Department not completely worked precisely. The advices from writer about the placement of officers in Bandar Lampung Regional Staff Department are to implementers to make main regulation about the regarding to the qualifications should be met by the officers and using the results of job analysis to meets the quality of employees accordance with the needs.

This study a medito analyze the impactoof job spesification, coordination pattern and motivation on employee performance. The sample was the employee of the Kantor Kecamatan Kartasura totaling 35 respondents. Regression analysis technique were use to analyze the impact of job spesification, coordination pattern, and motivation of the employee performance is by using SPSS. The analysis showed that the job spesification have significantppositivepeffectpon employeepperformance. The analysis also showed that coordination pattern significant influence onpemployeepperformance. Andpmotivation significant positive influence onpemployeepperformance.Thepcontribution ofpthe three independent variables on employee performance is 76,2 %. This Research Aims To Uncover The Influence Of Leadership Style, Work Motivation And Work Discipline Of Employee Performance. The population of this study are all employees At PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatra Branch Painan which amounted to 45 people. Samples were taken from all populations of 45 people. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The results obtained: Multiple effect of variable X together to variable Y at PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch is equal to 0,573 or 57,3% with Sig. F at 0.000 <0,05 or Fthitung nilat bigger than F table that is 26,445> 3,34, hence can be said that leadership style (X1) work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) have positive and significant influence to Performance employees of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch. Partially, leadership style have positive and significant influence to employees performance of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable of leadership style bigger than t table (t count 2,713> t table 1,9883) or its significance is smaller than alpha (0,010 <0,05). Partial of work motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable of work motivation bigger than t table (titung 2,181> t table 1 , 9883) or its significance is less than alpha (0.035 <0.05). Partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect to the performance of employees of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable work discipline is greater than t table (t count 4,636> t table 1,9883) or siginifikansinya smaller than alpha (0,000 <0.05), and the regression equation for these three variables is Ŷ = 26.445 + 0.299 X1 + 0.220X2. + 0.409 X3.
