The dynamic development of the modern world requires the processing and development of a large enough amount of information in a short period of time, which leads to a violation of the psychophysiological and psycho-emotional balance of the person. Violation of the psycho-emotional state leads to the development of increased anxiety. Students need to learn a lot of information in a very short time. The time limit affects students as a stress factor, leads to increased stress and therefore negatively affects the quality of work and in general on the whole body. The aim of the study is to determine the success of cognitive tasks by students of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University with different levels of anxiety in different time conditions. The study used a psychophysiological testing device to determine the level of situational and personal anxiety, to assess the psycho-emotional state used the technique of simple visual-motor reaction, to determine the success of the cognitive task were presented words with one missing letter.

The article is devoted to the development of methods of differentiated teaching of technical actions of high school girls in basketball lessons. The value of basketball in the system of physical education of students of general secondary education as a complex means of development of various physical qualities, motor actions, intellectual abilities, moral and volitional qualities is substantiated. A pedagogical experiment was carried out with a contingent of girls of 5-9 grades numbering 150 people. The girls were divided into experimental and control groups. The following research methods were used in the experiment: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, psychophysiological testing, pedagogical testing of the level of special physical fitness, methods of mathematical processing of statistical data. The works of leading scientists in the field of physical culture and sports are analyzed in order to identify the most informative criteria for differentiation, namely: sex-age, morphofunctional and psychophysiological indicators of the development of the body of girls 5-9 grades. Pedagogical testing of the main technical actions in basketball was carried out: passing the ball, double step, driving the ball, free throw. As a result of the study of special physical fitness of high school students revealed positive changes at all ages. An integrated indicator of technical readiness of girls of 5-9 grades has been developed. Significant growth of the integrated indicator of special physical fitness in girls of 5-9 grades of the experimental group was recorded at all age periods. Thus, in the fifth grade it increased by 48.0%, in the sixth grade - by 50.0%, in the seventh - 23.0%, in the eighth grade the integrated indicator increased by 28.0% and in the ninth - by 43.0% (at p <0.05).

Introduction. During the implementation of the project "Transdisciplinary Intelligent Information-Analytical System for Supporting Rehabilitation Processes in a Pandemic (TISP)", all the capabilities of the basic cognitive information technology were focused on the implementation of the strategy of rehabilitation measures, which consists in taking into account the pathogenetic features of the development of the disease. In the subsystem of information and analytical support of the complex of diagnostic procedures, the central is the assessment of the effectiveness of rehabilitation based on the indicators of the electrocardiogram (ECG) and heart rate variability (HRV), control of the patient's condition using psychophysiological (PF) and psychological testing, the use of biological feedback (BF) to improve the efficiency of rehabilitation, as well as the use of PF testing for the implementation of BF. The purpose of the article is detailing the composition and functionality of a complex of diagnostic procedures for supporting rehabilitation processes in a pandemic. Results. The composition and functionality of the complex of diagnostic procedures are presented. It includes three components: first, an innovative technique for scaling electrocardiograms and heart rate variability (Universal Scoring System) with software and a miniature electrocardiograph (with the ability to use on-line mode). Secondly, the study of psychophysiological testing tools based on the software-hardware complex "Psykholot-1" with the prospect of its addition by means of Biological Feedback (BF). Thirdly, the analysis of existing means of BF therapy and their application for rehabilitation with the proposed method of rehabilitation based on BF using artificial intelligence tools that are being developed within the framework of this project. In the future, it is planned to monitor patients undergoing rehabilitation in order to develop new rules specially adapted for assessing and monitoring the current state of patients undergoing rehabilitation, as well as the effectiveness of BF for rehabilitation. To implement the BF, the Psykholot-1 complex should be used in a trainer mode with a visual presentation of PF tests to the patient in real time. Conclusions. Hardware and software systems of biomanagement must be present at every workplace of a doctor, psychologist, coach, teacher. They can not only help in the treatment of patients, but also can change motivation, mobilize personal resources, and this is what many of us lack today. Keywords: rehabilitation, diagnosis, psychophysiological testing, electrocardiogram, heart rate variability, biological feedback.

Aim. The article deals with establishing and justifying the efficiency of audiovisual stimulation for the correction of the psychoemotional status in young boxers. Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the premises of Bashkir State University sports facilities during the special preparatory stage. 72 athletes aged 13–14 were examined in educational and training conditions. The diagnostics of psychodynamic characteristics in athletes was conducted every 2 days with the help of the ‘Psychophysiolog’ psychophysiological testing device. We used the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Scale and Well-Being, Activity, Mood scale (V. Doskin). Results. Audiovisual stimulation in the experimental group significantly improved the indicators of situational anxiety, well-being, activity, and mood. Conclusions. The course of audiovisual stimulation improves psychophysiological resistance to physical load, relieves excessive mental stress and premature mental fatigue, improves performance and mood. The analysis of psychodynamic characteristics in boxers with different types of the nervous system allowed to establish that athletes with a weak nervous system require 6–8 sessions of audiovisual stimulation, while athletes with a strong nervous system – 10 sessions.
