E-commerce is an emerging industry. It has brought new opportunities for global economic development. The update of e-commerce technology and the improvement of e-commerce profit models promote the profitability of e-commerce enterprises. Nowadays too much emphasis was placed on theoretical teaching in the e-commerce courses. The courses lack case analysis for learners to better understand the actual situation of e-commerce. This study analyzed the profit model of existing e-commerce companies, and used case analysis methods to find the profit dilemma and effective breakthrough methods for the profitability of two typical B2C e-commerce companies. With disassembling specific e-commerce cases, this study completed the conversion of e-commerce courses from theoretical teaching to case teaching.

Subject. This article explores the changes in the economic development of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug during the Soviet and post-Soviet periods. Objectives. The article aims to identify trends and features of the socio-economic development of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. Methods. For the study, I used the comparative, computational, constructive, and statistical analysis methods. Results. The article reveals key factors in the growth of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug's gross regional product and the economic challenges to the region. As well, the article considers and proposes some possible options for further socio-economic development of the Okrug. Conclusions. The Okrug's current socio-economic problems are caused by not objective reasons only, but subjective factors, as well.

Constructing papermaking industry eco-industrial park is a importance way which can solve the dilemma of resource, environment, and economic development from enterprise group hierarchy. This article presents the family scenarios of women with the syndrome of «emotional coldness» in interpersonal relationships, which complicate creation of psychological intimacy. Purpose: to analyse the family scenarios of women with the syndrome of «emotional coldness» in interpersonal relations. Research methods: questionnaire of diagnostics of style of interpersonal relationships (О.S. Kocharyan, E.V. Frolova, І. О. Baru), genogram, semistructured diagnostic interview, content-analysis, case-analysis. Methods: 75 women in age 28-33, unmarried or are in civil marriage (45 women with the syndrome of «emotional coldness», 30 women without the syndrome of «еnotional coldness»). All women were participants of the psychological groups of the analysis and correction of family scenarios. Research was conducted in 2015-2019. Women with the syndrome of «emotional coldness» in interpersonal relationships have such types of family scenarios, as the «Disappearing man», «Man is a hero», «Love out of marriage», «Men are necessary to be cheated», «Man is a father». Narrations of these scenarios negatively influence on forming of relations of psychological intimacy, namely: you can not trust men and count on their support, a man is needed only for continuation of family, there is not love in marriage etc. For the correction of negative narrations we use retelling of histories with changing of usual accents, distancing from characters of ancestors, and also searching of positive examples from other family stories.

<p>Researchers say that in recent years, driven by economic development, China’s construction engineering industry has developed vigorously. In this process, with the emergence of a large number of construction projects, the attention of all sectors of society to the quality of construction projects has been continuously improved. To solve this problem, as the main designer and builder of the project, the construction enterprises should actively analyze and explore the construction and design work according to the actual situation of the project, so as to effectively improve the comprehensive ability of their own engineering buildings and lay a foundation for further improvement and optimization of the engineering quality. In this study, the researchers explored and thought about the main problems existing in the design and construction of architectural engineering in China. In the process, the researchers put forward corresponding optimization countermeasures for related problems with their own professional knowledge, aiming at further improving and optimizing the comprehensive quality of architectural engineering.</p>

The environment and environmental protection in Vietnam in general and in craft villages in particular are an issue that get concerned by the Party, the Government and the entire population in society. The development of craft villages has contributed significantly to socio-economic development, helping to raise incomes and improve the lives of local people. However, the environmental pollution in craft villages is at an alarming rate. According to the verification report of the National Assembly’s Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, only 26.7% of craft villages currently collect industrial wastewater and 20.9% of craft villages collect industrial solid waste. This is a big problem in dealing with environmental pollution in rural areas, especially in traditional craft villages. In this article, the author focuses on issues such as: Actual situation of environmental pollution in craft villages; causes of pollution and proposals of measures to reduce pollution and help sustainable development of craft villages.

Government purchase of services is considered to be a service delivery mechanism that can improve efficiency and economize costs. This mechanism has been popularized all over the world. However, at the same time, “reverse marketization” has been a common occurrence in the past few years. According to some scholars, “reverse marketization” is evidence of market failure, so they object to outsourcing contract in public services. This paper classifies market failure into four types and makes a case analysis of one of the four types. The case of reserve environmental sanitation service contracting testifies that in the model of low defect of supplier and low defect of demander, market failure will not inevitably give rise to “reverse marketization”. The direct cause is deficiency in management of the government. With regard to the actual situation of government management, this paper also puts forward the viewpoint that the government should act as “an open-minded purchaser”.

Since the State Council issued the “Plan for the Adjustment and Revitalization of the Logistics Industry” in 2009, the logistics industry, as the basic and strategic industry in the development of the national economy, has played an increasingly important role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and promoting economic development. In order to promote the development of logistics industry, a large number of logistics parks have been built all over the country under the guidance of policies and the promotion of the market. However, after the construction of these logistics parks has been put into operation, There are a series of problems in its development and profit. This paper analyzes the present situation and profit of logistics park in China, and briefly analyzes the main business characteristics of freight hub, production service, port service, trade service and comprehensive service. On this basis, the main problems existing in the existing profit model of logistics park in China are summarized.
